As can be seen from figure 1, the cumulative permeation amount of the examples 1-2 is greater than that of the comparative examples 1-2, wherein the cumulative permeation amount of the example 1 is the best, and the result shows that the penetration promoting composition and the scalp purifying composition in the anti-alopecia emulsion can synergistically promote the transdermal absorption of the anti-alopecia emulsion, so that the anti-alopecia effect can be exerted.
Test example 4 evaluation of efficacy against alopecia
Test samples: emulsions prepared in examples 1-2 and comparative examples 1-3
Adult volunteers aged between 20-45 years who suffered from hair loss were divided into a test group (examples 1-2) and a control group (comparative examples 1-3), each group having 30 subjects, 15 male and 15 female. The principle of random, double-blind and self-contrast is adopted, the product is used 2 times in the morning and at night every day, 1-2 g of the product is used every time, and the using part is a hair thinning area. The anti-hair loss efficacy evaluation is shown in tables 3-5, and the results show that after 8 weeks and 16 weeks, the average density and average growth rate of hair are significantly increased, the average number of fallen hair roots is significantly improved, 82% of subjects in example 1 consider that the hair loss is significantly reduced, 85% of subjects consider that the secretion of scalp oil is significantly improved, and the average density, average growth rate and average number of fallen hair roots of comparative examples 1-3 are less effective in improving hair, so that the penetration promoting composition and the scalp cleansing composition of the present invention can synergistically promote hair growth and prevent hair loss.

the scalp cleansing composition comprises caprylyl glycine, zinc PCA, bentonite, nicotinamide, radix Sophorae Flavescentis extract, melaleuca alternifolia leaf oil and Eucalyptus globulus leaf oil;
the penetration enhancing composition comprises propylene glycol, dimethyl isosorbide anhydride, isononyl isononanoate, isopropyl myristate and dodecanoic acid;
the hair growth promoting composition comprises adenosine, acetyl tetrapeptide-3, tripeptide-1 copper, cacumen biotae extract, ginseng root extract and burdock of May;
the scalp nutritional composition includes inositol, biotin, and arginine;
comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-6 parts of scalp purification composition, 10-30 parts of penetration promoting composition, 1-2 parts of adenosine, 30.01-1 parts of acetyl tetrapeptide, 0.01-1 part of tripeptide-1 copper, 1-3 parts of cacumen biotae extract, 1-3 parts of ginseng root extract, 1-3 parts of Maackia scabra Bunge extract, 1-5 parts of inositol, 1-5 parts of biotin and 0.1-0.5 part of arginine;
the scalp purification composition comprises caprylyl glycine, PCA zinc, nicotinamide, a radix sophorae flavescentis extract, melaleuca alternifolia leaf oil and eucalyptus globulus leaf oil in a mass ratio of (1-2): (0.2-1): (1-2): (1-3): (0.05-0.1): (0.05-0.1); the permeation-promoting composition comprises propylene glycol, isosorbide dimethyl ether, isononyl isononanoate, isopropyl myristate and dodecanoic acid in a mass ratio of (2-5): (5-10): (4-8): (4-8): (1-4).

The scalp cleansing hair growth promoting composition according to claim 1, comprising the following components in parts by weight: 5.8 parts of scalp purification composition, 26.1 parts of permeation-promoting composition, 2 parts of adenosine, 30.05 parts of acetyl tetrapeptide, 0.05 part of tripeptide-1 copper, 2 parts of cacumen biotae extract, 2 parts of ginseng root extract, 2 parts of May burdock extract, 2 parts of inositol, 1 part of biotin and 0.1 part of arginine.

The scalp cleansing hair growth promoting composition according to claim 1, wherein the scalp cleansing composition comprises caprylylglycine, zinc PCA, niacinamide, sophora flavescens extract, melaleuca alternifolia leaf oil and eucalyptus globulus leaf oil in a mass ratio of 1: 0.2: 2: 1: 0.05: 0.05; the penetration-promoting composition comprises propylene glycol, dimethyl isosorbide anhydride, isononyl isononanoate, isopropyl myristate and dodecanoic acid in a mass ratio of 3: 5: 5: 5: 1.
