The mooring mechanism comprises a pair of drum winches, the drum winches are arranged on the ship sides of the ship head of the operation and maintenance ship, a rope is wound in each drum winch, and the rope extends out of or retracts into each drum winch. The locking mechanism comprises a chain and a locking part, wherein one end of the chain is connected with the rope, and the other end of the chain is connected with the locking part. The climbing device can be used for rapid berthing, is simple to use and low in cost, improves the safety and efficiency of workers climbing the fan, and reduces the danger possibly caused by misoperation. The problem that the conventional small ship cannot be berthed when waves fluctuate is solved, and the problem that the small ship cannot use the wave compensation device due to cost is also solved.

The existing ships for providing operation and maintenance service for offshore wind farms in China are mostly non-professional ships, the operation and maintenance efficiency is low, the safety risk is large, the operation and maintenance management experience is poor, the operation and maintenance are influenced by ship shapes and ship leaning pile forms, and the operation and maintenance ship mainly depends on lateral berthing; the large professional operation and maintenance ships mostly use the wave compensation devices, the influence of multiple degrees of freedom needs to be considered, the manufacturing cost is high, and the energy consumption is large.
