(embodiment)
Structure
First, the configuration of the information management system according to the embodiment will be described. Fig. 1 is a block diagram showing an example of a functional configuration of an information management system according to an embodiment.
The information management system 400 of the embodiment is a system that associates machine device information on a machine device set in advance in a house and personal device information on a personal device held by a user in a personal manner with a user identifier identifying the user, and manages these devices as devices that can be utilized by the user. In addition, the information management system 400 also manages information for selecting one or more desired devices from among the machine devices and the personal devices that have been associated with the user identifier, and controlling the selected one or more devices individually or collectively. The information includes, for example, an operation history and a control program.
Further, for example, in a case where a place where a user moves, a business trip, a travel, or the like changes, the information management system 400 can manage, as a device usable by the user, the device information on the device provided at the place where the user moves, in association with the user identifier.
As shown in fig. 1, the information management system 400 includes a server apparatus 100, a first mobile terminal 200, and a second mobile terminal 300. Hereinafter, each structure will be described.
[ Server apparatus 100]
First, the server apparatus 100 will be described. The server apparatus 100 manages information about machine devices equipped in a house in association with a user identifier. The server device 100 includes a server communication unit 110, an information processing unit 120, and a storage unit 130. Each of these components is realized by a microcomputer or a processor included in the server apparatus 100.
The server communication unit 110 is a communication circuit (in other words, a communication module) for performing communication between the server apparatus 100 and the first and second mobile terminals 200 and 300 via the wide area communication network 5 such as the internet. The server communication unit 110 includes a receiving unit 112 (in other words, a receiving circuit) and a transmitting unit 114 (in other words, a transmitting circuit). The specification of the communication performed by the server communication unit 110 is not particularly limited.
The information processing unit 120 includes an authentication unit 122, a management unit 124, a presentation unit 128, and a calculation unit 126. Each of these components is realized by a microcomputer or a processor included in the information processing unit 120.
The authentication unit 122 determines whether or not the person operating the first portable terminal 200 and the second portable terminal 300 is a person permitted to access the server apparatus 100. The type of authentication performed by the authentication unit 122 is not limited. For example, the authentication unit 122 performs authentication using a group of a user identifier and a password (so-called password authentication), authentication using target movement information (so-called human-computer authentication (Captcha)), human-computer authentication using information other than the target movement information, fingerprint authentication, iris authentication, vein authentication, or the like. The user identifier is information identifying the user. The user identifier is, for example, a user ID (e.g., an alphanumeric string), a mail address, or a telephone number, etc. When the authentication result is "authentication not permitted", the authentication unit 122 outputs a notification of "authentication not permitted" to the first mobile terminal 200 and the second mobile terminal 300 via the transmission unit 114. On the other hand, in the case where the authentication result is "authentication permission", the authentication section 122 may perform the login process after the authentication permission.
The management unit 124 manages the machine equipment information associated with the house identifier for identifying the house in association with the user identifier. The home identifier is a so-called home ID, for example an alphanumeric string. The house is not limited to a building or a room in which a person lives, and may be a room or a villa of an accommodation facility such as a hotel. That is, the house may be a place where the user stays. In the case of a single family residence or villa, the residence identifier may be the inherent ID of each family. In addition, the house identifier may be an ID unique to each room for a high-rise house, apartment, hotel, or the like.
The equipment is, for example, a lighting device or an air conditioning device provided in a house, and is not a user-held object. The equipment is associated with an ID inherent to the house (i.e., a house identifier) and stored in the equipment information database 132 of the server apparatus 100.
For example, when the first mobile terminal 200 receives an instruction to associate the house identifier with the user identifier, the management unit 124 obtains the associated instruction via the reception unit 112. The management unit 124 refers to the device information database 132 in the storage unit 130, and associates the device information associated with the house identifier with the user identifier to manage the device information.
