7. The operation and maintenance management system according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the mobile terminal comprises: the device comprises a display unit, an input unit, a data downloading unit, a data processing unit and a data sending unit; wherein,
the data downloading unit is used for downloading the service information generated by the information processing module;
the input unit is used for inputting job execution information;
the data processing unit is used for processing the service information to generate a corresponding display signal; monitoring whether the input unit has input information in real time, if so, generating job execution information according to the input information and transmitting the job execution information to the data sending unit, wherein the job information comprises at least one piece of input information;
the display unit is used for displaying according to the received display signal;
and the data sending unit is used for sending the operation execution information to the operation and maintenance management center.
8. An operation and maintenance management method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving request information sent by a mobile terminal;
generating corresponding service information according to the request information and a preset operation rule;
distributing the service information to the corresponding mobile terminal;
receiving job execution information fed back by the mobile terminal;
and processing the job execution information and storing the processed result.
9. The operation and maintenance management method according to claim 8, wherein the processing the job execution information and storing the processed result comprises:
verifying whether the operation execution information which is fed back by the mobile terminal and carries the identification information of the mobile terminal is legal or not, if so, storing the operation execution information which is verified to be legal into the database module according to the identification information of the mobile terminal; otherwise, the job execution information is illegal job execution information and is not stored.
10. The operation and maintenance management method according to claim 9, wherein the processing the job execution information and storing the processed result further comprises:
generating illegal prompt information according to the illegal operation execution information;
and distributing the illegal prompt information.
