Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a composition for supplementing the flavour of young women.
Background
In recent years, people have been concerned about the smell etiquette, regardless of men and women. Studies on various body odors are being intensively conducted, and the main causative odors such as sweat odor, underarm odor, foot odor, old person odor, and the like are identified. One of the causes of body odor, for example, is considered to be fatty acids and unsaturated aldehydes which are generally formed on the body surface from sebum. Further, it is reported that: similarly, odor called "old smell" is closely related to omega unsaturated fatty acids (palmitoleic acid, vaccenic acid) generated by decomposition of sebum, and further, unsaturated aldehydes called "2-nonenal" generated on the body surface by oxidative decomposition (non-patent document 1).
As a technique for preventing body odor such as old people's odor, a method of masking with perfume or the like, a method of utilizing odor adsorption efficiency of charcoal (patent document 1), and the like are known. Further, a method using an extract extracted from the root and rhizome of sanguisorba officinalis (patent document 2), a method using condensed persimmon tannin (patent document 3), and the like have been proposed. Further, a cleaning agent for washing out an unpleasant odor component has been developed.
On the other hand, although there is body odor such as aged smell in both men and women, studies on body odor changes accompanying the age of women have not been sufficiently conducted in actual circumstances. Therefore, it is desired to develop a product suitable for women for coping with the taste of the old.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below. It is to be noted that terms used in the present specification are interpreted in the meanings commonly used in the technical field, unless otherwise specified.
[ composition for supplementing odor of young women ]
The composition of the present invention is a composition for supplementing the body odor component constituting the body odor of young women, for supplementing the body odor of young women, comprising at least a lactone compound represented by the following formula (I). The composition of the present invention can restore the body taste of young women, and therefore can be suitably used as an external composition for coping with the taste of elderly women. On the other hand, the composition of the present invention is used for an object to which a body odor component is easily attached by using bedding or the like, for example, and can be expected to have an effect of recovering the odor emitted from the attached body odor component. Note that the body odor in the present invention refers to all odors emitted by women, including body odors emitted from the back, neck, behind the ears, scalp odor, sweat odor, underarm odor, foot odor, and the like.
The body taste is constituted by various components, but according to the study of the present inventors and the like, it was confirmed that: the amount of a particular lactone compound in body taste decreases with age in women. That is, although young women aged more than 10 years to 25 years contain a sufficient amount of the specific lactone compound in body taste, the body taste decreases with age. On the other hand, the amount of nonenal in body odor, which is a conventionally known causative substance of old-aged odor, is originally rare in women, and no tendency is observed to increase with age. Therefore, the present inventors considered that: as a measure against female old tastes, it is more effective to supplement a specific component which is rich in body taste of young women but decreases with age, and to investigate it, as compared with the suppression of nonenal taste which is generally performed as a measure against male old tastes or masking by perfume or the like, and as a result, the present invention has been completed and the above-described effects of the present invention have been obtained.
In the formula (I), R is an alkyl group having 2 to 9 carbon atoms. The number of carbon atoms of R is preferably 3 to 9, more preferably 4 to 9, further preferably 5 to 8, and particularly preferably 6 or 7. The hydrogen atoms contained in the above alkyl groups are optionally substituted.

Examples
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to examples, but the present invention is not limited to these examples.
[ test 1]
A japanese woman (n ═ 50) aged in the second half to 50 years old was put on a T-shirt with a cloth sewn on the back thereof from after the bathing to before the bathing on the next day, and after the cloth was collected, sensory evaluation was performed by 6-stage scoring according to panelists (professionals) through 5 categories (nonenal flavor, fatty acid flavor, amine/ammonia flavor, S-series flavor, and sweet flavor). The criteria for the 6-stage scores (odor intensity; 0 to 5) are shown in Table 1, and the results are shown in FIGS. 1 to 4. Note that fig. 1 and 2 show the sweetness sensory evaluation scores, and fig. 3 shows the nonenal taste sensory evaluation scores. Further, the collected cloth was subjected to odor analysis using a headspace gas chromatography mass spectrometer (HSS-GC/MS). Fig. 4 shows the results of the study of the correlation between the nonenal concentration (ppm) and the age of the subject (sample). In addition, the correlation between the concentrations (ppm) of the respective lactone components (γ -decalactone and γ -undecanolactone) and the age of the subject (sample) was also examined, and the results are shown in fig. 5.