The management unit 124 may manage, in addition to the device information and the personal device information, history information indicating the operation history of the device, the operation history of the personal device, and the operation history of the device and the personal device based on the unified control in association with the user identifier. The unified control may be, for example, a scene control associated with a living scene establishment of the user. For example, the scene control is related to control contents of devices for living scenes such as getting up, going out, going to bed, going home, and the like. For example, the history of cooperative actions of a machine device and a personal device based on control of a "getting up" scene is managed as history information of actions based on unified control. The management unit 124 may also manage control information (also referred to as scene control information) related to the unified control in association with the user identifier.
In addition, the management unit 124 may associate one home identifier with one user identifier, and then associate the user identifier with another user identifier, thereby associating other personal device information, which is personal device information associated with another user identifier, with the user identifier to manage the personal device information. Thus, the home identifier that has been associated with the user identifier is associated with other user identifiers.
The management unit 124 may manage the user identifier in association with one or more house identifiers that identify one or more houses.
For example, when the first mobile terminal 200 receives an instruction to release the association between the user identifier and the house identifier, the management unit 124 releases the association between the user identifier and the house identifier and manages the device information associated with the house identifier as the reference information. Then, for example, when the first mobile terminal 200 receives an instruction to associate the user identifier with another house identifier different from the unassociated house identifier, the management unit 124 refers to the device information database 132 to associate the device information associated with the other house identifier with the user identifier, thereby managing the device information.
The calculation unit 126 calculates control conditions of the devices provided in the other houses based on the device information and the reference information managed by the management unit 124 and associated with the other house identifiers.
When authentication of the user is performed based on the input of the user identifier, the presentation unit 128 presents the device available to the user based on the device information managed by the management unit 124 in association with the user identifier and the personal device information associated with the user identifier in the personal device information database 134. Specifically, the presentation unit 128 outputs presentation information indicating devices available to the user. The outputted presentation information is transmitted to the second mobile terminal 300 via the wide area communication network 5, for example, and the second mobile terminal 300 displays a device available to the user on the display screen based on the acquired presentation information.
In addition, when authentication of another user including input of another user identifier is performed, the presentation unit 128 may present a device available to another user based on the device information, personal device information, and other personal device information managed by the management unit 124 in association with the user identifier.
When an instruction to select one house from one or more houses is received, the presentation unit 128 may present information indicating one or more houses identified by one or more house identifiers.
The presentation unit 128 may present the control conditions of the equipment provided in the other house calculated by the calculation unit 126.
The storage unit 130 is a storage device that stores a control program for the information processing unit 120 to execute information processing, various information used for the information processing, and the like. The storage unit 130 is implemented by, for example, a semiconductor memory, an HDD (Hard Disk Drive), or the like. The storage unit 130 further includes: a machine equipment information database 132 storing, in association, a house identifier and machine equipment information on machine equipment provided in a house; and a personal device information database 134 storing, in association, the user identifier and personal device information about the personal devices held by the user in the individual. These databases are disposed in the server apparatus 100, but may be disposed in other server apparatuses than the server apparatus 100.
First portable terminal 200
Next, the first mobile terminal 200 will be described. The first mobile terminal 200 is a mobile information terminal such as a smart phone or a tablet terminal operated by a manager of a house such as an apartment or a house or a receptionist of an accommodation facility such as a hotel. The first portable terminal 200 is used for performing association and disassociation between the home identifier and the user identifier.
The first mobile terminal 200 includes an operation receiving unit 210, a terminal control unit 220, a terminal communication unit 230, an imaging unit 240, a storage unit 250, and a display unit 260.
The operation receiving unit 210 receives an input operation from a manager of the house or the like. The operation receiving unit 210 is realized by a touch panel, a hardware button, or the like, for example.
The terminal control unit 220 performs various information processing with respect to the first mobile terminal 200 based on the input operation received by the operation receiving unit 210. The terminal control unit 220 is implemented by a microcomputer, for example, but may be implemented by a processor.
