Abstract
The invention discloses a method for preparing flower cultivation soil by using wool washing sludge, which comprises the steps of decomposing the wool washing sludge, preparing organic wool sludge materials, preparing the flower cultivation soil and the like. Wherein, a large amount of lanolin is separated from wool washing sewage by a mechanical centrifugation method before wool washing sludge is decomposed, so that later fermentation and decomposition are facilitated. The wool washing sludge after fermentation and decomposition is acidic in nature and contains rich nutrient substances. The wool sludge organic material prepared from the wool washing sludge is added to acidify and improve the soil, so that the pH value of the flower cultivation soil is adjusted, and the nutrient content of the flower cultivation soil is enriched; the deeply fermented wool washing sludge does not contain harmful substances, but can increase the water absorption and retention capacity of the substrate, create a suitable soil environment for the growth of flower plants, and have good economic and environmental benefits.

Technical Field
China is one of the large countries for flower production, and the pH value of the soil suitable for the growth of most flower plants is neutral or slightly acidic, so that the preparation of flower culture soil is an important work for adjusting the pH value of the soil. The wool washing sludge is a product obtained by treating wool washing wastewater of a wool imitation factory, and contains abundant fatty acid, high molecular alcohol, various organic acid salts, inorganic salts, plant spurs and the like. 2) preparing a wool sludge organic material: mixing the wool washing sludge decomposed in the step 1) with biochar and decomposed straw powder, adding beneficial bacteria, fully and uniformly mixing, covering with plastic paper, and performing secondary fermentation and decomposition to obtain a wool sludge organic material;
3) preparing flower cultivation soil: adding the wool sludge organic material prepared in the step 2) into field soil, adding turfy soil, vermiculite and perlite in a certain proportion, fully mixing and stirring uniformly to obtain the wool sludge washing flower cultivation soil.
As a preferred technical solution, in the step 1), the deep fermentation and decomposition includes the sub-steps of: aerobic fermentation, anaerobic fermentation and compost maturity, wherein the aerobic fermentation lasts for 30-40 days, the anaerobic fermentation lasts for 50-60 days, and the compost maturity lasts for 45-60 days, so that the macromolecular organic matters in the wool washing sludge are thoroughly decomposed.
In the step 1), the mechanical centrifugation method is preferably implemented by separating large solid particles from wool washing wastewater introduced from a wool washing workshop in a centrifuge in advance, heating the wool washing wastewater, and transferring the wool washing wastewater to a smaller centrifuge for oil and fat separation.
In a more preferred embodiment, the large solid particles are separated, and the diameter of the separated solid particles is 10 μm or more.
According to a further preferable technical scheme, the wool washing sewage is heated by using a special heating tank or a centrifuge provided with a heating jacket, and the temperature is 80-90 ℃.
As a preferable technical scheme, in the step 2), the volume ratio of the decomposed wool washing sludge to the biological carbon to the decomposed straw powder is as follows: thoroughly decomposed wool washing sludge: biochar: the ratio of the thoroughly decomposed straw powder is 2-4: 0.5-1.5: 10-15.
In a preferable technical scheme, in the step 2), the added beneficial bacteria are EM flora, and the adding amount of the beneficial bacteria is 1-2wt% of the total weight of the decomposed wool washing sludge, the biochar and the decomposed straw powder mixture.
As a preferred technical scheme, in the step 3), the prepared flower cultivation soil comprises the following components in parts by weight: 15-20 parts of wool sludge organic materials, 200-220 parts of field soil, 10-15 parts of vermiculite and 5-10 parts of perlite.
According to a further preferable technical scheme, the specifications of the vermiculite and the perlite are both 2-8 mm.

