Abstract
本发明的目的在于提供一种能增加骨密度、增强人体免疫力的功能性组合配方奶粉及其生产工艺。该奶粉每1000g配方由以下组分组成:脱脂奶粉:800‑850g,乳清蛋白粉:50~100g,白糖粉:50~100g,复合矿物质:2~10g,复合维生素:12~25g,复合锌强化剂:2~10g,复合硒强化剂:2~10g,其它配方奶粉允许添加的营养素20~50g。所述复合矿物质、复合维生素、复合锌强化剂、复合硒强化剂、其它配方奶粉允许添加的营养素均按照科学实验严格配比形成。该奶粉生产工艺,包括以下步骤:一级预混,二级预混,三级混合,包装。该产品对增强人体免疫力,预防疾病,有明显效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种配方奶粉及其生产工艺,尤其是涉及一种能增加骨密度、增强人体免疫力的功能性组合配方奶粉及其生产工艺。
背景技术
免疫力是指机体抵抗外来侵袭,维护体内环境稳定性的能力。人之所以能健康、平安的生活,全都依赖于免疫系统的正常运行。它可以与人体外的病毒进行斗争,防止细菌侵入人体,防范疾病的发生。宝宝出生后,从母体获得的抗体在六个月左右逐步减少、消失,而此时,宝宝自身的免疫能力还尚未健全。同时,六个月前的宝宝接触病原体的机会比较少,六个月后,这种机会逐步增加,这些都是六个月后的宝宝容易生病的直接原因。减少宝宝生病的机会,除了按时预防接种,坚持母乳喂养,多做户外活动外,还可以通过有意食用具有增强免疫力的配方奶粉来提高人体的抵抗力,减少疾病的发生。
维生素是维持身体健康所必需的一类有机化合物。这类物质在体内既不是构成身体组织的原料,也不是能量的来源,而是一类调节物质,在物质代谢中起重要作用。这类物质由于体内不能合成或合成量不足,所以虽然需要量很少,但必须经常由食物供给。维生素对机体的新陈代谢、生长、发育、健康有极重要作用,如果长期缺乏某种维生素,就会引起生理机能障碍而发生某种疾病。
矿物质,又称无机盐,是构成人体组织和维持正常生理功能必需的各种元素的总称,矿物质对骨骼生长具有极其重要作用,对增加骨密度具有积极作用。矿物质和维生素一样,是人体必需的元素,矿物质是无法自身产生、合成的,每天矿物质的摄取量也是基本确定的,对于生长发育期的少年儿童,对于矿物质的需求量很大,因此,通过食物补充矿物质成为一种趋势。人体如果长期缺乏某种矿物质就会带来疾病,影响骨骼健康,甚至导致身体病变,造成终生残疾。
硒能够调节维生素A、维生素C、维生素E、维生素K的吸收与利用,当硒缺乏的时候,就很容易导致人体免疫能力下降,威胁人类健康,尤其是青少年儿童,缺硒对生长发育带来极为不利影响。
锌可以增强人体免疫力,人体体内锌含量如果长期处于缺乏状态,就会引起疾病,尤其对于生长发育期的青少年,如果缺锌就会导致发育不良,缺乏严重时,将会导致″侏儒症″和智力发育不良。只有锌量充足才能有效保证胸腺发育,正常分化淋巴细胞,促进细胞免疫功能。
大量研究表明,我国国民身体普遍表现为缺乏钙、铁、锌、硒、碘等微量元素。在食品中有意补充添加维生素、矿物质、硒元素、锌元素等营养强化剂,就可以增加骨密度、抑制钙流失、增强人体免疫力,减少疾病的发生。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能增加骨密度、增强人体免疫力的功能性配方奶粉及其生产工艺。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种增加骨密度、增强人体免疫力的功能性组合配方奶粉,其特征在于每1000g配方奶粉由以下组分组成:
脱脂奶粉:800-850g,乳清蛋白粉:50~100g,白糖粉:50~100g,复合矿物质:2~10g,复合维生素:12~25g,复合锌强化剂:2~10g,复合硒强化剂:2~10g,其它配方婴幼儿配方奶粉允许添加的营养素20~50g。
上述复合矿物质由碳酸亚铁、乳酸亚铁、葡萄糖酸钙、乳酸钙、葡萄糖酸镁、柠檬酸钾、碳酸锰中的一种或多种组成。
上述复合维生素由维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素C、维生素B12、维生素D、叶酸、烟酸、泛酸、胆碱中的一种或多种组成。
上述复合锌强化剂由乳酸锌、碳酸锌、葡萄糖酸锌中的一种或多种组成。
上述复合硒强化剂由硒蛋白、硒酸钠、亚硒酸钠中的一种或多种组成。
上述其他配方奶粉允许添加的营养素由左旋肉碱、牛磺酸、低聚果糖、酪蛋白磷酸肽、聚葡萄糖、乳铁蛋白中的一种或多种组成。
上述复合矿物质各组分重量比例如下(总数是1):碳酸亚铁0--0.3,乳酸亚铁0--0.3,葡萄糖酸钙0.1--0.4,乳酸钙0.1--0.4,葡萄糖酸镁0--0.2,柠檬酸钾0--0.2,碳酸锰0--0.2。
