The left side and the right side of the rear side plate are respectively connected with a rear side plate left connecting piece C1 and a rear side plate left connecting piece C2.
The bottom plate left and right sides is connected with box body left side outer panel D1 and box body right side outer panel D2 respectively, and box body left side inner panel D3 is connected to the left side limit of box body left side outer panel, and box body right side inner panel D4 is connected to the right side limit of box body right side outer panel.
The left side and the right side of the front inner plate are respectively connected with a front inner plate left connecting sheet E1 and a front inner plate left connecting sheet E2.
The left side and the right side of the movable sheet are respectively connected with a left support sheet F1 and a right support sheet F2 of the movable sheet. The left side edge of the left support sheet of the movable sheet is also connected with a supporting plate L. The width of the supporting plate is matched with the width of the movable sheet. The left side and the right side of the supporting plate are respectively connected with a supporting plate left connecting plate L1 and a supporting plate right connecting plate L2, wherein the right side edge of the supporting plate right connecting plate is connected with the left side edge of the movable plate left supporting sheet.
The connecting parts of the top plate, the box cover left outer side plate and the box cover right outer side plate are provided with positioning holes 1, the corresponding positions of the left side edge of the box cover left inner side plate and the right side edge of the box cover right inner side plate are convexly provided with positioning tongues 2, and the positioning holes and the positioning tongues form adaptive splicing relation.
Similarly, the above-mentioned positioning insertion connection relationship is also set on the cross-column on which the base plate is placed.
The movable sheet is provided with an object hole 3 in a through way. The object hole in this example is a centrally located square hole.
Taking the left side of the cut-parts as an example, the left connecting sheet of the front outer plate, the left outer side plate of the box cover, the left inner side plate of the box cover, the left connecting sheet of the rear side plate, the left outer side plate of the box body, the left inner side plate of the box body, the left connecting sheet of the front inner plate and the like are all positioned at the side of the paper box after being folded to form the side wall of the paper box, so the width of the paper box meets the mutual. The same applies to the right side of the cutting piece.
The left support sheet and the right support sheet of the movable sheet are required to support the weight of the movable sheet and the articles on the supporting plate, so that the width of the movable sheet should meet the requirement that the outer side end directly touches the bottom plate. Correspondingly, the widths of the supporting plate left connecting plate and the supporting plate right connecting plate are smaller than the widths of the movable sheet left supporting sheet and the movable sheet right supporting sheet.
To reduce space, the following description will use icons instead of corresponding Chinese names in describing the steps of folding the panels into boxes, opening the panels for use, and the principles.
Step one, as shown in fig. 2, bending inwards A1 and A2, B1 and B3, B2 and B4, and inserting and positioning the positioning holes and the positioning tongues to complete the folding of the box cover part;
step two, as shown in fig. 3, bending inwards D1 and D3, D2 and D4, E1 and E2, and inserting and positioning the positioning tongue through the positioning hole to complete the folding of the box body part;
step three, as shown in fig. 4, bending the L2 inwards along the crease line to be closely attached to the F1 and performing cementation;
step four, as shown in fig. 5, bending the F1 and the F2 upwards and inwards to be vertical, and then tightly adhering the L2 to the F2 and performing cementation, wherein the L is kept parallel to the F, and the position of the L is kept corresponding to the position of the object hole on the F;
step five, as shown in fig. 6, bending G upwards and inwards to be vertical, and then driving H J, K to bend downwards and outwards to be vertical;
step six, as shown in fig. 7, the connecting edge of E and F is taken as an axis, F is rotated inwards, so that F1, F2 and F G, H, J enter the box body together, and F is positioned above the box body; adjusting the relative position of K and B according to the set size, and finally adhering K and B;
and seventhly, folding the box cover forwards and downwards as shown in fig. 8, and folding the paper box to obtain the paper box.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 8, embodiment 2 is an automatic raising display box with single cut pieces, which is made by folding the cut pieces of embodiment 1.
As shown in fig. 9, when the box cover is turned upwards and backwards, the single-cut-piece automatic lifting display box rotates around the connecting edges of the E and the F along with the outward and downward turning of the B, so that the rear side is lifted, and the L is driven to be lifted synchronously.
The working principle of the design is shown in figures 10, 11 and 12.
Fig. 10 shows a state where the box cover is fastened to the box body. At the moment, G in the vertical state is before H-J, H-J is before C, and F is in the horizontal state; the triangle in the shaded part in the figure is a right triangle, and the three vertexes are respectively: the intersection point of C and B, the intersection point of J and K, and the intersection point of J extending upwards and intersecting B. Since the thickness of K is fixed and the positions of K and B are also fixed by bonding, the triangle always keeps the shape and size unchanged during the use of the carton.
Figure 11 shows the lid flipped up to an upright position. At this time, the triangle of the shaded portion rotates, and J-H moves upwards while moving backwards, so that the following effects are achieved: when H is retreated to be closely attached to the front side of C, because H can not move backwards continuously, G can only be driven to move upwards, on one hand, the included angle between H and G and the included angle between G and F are increased, on the other hand, the lower end point and the upper end point of G both move upwards, and therefore F is driven to rotate around the intersection point of H and E, and the rear side of F is lifted.
Fig. 12 shows the lid in a further, rearward, position in which it is in a horizontal position. At this time, the triangle of the shadow part continues to rotate along with the rotation, J extends along the inclined plane of the triangle, the connecting point between J and H forms a rotating shaft, H continues to keep a vertical shape, and the formed effect is as follows: the included angle of H and G and the included angle of G and F become smaller, but H further ascends and simultaneously generates a small amount of forward movement, F is pushed to further rotate upwards, and the rear side of F further rises.
When the box cover is closed, the actions of all parts are opposite, the J-H returns to be vertical and moves downwards to drive the G to move downwards, the F is driven by the downward movement of the G to rotate backwards and downwards, and the rear side of the F is lowered to be reset to the initial position.

