Detailed Description
Embodiments for carrying out the present invention will be described below with reference to the several drawings.
Application example
First, an example of applying the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1. Fig. 1 is a block diagram of a switch 10 according to a first embodiment of the present invention. The switch is, for example, a push-button wireless switch, and performs wireless communication. In the following embodiments, a push-button wireless switch is used as a specific example of the control, but the present invention is also applicable to control of other operation switches.
The switch 10 includes an operation unit 110, a power supply unit 120, and an execution circuit unit 130. The power supply unit 120 includes a power generation unit 121, a rectification unit 122, a power storage unit 123, a stabilization unit 124, and a voltage monitoring unit 125. The execution circuit unit 130 includes a disconnection control unit 131, a control unit 132, a transmission/reception unit 133, and a display unit 134. The transmitting/receiving unit 133 is a communication unit of the present invention.
The user presses the operation unit 110. As a result, a part of the operation unit 110 acts on the power generation unit 121, and the power generation unit 121 generates power. Thereby, the voltage monitoring unit 125 determines that the operation unit 110 is pressed. Although not particularly shown, the operation unit 110 includes an acceleration generation unit. The acceleration generating unit is configured to generate acceleration for increasing the moving speed of the power generation shaft by using elastic force or the like in response to the operation of the operation unit 110. The acceleration is given to the power generation section 121 at this time. This enables efficient power generation as described below.
The power generation unit 121 outputs the electric power obtained by the power generation to the rectification unit 122. Although not particularly shown, the power generation unit 121 includes: a power generation shaft that moves in a direction in which the operation unit 110 is operated; and an electromagnetic induction member having a through hole into which the power generation shaft is partially inserted. When the operation portion 110 is operated, the power generation shaft moves in a direction of being inserted into the through hole of the electromagnetic induction member. The power generation unit 121 generates electromotive force by movement of the power generation shaft in the through hole, that is, change in the amount of insertion of the power generation shaft in the through hole. More specifically, the power generation unit 121 utilizes electromagnetic induction to change the amount of power generation according to the moving speed of the power generation shaft, and the amount of power generation increases as the moving speed increases.
The rectifier 122 rectifies the ac power into dc power. The rectifier 122 outputs the rectified dc power to the power storage 123.
The stabilization unit 124 supplies power to the execution circuit unit 130. The stabilizing section 124 is, for example, a Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor (MOS-FET). The stabilizing unit 124 is connected to the cutting control unit 131. The disconnection control unit 131 controls power supply to the control unit 132, the transmission/reception unit 133, and the display unit 134.
The control unit 132 outputs a control signal to the transmission/reception unit 133. Then, the control unit 132 performs display control of the display unit 134. More specifically, the control unit 132 performs control related to display of the transmission/reception result and the like on the display unit 134 and clearing (clear) of the display.
The transmission/reception unit 133 transmits the control signal and the SYN packet to the receiver 20 connected to the device to be controlled. The transmission/reception unit 133 receives the SYN + ACK packet as a transmission/reception result from the control target device via the receiver 20. The transmission/reception unit 133 outputs the transmission/reception result to the control unit 132.
The control unit 132 outputs the result of the transmission and reception to the display unit 134. The display portion 134 is a display device of a display state holding type. The display unit 134 displays the transmission/reception result, and keeps displaying the transmission/reception result until the next (re-operation) operation unit 110 is pressed.
The display unit 134 is, for example, liquid crystal electronic paper, and can display the result of transmission and reception by changing the display, color, or the like. For example, if the result of transmission/reception is normal, the color is changed to be colored, and if the result of transmission/reception is abnormal, the color is changed to be colorless.
Next, the user releases the state where the operation unit 110 is pressed. As a result, a part of the operation unit 110 acts in the direction opposite to the pressing direction, and the power generation unit 121 generates power. Thereby, the voltage monitoring part 125 determines that the operation part 110 is released. In this case, the acceleration is generated, so that the power generation can be efficiently performed.
The power generation unit 121 outputs negative power obtained by power generation to the rectification unit 122.
The rectifier 122 rectifies the ac power into a desired dc power. The rectifier 122 outputs the rectified dc power to the power storage 123. Power storage unit 123 stores dc power.
That is, the electric power generated by operating the operation unit 110 to transmit the control signal can be used for transmission of the control signal and display of the transmission/reception result of the control signal, and the display state of the transmission/reception result can be maintained. Further, the transmission of the control signal and the display of the transmission/reception result of the control signal do not require any other power source, and cost reduction can be achieved.
Further, electric power can be stored in power storage unit 123 during the pressing operation of operation unit 110 and the releasing operation of operation unit 110, and electric power can be stored more efficiently.
Further, since the display unit 134 is electronic paper, no power is required for display, and a power saving effect can be obtained.
Structural example 1
Fig. 1 is a block diagram of a switch 10 according to a first embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a switch according to a first embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 3 is a waveform diagram of an output voltage at the time of depression and release of the switch according to the first embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 4 is a flowchart showing control of the switch according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
A more specific configuration example will be described with reference to fig. 2 based on the configuration of the switch 10 of fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 2, the switch 10 includes a housing 115. The housing 115 includes an operation unit 110 and a display unit 134.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the receiver 20 connected to a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) or the like as a control target device executes control by receiving a signal transmitted from the transmission/reception unit 133. Then, the receiver 20 transmits the reception result to the transmission/reception unit 133.
More specifically, the transceiver 133 transmits the control signal and the SYN packet to the receiver 20. The receiver 20 receives the control signal and transmits the SYN + ACK packet to the transmission/reception unit 133. The transceiver 133 receives the SYN + ACK packet and confirms that the control signal has been sent to the receiver 20.
