为达到上述目的,本发明一种面层使用权利要求1所述的特柔立体亲肤复合无纺布的尿裤或一次性卫生用品。
本发明通过采用细旦ES纤维和竹纤维混合梳理改善无纺布面层柔软性,在实现干爽的同时,通过凹凸纹及打孔结果解决干爽及快速下渗的问题。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例的特柔立体亲肤复合无纺布包括:上层无纺布采用细旦ES纤维、竹纤维混合梳理,经水刺固结;其中,细旦ES纤维、竹纤维的重量比例为1:1-1.5;克重为10gsm-15gsm。上层无纺布采用凹凸纹立体结构。
中间层采用异性细旦ES纤维、纤维表面经纵向沟槽处理,增大芯吸效果,加速表层液体快速下渗。克重为15gsm-20gsm。
下层采用粗旦纤维,纤维热风混合梳理。
实施例2
本实施例的特柔立体亲肤复合无纺布包括:上层无纺布采用细旦ES纤维、竹纤维混合梳理,经水刺固结;其中,细旦ES纤维、竹纤维的重量比例为1:1-1.5;克重为10gsm-15gsm。上层无纺布采用凹凸纹立体结构。
为了提供舒适性,上层无纺布凹面处进行使用亲肤整理剂进行整理;亲肤整理剂经微乳化处理后,再经高压氮气雾化喷涂至上表层。
所述的亲肤整理剂包括:库奎果油3-5份,芦荟提取物0.5-1份,丙二醇4-6份,乳化剂1-2份,柠檬酸0.5-1份,对羟基苯乙酮/戊二醇/乙基己基甘油按1:1:0.5复配0.1-0.3份;
加工方法为:将库奎果油,芦荟提取物加入到丙二醇溶液中,100-200r/min搅拌,加入乳化剂,加热至65℃,待完全溶解;完全溶解后冷却至35-40℃,加入柠檬酸、对羟基苯乙酮/戊二醇/乙基己基甘油抑菌复配物;最后冷却至室温,静置稳定。
中间层采用异性细旦ES纤维、纤维表面经纵向沟槽处理,增大芯吸效果,加速表层液体快速下渗。克重为15gsm-20gsm。
下层采用粗旦纤维,纤维热风混合梳理。
实施例3

中间层采用异性细旦ES纤维、纤维表面经纵向沟槽处理,增大芯吸效果,加速表层液体快速下渗。克重为15gsm-20gsm。
下层采用粗旦纤维,纤维热风混合梳理。
实施例4
本实施例的特柔立体亲肤复合无纺布包括:上层无纺布采用细旦ES纤维、竹纤维混合梳理,经水刺固结;其中,细旦ES纤维、竹纤维的重量比例为1:1-1.5;克重为10gsm-15gsm。上层无纺布采用凹凸纹立体结构,其中上层无纺布中凹纹底部至凸纹峰部的高度为上层无纺布厚度的10-30倍。在上层无纺布凹陷处进行打孔处理,直接打穿至中间层,亲水性快速下渗层纤维。
上层无纺布凹面处进行使用亲肤整理剂进行整理;亲肤整理剂经微乳化处理后,再经高压氮气雾化喷涂至上表层。
所述的亲肤整理剂包括:库奎果油3-5份,芦荟提取物0.5-1份,丙二醇4-6份,乳化剂1-2份,柠檬酸0.5-1份,对羟基苯乙酮/戊二醇/乙基己基甘油按1:1:0.5复配0.1-0.3份;

