Abstract
The invention discloses a method for producing biomass fuel by using pig manure, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: step 1, inoculating deodorizing compound microorganisms into pig manure after natural fermentation, adding sludge activated carbon, grass peat and yellow brown soil, and stirring by using a stirrer to fully mix the sludge activated carbon, the grass peat and the yellow brown soil; step 2, adding crop straws, peanut shells and corncobs into the mixture obtained in the step 1, adjusting the water content, uniformly mixing, and stacking and fermenting for 4-6 days; step 3, compressing and solidifying the mixture prepared in the step 2, and drying to obtain the biomass fuel; solves the problem of high cost of the method for preparing the biomass fuel by using the pig manure in the prior art.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of biomass fuels, and relates to a method for producing a biomass fuel by using pig manure.
Background
In recent years, with the rapid development of the pig industry, fecal pollution has become a great problem. Claims (7)
1. A method for producing biomass fuel by using pig manure is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step 1, inoculating deodorizing compound microorganisms into pig manure after natural fermentation, adding sludge activated carbon, grass peat and yellow brown soil, and stirring by using a stirrer to fully mix the sludge activated carbon, the grass peat and the yellow brown soil;
step 2, adding crop straws, peanut shells and corncobs into the mixture obtained in the step 1, adjusting the water content, uniformly mixing, and stacking and fermenting for 4-6 days;
and 3, compressing and solidifying the mixture prepared in the step 2, and drying to obtain the biomass fuel.
