Abstract
一种环保功能板体制程,包括押出成型、降温成型,滚压牵引以及裁切,主要是将橡胶/塑料原料、无机矿粉、粉末性木屑(或粉碎性纸屑)以及发泡剂置入押出机经均匀混炼,并经降温、滚压、裁切后,制作厚度达0.5mm以上的发泡板体。据此本发明以回收的粉末性木屑或粉碎性纸屑制作出发泡板体,提升废弃物回收再利用的价值,降低废弃物对环境伤害污染,达到再生环保功效。
Description
技术领域
本发明是关于使用细微发泡技术将回收材料(木屑、纸屑)结合橡胶/塑料原料、无机矿粉以及发泡剂,经押出制作出发泡板体。
背景技术
经济快速发展造成自然资源的过度开采及废弃物与日俱增,例如大量造林伐木、制作木质家具、木质地板、隔间板或造纸用于印刷等。
由于木材产品具有吸收排放水气的调节功能,有利于室内环境调节湿度,十分受大众所喜爱。但是木材产品加工过程产生的废料,或是老旧家具、木质装潢等废弃物虽然可以回收通过掩埋或焚烧回归自然环境,但是无法有效在利用实在可惜。
而纸类在使用后的回收可大略分为白纸类(书写纸、便条纸、信纸、书籍内页)、报纸类、牛皮纸类(牛皮纸袋、瓦愣纸、瓦愣箱)、混合纸类(书皮、再生纸、纸盒)。然而根据统计一般纸张回收大约4次至最多7次,而每次回收都会撕裂、搅烂,加上化学药剂和加水加热等过成去除杂质以及脱墨,每个步骤都会使纸浆的纤维变短、粗糙脆弱。另外尚有需要使用碎纸机的办公室中文件,由于其纤维已经成为短纤,能够在回收在被使用的用途受到限制。
根据前述回收废弃物再利用等问题,发明人希望有效在利用前述回收、废弃物,通过加工方法使其再生作为其他用途,减少废弃物产量。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的主要技术问题在于,克服现有技术存在的上述缺陷,而提供一种环保功能板体制程,其主要是以回收的粉末性木屑或粉碎性纸屑,配合使用橡胶/塑料原料、无机矿粉以及发泡剂制作出发泡板体,提升废弃物回收再利用的价值,降低废弃物对环境伤害污染,达到再生环保功效,成为友善环境的发明制程。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种环保功能板体制程,包括:押出成型,将15%~50%重量比的橡胶/塑料原料、50%~85%重量比的无机矿粉、粉末性木屑以及发泡剂背入押出机经均匀混炼,借以形成混炼料并受押出机熔融且橡胶/塑料原料发泡膨胀,再由模头向外输送押出成型厚度达0.5mm以上并含有粉末性木屑的发泡板体;前述该无机矿粉为硅酸钙;前述发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺(Azodicarbonamide)、二磺酰肼二苯醚或二亚硝基五次甲基四胺,每1公斤橡胶/塑料原料使用2.4公克至6公克的发泡剂;降温成型,由押出成型半成品的发泡板体进行液体接触式降温成型;滚压牵引,降温后的半成品的发泡板体其上下表面由滚压牵引机以上、下滚轮牵引;以及裁切,刀具裁断预设长度的发泡板体。

