Abstract
本发明属于汽车零部件加工技术领域,具体涉及一种汽车用外水切密封夹条及其加工工艺。本发明外水切密封夹条由外水切本体及端盖组成,所述外水切本体由金属材料和软性材料复合挤出制成,所述端盖由以下重量百分比的成分组成:聚碳酸酯:60%‑74%、丙烯氰/丁二烯/苯乙烯共聚物:26%‑38%、炭黑:0.5%‑1%、余量为助剂。本发明端盖材料成分相互作用,最终获得的端盖具有较佳的高黑亮效果,为汽车提供更好的视觉区域和采光效果。通过押出成型→弯曲→端部锯切→端部冲切→组立→擦拭包装的加工工艺大大减少了外水切工序流转、提了高工作效率、降低了制造成本,适合工业化大批量生产。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车用外水切密封夹条及其加工工艺,属于汽车零部件加工技术领域。
背景技术
汽车车门外水切密封夹条是一种兼有功能要求和外观要求的汽车零部件,安装在车门车窗外侧,实现车门与车窗玻璃之间的密封以及装饰作用。作为功能零件,其具有:防水、防气、防尘、降噪等功能;作为装饰零件,其具有装饰外露车门钣金的作用,并通过对外观面不同材质、亮度、颜色的选择提供不同的装饰风格。
目前,在汽车行业很多中高端车汽车车身装饰件的外观要求实现高黑亮效果,现有技术中多采用如下工艺:①铝型材高黑亮烤漆、②铝型材高黑亮阳极氧化、③钢骨架高黑亮烤漆来实现高黑亮效果,但采用上述材料和工艺获得产品其耐热、耐候、耐腐蚀性能及外观品质均有待改善。因此,选用外密封夹条新材料和工艺使产品具有较佳的耐热、耐候、耐腐蚀性能及更好的视觉区域和采光效果是目前有待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术中存在的上述问题,提供了一种具有良好耐热、耐候、耐腐蚀性能及更好的视觉区域和采光效果的外水切密封夹条。
本发明的上述目的可以通过下列技术方案来实现:一种汽车用外水切密封夹条,所述外水切密封夹条由外水切本体及端盖组成,所述外水切本体由金属材料和软性材料复合挤出制成,所述端盖由以下重量百分比的成分组成:聚碳酸酯:60%-74%、丙烯氰/丁二烯/苯乙烯共聚物:26%-38%、炭黑:0.5%-1%、余量为助剂。
本发明端盖材料成分相互作用,最终获得的端盖具有较佳的高黑亮效果,为汽车提供更好的视觉区域和采光效果。
作为优选,所述金属材料由如下重量百分比的成分组成:C:0.02-0.12%、Si:0-0.75%、Mn:0-1.0%、P≤0.04%、S≤0.03%、Cr:16-18%、余量为Fe。
作为优选,所述软性材料为TPV热塑性弹性体或EPDM橡胶中的一种或两种。
进一步优选,所述TPV热塑性弹性体由如下重量百分比的成分复合而成:滑石粉:8-12%、三元乙丙橡胶和聚丙烯共混物:84-94%、炭黑:1-3%。
本发明以TPV热塑性弹性体作为外水切密封夹条本体的软性材料,塑料和橡胶两相组成,故在一定程度上兼有了塑料和橡胶的特点,在加工过程中无须硫化,容易实现精确断面的控制,同时材料在一定条件下可回收利用,对环境污染小。
作为优选,所述助剂包括抗氧剂、光稳定剂、光亮助剂。因丙烯氰/丁二烯/苯乙烯共聚物中含有双键官能团,耐候性较差,需加入抗氧化剂和光稳定剂来提高端盖的耐候性能。同时通过添加光亮助剂来增加端盖的高黑亮效果。
进一步优选,所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂DLTP中的一种或两种。
进一步优选,光稳定剂为TBS。
