Abstract
The invention relates to a tea waste pug, a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) removing impurities from tea leaf residue, cleaning, and air drying to obtain clean tea leaf; (2) grinding and sieving the clean tea leaves obtained in the step (1) to obtain tea powder; (3) and (3) blending the tea powder obtained in the step (2) with fragrance, mixing the tea powder with the plant adhesive powder and honey, and uniformly kneading the mixture into paste to obtain the tea waste pug. The preparation method can comprehensively recycle the waste tea leaf residue, changes waste into valuable, takes the raw materials from plants in the preparation process, has no pollution, and particularly can endow the tea leaf waste pug with specific fragrance; the obtained tea waste pug can be applied to manufacturing various products and has wide adaptability.

Background
China is the home country of tea and the biggest tea-producing country in the world. Recent data show that the total yield of Chinese tea in 2018 reaches 261.6 ten thousand tons, and the yield increase rate is 4.8%.

In addition, in order to enable the product prepared from the tea waste pug to have higher appreciation value, food-grade pigments can be selected to color the corresponding product so as to meet the market demand. (3) removing kernels of mature pears and hollowing out the ripe pears, filling the tea powder obtained in the step (2), sealing the pear and boiling the pear for 1 hour in a water-tight mode, enabling the tea powder to fully absorb the aroma of the pears, uniformly blending the tea powder, fruit pulp, edible oriental cherry essential oil and essence aqueous solution according to the weight ratio of 1:1:0.016:0.032 after the boiling is finished, mixing and kneading the tea powder, fruit pulp, edible oriental cherry essential oil and essence aqueous solution for 30 minutes into paste with elm bark powder and honey, wherein the weight ratio of the tea powder, the elm bark powder and the honey is 100:15:10, and thus obtaining the tea waste pug.

(1) removing impurities from the brewed waste tea leaves, cleaning the tea leaves for 4 times by using clear water, and naturally drying the tea leaves in a backlight place to obtain clean tea leaves;
(2) finely grinding the clean tea leaves obtained in the step (1), and sieving the ground tea leaves with a 220-mesh sieve to obtain tea powder;
(3) mixing eucommia ulmoides, frankincense, cortex cinnamomi, orange peel, lavender, polygala tenuifolia, liquorice and calamus, grinding into powder to obtain a nerve calming formula, mixing the nerve calming formula with the tea leaf powder obtained in the step (2) according to the weight ratio of 0.8:1, mixing with the nanmu bark powder and honey, kneading for 60min to form a paste, wherein the weight ratio of the tea leaf powder, the nanmu bark powder and the honey is 100:20:12, and thus obtaining the tea waste pug.