Example 1

The deep fermentation and decomposition comprises the following substeps: aerobic fermentation, anaerobic fermentation and compost maturity, wherein the aerobic fermentation lasts for 40 days, the anaerobic fermentation lasts for 60 days, and the compost maturity lasts for 60 days, so that the macromolecular organic matters in the wool washing sludge are thoroughly decomposed.
2) Preparing a wool sludge organic material: mixing the wool washing sludge decomposed in the step 1) with biochar and decomposed straw powder, adding beneficial bacteria, fully and uniformly mixing, covering with plastic paper, and performing secondary fermentation and decomposition to obtain the wool sludge organic material. The volume ratio of the thoroughly decomposed wool washing sludge to the mixture of the biological carbon and the thoroughly decomposed straw powder is as follows: thoroughly decomposed wool washing sludge: biochar: the rotten straw powder is =2:0.5: 10; the added beneficial bacteria are EM flora, and the adding amount of the beneficial bacteria is 2wt% of the total weight of the decomposed wool washing sludge, the biochar and the decomposed straw powder mixture.
3) Preparing flower cultivation soil: adding the wool sludge organic material prepared in the step 2) into field soil, adding turfy soil, vermiculite and perlite in a certain proportion, fully mixing and stirring uniformly to obtain the wool sludge washing flower cultivation soil. The wool washing sludge flower cultivation soil comprises the following components in parts by weight: 15 parts of wool sludge organic material, 200 parts of field soil, 10 parts of vermiculite and 5 parts of perlite; the specification of the vermiculite and the specification of the perlite are both 2-8 mm.
Example 2
In this embodiment, a flower cultivation soil prepared from wool washing sludge is prepared, which is the same as that in embodiment 1, except that:
1) heating wool washing sewage to 85 ℃ by a mechanical centrifugal method in the wool washing sludge decomposing process, and removing 60% of wool fat; the deep fermentation and decomposition time in the later period is 35 days of aerobic fermentation, 55 days of anaerobic fermentation and 50 days of compost decomposition, so that the macromolecular organic matters in the wool washing sludge are completely decomposed.
2) The volume ratio of the thoroughly decomposed wool washing sludge to the biological carbon and the thoroughly decomposed straw powder in the prepared wool sludge organic material is as follows: thoroughly decomposed wool washing sludge: biochar: the rotten straw powder is =3:1: 12; the adding amount of the beneficial EM flora is 1.5wt% of the total weight of the decomposed wool washing sludge, the biochar and the decomposed straw powder mixture.
3) The prepared flower cultivation soil comprises the following components in parts by weight: 18 parts of wool sludge organic material, 210 parts of field soil, 12 parts of vermiculite and 8 parts of perlite.
Example 3
In this embodiment, a flower cultivation soil prepared from wool washing sludge is prepared, which is the same as in embodiment 1, except that:
1) heating wool washing sewage to 90 ℃ by a mechanical centrifugal method in the wool washing sludge decomposing process, and removing 65% of wool fat; the deep fermentation and decomposition time in the later period is 30 days of aerobic fermentation, 50 days of anaerobic fermentation and 45 days of compost decomposition, so that the macromolecular organic matters in the wool washing sludge are completely decomposed.
2) The volume ratio of the thoroughly decomposed wool washing sludge to the biological carbon and the thoroughly decomposed straw powder in the prepared wool sludge organic material is as follows: thoroughly decomposed wool washing sludge: biochar: the rotten straw powder is =4:1.5: 15; the adding amount of the beneficial EM flora is 2wt% of the total weight of the decomposed wool washing sludge, the biochar and the decomposed straw powder mixture.
3) The prepared flower cultivation soil comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20 parts of wool sludge organic material, 220 parts of field soil, 15 parts of vermiculite and 10 parts of perlite.
The wool washing sludge is acidic after fermentation and decomposition, and contains rich nutrient substances. The wool sludge organic material prepared from the wool washing sludge is added to acidify and improve the soil, so that the pH value of the flower cultivation soil is adjusted, and the nutrient content of the flower cultivation soil is enriched; the deeply fermented wool washing sludge does not contain harmful substances, but can increase the water absorption and retention capacity of the substrate, create a suitable soil environment for the growth of flower plants, and have good economic and environmental benefits.
