本发明涉及杂环染料复合物染料技术领域,具体是一种分散荧光橙染料及其应用。
背景技术
从纺织品面料现状来看,有多种纤维组合而成的面料所占的比例逐年增加,尤其户内外装饰用品、体育用品、特种作业警示服装等面料不断增加,目前市场上供应的分散荧光单体染料较少,该类产品为杂环类分散染料,分子结构复杂,生产工艺复杂,合成难度大,色谱不全,还不能很好的满足该类纺织品的印染需要,市场急需要更多色谱齐全的耐水洗、耐摩擦和耐光色牢度较好的荧光分散染料。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术不足,提供一种分散荧光橙染料及其应用,这种分散荧光橙染料提供了更多色谱的耐水洗、耐摩擦和耐光色牢度较好的荧光分散染料。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明通过下述技术方案得以解决:一种分散荧光橙染料,按质量分数包括0.1-75%的如式(I)所示的染料单体A, 0.1-75%的如式(Ⅱ)所示的染料单体B,以及余量的助剂,

上述技术方案中,优选的,所述木质素磺酸盐为木质素磺酸钠。
上述技术方案中,优选的,按质量分数包括30-50%的如式(I)所示的染料单体A,35-55%的如式(Ⅱ)所示的染料单体B,以及余量的助剂,

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述:实施例1-8,按照表1所示计量数据,将染料单体A、染料单体B、分散剂MF、扩散剂CNF、扩散剂NNO和木质素磺酸钠加水拼混后,用研磨机进行研磨分散,喷雾干燥制得分散荧光橙染料。其中染色单体A为

实施例9-16,按照表2所示计量数据,将C.I.分散黄82(商品染料,单体A含量为50%,其余为助剂)、C.I.分散红277(商品染料,单体B含量为50%,其余为助剂)、分散剂MF、扩散剂CNF和扩散剂NNO加水拼混后,用研磨机进行研磨分散,喷雾干燥制得分散荧光橙染料。

各取0.5克实施例1-16制得的一种复合分散染料,分散在500毫升的水中,吸取20毫升后与60毫升水混合。用醋酸调染浴PH=4.5,升温至70℃同时放入2克涤/棉布进行染色,于50分钟内温度由70℃升至130℃,保温30分钟,冷却到90℃时开始取样。采用国标GB/T3921-1997、GB/T3920-1997、GB/T8427-1998、GB/T5718-1997.分别测试其耐水洗、耐摩擦、耐光色牢度,测试结果见表3。