The terminal communication unit 230 is a communication circuit (in other words, a communication module) for performing communication with the server apparatus 100 via the wide area communication network 5 such as the internet. The terminal communication unit 230 is, for example, a radio communication circuit that performs radio communication using a mobile communication system. The communication specification of the communication performed by the terminal communication unit 230 is not particularly limited.
The image pickup unit 240 picks up an image based on the control of the terminal control unit 220. The image pickup unit 240 is implemented by an image sensor, a lens, or the like. For example, when the house identifier is a two-dimensional code of a matrix type such as a QR code (registered trademark) or a tag included in an image, the identification information may be read by capturing an image of the house identifier by the image capturing unit 240.
The storage unit 250 is a storage device that stores a control program or the like executed by the terminal control unit 220. The storage unit 250 is implemented by, for example, a semiconductor memory.
The display unit 260 displays an image based on the control of the terminal control unit 220. The image is, for example, a presentation image output by the presentation unit 128 of the server apparatus 100. Specifically, the display portion 260 is a display including a liquid crystal panel, an organic EL panel, or the like as a display device.
Second portable terminal 300
Next, the second mobile terminal 300 will be described. The second mobile terminal 300 is, for example, a mobile information terminal such as a smart phone or a tablet terminal operated by a user. The second mobile terminal 300 includes an operation receiving unit 310, a terminal control unit 320, a terminal communication unit 330, an imaging unit 340, a storage unit 350, and a display unit 360. The second mobile terminal 300 has the same configuration as the first mobile terminal 200 except that it is operated by a user instead of a resident manager, and thus a detailed description thereof will be omitted. The image pickup unit 340 is different from the image pickup unit 240 of the first mobile terminal 200 in that when a user associates a user identifier of another user with the user identifier of the user, the image pickup unit 340 reads a QR code (registered trademark) displayed on a display unit of a mobile terminal held by the other user.
Action
Next, the operation of the information management system 400 will be described.
First example
First, an example of the operation of the information management system 400 when associating a house identifier with a user identifier will be described. Specifically, in the first example, a setting of association between a home identifier and a user identifier due to relocation will be described. Fig. 2 is a flowchart showing a first example of the operation of the information management system 400 according to the embodiment. Fig. 3 is a diagram for explaining a series of operations of the information management system 400 according to the embodiment. Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram showing an example of a screen displayed in the first portable terminal 200.
The Home ID shown in fig. 3 and 4 is an example of a Home identifier, the user account is an example of a user identifier, the family account is an example of another user identifier, and the individual device is an example of a personal device.
For example, as shown in fig. 3, the house identifier 10 of the house a is associated with the machine device information 30 about the machine device A1 equipped in the house a and the machine device information 40 about the machine device A2. The tag 20 is a tag attached to the manager of the house a for managing the house identifier 10. The first mobile terminal 200 is provided with an application program for managing machine equipment information for each house, for example. The application program is stored in the storage section 250 of the first portable terminal 200.
Further, the user identifier 50 of the user is associated with personal device information 60 about the individual device P1 held by the user in person and personal device information 70 about the individual device P2. In the second portable terminal 300 used by the user, for example, an application program for managing personal devices held by the user is installed. The application program is stored in the storage section 350 of the second portable terminal 300.
Next, an example of the operation of associating the home identifier with the user identifier will be described with reference to fig. 2 and 4.
When the user enters home a, the manager of home a uses the first mobile terminal 200 to perform an operation of setting association between the home identifier 10 of home a and the user identifier 50. At this time, as shown in fig. 2, the operation receiving unit 210 of the first mobile terminal 200 receives an instruction to associate the home identifier 10 with the user identifier 50 (step S01).
Referring to fig. 4, an operation example performed by the manager of house a using the first mobile terminal 200 in step S01 will be described. In fig. 4, the system creator is an example of the manager of the house a, and the telephone number is an example of an identifier (user identifier, manager identifier for identifying the manager of the house a).