[ Table 1]
Strength of |
|
0 | Is tasteless |
1 | Barely perceived odor (detection threshold concentration) |
2 | A certain smell was felt, but very weak smell (cognitive threshold concentration) |
3 | Easily feel odor |
4 | Strong smell |
5 | Strong odor |
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, it is understood that the fragrance and sweetness of the second half of 10 years old is high until the first half of 20 years old, and the smell gradually decreases with age. Fig. 1 is a bar graph in which each data in fig. 2 is divided into age groups. In addition, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, nonenal odor did not have a clear correlation with sensory score at age, and the odor intensity itself was lower compared to males. In addition, HSS-GC/MS showed that the main components of the sweet taste were γ -decalactone and γ -undecanolactone.
As a result of examining the correlation between the total amount of γ -decalactone and γ -undecanolactone and age, as shown in fig. 5, it was confirmed that the peak was 10 years old or older, the peak was higher up to 20 years old, and the concentration gradually decreased after 30 years old as the age increased, similarly to the sensory score of sweetness. It is known that the vicinity of age 35 is a large change point of the sweet taste (inflection point of smell).
[ test 2]
A cotton ball (white cross No.10) impregnated with 10. mu.L of a model old taste containing trans-2-nonanal and 1. mu.L of a single material of various gamma-lactones was placed in a container and sealed. After 30 minutes the degree of comfort and discomfort for the model old taste was evaluated. Evaluation was performed on 4 subjects centered on the assessors. Various γ -lactones were used diluted to 1% or 10% with dipropylene glycol. The evaluation scores were shown in table 2 below, and the results are shown in table 3 and fig. 5.
[ Table 2]
Quality of smell | Scoring |
Is very uncomfortable | 3 |
Is uncomfortable to wear | -2 |
Slightly uncomfortable | -1 |
Without discomfort or |
0 |
Feel slightly comfortable | 1 |
Comfortable feeling | 2 |
Very comfortable | 3 |
[ Table 3]
The discomfort degree to the model old taste was not improved by γ -valerolactone (comparative example 1), but by adding γ -caprolactone (example 1), γ -heptalactone (example 2), γ -octalactone (example 3), γ -decalactone (example 4), and γ -undecanolactone (example 5), the quality of the taste was improved and the taste was pleasant.
[ test 3]
The impression of the photo women (4 sheets in total) was evaluated while smelling various fragrances. Specifically, "no perfume" and "2-nonenal", "soap perfume" and "lactone C10/lactone C11" having an odor intensity of 2 in 6 stages of odor intensity display methods were prepared, and photographs of women (actually 40 years) were observed while smelling one of these perfumes, and questionnaires on "woman's quality", "youth" and "charm" were conducted (n ═ 52). Evaluation was performed with general male/general female (over 30 years old). Fig. 7 shows the impression (%) for "woman's temperament", "youth", "charm" when no perfume was set to 100%.
In the case of a fragrance containing γ -decalactone (R ═ 6) and/or γ -undecanolactone (R ═ 7), the age of the appearance of the women in the photograph decreased, and the young was evaluated to be improved. In addition, the female quality, charm and sense of well-being are also evaluated. It is well known that many common women feel changes in body odor by themselves with age, but as one of the reasons for this, it is presumed that: among the body taste components unique to young women, "lactone C10/lactone C11" having "sweet taste" decreased after 30 years of age to change the body taste. Further, from the above test results, it is also known that the function of "lactone C10/lactone C11" is effective in improving female quality, mildness of the year, and charm. According to this study, it is considered that the method of imparting a flavor of "lactone C10/lactone C11" to women is not only a method of removing the flavor by simple washing, but also a method of more effectively addressing the female's old taste.
