本发明属于消泡剂技术领域,特别涉及一种涂料油墨用消泡剂的制备方法。一种涂料油墨用消泡剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:S1,将聚硅氧烷、高碳醇、硬脂酸锌、丙烯酸甲酯、单甘油脂肪酸酯、仲烷基磺酸钠混合后,搅拌均匀,制得A液;S2,将六偏磷酸钠、表面活性剂和增稠剂加入去离子水中,搅拌均匀制得B液;S3,将A液和B液在60~70℃条件下混合,升温至90~100℃搅拌均匀后,加入疏水性二氧化硅和杀菌剂,保温30~40min,制得涂料油墨用消泡剂。本发明制得的涂料油墨用消泡剂具有良好的消泡、抑泡特性,且长期储存使用的品质稳定,有很好的使用价值。

技术领域
本发明属于消泡剂技术领域,特别涉及一种涂料油墨用消泡剂的制备方法。
背景技术
在油气开采、制浆造纸、纺织印染、生物发酵、污水处理、涂料加工和建筑工业等领域,搅拌产生的泡沫会引起产能下降、反应周期延长和原料浪费等问题。添加消泡剂可在短时间内消除泡沫。消泡剂可以分为矿物油消泡剂、聚醚类消泡剂和有机硅消泡剂等。矿物油消泡剂只能在液体剪切力较小、所含表面活性剂发泡能力较温和的条件下使用,对致密型泡沫的消除能力较差。
聚醚类消泡剂只有当发泡体系的温度超过浊点温度时才能发挥消泡作用。近年来,有机硅类消泡剂因消泡效率高、用量少、无生理毒性而受到广泛关注,但有机硅分散性差,难以乳化,易凝聚成没有消泡活性的、粒度过大的油珠,而纯硅油对水溶液的泡沫无消泡作用。
发明内容
本发明为了解决上述问题,提供一种涂料油墨用消泡剂的制备方法。
本发明采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种涂料油墨用消泡剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1,将聚硅氧烷、高碳醇、硬脂酸锌、丙烯酸甲酯、单甘油脂肪酸酯、仲烷基磺酸钠混合后,搅拌均匀,制得A液;
S2,将六偏磷酸钠、表面活性剂和增稠剂加入去离子水中,搅拌均匀制得B液;
S3,将A液和B液在60~70℃条件下混合,升温至90~100℃搅拌均匀后,加入疏水性二氧化硅和杀菌剂,保温30~40min,制得涂料油墨用消泡剂。
优选的方案,步骤S3中,升温至90~100℃搅拌均匀后,除了加入疏水性二氧化硅和杀菌剂外,还加入了四丁基氟化铵。
优选的方案,所述聚硅氧烷为聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚甲基三乙氧基硅烷或聚甲基三甲氧基硅烷中。
优选的方案,所述表面活性剂为脂肪酸山梨坦、聚山梨酯、聚氧乙烯单硬脂酸酯或甘油脂肪酸酯。
优选的方案,所述增稠剂为羧甲基纤维素、羧乙基纤维素、黄原胶或聚丙烯酸酯。
优选的方案,所述杀菌剂为戊二醛或纳米氧化银。
本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明制备的涂料油墨用消泡剂,保证了消泡剂整体的消泡、抑泡效果,添加的助剂成分不仅能有效促进主要活性成分效果的发挥,同时又能改善整体长期存放发生粘度变大、出现交联倾向等失效的情况发生,提高了存储、使用时品质的稳定性。最终在各成分的共同配合作用下,本发明制得的涂料油墨用消泡剂具有良好的消泡、抑泡特性,且长期储存使用的品质稳定,有很好的使用价值。
2、本发明的涂料油墨用消泡剂中添加有疏水性二氧化硅、纳米氧化银和纳米氧化锌等物质,相互配合作用,可以作为消泡核心,起到快速消泡的作用。