Fig. 4 a shows an example of an operation screen in which the manager (here, a system setter) of the house a edits the house identifier 10 and the house a associated with the house identifier 10. For example, when the manager of house a newly creates house identifier 10, a new button is selected to create house identifier 10, and when house identifier 10 of house a already exists, an edit button is selected to set association between house identifier 10 and user identifier 50.
Fig. 4 (b) shows an example of an operation screen for newly creating the house identifier 10. As shown in fig. 4 (b), the manager of house a selects a management company to which the manager belongs from among property management companies, selects a community and a span of house a from among communities and span selections, inputs information such as a user (here, the manager of house a) and a telephone number, and selects a decision button, thereby newly creating the house identifier 10 of house a. At this time, a tag 20 (see fig. 3) for managing the house identifier 10 may be added.
When the manager of the house a sets the association between the house identifier 10 and the user identifier 50, the manager selects the edit button shown in fig. 4 (a) and performs an input operation for setting the association between the house identifier 10 of the house a and the user identifier 50 of the user who has entered the house a. Fig. 4 (c) shows an example of an operation screen for associating the house identifier 10 of the house a with the user identifier 50. As shown in fig. 4 (c), the manager of house a sets association between house identifier 10 of house a and user identifier 50 by inputting user identifier 50 (e.g., telephone number) and selecting a decision button. In fig. 4 (c), the general user is a user who associates the house identifier 10 of the house a with the user identifier 50, and the master authority indicates an authority to associate the user identifier of another user such as the user's family with the user identifier of the user.
Through the above-described operation, the operation receiving unit 210 of the first mobile terminal 200 receives an instruction to associate the home identifier 10 with the user identifier 50 (step S01), and outputs the instruction to the server apparatus 100 via the terminal communication unit 230 (not shown).
Referring again to fig. 2, when the instruction for association received by the operation receiving unit 210 of the first mobile terminal 200 in step S01 is acquired (not shown), the management unit 124 of the server apparatus 100 refers to the device information database 132, and associates the device information of the home identifier 10 associated with the home a with the user identifier 50 to manage the device information (step S02).
As described above, when receiving the instruction to associate the home identifier 10 with the user identifier 50, the management unit 124 of the server apparatus 100 manages the personal device information associated with the user identifier 50 and the device information associated with the home identifier, as well as the operation histories of the devices and the cooperation operation histories of the devices. For example, as shown in fig. 3, the management section 124 manages the personal device information 60, the personal device information 70, the history information 80 about the action history of the personal device, and the history information 90 about the history of the cooperative action of the personal device and the machine device, which have been associated with the user identifier 50.
When the association of the user identifier 50 with the home identifier 10 is completed by the actions of step S01 and step S02, the user can cause the second portable terminal 300 to display the devices available in the home a. Specifically, the user performs the user authentication operation using the second mobile terminal 300, and when the user is authenticated as the user himself/herself, the device class managed by the management unit 124 can be displayed on the display unit 360 of the second mobile terminal 300 and confirmed.
Referring again to fig. 2, when authentication of the user including the input of the user identifier 50 is performed (in other words, when authentication is successful), the presentation unit 128 of the server apparatus 100 presents the device available to the user based on the device information managed by the management unit 124 in association with the user identifier 50 and the personal device information associated with the user identifier 50 in the personal device information database 134 (step S03). Here, the presentation unit 128 outputs information to be presented to the user.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram showing an example of a screen displayed on the second mobile terminal 300. As shown in fig. 5, the display unit 360 of the second mobile terminal 300 displays, as devices available to the user, lighting, air ventilation, a toilet, a sleep meter, and the like, and when the plus button is selected, all the available devices are displayed. In the example of fig. 5, as available illumination, illumination of each room of the house a such as living room illumination, bedroom illumination, and study room illumination is displayed.
Modification 1 of the first example: action in case of multiple residence identifiers already associated ]
In the first example, an example in which one home identifier is associated with one user identifier and is managed is described, but in a modification of the first example, an operation in the case in which a plurality of home identifiers are associated with one user identifier is described.