作为优选,所述端盖通过注塑成型工艺制得。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种上述外水切密封夹条的加工工艺,该工艺为:押出成型→弯曲→端部锯切→端部冲切→组立→擦拭包装。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点:本发明通过端盖材料协同作用实现了高黑亮效果,提升了外观质量,再配合特定的工艺大大减少了外水切工序流转、提了高工作效率、降低了制造成本,适合工业化大批量生产。

具体实施方式
以下是本发明的具体实施例,并说明对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本发明并不限于这些实施例。若无特殊说明,本发明的实施例中所采用的原料均为本领域常用原料,所采用的方法均为本领域的常规方法。
实施例1
一种汽车用外水切密封夹条,所述外水切密封夹条由外水切本体及端盖组成,所述外水切本体由金属材料和软性材料复合挤出制成;所述金属材料由如下重量百分比的成分组成:C:0.02%、P:0.005%、S:0.01%、Cr:16%、余量为Fe,所述软性材料为EPDM橡胶;所述端盖由以下重量百分比的成分组成:聚碳酸酯:60%、丙烯氰/丁二烯/苯乙烯共聚物:38%、炭黑:1%、抗氧剂1010:0.3%、光稳定剂TBS;0.25%、光亮助剂;0.45%;所述端盖通过注塑成型工艺制得;
上述外水切密封夹条的加工工艺具体为:
(1)押出成型;控制:1.外观表面无明显划伤、震痕、流线、波浪、凹坑、鼓包、粒点等缺陷;2:断面十倍断面公差;
(2)弯曲;将产品后端与基准块贴合,开口朝下插入检具固定销,并用快速夹头固定;控制:1.侧型面轮廓度:a、b点处满足6.5±1mm;2.底型面弧度:a、b点处产品底部距检具面间2.0±1mm,c点处满足3±1,要求c>a,c>b;
(3)端部锯切;控制:1.端部毛刺≤0.3mm(方向朝内),端部无变形、鼓包,压伤、划伤等外观缺陷;2.本体与注塑亮条前端匹配,间隙≤0.2mm,Lip与注塑亮条无挤压、褶皱、变形,间隙≤0.2mm;
(4)端部冲切;控制:1.骨架缺口尺寸;2.LIP缺口尺寸;
(5)组立;控制:1.前后端注塑头位置正确,无晃动、无歪斜、牢固;2.亮条与本体组立位置正确、无偏位、倾斜,无晃动,外观不能有鼓包现象、凹坑等外观缺陷;3.本体Lip与注塑亮条无挤压、变形;4.亮条组立牢固,无松脱与本体拔脱力>30N;
(6)擦拭包装;在前端骨架缺口处粘贴一个EPDM泡棉条1(8*6*60),后端骨架缺口处粘贴一个EPDM泡棉条3(8*6*130);产品前/后注塑头处各粘贴EPDM泡棉2(10*10*12)。
实施例2
与实施例1的区别在于,所述金属材料由如下重量百分比的成分组成:C:0.04%、Si:0.25%、P:0.01%、S:0.008%、Cr:16.4%、余量为Fe,所述软性材料为TPV热塑性弹性体,所述TPV热塑性弹性体由如下重量百分比的成分复合而成:滑石粉:8%、三元乙丙橡胶和聚丙烯共混物:91%、炭黑:1%;所述端盖由以下重量百分比的成分组成:聚碳酸酯:65%、丙烯氰/丁二烯/苯乙烯共聚物:34%、炭黑:0.5%、抗氧剂1010:0.1%、抗氧剂DLTP:0.05%、光稳定剂TBS:0.22%、光亮助剂:0.13%;端盖注塑成型工艺及外水切密封夹条的加工工艺与实施例1相同。
实施例3
与实施例1的区别在于,所述金属材料由如下重量百分比的成分组成:C:0.06%、Si:0.35%、Mn:0.5%、P:0.006%、S:0.002%、Cr:17%、余量为Fe,所述软性材料由TPV热塑性弹性体和EPDM橡胶复合而成;所述TPV热塑性弹性体由如下重量百分比的成分复合而成:滑石粉:9%、三元乙丙橡胶和聚丙烯共混物:91%、炭黑:2%;所述端盖由以下重量百分比的成分组成:聚碳酸酯:67%、丙烯氰/丁二烯/苯乙烯共聚物:31.5%、炭黑:0.7%、余量为抗氧剂1010:0.15%、、抗氧剂DLTP:0.1%、光稳定剂TBS:0.36%、光亮助剂:0.39%、;端盖注塑成型工艺及外水切密封夹条的加工工艺与实施例1相同。
