For example, the entrance/exit management device 36 is configured to appropriately update the information stored in the storage device 35. The storage device 35 and the entrance/exit management device 36 are provided in a server room or the like of a building.
For example, the mobile terminal 37 is owned by a user of a building. In the present embodiment, a case where the portable terminal 37 is owned by a visitor of a building will be described, but the portable terminal 37 may be owned by an employee of a company that resides in the building. The portable terminal 37 is, for example, a smart mobile phone or a tablet terminal.
When the owner of the portable terminal 37 extends the portable terminal 37 in front of the main outside wireless communication device 19, the main outside wireless communication device 19 receives the identification information of the portable terminal 37 from the portable terminal 37.
When the identification information is authenticated, the entrance/exit management device 36 generates a control signal instructing the unlocking of the main door 7. The master electronic lock 10 is opened according to the control signal. As a result, the owner can enter the interior of the building through the main doorway 4.
At this time, the entrance/exit management device 36 generates a control signal instructing to update the information stored in the storage device 35. The storage device 35 updates the information on the user based on the control signal. Specifically, the storage device 35 stores information indicating that the owner of the portable terminal 37 is present inside the building in association with the identification information.
When the owner of the portable terminal 37 attempts to exit the outside of the building, the main inside wireless communication device 20 receives the identification information from the portable terminal 37 when the owner approaches the main doorway 4.
When the identification information is authenticated, the entrance/exit management device 36 generates a control signal instructing the unlocking of the main door 7. The master electronic lock 10 is opened according to the control signal. As a result, the owner can exit to the outside of the building through the main doorway 4.
At this time, the entrance/exit management device 36 generates a control signal instructing to update the information stored in the storage device 35. The storage device 35 updates the information on the user based on the control signal. Specifically, the storage device 35 stores information indicating that the user is not present inside the building in association with the identification information.
The same control is performed in the 1 st region 1, the 2 nd region 2, and the 3 rd region 27. As a result, the entrance and exit of the building are appropriately managed.
The owner of the portable terminal 37 can input will using the portable terminal 37. When the portable terminal 37 communicates with an arbitrary wireless communication device in a state where the owner inputs intention with the portable terminal 37, the wireless communication device receives intention information indicating the intention from the portable terminal 37. As described later with reference to fig. 6 to 9, the intention information is information input by the holder of the portable terminal 37. For example, the intention information is information related to future reservations, destinations, interviewers, and the like of the holder.
The entrance/exit management device 36 generates a control signal based on the intention information. For example, the entrance/exit management device 36 generates a control signal instructing to update the information stored in the storage device 35, based on the intention information. As a result, the information stored in the storage device 35 is updated. For example, the entrance/exit management device 36 generates a control signal for a device of the building based on the intention information. As a result, the operation of the apparatus changes.
For example, in fig. 1 and 2, when the owner of the portable terminal 37 inputs intention information regarding the 3 rd zone 27 as a destination as intention indicating the destination by using the portable terminal 37, the entrance/exit management device 36 generates a control signal instructing the portable terminal 37 to display information of an elevator that the owner can use in order to reach the 3 rd zone 27.
As shown in fig. 2, the owner can reach the 3 rd zone 27 through the 3 rd doorway 28 by using only one of the two 1 st elevators 17. On the other hand, the owner cannot reach the 3 rd zone 27 even by using the 2 nd elevator 18.
In this case, the entrance/exit management device 36 generates a control signal instructing the portable terminal 37 to display information of the 1 st elevator 17. The portable terminal 37 displays information on the 1 st elevator 17 based on the control signal. As a result, the owner knows that the 1 st elevator 17 can be used.

As shown in fig. 3, the entrance/exit management device 36 includes a control signal generation unit 36 a. When any of the wireless communication devices receives the identification information and the intention information from the portable terminal 37, the control signal generating unit 36a generates various control signals based on the identification information and the intention information.
For example, when the control signal is a signal related to a certain door, the entrance/exit room management device 36 transmits the control signal to the door controller 38. The door controller 38 controls the operation of the target electronic lock based on the control signal.
For example, when the control signal is a signal related to a certain air conditioner, the entrance/exit management device 36 transmits the control signal to the air conditioner controller 39. The air conditioner controller 39 controls the operation of the target air conditioner based on the control signal.