Although not shown, the management unit 124 of the server apparatus 100 may perform management by associating the user identifier 50 with one or more house identifiers that respectively identify one or more houses. In this case, the operations described in the first example are performed individually for each home in association with each home identifier.
Thus, when receiving an instruction to select one house from the one or more houses managed by the management unit 124, the presentation unit 128 of the server apparatus 100 presents information indicating the one or more houses identified by the one or more house identifiers.
Thus, the user can operate the equipment device associated with the house identifier of the house based on the history information by selecting the place (house) where the user stays.
Modification 2 of the first example
In the first example, the operation of associating one user identifier 50 with one home identifier 10 has been described, but a plurality of user identifiers may be associated with one home identifier 10. In modification 2 of the first example, an operation of associating the home identifier 10 associated with the user identifier 50 associated with the first example with another user will be described with reference to fig. 3 and 6. Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram showing another example of a screen displayed on the second mobile terminal 300.
For example, after one home identifier 10 is associated with one user identifier 50, when receiving an instruction to associate the user identifier 50 with another user identifier 51 (for example, a family account) that identifies another user (for example, a family of the user) different from the user, the management section 124 associates the user identifier 50 with the other user identifier 51. Thus, the management unit 124 of the server apparatus 100 manages the personal device information (for example, the personal device information 61, 71) which is the personal device information associated with the other user identifier 51, the history information 81 about the operation history of the personal device (for example, the individual device F1, the individual device F2), and the history information 91 about the history of the cooperative operation of the personal device and the machine apparatus in association with the user identifier 50.
For example, as shown in fig. 6 (a) and 6 (d), when inviting another user, which is a family of the user, as a member, the user performs a member inviting operation on the operation screen displayed on the display unit 360 of fig. 6 (a), and selects a member (for example, a king) to be invited from among family members shown in fig. 6 (d). The QR code (registered trademark) shown in fig. 6 (b) is transmitted to the second portable terminal 300 of the invited member. Then, the invited member displays a QR code (registered trademark) on the display section 360 of the own second portable terminal 300. As shown in fig. 6 (c), the user whose home identifier and user identifier have been associated reads the QR code (registered trademark) shown in fig. 6 (b) through the image pickup section 340 of the own second portable terminal 300. Through the above actions, other user identifiers 51 are associated with the user identifier 50.
Modification 3 of the first example
In modification 3 of the first example, the operation performed when another user whose own identifier is associated with the user identifier uses the system will be described.
In order for other users to refer to the device information managed by the present system, the other users perform user authentication using the second mobile terminal 300 of their own.
When authentication of the other user including the input of the other user identifier 51 is performed (in other words, when authentication of the other user is successful), the presenting unit 128 may present the other user with a device that can be used by the other user based on the device information 30, 40, the personal device information 60, 70, and the other personal device information 61, 71 managed by the managing unit 124 in association with the user identifier 50.
Thus, the user and the family members living with the user can confirm the personal device information 60, 70 that has been associated with the user identifier 50, the personal device information 61, 71 that has been associated with the other user identifier 51, and the machine device information 30, 40 that has been associated with the house identifier 10. Therefore, the user and the family of the user can use the desired device based on the operation status, operation history, and the like of the available devices.
Second example
In the second example, an example of an operation of disassociating the home identifier 10 from the user identifier 50 and performing a new association between the user identifier 50 and the other home identifiers 11 will be described. Specifically, in the second example, the release of the association between the home identifier and the user identifier due to relocation and the setting of a new association at the relocation destination will be described. Fig. 7 is a flowchart showing a second example of the operation of the information management system 400 according to the embodiment. Here, the description is omitted for the contents overlapping the first example.
As shown in fig. 3, the house identifier 10 of the house B is associated with the machine device information 31 about the machine device B1 equipped in the house B and the machine device information 41 about the machine device B2. The tag 21 is a tag attached to the manager of the house B for managing the house identifier 11.
