(1) preparation of oil phase: uniformly mixing 12-22 parts by mass of shea butter, 1-2 parts by mass of unsaturated fatty acid and 0.5-1.5 parts by mass of emulsifier at 60-70 ℃ to prepare an oil phase;
(2) preparation of the aqueous phase: uniformly mixing 1200-3200 parts of water, 3.5-4.5 parts of polyol and 2.5-3.5 parts of metal salt by mass to prepare a water phase;
(3) preparing the nano emulsion: adding the water phase into the oil phase, and homogenizing for 2-4 times to obtain nano emulsion;
(4) preparation of finishing liquor: mixing and stirring the nano emulsion, hyaluronic acid, butoxyethyl nicotinate, nano amino silicone oil, acetyl hydroxyproline, an acaricidal agent and chitin to prepare a finishing liquid;
(5) padding treatment: padding the home textile fabric in finishing liquor by adopting a double-padding and double-rolling mode, wherein the roller pressure is 0.12-0.28MPa, and the rolling residue rate is 75-85%;
(6) washing with water: the padded home textile fabric is put into a washing machine for washing, and is dried after being washed for 2-4 times;
(7) drying: pre-drying the washed home textile fabric at the temperature of 110-126 ℃ for 0.5-2min, and then baking the home textile fabric at the temperature of 140-160 ℃ for 4-8min, thereby completing the post-finishing process for the home textile fabric based on the shea butter.
2. The finishing process for the shea butter-based home textile fabric according to claim 1, characterized in that: the unsaturated fatty acid in the step (1) is one or a mixture of oleic acid, linoleic acid and linolenic acid; the emulsifier is sucrose ester or soybean lecithin.
3. The finishing process for the shea butter-based home textile fabric according to claim 1, characterized in that: in the step (2), the polyalcohol is one of glycerol, propylene glycol or 1, 3-butanediol; the metal salt is sodium chloride.
4. The finishing process for the shea butter-based home textile fabric according to claim 1, characterized in that: the mixing ratio of the water phase and the oil phase in the step (3) is as follows: 120, 140:1, and the homogenizing pressure is 80-100 MPa.

The finishing process for the shea butter-based home textile fabric according to claim 1, characterized in that: the mixing ratio of the nano emulsion, the hyaluronic acid, the butoxyethyl nicotinate, the nano amino silicone oil, the acetyl hydroxyproline, the mite inhibitor and the chitin in the step (4) is as follows: 12-20:1-3:2-4:80-100:3-5:2-6:1-7.
6. The finishing process for the shea butter-based home textile fabric according to claim 1, characterized in that: the mite inhibitor in the step (4) is metronidazole.