综上可知,本发明的上述的实施例中的特柔立体亲肤复合无纺布可用于尿裤及一次性卫生用品面层。
实施例5
在实施例4的基础上,还包括对下层进行功能性液体进行喷涂处理的步骤,其中功能性液体是将制备的功能性微胶囊加入ZnO纳米线分散液中;将混合后的溶液喷涂在下层麻棉纤网层。功能性液体的制作方法为:
1)制备ZnO纳米线,采用直接物理蒸发法制备ZnO纳米线,直径控制为10-50nm,长度为5-100um,同时利用等离子刻蚀的方法在ZnO纳米线制造缺陷点以促进纳米线与偶联剂的互相作用。
11)将ZnO纳米线分散至浓度为0.5%氨基酸水溶液中浸泡1-5分钟,氨基酸为pI大于7的组氨酸(pI=7.59)或赖氨酸(pI=9.74)或二者的组合物;由于ZnO在水溶液中由于羟基作用而带负电荷,在pH小于等电点pI时氨基酸带正电荷,氨基酸吸附于ZnO纳米线部分表面。
12)将浸泡后ZnO纳米线取出干燥;
13)利用等离子对干燥后的ZnO纳米线进行表面处理1-10秒;
14)表面处理后ZnO纳米线再次分散于pH大于pI的溶液中解吸。
2)制备添加剂
在含有1-2份甘油、0.2-1份羧甲基纤维素、1-2份聚丙烯酸钠、3-5份的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮的水溶液分散体系中加入1-2份单烷氧基型钛酸酯偶联亲水改性剂,搅拌均匀后,缓慢加入10-30份的ZnO纳米线,制备成亲水型ZnO纳米线分散液。
3)制备香精自包裹微胶囊;
香精自包裹微胶囊的制作方法为:
将10-20份香精添加至含有C12-15链烷醇聚醚-12 1-5份、聚乙烯醇1-3份、羟甲基纤维素1-3份、羧甲基纤维素钠0.1-0.5份、果胶0.5-2份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1-2份、聚丙烯酸钠体系1-2份中形成香精自包裹微胶囊;
4)将制备好的1-5份香精自包裹微胶囊加入至制备好的5-20份亲水型ZnO纳米线分散液中,借助单烷氧基型钛酸酯的偶联作用,使香精自包裹微胶囊通过单烷氧基型钛酸酯附着在ZnO纳米线表面的缺陷点上。
综上可知,本发明的上述的实施例中的特柔立体亲肤复合无纺布可用于尿裤及一次性卫生用品面层。

Claims (9)

1.一种特柔立体亲肤复合无纺布,其特征在于,所述的无纺布包括三层,其中,
上层无纺布采用细旦ES纤维、竹纤维混合梳理,经水刺固结;
中间层采用异性细旦ES纤维、纤维表面经纵向沟槽处理;
下层采用粗旦纤维,纤维热风混合梳理;
其中,在所述的上层无纺布采用凹凸纹立体结构。
2.如权利要求1所述的特柔立体亲肤复合无纺布,其特征在于,上层无纺布凹面处进行使用亲肤整理剂进行整理:亲肤整理剂经微乳化处理后,再经高压氮气雾化喷涂至上表层。
3.如权利要求1所述的特柔立体亲肤复合无纺布,其特征在于,所述的亲肤整理剂包括:库奎果油3-5份,芦荟提取物0.5-1份,丙二醇4-6份,乳化剂1-2份,柠檬酸0.5-1份,对羟基苯乙酮/戊二醇/乙基己基甘油按1:1:0.5复配0.1-0.3份;

5.如权利要求1所述的特柔立体亲肤复合无纺布,其特征在于,所述的上层无纺布中凹纹底部至凸纹峰部的高度为上层无纺布厚度的10-30倍。
6.如权利要求1所述的特柔立体亲肤复合无纺布,其特征在于,还包括用功能性护理整理剂进行整理的步骤。
7.如权利要求1所述的特柔立体亲肤复合无纺布,其特征在于,所述的功能性护理整理剂的制备方法为:
71)制备ZnO纳米线分散液
在含有甘油1-2份、羧甲基纤维素0.2-1份、聚丙烯酸钠1-2份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮3-5份的水溶液分散体系中加入单烷氧基型钛酸酯偶联亲水改性剂1-2份,搅拌均匀后,缓慢加入10-30份的表面处理后的ZnO纳米线,制备成亲水型ZnO纳米线分散液;
72)制备香精自包裹微胶囊
将10-20份香精添加至含有C12-15链烷醇聚醚-12 1-5份、聚乙烯醇1-3份、羟甲基纤维素1-3份、羧甲基纤维素钠0.1-0.5份、果胶0.5-2份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1-2份、聚丙烯酸钠体系1-2份中形成香精自包裹微胶囊;
73)将制备香精自包裹微胶囊投入到制备ZnO纳米线分散液中充分混合。
74)将混合后的溶液喷涂在下层麻棉纤网层上。
8.如权利要求7所述的特柔立体亲肤复合无纺布,其特征在于,ZnO纳米线表面处理方法为:
81)将ZnO纳米线分散至预定浓度的氨基酸水溶液中浸泡,氨基酸的pI大于7;
82)将浸泡后ZnO纳米线取出干燥;
83)利用等离子对干燥后的ZnO纳米线进行表面处理
84)表面处理后ZnO纳米线再次分散于pH大于pI的溶液中解吸。
9.一种面层使用权利要求1所述的特柔立体亲肤复合无纺布的尿裤或一次性卫生用品。
