judging whether the reimbursement information filled in the electronic reimbursement bill conforms to a preset reimbursement auditing requirement, and if so, saving the electronic reimbursement bill; otherwise, outputting the modification prompt.
It should be understood that, in addition to determining whether the reimbursement information filled in by the financial staff is correct, it may also be determined whether the reimbursement information automatically identified by the device performing the method of the present invention and filled in the electronic reimbursement slip is correct, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
Optionally, in some optional embodiments, the determining the document type of the paper reimbursement slip according to the reimbursement characters includes:
and judging whether the target column of the reimbursement characters has a first identifier or not, and if so, determining that the bill type of the paper reimbursement bill is the bill type corresponding to the target column.
It should be appreciated that since different document types may use different electronic statements, the document type to which the paper statement corresponds may be determined.
Optionally, each paper reimbursement bill may set an identifier in a corresponding type column, for example, one paper reimbursement bill may include information such as "traffic", "accommodation", "equipment", and the like, and if the column of "traffic" has a symbol "√" in front, it may indicate that the bill type is a traffic bill and is used for filling in an electronic reimbursement bill for traffic.

Alternatively, one document type may correspond to one electronic reimbursement form, and one electronic reimbursement form type may include one template type of electronic template.
Optionally, one electronic reimbursement slip or one electronic reimbursement slip may be filled with reimbursement information for a plurality of paper reimbursement slips of one document type.
For example, a paper reimbursement slip with a slip type of "traffic" may correspond to an electronic reimbursement slip with a type of "traffic", and since one electronic reimbursement slip may fill in reimbursement information of a plurality of paper reimbursement slips with a slip type of "traffic", one electronic reimbursement slip may include a plurality of electronic templates with a slip type of "traffic", and the number of electronic templates may be consistent with the number of paper reimbursement slips corresponding to the electronic templates.

It should be understood that the reimbursement letters do not need to be filled in the electronic reimbursement bill, and corresponding reimbursement information can be provided from the reimbursement letters according to the columns to be filled in the electronic reimbursement bill.
Optionally, the columns to be filled in may be set as preset columns, the preset columns may be set with identifiers, the preset columns may be determined according to the identifiers, reimbursement information corresponding to the preset columns is extracted from reimbursement characters, the preset columns are determined according to the identifiers, the mouse is driven to move the cursor to the information filling columns of the preset columns, and the reimbursement information corresponding to the preset columns is filled in the information filling columns of the preset columns.
As shown in fig. 6, the present invention provides an expense account filling device, comprising: an image obtaining unit 100, an image-to-text unit 200, a document type determining unit 300, an electronic reimbursement form generating unit 400, and an electronic reimbursement form filling unit 500.
The image obtaining unit 100 is configured to obtain an image of a paper reimbursement slip;
the image-to-text unit 200 is configured to identify and obtain reimbursement text from the image of the paper reimbursement slip;
the above-mentioned bill type determining unit 300, is used for confirming the bill type of the above-mentioned paper reimbursement bill according to the above-mentioned reimbursement characters;
the electronic reimbursement form generating unit 400 for generating an electronic reimbursement form corresponding to the number of images of the paper reimbursement form and the determined form type;
the electronic reimbursement bill filling unit 500 is configured to extract reimbursement information from the reimbursement text and fill the extracted reimbursement information into the electronic reimbursement bill matched with the reimbursement type.
Optionally, in some optional embodiments, the apparatus further comprises: the system comprises a reimbursement information determining unit, a filling reminding output unit and a reimbursement information receiving unit;
the reimbursement information determining unit is used for determining whether an information filling column of a first necessary filling column in the electronic reimbursement bill is not filled with reimbursement information after the reimbursement information is extracted from the reimbursement characters and filled in the electronic reimbursement bill, and if so, triggering the filling reminding output unit;
the filling reminding output unit is used for outputting filling reminding;
the reimbursement information receiving unit is used for receiving reimbursement information input by a user and filling in the information filling column of the first necessary filling column.
Optionally, in combination with the previous embodiment, in some optional embodiments, the apparatus further includes: the system comprises a first reimbursement information judgment unit, a first electronic reimbursement bill storage unit and a first modification reminding output unit;
the first reimbursement information judging unit is used for judging whether reimbursement information of the information filling column filled in the first necessary filling column meets a preset reimbursement auditing requirement, if so, the first electronic reimbursement bill storing unit is triggered, and otherwise, the first modification reminding output unit is triggered;
the first electronic reimbursement bill storage unit is used for storing the electronic reimbursement bill;
the first modification prompt output unit is used for outputting modification prompts.
Optionally, in combination with any one of the above embodiments of the apparatus, in some optional embodiments, the apparatus further comprises: the second reimbursement information judgment unit, the second electronic reimbursement bill storage unit and the second modification reminding output unit;
the second reimbursement information judging unit is configured to judge whether reimbursement information filled in the electronic reimbursement slip meets a preset reimbursement audit requirement after the reimbursement information is extracted from the reimbursement characters and filled in the electronic reimbursement slip, if yes, trigger the second electronic reimbursement slip storing unit, and if not, trigger the second modification prompt output unit;
the second electronic reimbursement bill storage unit is used for storing the electronic reimbursement bill;
the second modification prompt output unit is used for outputting modification prompts.
