When the data processing module receives a vehicle searching instruction through the fourth communication module, the shortest path is calculated according to the position information of the ID card 1 and the position of the vehicle at the parking place, and vehicle searching route planning guidance information is generated according to the shortest path; when the data processing module receives a leaving instruction through the fourth communication module, according to the position information of the ID card 1 and the queuing state of each exit vehicle, an exit with few exit vehicles is selected, the shortest path is calculated, and leaving route planning guide information is generated according to the shortest path; the database receives and stores the parking state and the exit state through the fourth communication module; the control module receives the vehicle searching route planning guiding information or the leaving route planning guiding information through the third communication module; the data processing module records the parking starting time and the parking ending time, and the parking fee is calculated according to the parking starting time and the parking ending time. The control module displays the route through the display terminal 4, and the display terminal 4 includes: the vehicle searching indication screen and the leaving indication screen are respectively arranged on two sides of a road of the parking lot and are controlled by the control module to display a vehicle searching route or a leaving route. In conclusion, the intelligent positioning system for the parking lot solves the problems that vehicle searching in a large parking lot is long in time consumption and low in efficiency, and an exit is blocked when the vehicle leaves, shortens vehicle taking time, avoids the phenomenon of exit congestion, and provides great convenience for vehicle owners.