First, when the user exits home a, the manager of home a uses the first mobile terminal 200 to perform an operation of releasing association between the home identifier 10 of home a and the user identifier 50. At this time, as shown in fig. 7, the operation receiving unit 210 of the first mobile terminal 200 receives an instruction to release the association between the home identifier 10 and the user identifier 50 (step S11). The operation of the first portable terminal 200 to disassociate is, for example, an operation of deleting the user identifier (telephone number) shown in fig. 4 (c). Thus, as shown by x in fig. 3, the association of the home identifier 10 of the home a with the user identifier 50 is released.
Next, when the instruction to disassociate received by the operation receiving unit 210 of the first mobile terminal 200 in step S11 is acquired (not shown), the management unit 124 of the server apparatus 100 disassociates the user identifier 50 from the house identifier 10 of the house a, and manages the device information (the device information 30, the device information 40, the history information 80, and the history information 90 in fig. 3) associated with the house identifier 10 as reference information (step S12).
Referring again to fig. 3, when the user enters home B, the manager of home B uses first mobile terminal 200 to perform an operation of setting association between home identifier 11 of home B and user identifier 50. At this time, as shown in fig. 7, the operation receiving unit 210 of the first mobile terminal 200 receives an instruction to associate the user identifier 50 with another house identifier 11 different from the house identifier 10 that has been disassociated in step S11 (step S13). As to the specific operation, as described using fig. 4.
When the instruction for association (not shown) received by the operation receiving unit 210 of the first mobile terminal 200 in step S13 is acquired, the management unit 124 of the server apparatus 100 refers to the equipment information database 132, and associates the equipment information 31 of the equipment B1 and the equipment information 41 of the equipment B2 with the user identifier 50 for management of the equipment 11 and the equipment identifier 11 associated with the residence B (step S14).
Third example
In the third example, an operation of calculating the control condition of the device in the new association based on the reference information when the new association is performed in the second example will be described. Fig. 8 is a flowchart showing a third example of the operation of the information management system according to the embodiment.
The calculation unit 126 of the server apparatus 100 calculates control conditions of the devices provided in the other houses based on the device information and the reference information associated with the other house identifier 11 managed by the management unit 124 in step S14 of fig. 7 (step S21).
Fig. 9 is a diagram showing an example of the reference information. For example, fig. 9 shows an example of history information 90 indicating the cooperative operation histories of the equipment (here, the air conditioner a) and the equipment (here, the lighting fixture a) of the house a shown in fig. 3. As shown in fig. 9, the management unit 124 refers to the history information 90 of the cooperative operation of the devices A1 and A2 used in the house a, and calculates the control conditions of the cooperative operation of the device B1 (for example, an air conditioner) and the device B2 (for example, a lighting device) of the house B.
Next, the presentation unit 128 of the server apparatus 100 presents the control conditions calculated by the calculation unit 126 in step S21 (step S22). Here, the presentation unit 128 outputs information to be presented to the user.
[ Effect etc. ]
As described above, the information management system 400 includes: a machine equipment information database 132 in which a house identifier 10 for identifying a house and machine equipment information 30, 40 about machine equipment provided in the house are stored in association with each other; a personal device information database 134 in which a user identifier 50 for identifying a user and personal device information 60, 70 about personal devices held by the user are stored in association; when receiving an instruction to associate the house identifier 10 with the user identifier 50, the management unit 124 refers to the device information database 132 to associate the device information 30, 40 associated with the house identifier 19 with the user identifier 50, thereby managing the device information; and a presentation unit 128 for presenting a device usable by the user based on the personal device information 60, 70 associated with the user identifier 50 in the personal device information database 134 and the device information 30, 40 managed by the management unit 124 in association with the user identifier 50 when authentication of the user including input of the user identifier 50 is performed.
Such an information management system 400 can appropriately manage machine devices equipped in houses and personal devices held by users in association with the user identifier 50.