Optionally, in some optional embodiments, the document type determining unit 300 is specifically configured to:
and judging whether the target column of the reimbursement characters has a first identifier or not, and if so, determining that the bill type of the paper reimbursement bill is the bill type corresponding to the target column.
Optionally, in some optional embodiments, the electronic reimbursement receipt generating unit 400 includes: the electronic template type determining unit and the electronic reimbursement form generating subunit;
the electronic template type determining unit is used for determining the template type of the electronic template contained in the electronic reimbursement bill according to the document type;
the electronic reimbursement slip generation subunit is configured to generate an electronic reimbursement slip including the number of electronic templates based on the number of images of the paper reimbursement slip that is the document type, wherein the type of the electronic template in the generated electronic reimbursement slip is the determined template type.
Optionally, in some optional embodiments, the electronic reimbursement form filling unit 500 includes: the device comprises a reimbursement information extraction unit and a reimbursement information filling-in unit;
the reimbursement information extraction unit is used for extracting reimbursement information corresponding to the preset column identification from reimbursement characters;
the reimbursement information filling unit is used for filling the extracted reimbursement information into an information filling column of a column of the electronic reimbursement bill, which is matched with the column identification of the preset reimbursement bill.
The present invention provides a storage medium for storing a program which, when executed by a processor, implements any of the above-described reimbursement filling sheet methods.
As shown in fig. 7, the present invention provides an reimbursement form filling apparatus F400, which comprises at least one processor F100, at least one memory F200 connected to the processor, and a bus F300; the processor F100 and the memory F200 complete communication with each other through the bus F300; the processor F100 is configured to call a program in the memory F200, where the program is at least used to implement any one of the reimbursement form filling methods.
It is noted that, herein, relational terms such as first and second, and the like may be used solely to distinguish one entity or action from another entity or action without necessarily requiring or implying any actual such relationship or order between such entities or actions. Also, the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. All the embodiments in the present specification are described in a related manner, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments may be referred to each other, and each embodiment focuses on the differences from the other embodiments. Claims (10)
1. A method of reimbursing a fill order, comprising:
obtaining an image of a paper reimbursement note;
identifying and obtaining reimbursement characters from the image of the paper reimbursement bill;
determining the bill type of the paper reimbursement bill according to the reimbursement characters;
generating an electronic reimbursement bill corresponding to the number of images of the paper reimbursement bill and the bill type;
and extracting reimbursement information from the reimbursement characters and filling the reimbursement information into the electronic reimbursement bill.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after said extracting reimbursement information from said reimbursement writing and populating said electronic reimbursement slip, said method further comprises:
determining whether an information filling column of a first necessary filling column in the electronic reimbursement bill is not filled with reimbursement information, and if so, outputting a filling prompt;
and receiving reimbursement information input by a user and filling in an information filling column of the first necessary filling column.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
judging whether the reimbursement information of the information filling column filled in the first necessary filling column meets a preset reimbursement checking requirement or not, and if so, saving the electronic reimbursement bill; otherwise, outputting the modification prompt.
4. The method of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein after said extracting reimbursement information from said reimbursement writing and populating said electronic reimbursement slip, said method further comprises:
judging whether the reimbursement information filled in the electronic reimbursement bill meets a preset reimbursement auditing requirement or not, and if so, saving the electronic reimbursement bill; otherwise, outputting the modification prompt.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the document type of the paper reimbursement slip from the reimbursement writing comprises:
and judging whether the target column of the reimbursement characters has a first identifier or not, and if so, determining that the bill type of the paper reimbursement bill is the bill type corresponding to the target column.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein generating an electronic reimbursement slip corresponding to the number of images of the paper reimbursement slip and the determined document type comprises:
determining the template type of an electronic template contained in the electronic reimbursement bill according to the bill type;
and generating an electronic reimbursement bill containing the number of electronic templates according to the number of the images of the paper reimbursement bill which is the bill type, wherein the type of the electronic template in the generated electronic reimbursement bill is the determined template type.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein extracting reimbursement information from the reimbursement writing and populating the electronic reimbursement slip comprises:
extracting reimbursement information corresponding to the preset column identification from reimbursement characters;
and filling the extracted reimbursement information into an information filling column of a column of the electronic reimbursement bill, which is matched with the target identification of the preset reimbursement bill column.
8. An apparatus for reimbursing a form, comprising: the electronic reimbursement bill generation system comprises an image acquisition unit, an image-to-text unit, a bill type determination unit, an electronic reimbursement bill generation unit and an electronic reimbursement bill filling unit;
the image obtaining unit is used for obtaining an image of the paper reimbursement note;
the image-to-character unit is used for identifying and obtaining reimbursement characters from the image of the paper reimbursement bill;
the bill type determining unit is used for determining the bill type of the paper reimbursement bill according to the reimbursement characters;
the electronic reimbursement bill generation unit is used for generating an electronic reimbursement bill corresponding to the number of the images of the paper reimbursement bill and the determined bill type;
and the electronic reimbursement bill filling unit is used for extracting reimbursement information from the reimbursement characters and filling the reimbursement information into the electronic reimbursement bill matched with the reimbursement type.
9. A storage medium for storing a program which, when executed by a processor, implements the reimbursement filling method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
10. An expense account filling device is characterized by comprising at least one processor, at least one memory connected with the processor, and a bus; the processor and the memory complete mutual communication through the bus; the processor is configured to invoke a program in the memory, the program at least being configured to implement the reimbursement form filling method of any of claims 1 to 6.