前述环保功能板体制程,其中橡胶/塑料原料为PVC(Polyvinyl Chloride,聚氯乙烯)、PE(polyethylene,聚乙烯)、ABS(Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene,丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯)或PC(Polycarbonate,聚碳酸酯)或工程塑料。
前述环保功能板体制程,其中该无机矿粉为碳酸钙。
本发明的有益效果是,其主要是以回收的粉末性木屑或粉碎性纸屑,配合使用橡胶/塑料原料、无机矿粉以及发泡剂制作出发泡板体,提升废弃物回收再利用的价值,降低废弃物对环境伤害污染,达到再生环保功效,成为友善环境的发明制程。
具体实施方式
本发明环保功能板体制程于下列举一实施例,此制程包括:押出成型,将15%~50%重量比的橡胶/塑料原料、50%~85%重量比的无机矿粉、粉末性木屑以及发泡剂置入押出机经均匀混炼,借以形成混炼料并受押出机熔融且橡胶/塑料原料发泡膨胀,再由模头向外输送押出成型厚度达0.5mm以上并含有无机矿粉的发泡板体;前述该无机矿粉为硅酸钙;前述发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺(Azodicarbonamide)、二磺酰肼二苯醚或二亚硝基五次甲基四胺,每1公斤橡胶/塑料原料使用2.4公克至6公克的发泡剂(可调整其发泡倍率为1.1倍至3.5倍低发泡倍率(以别于高倍率发泡的包温与缓冲材料));降温成型,由押出成型半成品的发泡板体进行液体接触式降温成型;滚压牵引,降温后的半成品的发泡板体其上下表面由滚压牵引机以上、下滚轮牵引;以及裁切,刀具裁断预设长度的发泡板体。
本发明是将配置好比例的橡胶/塑料原料、无机矿粉、粉末性木屑以及发泡剂置入押出机,借由押出机均匀混炼加热,使橡胶/塑料原料成熔融流体状并与无机矿粉、粉末性木屑、发泡剂相融,因押出机及其模头内部压力释放,使发泡剂体积膨胀以及橡胶/塑料原料膨胀,由膜头向外输出厚度达0.5mm以上并含有粉末性木屑、无机矿粉的发泡板体。再经由水槽冷却水冲涤降温或冷冻轮降温,以及滚压牵引机由上、下滚轮滚动压抵降发泡板体上下表面,最后以刀具裁切预设长度的发泡板体。本发明所制作完成的成品可运用于家具、发泡地板、发泡壁板、发泡门板、发泡隔热板或建筑物装潢等多用途。据此本发明确实可以提升废弃物回收再利用的价值,降低废弃物对环境伤害污染,达到再生环保功效,成为友善环境的发明制程。
而发明所采用发泡剂为有机化学发泡剂,发泡剂包括有偶氮类(ADCA)(Azodicarbonamide)偶氮二甲酰胺C2H4O2N4(发泡剂AC)、酰肼类发泡剂(OBSH)二磺酰肼二苯醚或亚硝基系(DPT发泡剂)又称H发泡剂二亚硝基五次甲基四胺。其中发泡剂(AC)为高效发泡剂广泛应用于橡胶、聚乙烯和聚合树脂等工业,其是有机发泡剂中最常用的一种,在无添加剂时其热分解的气体产物主要是N2CO2。发泡剂(AC)的发气量高分散性好以释放N2或CO2为主。金属氧化物、有机酸及铅、锌和镉等盐对纯发泡剂(AC)具有降低分解温度的作用。而酰肼类发泡剂(OBSH)二磺酰肼二苯醚,毒性极低,适于接触食品的包装材料,电绝缘性能好。亚硝基系(DPT发泡剂)又称H发泡剂,化学成分为二亚硝基五次甲基四胺,广泛应用于制造海绵橡胶,也可用于增塑PVC的压模,吹塑发泡。无臭味溶于二甲基甲酰胺和二甲亚砜。前述所揭示有机化学发泡剂毒性低,因此就算运用生产于发泡板体时因含量极低,仍可称为无毒害环境的产品,所以其制造生产过程以及最终产品对环境来说可是相当环保与友善对待。
本发明另一实施型态与前述差异之处在于将粉末性木屑替换为粉碎性纸屑,其余制程大致相同,如下段记载。

进一步详细说明上述两个实施例制程的相关成份的限定。其中橡胶/塑料原料为PVC(Polyvinyl Chloride,聚氯乙烯)、PE(polyethylene,聚乙烯)、ABS(AcrylonitrileButadiene Styrene,丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯)或PC(Polycarbonate,聚碳酸酯)或工程塑料。前述该无机矿粉为碳酸钙。

Claims (6)
1.一种环保功能板体制程,其特征在于,包括:
押出成型,将15%~50%重量比的橡胶/塑料原料、50%~85%重量比的无机矿粉、粉末性木屑以及发泡剂置入押出机经均匀混炼,借以形成混炼料并受押出机熔融且橡胶/塑料原料发泡膨胀,再由模头向外输送押出成型厚度达0.5mm以上并含有粉末性木屑的发泡板体;前述该无机矿粉为硅酸钙;前述发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺、二磺酰肼二苯醚或二亚硝基五次甲基四胺,每1公斤橡胶/塑料原料使用2.4公克至6公克的发泡剂;
降温成型,由押出成型半成品的发泡板体进行液体接触式降温成型;
滚压牵引,降温后的半成品的发泡板体其上下表面由滚压牵引机以上、下滚轮牵引;
以及裁切,刀具裁断预设长度的发泡板体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保功能板体制程,其特征在于,所述橡胶/塑料原料为PVC、PE、ABS或PC或工程塑料。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的环保功能板体制程,其特征在于,所述无机矿粉为碳酸钙。
4.一种环保功能板体制程,其特征在于,包括:

降温成型,由押出成型半成品的发泡板体进行液体接触式降温成型;
滚压牵引,降温后的半成品的发泡板体其上下表面由滚压牵引机以上、下滚轮牵引;

5.根据权利要求4所述的环保功能板体制程,其特征在于,所述橡胶/塑料原料为PVC、PE、ABS或PC或工程塑料。