实施例4
与实施例1的区别在于,所述金属材料由如下重量百分比的成分组成:C:0.08%、Si:0.55%、Mn:0.6%、P:0.01%、S:0.007%、Cr:17.2%、余量为Fe,所述软性材料为EPDM橡胶;所述端盖由以下重量百分比的成分组成:聚碳酸酯:68.5%、丙烯氰/丁二烯/苯乙烯共聚物:29.5%、炭黑:0.8%、抗氧剂1010:0.28%、抗氧剂DLTP:0.16%、光稳定剂TBS:0.35%、光亮助剂:0.41%;端盖注塑成型工艺及外水切密封夹条的加工工艺与实施例1相同。
实施例5
与实施例1的区别在于,所述金属材料由如下重量百分比的成分组成:C:0.1%、Mn:0.7%、P:0.03%、S:0.02%、Cr:17.5%、余量为Fe,所述软性材料为EPDM橡胶;所述端盖由以下重量百分比的成分组成:聚碳酸酯:70%、丙烯氰/丁二烯/苯乙烯共聚物:28.5%、炭黑:0.7%、抗氧剂1010:0.4%、光稳定剂TBS:0.25%、光亮助剂:0.15%;端盖注塑成型工艺及外水切密封夹条的加工工艺与实施例1相同。
实施例6
与实施例1的区别在于,所述金属材料由如下重量百分比的成分组成:C:0.12%、Si:0.75%、Mn:1.0%、P:0.04%、S:
0.03%、Cr:18%、余量为Fe,所述软性材料为EPDM橡胶;所述端盖由以下重量百分比的成分组成:聚碳酸酯:73%、丙烯氰/丁二烯/苯乙烯共聚物:26%、炭黑:0.5%、抗氧剂DLTP:0.15%、光稳定剂TBS:0.22%、光亮助剂0.13%;端盖注塑成型工艺及外水切密封夹条的加工工艺与实施例1相同。
对比例1
与实施例3的区别仅在于:外水切端盖材料采用PA66。
对实施例1-6及对比例1的端盖材料进行性能测试,测试结果如表1所示;

1.一种汽车用外水切密封夹条,其特征在于,所述外水切密封夹条由外水切本体及端盖组成,所述外水切本体由金属材料和软性材料复合挤出制成,所述端盖由以下重量百分比的成分组成:聚碳酸酯:60%-73%、丙烯氰/丁二烯/苯乙烯共聚物:26%-38%、炭黑:0.5%-1%、余量为助剂;
所述软性材料为TPV热塑性弹性体和EPDM橡胶的复合物;
所述TPV热塑性弹性体由如下重量百分比的成分复合而成:滑石粉:8-12%、三元乙丙橡胶和聚丙烯共混物:84-94%、炭黑:1-3%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的外水切密封夹条,其特征在于,所述金属材料由如下重量百分比的成分组成:C:0.02-0.12%、Si:0-0.75%、Mn:0-1.0%、P≤0.04%、S≤0.03%、Cr:16-18%、余量为Fe。
3.根据权利要求1所述的外水切密封夹条,其特征在于,所述助剂包括抗氧剂、光稳定剂、光亮助剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的外水切密封夹条,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂DLTP中的一种或两种。
5.根据权利要求3所述的外水切密封夹条,其特征在于,所述光稳定剂为TBS。
6.根据权利要求1所述的外水切密封夹条,其特征在于,所述端盖通过注塑成型工艺制得。
7.一种如权利要求1-6任一项所述的外水切密封夹条的加工工艺,其特征在于,该工艺为:押出成型→弯曲→端部锯切→端部冲切→组立→擦拭包装。
