the superior dispatching center issues the generated superior dispatching order subjected to the first examination to the local dispatching center;
the local dispatching center establishes association with the superior dispatching center according to the superior dispatching order to generate a local order;
the local scheduling center converts the local pre-order into a local formal operation order, performs first checking on the local formal operation order subjected to second checking, if the local formal operation order passes the checking, orders are issued according to the local formal operation order, so that a plant station executes an instruction of the local formal operation order, wherein the first checking comprises judging whether a superior scheduling center issues a scheduling confirmation instruction, if so, the checking passes, otherwise, the checking fails;
and the local scheduling center performs second checking on the report electronic command generated according to the execution condition of the plant station, if the report electronic command passes the checking, the report electronic command is sent to the superior scheduling center, the second checking comprises judging whether the plant station executes the command, if so, the checking passes, otherwise, the checking fails.

The method for managing and controlling the power scheduling interaction process according to claim 1, wherein the local scheduling center establishes association with the upper scheduling center according to the upper scheduling order to obtain the local order, and the method comprises the following steps:
and the local scheduling center generates the local pre-order according to the superior scheduling pre-order or the local scheduling center draws up a local operation order by itself and associates the local operation order with the superior scheduling pre-order item by item to obtain the local pre-order.

The method for managing and controlling the power scheduling interaction process according to claim 1, wherein before the local scheduling center converts the local pre-order into a local formal operation ticket and performs first checking on the local formal operation ticket subjected to the second auditing, the method further comprises:

the superior dispatching center carries out third audit on the superior formal operation ticket;
and the superior dispatching center issues a dispatching confirmation instruction or terminates the order issuing operation to the local dispatching center according to the superior formal operation order subjected to the third audit.
4. The power scheduling interaction process control method according to claim 3, wherein the first audit, the second audit and the third audit are audited by a double-audit and sign-on system.

The method for managing and controlling the power scheduling interaction process according to claim 1, wherein the local scheduling center performs a second check on the report electronic order generated according to the execution condition of the plant station, and if the check is passed, the report electronic order is sent to the upper scheduling center, and then the method further comprises:
