Description

Anti-seepage structure for tower crane foundation in basement bottom plate of building and construction method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of waterproof structures of building foundations, in particular to a tower crane foundation anti-seepage structure in a basement bottom plate of a building and a construction method.
Background
In recent years, due to fire explosion in building cities, residential houses in communities develop towards higher and deeper two ends, and for underground garages and construction sites with larger civil air defense projects, the limitation of the working range of tower crane arms determines that a tower crane foundation can only be arranged in the range of the underground garages, so that how to correctly select a reasonable tower crane foundation construction scheme is very important for preventing a basement bottom plate from seeping water in the position of the tower crane foundation. The most common construction schemes at present are two: the first method comprises the following steps: the tower crane foundation is below the bottom plate of the underground garage, no construction joint is left when the bottom plate is poured, the method is conventionally called a pre-embedded standard component method, namely, the standard sections below the bottom plate surface are poured in concrete, and the method has three defects: firstly, the method comprises the following steps: the standard knot and the cross beam are wasted, and the cost is high. Secondly, the method comprises the following steps: the long-term underground water is soaked in the water and rusted by the standard knot of the buried tower crane, and the bottom plate is penetrated with water. Thirdly, the method comprises the following steps: when the concrete is poured on the bottom plate, the tower crane works continuously, dynamic load is formed on the reinforced concrete bottom plate structure, disturbance is caused, adverse effect is brought to an underground structure, and in addition, a gap is left between a standard section embedded by the concrete and the concrete, and water seepage is caused.
The second method comprises the following steps: the top surface of the tower crane foundation is arranged below the garage bottom plate, when the bottom plate is poured, a post-pouring belt is left around the tower crane foundation, and concrete is poured after the tower crane is dismantled. This method is economical and practical compared to the first method, and is therefore also a method which is more commonly used by construction units. However, this method has one of the biggest disadvantages, which is a problem that has not been solved so far: it is a leak.
The leakage phenomenon often appears at the joint of the basement bottom plate and the tower crane foundation. At present, a large amount of water seepage risks exist at the tower crane foundation part in most basement bottom plates, and if effective control is not performed in time, the construction period and the construction quality of building engineering can be influenced.
How to solve the above technical problems is the subject of the present invention.

step S3: the method comprises the steps that locking bolts embedded in basement bottom plates (7) are bound on the top surfaces of brick bed moulds (5), the basement bottom plates (7) are poured, two reinforcing steel bar net pieces (9) are fixedly inserted between the two basement bottom plates (7) and a tower crane foundation (4), two water stop steel plates (10) are respectively installed at the joint of a tower crane bearing base (3) and the tower crane foundation (4) and the joint of the tower crane foundation (4) and the basement bottom plates (7), after the reinforcing steel bar binding of the tower crane foundation (4) and the construction of the embedded bolts of the tower crane foundation (4) are carried out, the tower crane foundation (4) is poured on the inner sides of the two basement bottom plates (7), and the reinforcing steel bar net pieces (9) and the water stop steel plates (10;
step S4: the main supporting structure (11) and the reinforcing component (12) are fixed on two sides of the tower crane foundation (4) above the basement bottom plate (7) through locking bolts pre-buried in the basement bottom plate (7), and supporting construction of the tower crane foundation anti-seepage structure in the basement bottom plate (7) is formed.