For example, when the control signal is a signal related to a certain illumination, the entrance/exit management device 36 transmits the control signal to the illumination controller 40. The illumination controller 40 controls the operation of the illumination as the object based on the control signal.
For example, if the control signal is a signal related to any of the 1 st elevators 17, the entrance/exit room management device 36 transmits the control signal to the 1 st elevator controller 44. The 1 st elevator controller 44 transmits the control signal to the group control panel 43. The group control panel 43 transmits the control signal to the 1 st control panel 41 as the target. The 1 st control panel 41 controls the operation of the 1 st elevator 17 to be controlled based on the control signal.
For example, if the control signal is a signal related to the 2 nd elevator 18, the entrance/exit room management device 36 transmits the control signal to the 2 nd elevator controller 45. The 2 nd elevator controller 45 transmits the control signal to the 2 nd control panel 42. The 2 nd control panel 42 controls the operation of the 2 nd elevator 18 based on the control signal.
Next, an example 1 of a method of setting visitor identification information will be described with reference to fig. 4.
Fig. 4 is a diagram for explaining a method 1 of setting visitor identification information in the entrance/exit management system according to embodiment 1 of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 4, the external server 47 stores information of applications, passage authority information of visitors, and map information of buildings.
The portable terminal 37 includes a wireless communication unit 37a, an application information storage unit 37b, an identification information storage unit 37c, and a display unit 37 d.
The visitor downloads the information of the application from the external server 47 to the portable terminal 37 via the carrier network or the like. At this time, the portable terminal 37 establishes communication with the external server 47 using the wireless communication unit 37 a. The information of the application is stored in the application information storage unit 37 b.
The carrier network is a network independently managed by a company (carrier) that provides communication services for mobile phones. In the case where the portable terminal 37 performs wireless communication using a SIM (Subscriber Identity Module) card provided by such an operator, the internet is accessed via the operator network. In addition, when the portable terminal 37 performs Wireless communication using Wi-Fi (Wireless Fidelity), the internet is not accessed via the carrier network.
In the portable terminal 37, the application generates identification information of the portable terminal 37. For example, the application uses information unique to the mobile terminal 37 as identification information, and uses information based on the MAC address of the mobile terminal 37 or the ID of the SIM card as identification information. Alternatively, the identification information of the mobile terminal 37 may be generated on the external server 47 side based on personal information of the holder of the mobile terminal 37. The identification information generated by the external server 47 is notified to the portable terminal 37.
The holder information is personal information for specifying the holder, and when the holder is an employee of a company in which the building is resident, the holder information is an employee number or the like of the company.
The identification information is stored in the identification information storage unit 37 c.
The visitor transmits the approval delegation information using the application of the portable terminal 37. For example, the visitor specifies a building using the application of the portable terminal 37 and transmits the approval delegation information. For example, the visitor specifies a user of the building using the application of the portable terminal 37 and transmits the approval requesting information. The external server 47 receives the approval delegation information.
The administrator of the building accesses the external server 47 to determine whether the building approves the specified approval commitment.
The building user accesses the external server 47 to determine whether the user approves the designated approval commission.
The communication device 46 automatically receives the identification information of the approved visitor via a VPN (virtual Private Network) or the like. When the user has approved the designated approval request, the communication device 46 automatically receives the identification information of the approved visitor and the information of the user via vpn (virtual Private network) or the like.
The storage means 35 automatically stores the information received by the communication means 46. As a result, identification information of the visitor is set on the building side.
Next, an example 2 of a method of setting identification information of a visitor will be described with reference to fig. 5.
Fig. 5 is a diagram for explaining a method 2 example of setting identification information of a visitor in the entrance and exit management system according to embodiment 1 of the present invention.
In example 1, the storage device 35 automatically stores the information received by the communication device 46. In contrast, in example 2, the storage device 35 does not automatically store the information received by the communication device 46.
In example 2, the collection device 48 temporarily stores the information received by the communication device 46. The collecting means 48 do not automatically communicate with the storing means 35. Therefore, in the 2 nd example, the administrator manually copies the information stored in the collection device 48 to the storage device 35. As a result, identification information of the visitor is set on the building side.