上述复合维生素各组分重量比例如下(总数是1):维生素B1 0--0.15,维生素B20--0.15,维生素B6 0--0.15,维生素C 0.1--0.3,维生素B12 0--0.3,维生素D 0--0.15,叶酸0--0.1,烟酸0--0.1,泛酸0--0.1,胆碱0--0.1。
上述复合锌强化剂各组分重量比例如下(总数是1):乳酸锌0.2--0.8,碳酸锌0--0.5,葡萄糖酸锌0--0.4。
上述复合硒强化剂各组分重量比例如下(总数是1):硒蛋白0--0.5,硒酸钠0--0.5,亚硒酸钠0--0.5。
上述其他配方奶粉允许添加的营养素各组分重量比例如下(总数是1):左旋肉碱0--0.2,牛磺酸0--0.2,低聚果糖0.1--0.4,酪蛋白磷酸肽0--0.2,聚葡萄糖0.2--0.5,乳铁蛋白0--0.3。
本发明之一种增加骨密度、增强人体免疫力的功能性配方奶粉的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)依次将1-3倍于复合矿物质、复合维生素、复合锌增强剂、复合硒增强剂、其它配方奶粉允许添加的营养素总重量的脱脂奶粉和复合矿物质原料、复合维生素原料、复合锌增强剂原料、复合硒增强剂原料、其它配方奶粉允许添加的营养素原料倒入三维混合机中进行一级预混,预混时间为5--8min。
(2)将一级预混后的物料按照总重量的1--2倍再配入脱脂奶粉,将脱脂奶粉倒入三维混合机中,加入乳清蛋白粉、白糖粉进行二级预混,预混时间为5--8min。
(3)将二级预混后的物料投入高速混合机中,加入配方中剩余的脱脂奶粉,进行三级混合,转速35-45转/min,混合时间为5--8min。
(4)混合后的产品过40目筛后转入移动粉车,放入粉斗,抽真空填充惰性气体进行包装,即成。
本发明通过将复合矿物质、复合维生素、复合锌增强剂、复合硒增强剂添加到奶粉中,使奶粉的营养成分更全面,弥补国人身体普遍缺乏的营养元素。该产品各成分协同作用,对促进钙吸收、抑制钙流失,增加骨密度、增强身体免疫力,预防疾病,效果显著,对人体健康起到积极作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
以下所述各实施例配方为生产100公斤产品所需。
实施例1
制备工艺:
(1)把10公斤脱脂奶粉投入三维混合机,然后依次将称量好的矿物质组分原料、维生素组分原料、锌增强剂组分原料、硒增强剂组分原料、其它配方奶粉允许添加的营养素组分原料倒入三维混合机中,进行一级预混,预混时间为6min。
(2)将一级预混后的物料再配入20公斤脱脂奶粉、5公斤乳清蛋白粉、5公斤白糖粉于三维混合机中,进行二级预混,预混时间为6min。
(3)将二级预混后的物料投入到高速混合机中,同时加入脱脂奶粉50公斤,进行三级混合,转速35-45转/min,混合时间为5min。
混合后的产品过40目筛后转入移动粉车,放入粉斗,抽真空填充惰性气体进行包装,即成。
实施例2
制备工艺:
(1)把15公斤脱脂奶粉投入三维混合机,然后依次将称量好的矿物质组分原料、维生素组分原料、锌增强剂组分原料、硒增强剂组分原料、其它配方奶粉允许添加的营养素组分原料倒入三维混合机中,进行一级预混,预混时间为6min。

混合后的产品过40目筛后转入移动粉车,放入粉斗,抽真空填充惰性气体进行包装,即成。
实施例3
制备工艺:
(1)把15公斤脱脂奶粉投入三维混合机,然后依次将称量好的矿物质组分原料、维生素组分原料、锌增强剂组分原料、硒增强剂组分原料、其它配方奶粉允许添加的营养素组分原料倒入三维混合机中,进行一级预混,预混时间为6min。
(2)将一级预混后的物料再配入20公斤脱脂奶粉、5公斤乳清蛋白粉、5公斤白糖粉于三维混合机中,进行二级预混,预混时间为6min。

1.一种具有增加骨密度、增强人体免疫力的功能性组合配方奶粉,其特征在于每1000g配方奶粉由以下组分组成:脱脂奶粉:800-850g,乳清蛋白粉:50~100g,白糖粉:50~100g,复合矿物质:2~10g,复合维生素:12~25g,复合锌强化剂:2~10g,复合硒强化剂:2~10g,其它配方奶粉允许添加的营养素20~50g。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种具有增加骨密度、增强人体免疫力的功能性组合配方奶粉,其特征是所述复合矿物质由碳酸亚铁、乳酸亚铁、葡萄糖酸钙、乳酸钙、葡萄糖酸镁、柠檬酸钾、碳酸锰中的一种或多种组成;所述复合维生素由维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素C、维生素B12、维生素D、叶酸、烟酸、泛酸、胆碱中的一种或多种组成;所述复合锌强化剂由乳酸锌、碳酸锌、葡萄糖酸锌中的一种或多种组成;所述复合硒强化剂由硒蛋白、硒酸钠、亚硒酸钠中的一种或多种组成;所述其它配方奶粉允许添加的营养素由左旋肉碱、牛磺酸、低聚果糖、酪蛋白磷酸肽、聚葡萄糖、乳铁蛋白中的一种或多种组成。