实施例1
一种涂料油墨用消泡剂,以质量份计,采用如下步骤制成:
S1,将聚二甲基硅氧烷20份、高碳醇8份、硬脂酸锌4份、丙烯酸甲酯1份、单甘油脂肪酸酯4份、仲烷基磺酸钠0.5份混合后,搅拌均匀,制得A液;
S2,将六偏磷酸钠3份、脂肪酸山梨坦2份和羧甲基纤维素3份加入去离子水85份中,搅拌均匀制得B液;
S3,将A液和B液在70℃条件下混合,升温至100℃搅拌均匀后,加入疏水性二氧化硅15份,保温30min,制得涂料油墨用消泡剂。
实施例2
一种涂料油墨用消泡剂,以质量份计,采用如下步骤制成:
S1,将聚甲基三乙氧基硅烷30份、高碳醇5份、硬脂酸锌5份、丙烯酸甲酯4份、单甘油脂肪酸酯2份、仲烷基磺酸钠2份混合后,搅拌均匀,制得A液;
S2,将六偏磷酸钠3份、聚山梨酯5份和羧乙基纤维素1.5份加入去离子水70份中,搅拌均匀制得B液;
S3,将A液和B液在60℃条件下混合,升温至90℃搅拌均匀后,加入疏水性二氧化硅30份、四丁基氟化铵0.1份,保温40min,制得涂料油墨用消泡剂。
实施例3
一种涂料油墨用消泡剂,以质量份计,采用如下步骤制成:
S1,将聚甲基三甲氧基硅烷40份、高碳醇15份、硬脂酸锌5份、丙烯酸甲酯2份、单甘油脂肪酸酯4份、仲烷基磺酸钠1份混合后,搅拌均匀,制得A液;
S2,将六偏磷酸钠2份、甘油脂肪酸酯3份和黄原胶2份加入去离子水75份中,搅拌均匀制得B液;
S3,将A液和B液在65℃条件下混合,升温至95℃搅拌均匀后,加入疏水性二氧化硅20份、四丁基氟化铵0.2份和戊二醛2份,保温35min,制得涂料油墨用消泡剂。
实施例4
一种涂料油墨用消泡剂,以质量份计,采用如下步骤制成:
S1,将聚二甲基硅氧烷30份、高碳醇10份、硬脂酸锌4份、丙烯酸甲酯2份、单甘油脂肪酸酯3份、仲烷基磺酸钠1.5份混合后,搅拌均匀,制得A液;
S2,将六偏磷酸钠2.5份、聚氧乙烯单硬脂酸酯4份和聚丙烯酸酯2.5份加入去离子水80份中,搅拌均匀制得B液;
S3,将A液和B液在65℃条件下混合,升温至95℃搅拌均匀后,加入疏水性二氧化硅25份、四丁基氟化铵0.1份和纳米氧化银3份,保温35min,制得涂料油墨用消泡剂。

1.一种涂料油墨用消泡剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1,将聚硅氧烷、高碳醇、硬脂酸锌、丙烯酸甲酯、单甘油脂肪酸酯、仲烷基磺酸钠混合后,搅拌均匀,制得A液;
S2,将六偏磷酸钠、表面活性剂和增稠剂加入去离子水中,搅拌均匀制得B液;
S3,将A液和B液在60~70℃条件下混合,升温至90~100℃搅拌均匀后,加入疏水性二氧化硅和杀菌剂,保温30~40min,制得涂料油墨用消泡剂。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的涂料油墨用消泡剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S3中,升温至90~100℃搅拌均匀后,除了加入疏水性二氧化硅和杀菌剂外,还加入了四丁基氟化铵。
3.根据权利要求1所述的涂料油墨用消泡剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述聚硅氧烷为聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚甲基三乙氧基硅烷或聚甲基三甲氧基硅烷中。
4.根据权利要求1所述的涂料油墨用消泡剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂为脂肪酸山梨坦、聚山梨酯、聚氧乙烯单硬脂酸酯或甘油脂肪酸酯。
5.根据权利要求1所述的涂料油墨用消泡剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述增稠剂为羧甲基纤维素、羧乙基纤维素、黄原胶或聚丙烯酸酯。
6.根据权利要求1所述的涂料油墨用消泡剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述杀菌剂为戊二醛或纳米氧化银。