The method of setting the identification information when the holder of the mobile terminal 37 is the visitor is described above, and the method of setting the identification information when the holder of the mobile terminal 37 is the employee of the company resident in the building will be described below. When the holder of the portable terminal 37 is an employee of a company, the identification information may be set without using the external server 47. The employee downloads the information of the application stored in the storage device 35 via an arbitrary wireless communication device in the building, and stores the information in the application information storage unit 37 b.
In the portable terminal 37, the application generates identification information of the portable terminal 37. The identification information is generated based on information unique to the mobile terminal 37 or personal information of the holder. The generated identification information is stored in the identification information storage unit 37 c. The portable terminal 37 transmits the identification information stored in the identification information storage unit 37c by communicating with an arbitrary wireless communication device in the building. The identification information is stored in the storage means 35.
Next, a description will be given of example 1 of control according to will, with reference to fig. 6.

For example, when the user touches the display of "return (normal)" immediately, the portable terminal 37 stores information corresponding to "return (normal)". When the user approaches the 1 st doorway 5, the 1 st inside wireless communication device 22 receives the identification information and the information corresponding to "immediate return (standard)" from the portable terminal 37. In this case, the entrance/exit management device 36 does not generate a control signal for updating the room management information.
For example, when the user touches the display of "out", the portable terminal 37 stores information corresponding to "out". When the user approaches the 1 st doorway 5, the 1 st inner wireless communication device 22 receives the identification information and the information corresponding to "out" from the mobile terminal 37. In this case, the entrance/exit management device 36 generates a control signal for instructing to update the information managed in the room. As a result, the storage device 35 stores information indicating that the user corresponding to the identification information has gone outside.
For example, when the user touches the display of "go home", the portable terminal 37 stores information corresponding to "go home". When the user approaches the 1 st doorway 5, the 1 st inside wireless communication device 22 receives the identification information and the information corresponding to "go home" from the portable terminal 37. In this case, the entrance/exit management device 36 generates a control signal for instructing updating of the presence management information and the attendance management information. As a result, the storage device 35 stores information indicating that the user corresponding to the identification information has returned home.
In addition, when the user existing in the 1 st area 1 disappears, the entrance/exit management device 36 generates a control signal instructing to turn off the 1 st air conditioner 13 and the 1 st illumination 15. As a result, the 1 st air conditioner 13 and the 1 st lighting 15 are turned off.
Next, a description will be given of example 2 of control according to will, with reference to fig. 7 and 8.
Fig. 7 is a diagram showing an input screen of a mobile terminal of an entrance/exit management system in embodiment 1 of the present invention. Fig. 8 is a diagram showing an output screen of a mobile terminal of an entrance/exit management system in embodiment 1 of the present invention.
For example, when a user is going to enter the inside from the outside of a building, the portable terminal displays information of a plurality of selection items as a destination. For example, the portable terminal displays "1 st area", "2 nd area", and "toilet".
When the user touches the information display of the selection item, the portable terminal 37 stores information corresponding to the selection item. When the user extends the portable terminal 37 to the front of the main outside wireless communication device 19, the main outside wireless communication device 19 receives the identification information and the information corresponding to the selection item from the portable terminal 37. In this case, the entrance/exit management device 36 generates a control signal indicating map information for displaying level 1 and information on a route to a destination corresponding to the selection item. As a result, the portable terminal 37 displays the map information of layer 1 and the information of the route.
For example, when the user touches the information display of "toilet", the portable terminal 37 stores information corresponding to "toilet". When the user extends the portable terminal 37 to the front of the main outside wireless communication device 19, the main outside wireless communication device 19 receives the identification information and the information corresponding to "toilet" from the portable terminal 37. In this case, the entrance/exit management device 36 generates a control signal indicating map information for level 1 and information on a route to the "toilet". As a result, as shown in fig. 8, the portable terminal 37 displays map information of layer 1 and information of a route to "toilet".
Next, a description will be given of example 3 of control according to will, with reference to fig. 9 to 11.
Fig. 9 is a diagram showing an input screen of a mobile terminal of an entrance/exit management system in embodiment 1 of the present invention. Fig. 10 and 11 are diagrams showing an output screen of a mobile terminal of an entrance/exit management system according to embodiment 1 of the present invention.
The approved visitor downloads the map information of the building to the portable terminal 37 in advance using the application.
