The invention relates to an automatic loading and unloading device integrating sawing and punching, which comprises four parts: the automatic material receiving machine comprises a feeding part, a sawing machine part, a punching machine part and a material receiving part; manually stacking template raw materials 1 on a material box, placing the material box on the material box to a designated position, detecting the existence of materials, conveying the aluminum template raw materials 1 to be processed to the designated position by a feeding part, grabbing and conveying the aluminum template raw materials 1 to a sawing machine part for processing, sawing the flat end of a template, after the aluminum template is sawed, dragging the template to a punch part by an automatic feeding system for punching, dragging the template to the proper position by the automatic feeding system for sawing, dragging the template to the conveying position by the automatic feeding system, conveying the processed aluminum template finished products 25 to the position by a material receiving part, stacking and finishing the processing; the method specifically comprises the following steps:
firstly, a transverse lifting motor 10 drives a transverse sliding plate to transversely move through a transverse lead screw; the longitudinal telescopic cylinder drives the longitudinal sliding plate to longitudinally move through the longitudinal telescopic rod; the longitudinal lifting motor 7 drives the template clamping plate 8 to move up and down through a lifting screw rod 9; the template clamping plate is controlled to move to the aluminum template placing area to be processed to grab the raw material 1 and transfer the raw material to the conveying ladder;
secondly, dragging the template to a punch 4 by an automatic feeding system, enabling the punch 4 to work according to the width and length of a finished product sawn and punched by manual input, enabling a punch motor 18 to drive a punch sliding plate to move through a punch lead screw, adjusting the width of the punch to perform servo feeding, enabling a punch cylinder 20 to fix the aluminum template through a punch press block, and punching the aluminum template through a punch 19;
step three, the automatic feeding system sends the aluminum template to a sawing machine 3 to the top, and the sawing machine 3 acts to saw the end of the template flat; the side pressing cylinder holder 14 clamps the side surface of the aluminum template through a side pressing stop block, the lower pressing cylinder 12 is fixed and pressed above the aluminum template through a lower pressing stop block, and after the aluminum template is fixed, the sawing machine motor 16 drives the sawing machine sliding plate to move through the sawing machine lead screw; the saw blade motor 17 drives the saw blade 11 to work, and the whole aluminum template is moved to complete the cutting work of the aluminum template;
and step four, dragging the cut aluminum template to a carrying position by an automatic feeding system, controlling a material receiving sliding plate 24 to move by a material receiving motor 22 through a material receiving lead screw, and controlling a material receiving template clamping plate to be matched for use by a second material receiving motor through a second material receiving lead screw 23, so that the aluminum template finished product 25 is grabbed and placed, and stacking is realized.
According to the invention, through the design of the sawing and punching integrated machine, sawing and punching of the aluminum template are completed by combining the sawing and punching of the aluminum template on a set of equipment; the turnover of materials is reduced, the number of workers for processing and turnover is greatly reduced, and efficient production of standard plane templates in aluminum templates is realized.

The integrated device with automatic sawing, punching and automatic feeding and discharging functions as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the lifter (2) comprises a transverse lifting motor (10), a lifting screw (9), a template clamping plate (8) and a longitudinal lifting motor (7); a transverse sliding rail is arranged on the ground on the right side of the punch (4), a transverse sliding plate is clamped on the top surface of the transverse sliding rail, a transverse wire barrel is arranged on the front end surface of the transverse sliding plate, a transverse lifting motor (10) is arranged at one end of the top surface of the transverse sliding rail, a transverse lead screw is arranged on a motor shaft of the transverse lifting motor (10), and the other end of the transverse lead screw penetrates through the transverse wire barrel and is in threaded connection with the transverse wire barrel; the top surface of the transverse sliding plate is provided with a lifting support, the top part right behind the lifting support is provided with a longitudinal sliding rail, the longitudinal sliding rail is clamped with a longitudinal sliding plate, a longitudinal telescopic cylinder is arranged above the longitudinal sliding rail and on the lifting support, and the outer end of a longitudinal telescopic rod of the longitudinal telescopic cylinder is fixedly connected with the front end surface of the longitudinal sliding plate; a lifting frame is arranged on one end face of the longitudinal sliding plate, a through lifting screw cylinder is arranged in the lifting frame from top to bottom, two ends of the lifting screw (9) respectively penetrate through the corresponding lifting screw cylinders, and the lifting screw (9) is in threaded connection with the corresponding lifting screw cylinders; the bottom end of the lifting screw rod (9) is provided with a template clamping plate (8); the top surface of the longitudinal sliding plate is provided with a longitudinal lifting motor (7), and a lifting screw sleeve meshed with a lifting screw (9) is sleeved on a motor shaft of the longitudinal lifting motor (7).