The transmission/reception unit 133 outputs the transmission/reception result to the control unit 132. The control unit 132 outputs the result of the transmission and reception to the display unit 134. In addition, the display portion 134 is a display device of a display state holding type.
The display unit 134 displays the result of transmission and reception. Further, the display, color, and the like of the display unit 134 are changed according to the transmission and reception results. As described above, for example, if the result of transmission/reception is normal, the color is changed to be colored, and if the result of transmission/reception is abnormal, the color is changed to be colorless.
The display portion 134 may be an electrophoretic type electronic paper or a dot matrix type (Thin Film Transistor (TFT) type) electronic paper. In this case, the result of transmission and reception or a sentence indicating a control signal may be displayed.
Fig. 3 is an example of waveforms of output voltages when the operation unit 110 is pressed and when the operation unit 110 is released. The left side of fig. 3 shows the operation of pressing the operation unit 110, and the right side of fig. 3 shows the operation of releasing the operation unit 110.
As shown in fig. 3, when the operation portion 110 is pressed, a positive voltage is output, and when the operation portion 110 is released, a negative voltage is output. This makes it possible to determine the operation of pressing the operation unit 110 and the operation of releasing the operation unit 110. Further, when the operation unit 110 is pressed, a threshold value may be set in advance, and when the threshold value is exceeded, it is determined that the operation unit 110 is pressed.
The control of the switch according to the first embodiment of the present invention is shown by using the flowchart of fig. 4.
To transmit the control signal, the operation unit 110 itself is pressed. Thereby, the power generation section 121 generates a positive voltage (S101).
As described above, the power generation unit 121 supplies electric power to the execution circuit unit 130 via the power generation unit 121, the rectifier unit 122, the power storage unit 123, and the stabilizer unit 124 (S102).
The control unit 132 clears the display of the display unit 134 (S103).
The control unit 132 outputs the control signal to the transmission/reception unit 133, and the transmission/reception unit 133 transmits the control signal to the receiver 20 (S104).
When the transmission/reception result from the receiver 20 connected to the control target device is received (yes in S105), the transmission/reception unit 133 displays the transmission/reception result on the display unit 134 (S106).
If the transmission/reception result from the receiver 20 connected to the control device is not received (S105: no), the transmission/reception unit 133 does not display any information on the display unit 134 (S116).
The disconnection control unit 131 disconnects the power supply unit 120 and the execution circuit unit 130 (S107). Further, since the display unit 134 is of a display state holding type, even if the power supply is stopped, the display content can be held.
Next, the operation unit 110 releases the state where it is pressed. Thereby, the operation portion 110 generates a negative voltage (S108).
That is, the electric power generated by operating the operation unit 110 can be used for transmission of the control signal and display of the transmission/reception result of the control signal, and the display state can be maintained. Further, the transmission of the control signal and the display of the transmission/reception result of the control signal do not require any other power source, and cost reduction can be achieved. This is particularly effective in a wireless switch in which power is not easily supplied from the outside.
The result of transmission and reception can be held on the display unit 134, and the visibility of the user is improved. Further, since the display unit 134 is electronic paper, power is not required to maintain the display state, and thus a power saving effect can be obtained.
Structural example 2
Next, an outline of a switch according to a second embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 5. Fig. 5 is a flowchart showing control of the switch 10A according to the second embodiment of the present invention.
In the second embodiment, the execution flow of control is different from that in the first embodiment. The other points are the same as those in the first embodiment, and therefore, the description of the same parts will be omitted.
To transmit the control signal, the operation unit 110 itself is pressed. Thereby, the power generation section 121 generates a positive voltage (S201).
As described above, the power generation unit 121 supplies electric power to the execution circuit unit 130 via the power generation unit 121, the rectifier unit 122, the power storage unit 123, and the stabilizer unit 124 (S202).
The control unit 132 outputs the control signal to the transmission/reception unit 133, and the transmission/reception unit 133 transmits the control signal to the receiver 20 (S203).
When the transmission/reception result from the receiver 20 is received (yes in S204), the transmission/reception unit 133 displays the transmission/reception result on the display unit 134 (S205). Upon receiving the results of the transceiving, a timer is started. The timer is a timer for counting down a predetermined time. For example, the timer is 180 seconds.
If the transmission/reception result from the receiver 20 is not received (no in S204), the transmission/reception unit 133 does not display any information on the display unit 134 (S215).
The disconnection control unit 131 disconnects the power supply unit 120 and the execution circuit unit 130 (S206).
Next, the operation unit 110 releases the state where it is pressed. Thereby, the operation portion 110 generates a negative voltage (S207).
When the count of the countdown timer received in step S204 becomes 0, the display unit 134 refreshes (refreshes) the display state of the display unit 134 (S209).
Even with the above-described configuration, the electric power generated by operating the operation unit 110 can be used for transmission of the control signal and display of the transmission/reception result of the control signal, and the display state can be maintained. This improves the visibility of the user. Further, since no other power supply is required for transmission of the control signal and display of the transmission/reception result of the control signal, cost reduction can be achieved.
Further, since the display unit 134 is electronic paper, power is not required to maintain the display state, and thus a power saving effect can be obtained.
Further, by using the timer, the display is automatically refreshed, and the user does not perform a wrong operation in the next operation, thereby improving convenience. In the present example, the time information of the timer is set to 180 seconds, but may be set to 180 seconds or less or 180 seconds or more, and may be set in accordance with the operation of the actual environment.
