The hyaluronic acid composition is added into the cigarette, so that the surface viscosity and the adsorption degree of the cut tobacco are increased, the separation of harmful substances such as tobacco tar and nicotine is fully prevented, and the harm to a human body is greatly reduced.
2. Taste testing
Detecting a sample: the cut tobacco produced in examples 1 to 11 and comparative examples 1 to 3 of the present application.
The detection method comprises the following steps: the cut tobacco cigarettes prepared in the invention examples 1-11 and the comparative examples 1-3 are made into single cigarettes, and the taste of each cigarette and the cigarettes of the market common brands described in the comparative example 4 are tested. 45 volunteers over 5 years old were recruited, each 3 persons were divided into 15 groups, and 15 different kinds of cigarettes were subjected to taste test, and each group was subjected to 15 different kinds of cigarettes for scoring. The scores were summarized in the results, as in table 3.

Remarking: the higher the scores of aroma, acrimony, offensive odor, aftertaste and gloss (the stronger the aroma, the lower the acrimony, the lower the offensive odor, the higher the fraction of offensive odor, the stronger the aftertaste, and the higher the gloss), the better the mouth feel of the tobacco.
And (3) knotting: as can be seen from the comparison of the detection results with the existing cigarette samples on the market (the higher the score is, the better the cigarette taste is), the cigarette made of the cut tobacco containing the hyaluronic acid composition has the advantages of stronger fragrance, weaker irritation, less miscellaneous gas, stronger aftertaste, higher gloss and the like.
Compared with the existing cigarette samples on the market, the detection result shows that the cigarette made of the cut tobacco containing the transparent acid composition has moderate taste, the content of the harmful substances separated out during combustion is far less than that of the existing cigarette, and the harm to the human body is greatly reduced.
3. Physical and chemical property detection
Determination of the Water content: and weighing the prepared finished cut tobacco before drying by adopting a conventional drying method, then drying the cut tobacco, and calculating the water content of the cut tobacco according to the weight difference of two times.
Content determination of sodium hyaluronate and zinc hyaluronate: the sodium hyaluronate and zinc hyaluronate contents were calculated by measuring the sodium and zinc contents using the method specified in GB 5009.14-2017. Calculating the formula:

anti-inflammatory and antibacterial: 70 volunteers over 5 years old and without oral inflammation were recruited and divided into 7 groups of 10 persons for long-term testing, and the results were summarized according to the proportion of inflammation not appearing in each group during the testing period.
Moistening degree: 30 volunteers having a tobacco age of 5 years or more were recruited, and the degree of moistening was evaluated for examples 4 to 6, comparative examples 1 to 3, and also for a common cigarette on the market (comparative example 4), and the degree of satisfaction was recorded.

And (3) knotting: as can be seen from the comparison of the detection results with the existing cigarette samples on the market, the tobacco shreds prepared by the method have high water content, zinc hyaluronate and sodium hyaluronate. The sodium hyaluronate with the molecular weight less than or equal to 5kDa in the cut tobacco prepared by the application can inhibit the generation of cell inflammatory factors and prevent excessive inflammatory reaction in the wound healing process. The zinc hyaluronate has the functions of diminishing inflammation and inhibiting bacteria, so that the addition of a preservative in cigarettes is reduced, and the cost is reduced.

Claims (10)

1. The cut tobacco containing the hyaluronic acid composition is characterized by comprising the following raw materials: the composite material comprises a tobacco raw material, a hyaluronic acid composition, a swelling agent, an adhesive, a mildew preventive and a spice.

9. The hyaluronic acid composition-containing tobacco shred according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein: the spice is one of tobacco essence or tetramethylpyrazine.
10. The hyaluronic acid composition-containing tobacco shred according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein: the water is deionized water.