In the information management system 400, for example, the management unit 124 manages, in addition to the device information and the personal device information, history information 80 and 90 indicating the operation history of the device, the operation history of the personal device, and the operation history of the device and the personal device based on the unified control in association with the user identifier 50.
Such an information management system 400 can manage the history information 80, 90 of the equipment and personal devices managed in association with the user identifier 50, and thus can appropriately control the equipment and personal devices using the history information 80, 90.
For example, in the information management system 400, when receiving an instruction to associate the user identifier 50 with another user identifier 51 identifying another user different from the user after associating one home identifier 10 with one user identifier 50, the management unit 124 associates the user identifier 50 with the other user identifier 51, and associates other personal device information 61 and 71, which are personal device information associated with the other user identifier 51, with the user identifier 50 to manage the same.
According to the information management system 400, the user and the other user can share not only the personal device information 60, 70 of the user as information of the available device but also the machine device information 30, 40 and the personal device information 61, 71 of the other user as information of the available device.
For example, in the information management system 400, when authentication of another user including input of another user identifier 51 is performed, the presentation unit 128 presents a device available to the other user based on the device information 30, 40, the personal device information 60, 70, and the other personal device information 61, 71 managed by the management unit 124 in association with the user identifier 50.
According to such an information management system 400, other users can utilize personal devices held by the users and other users, as well as machine devices within the home identified by the home identifier 10 that has been associated with the user identifier 50.
For example, in the information management system 400, the management unit 124 manages the user identifier 50 and one or more house identifiers 10 and 11 that identify one or more houses, and when an instruction to select one house from the one or more houses is received, the presentation unit 128 presents information indicating the one or more houses identified by the one or more house identifiers 10.
According to such an information management system 400, a user can easily select a desired house (i.e., a house where the user stays) from among a plurality of houses identified by a plurality of house identifiers 10, 11 that have been associated with the user identifier 50.
In the information management system 400, for example, when receiving an instruction to cancel the association between the user identifier 50 and the home identifier 10, the management unit 124 cancels the association between the user identifier 50 and the home identifier 10, manages the device information 30, 40 associated with the home identifier 10 as reference information, and when receiving an instruction to associate the user identifier 50 with another home identifier 11 different from the house identifier 10, manages the device information 31, 41 associated with the other home identifier 11 with the user identifier 50 by referring to the device information database 132.
Such an information management system 400 can be used for controlling the operation of the equipment in another house where the user is located, using the equipment information 30 and 40 including the history information 90 such as the operation history of the equipment in the house which has been disassociated as the reference information.
For example, the information management system 400 further includes a calculation unit 126, and the calculation unit 126 calculates control conditions of the devices provided in the other houses based on the device information 31 and 41 and the reference information managed by the management unit 124 and associated with the other house identifier 11, and the presentation unit 128 presents the control conditions calculated by the calculation unit 126.
Such information management system 400 can calculate control conditions so that the other-residence machine device performs a user-desired operation, and thus the user does not need to change the setting of the control conditions of the machine device in the other residence.
In addition, the computer-implemented information management method of the information management system 400 or the like includes the steps of: a reception step of receiving an instruction to associate the house identifier 10 identifying the house with the user identifier 50 identifying the user; a management step of managing the machine equipment information 30, 40 associated with the house identifier 10 in association with the user identifier 50 by referring to the machine equipment information database 132 in which the house identifier 10 is stored in association with the machine equipment information 30, 40 concerning the machine equipment provided in the house; and a presentation step of presenting, when authentication of the user including input of the user identifier 50 is performed, a device that can be used by the user based on the device information 30, 40 managed in association with the user identifier 50 in the management step and the personal device information 60, 70 associated with the user identifier 50 in the personal device information database 134, the personal device information database 134 storing the user identifier 50 in association with the personal device information 60, 70 about the personal device held by the user.
Such a space proposal method can appropriately manage machine devices equipped in houses and personal devices held by users in association with the user identifier 50.
