本发明公开一种养阴和胃丸的中药丸剂，由：石斛、香橼、北沙参、麦冬、白芍、甘草、生地、天花粉、浙贝、苏叶、生黄芪、砂仁、玄胡、当归、丹参、玉竹16味中药组方配伍，本发明健脾养阴，益胃止痛，理气和中，滋阴疏肝，濡养胃阴，益气活血，养血生津，清养复胃，安和五脏。1、对正常生理功能无影响，或甚小，无毒副作用。2、作用是非特异的和广谱的。3、有调节五脏养胃的正常机理作用，升降气机，推动血液循环，濡养胃阴的正常生理机能。对胃阴亏损的慢性胃病有恢复正常机能作用。4、能对慢胃阴亏有改善症状体征，邪祛正安而康复。

本发明涉及中药成药，尤其是一种养阴和胃丸的中药丸剂。
背景技术：
内经曰：“天食人以五气，地食人以五味，五味入口，藏于肠胃，味有所藏，以养五气，气和而生，津液相成，神乃自生。”从生理来讲，天是用五时之气养育人的，地是用五味饮食养人之身，五味饮食通过口而进入人体积存于肠胃之中，其精微物质经消化吸收而贮藏下来，以充养五脏之气。可见人的生存胃的消化是多么的重要，人若无胃气存在，生命很快就终结了，当今之人不知养胃的重要性，饮食无节，肌饱无常，冰凉辛燥，伤其胃体，胃失所养，加之性急易怒，伤及肝脾，气伤阴亏，阴伤血亏，故百病生焉。根据临床实际治疗中促进胃肠蠕动功能，增加胃液分泌，改善血液循环。养阴滋胃，清除胃内虚热，升降气机，解郁除滞，清养胃阴。而中医的养阴和胃丸，健脾养阴，益胃止痛，理气和中，滋阴疏肝，濡养胃阴，益气和血，养血生津，清养复胃，安和五脏。对胃阴亏损日久疗效确切。
发明内容：
取：石斛、香橼、北沙参、麦冬、白芍、甘草、生地、天花粉、浙贝、苏叶、生黄芪、砂仁、玄胡、当归、丹参、玉竹16味中药经炮制后，精选干燥精碎过120目筛，水泛为丸，如绿豆大，早中晚各一次，每次6g，温开水送服，每三周为一疗程。
本发明健脾养阴，益胃止痛，理气和中，滋阴疏肝，濡养胃阴，益气和血，养血生津，清养复胃，安和五脏。方中：麦冬、沙参、玉竹滋阴生津，濡养肺胃之阴；生地滋阴补血，益肝肾；石斛生津养血，实为治胃仙草之名；香橼，理气疏肝，芳香化浊；生黄芪补气，气行则血行；玄胡理气止痛，配白芍、甘草疏肝缓急止痛更优；当归、丹参活血养血；砂仁健脾芳香化湿，在大队养阴药中起补阴而不滞的作用；浙贝、天花粉清热散瘀，养阴护胃，现代医学研究发现两药配伍有消炎祛除慢胃充血水肿之功用，独用苏叶温而芳香，和胃理气，通心益智，现代医学研究发现它有保护食管胃粘膜的功用。
经现代医学研究：本发明健脾养阴，益胃止痛，理气和中，滋阴疏肝，濡养胃阴，益气和血，养血生津，清养复胃，安和五脏。
1、对正常生理功能无影响，或甚微，无毒副作用。
2、作用是非特异的和广谱的。
3、有调节五脏养胃的正常机理作用，升降气机，推动血液循环濡养胃阴的正常生理机能。对胃阴亏损的慢性胃病有恢复正常机能作用。
4、能对慢胃阴亏有改善症状体征，邪祛正安而康复。
具体实施方法：
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明：
取：石斛12g、香橼10g、北沙参15g、麦冬15g、白芍12g、甘草3g、生地10g、天花粉10g、浙贝10g、苏叶5g、生黄芪15g、砂仁10g、玄胡12g、当归10g、丹参10g、玉竹15g共16味中药精选干燥，对其中三味中药进行炮制后，进行粉碎过120目筛，水泛为丸，如绿豆大，早中晚各一次，每次6g，温开水送服，三周为一疗程。
1、对白芍的炮制：取伏龙肝细粉置锅内，用中火炒热，倒入由白芍炒至表面挂土色，微显焦黄色时取出，筛去土粉放凉。
2、对丹参的炮制：除去杂质残茎，洗净，润透，切为薄片，干燥。
3、对炙甘草的炮制：炙甘草，将炼蜜加适量沸水稀释后，加入甘草片拌匀，闷透置锅内，取文火炒至不粘手，取出，放凉，每100kg甘草片用炼蜜25kg。
4、包括上述炮制的3味中药共16味中药，经精选干燥，对其中三味中药进行炮制后，进行精碎过120目筛，水泛为丸，如绿豆大，早中晚各一次，每次6g，温开水送服，三周为一疗程。
本发明其临床观察300例服用一种养阴和胃丸的中药丸剂患者临床观察，即有近期疗效，亦见远期治愈的疗效共计280例，尚有12例明显好转，无效8例，总有效率为96％。
典型病例：
朱某：女，35岁，2016年7月12日初诊，上复部疼痛月余，口干，口臭，舌红苔少黄，脉细数。胃镜显示，胃多发溃疡，A2期，经服一种养阴和胃的中药丸剂，经5个疗程的治疗后，上述诸症消失，复查胃镜示无溃疡，痊愈。
李某：男，50岁，2016年8月15日初诊，嗳气，脘腹隐痛，口渴欲饮，口苦，泛酸，食欲减退，食后有饱胀感，小便黄，舌红无苔，胃镜示慢性胃炎伴糜烂，经服用一种养阴和胃丸的中药丸剂，经4个疗程治疗后，复查胃镜示无糜烂，诸症消失康复。

1.一种养阴和胃丸的中药丸剂。其特征在于组方配伍和各种药的重量为：石斛12g、香橼10g、北沙参15g、麦冬15g、白芍12g、甘草3g、生地10g、天花粉10g、浙贝10g、苏叶5g、生黄芪15g、砂仁10g、玄胡12g、当归10g、丹参10g、玉竹15g共16味中药。
2.由权利要求1：一种养阴和胃丸的中药丸剂所述，其特征在于对炒白芍的炮制：取伏龙肝细粉置锅内，用中火炒热，倒入由白芍炒至表面挂土色，微显焦黄色时取出，筛去土粉放凉。
3.由权利要求2：一种养阴和胃丸的中药丸剂所述，其特征在于对丹参的炮制：除去杂质残茎，洗净，润透，切薄片，干燥。