For example, when a visitor enters the inside from the outside of a building, the portable terminal 37 displays a plurality of selection items as destinations. For example, the portable terminal 37 displays the user information of the previously approved visitor. Specifically, the portable terminal 37 displays information of "mr. a/woman", "mr. B/woman", and "mr. C/woman".
In the case where the visitor touches the information display of the selection item, the portable terminal 37 stores information corresponding to the selection item. When the visitor puts the portable terminal 37 in front of the main outside wireless communication device 19, the main outside wireless communication device 19 receives the identification information and the information corresponding to the selection item from the portable terminal 37. In this case, the entrance/exit management device 36 specifies the position of the user corresponding to the option using the presence management information. The entrance/exit management device 36 generates a control signal indicating a path to the user's position. As a result, the mobile terminal 37 displays the route to the position of the user.
For example, in a case where the visitor touches the information display of "mr. a/woman", the portable terminal 37 stores information corresponding to "mr. a/woman". When the visitor puts the portable terminal 37 in front of the main outside wireless communication device 19, the main outside wireless communication device 19 receives the identification information and the information corresponding to "mr. a/ms" from the portable terminal 37. In this case, the entrance/exit management apparatus 36 determines that the position of "mr. a/woman" is the 3 rd zone 27 using the in-room management information. The entrance/exit management device 36 generates a control signal indicating the path displayed to the 3 rd area 27. The entrance/exit management device 36 generates a control signal instructing the 1 st elevator to register a call of the floor 1 where the main outside wireless communication device 19 is located.
At this time, as shown in fig. 10, the portable terminal 37 displays information "mr. a/ms is at floor 2" and information "please take the 1 st elevator".
When the car of the 1 st elevator 17 reaches floor 1 in response to a call based on a control signal from the entrance/exit room management device 36, a visitor gets into the car.
When the car reaches floor 2, the portable terminal 37 displays the message "mr. a/ms is in zone 3".
Fig. 6 to 9 illustrate examples of input screens for inputting user intention information. In addition, the above-described configuration has been described in which the portable terminal 37 communicates with an arbitrary wireless communication device in a state in which the user has previously selected an arbitrary option on the input screen. However, the input screens of fig. 6 to 9 may be displayed on the portable terminal 37 at the time when the portable terminal 37 performs the 1 st communication with an arbitrary wireless communication device. In this case, the following configuration may be adopted: when the user selects any of the options on the input screen, the mobile terminal 37 communicates with the wireless communication device 2 nd time, and the wireless communication device receives intention information selected by the user.
In the above paragraph, the configuration in which the portable terminal 37 displays the input screen on the portable terminal 37 at the time of the 1 st communication with an arbitrary wireless communication device has been described, but it is also possible to assume a case in which the user does not select or input the intention information even if the input screen is displayed. In such a case, when the portable terminal 37 is not operated even after a predetermined time has elapsed since the input screen is displayed, the notification for prompting the user to input may be performed by a method such as vibrating the portable terminal 37 itself, emitting a sound from a speaker, and blinking a light source.
Note that, when the mobile terminal 37 is not operated even after a predetermined time has elapsed from the display of the input screen, a default control set in advance may be selected. For example, when there are a plurality of options, the option with the highest selection ratio may be automatically selected. For example, the uppermost selection item may be automatically selected.
Next, an outline of the operation of the entrance/exit management device 36 will be described with reference to fig. 12.
Fig. 12 is a flowchart for explaining an outline of the operation of the entrance/exit management device of the entrance/exit management system in embodiment 1 of the present invention.
In step S1, the entrance/exit management device 36 determines whether any wireless communication device has received the identification information and the intention information. If it is determined in step S1 that none of the wireless communication devices has received the identification information and the intention information, the entrance/exit management device 36 performs the operation of step S1. When it is determined at step S1 that any wireless communication device has received the identification information and the intention information, the entrance/exit management device 36 performs the operation of step S2.
In step S2, the entrance/exit management device 36 determines whether or not the identification information is authenticated. If it is determined in step S2 that the identification information is not authenticated, the entrance/exit management device 36 performs the operation of step S1. If it is determined in step S2 that the identification information is authenticated, the entrance/exit management device 36 performs the operation of step S3.