Claims (10)

1. A single-cut piece automatic-lifting display box cut piece comprises a front outer plate (A), a top plate (B), a rear side plate (C), a bottom plate (D) and a front inner plate (E) which are sequentially connected from bottom to top, and is characterized in that the upper side edge of the front inner plate is connected with a movable piece (F), and the shape and the size of the movable piece are matched with the size of the bottom plate; the upper side edge of the movable sheet is connected with a movable sheet rear connecting sheet (G); the upper side edge of the movable sheet rear connecting sheet is connected with a fixed sheet rear connecting sheet (H); the upper side edge of the rear connecting sheet of the fixing sheet is connected with a top plate fixing sheet (K); the height of the folded movable sheet rear connecting sheet and the height of the folded fixed sheet rear connecting sheet are matched with the height of the folded rear side plate.

The cut piece of the single-cut piece automatic lifting display box according to claim 1, wherein a supporting plate (L) is further arranged, and the position of the supporting plate is relatively fixed with the position of the movable piece; the movable sheet is provided with an object hole (3) in a through way; the left side and the right side of the movable sheet are respectively connected with a left support sheet (F1) and a right support sheet (F2) of the movable sheet; the height of the left support sheet and the right support sheet after folding is matched with the height of the front outer plate, the front inner plate and the rear side plate after folding.

The cut piece of the single-cut piece automatic lifting display box according to claim 2, wherein a left support plate connecting plate (L1) and a right support plate connecting plate (L2) are connected to the left side of the left support plate of the movable piece, or the right support plate connecting plate is connected to the right side of the right support plate of the movable piece; the height of the left supporting plate and the right supporting plate after folding is equal and is not greater than the height of the left supporting sheet and the right supporting sheet after folding.

The cut piece of the single-cut piece automatic lifting display box of claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein the top plate is rectangular; two sides of the top plate are respectively connected with a box cover left outer side plate (B1) and a box cover right outer side plate (B2); the left side edge of the left outer side plate of the box cover is connected with a left inner side plate (B3) of the box cover, the left side edge of the right outer side plate of the box cover is connected with a right inner side plate (B4) of the box cover, and the folded heights of the left inner side plate and the right inner side plate of the box cover are respectively matched with the folded heights of the left outer side plate of the box cover and the right outer side plate of the box cover; a fixing structure is arranged between the left inner side plate of the box cover and the right inner side plate and the bottom plate of the box cover.

The cut-parts of the single cut-parts automatic lifting display box according to claim 4, wherein the fixing structure is that a through positioning hole (1) is arranged at the position where the bottom plate is connected with the left outer side plate and the right outer side plate, a positioning tongue (2) is convexly arranged on the left side edge of the left inner side plate and the right side edge of the right inner side plate, and the positioning tongue and the positioning hole are in an adaptive splicing relation.
