Abstract

The invention discloses a composite denim yarn and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the composite denim yarn comprises a core yarn and a cladding yarn; the manufacturing method comprises the following steps: soaking common loose cotton by sodium hypochlorite or a reducing agent, and then soaking by a waterproof agent to obtain soaked loose cotton; secondly, spinning the loose cotton soaked in the step I into yarns to obtain core yarns; and thirdly, coating the common loose cotton outside the core yarn obtained in the second step and spinning the core yarn into yarn to obtain the composite denim yarn containing the core yarn and the coating yarn. The composite denim yarn has no limit on the indigo dyeing process, the core yarn and the cladding yarn are normally dyed by indigo, and only in the after-finishing process after the indigo dyeing, the indigo in the core yarn is oxidized and faded or reduced and faded, so that the white core effect is achieved; in addition, the invention can effectively control the degree of the white core by controlling the using amount of the core yarn and the covering yarn, thereby meeting different white core requirements.

Description

Composite jean yarn and manufacturing method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of denim yarns, and particularly relates to a composite denim yarn and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
In the traditional jeans processing link, the water washing is the biggest problem. One pair of jeans is high-grade, medium-grade or low-grade, and except for the fabric and the design, the most important thing is to see the washing water. Washing the jeans garment to make different dressing styles, such as cat whiskers, horse red, antique finishing, brokenness, printing and the like, is popular with consumers. However, because the water consumption of the traditional washing of the jeans is huge and the environmental ecology is seriously damaged, the traditional washing of the jeans threatens the health of workers, and the traditional washing of the jeans hardly meets the individual needs of the over-rapid growth of the current consumers, and faces to the eliminated fate.
At present, a plurality of novel water washing technologies are introduced, and ozone water washing and laser water washing are used as novel jean water washing technologies, so that not only can the water resource waste be reduced by 85%, but also the added value of products can be improved. Currently in developed countries in europe, many jeans garment factories are using this process to make jeans.
Because ozone and laser can only destroy indigo on the surface of the yarn, the indigo penetrating into the yarn can influence the effects of ozone washing and laser washing to a great extent. The effect of making a conventional washing process by ozone washing and laser washing is to control the penetration depth of indigo into the yarn, i.e., the degree of white core inside the yarn.
At present, there are two main ways for controlling the white core degree inside the denim yarn:
(1) the white core degree is controlled by the dyeing process.
The problems with this approach are: the effect of white core degree is not good, and the white core degree is unstable and good and bad.
(2) A ring-dyed yarn is obtained by using an undyed yarn as a core yarn and winding the indigo-dyed yarn around the core yarn, for example, chinese patent document CN 103361810A.
The problems with this approach are: the structure of the ring-dyed coated yarn is not compact enough, and the performance of the fabric is influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems and provides the composite denim yarn which has good, stable and controllable white core degree and compact yarn structure and the manufacturing method thereof.
The technical scheme for realizing the purpose of the invention is as follows: a composite jean yarn comprises a core yarn and a covering yarn covering the core yarn; the core yarn is spun by loose cotton after soaking treatment; the soaking treatment comprises soaking treatment by sodium hypochlorite or a reducing agent and soaking treatment by a waterproof agent.
The twist factor of the core yarn is 450-530, and the twist factor of the cladding yarn is 320-350.
The dosage ratio of the loose cotton for the core yarn to the loose cotton for the cladding yarn is (30-90%): 70-10%.
The manufacturing method of the composite denim yarn comprises the following steps:
soaking common loose cotton by sodium hypochlorite or a reducing agent, and then soaking by a waterproof agent to obtain soaked loose cotton;
secondly, spinning the loose cotton soaked in the step I into yarns to obtain core yarns;
and thirdly, coating the common loose cotton outside the core yarn obtained in the second step and spinning the core yarn into yarn to obtain the composite denim yarn containing the core yarn and the coating yarn.
The temperature of the soaking treatment in the step I is 20-40 ℃, and the time is 10-25 min.
The concentration of the sodium hypochlorite in the step I is 10-20 g/L.
In the step (i), the reducing agent is glucose or sodium hydrosulfite or sodium borohydride.
The concentration of the reducing agent in the first step is 50-100 g/L.
The waterproof agent in the step (i) is a fluorine-free waterproof agent, a C6 waterproof agent or a C8 waterproof agent.
The concentration of the waterproof agent in the first step is 10-50 g/L.
The twist coefficient of the core yarn in the step II is 450-530, and the twist coefficient of the cladding yarn in the step III is 320-350.
The ratio of the loose cotton after the core yarn is soaked to the common loose cotton in the covering yarn is 30-90% to 70-10%.
The high-twist core yarn can reduce the permeation of dye liquor to the core yarn in the indigo dyeing process, and further improve the white core effect.
For the composite denim yarn obtained by sodium hypochlorite soaking treatment, the indigo can be dried at high temperature after dyeing, and under the action of high temperature, the indigo in the core yarn can be oxidized and faded by sodium hypochlorite, so that the white core effect is achieved.
For the composite denim yarn obtained by soaking with the reducing agent, in the high-temperature mercerization process after indigo dyeing, under the combined action of high temperature and alkali, the indigo in the core yarn is reduced and faded by the reducing agent, thereby achieving the effect of white core.
The invention has the following positive effects:
(1) the composite denim yarn has no limitation on the indigo dyeing process, the core yarn and the cladding yarn are normally dyed by indigo, and only in the after-finishing process after the indigo dyeing, the indigo in the core yarn is oxidized and faded by sodium hypochlorite at high temperature or reduced and faded by a reducing agent under the combined action of high temperature and alkali, so that the white core effect is achieved.
(2) The white core has good effect, and the degree of the white core can be effectively controlled by controlling the using amount of the core yarn and the cladding yarn, so that different white core requirements are met.
