Abstract

The invention discloses an offshore crude oil leakage cleaning and collecting device, which comprises an oil storage system for storing crude oil, a filtering system for filtering seawater and crude oil mixed water to screen out crude oil and a power system for driving the whole collecting device to move; the power system drives the whole collecting device to sail to a designated sea area, the filtering system centrifugally separates out seawater and crude oil, and the crude oil is stored through a pipeline connected with the oil storage system through the filtering system. Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme of the invention has the advantages of flexibility, changeability, strong dirt cleaning capability, high structural strength and the like, and can effectively and reliably clean the crude oil leaked on the sea surface.

In the prior art, if crude oil leakage occurs at sea, firstly, an oil containment boom is arranged on the surface of the sea, and an oil absorption felt is put into the enclosed crude oil to absorb the crude oil floating at the sea as much as possible, or an oil skimming boat is used to absorb the crude oil at the sea, but a great amount of manpower and material resources are consumed in the operation process, and the used oil absorption felt is only used once, and also causes great waste of resources. In addition, as the marine environment is complex and changeable, if severe weather conditions occur in rescue work, the marine crude oil recovery work is difficult to be effectively carried out, and even the marine crude oil is further expanded outwards to cause pollution in a larger area, so that the design of the effective marine crude oil cleaning device capable of being recycled has important significance for reducing the pollution degree of the marine crude oil as much as possible.
