Abstract

The invention discloses a washing storage box and a washing article kit, wherein the washing article storage box comprises a box body and a containing cavity; the inner container is arranged in the accommodating cavity, and the inner container is provided with at least two different types of washing article mounting positions for mounting at least two different types of washing articles. The toiletries of two at least different grade types can be placed to the receiver of washing one's face and rinsing one's mouth, not only can be convenient for accomodate of the toiletries of different grade type to can convenient to use person carries, convenient to use person's use.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of toiletries, and further relates to a washing storage box and a toiletry kit.

Background

With the increasing deterioration of global ecological environment, people pay more attention to the environmental protection and the promotion of green consumption. The toiletries are the necessary article of people's travel in-process, and current toiletries adopt independent packing usually to the different toiletries are relatively independent, but are difficult to carry the trip once more after opening the packing, only can satisfy the demand of user's one-time use, very easily cause the waste of resource and the pollution of environment.

It should also be pointed out that different types of toiletries on the market generally adopt relatively independent packing at present, and it is very inconvenient to arrange in order and accomodate in the trip in-process.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above technical problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a storage box for containing at least two different types of toiletries, which is convenient for the storage of the different types of toiletries, the carrying by a user, and the use by the user.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a washing storage box, comprising:

a box body having an accommodating chamber;

the inner container is arranged in the accommodating cavity, and the inner container is provided with at least two different types of washing article mounting positions for mounting at least two different types of washing articles.

Preferably, the box body comprises an intermediate support, a first shell and a second shell, the first shell and the second shell are respectively rotatably mounted on the intermediate support, the first shell and the second shell form the accommodating cavity in a surrounding manner, and the opening and closing of the box body can be controlled by rotating the first shell and the second shell relative to the intermediate support.

Preferably, the middle support comprises a bottom wall, a first side wall and a second side wall, the first side wall and the second side wall are mounted at two ends of the bottom wall, and the inner container is located between the first side wall and the second side wall.

Preferably, the washing storage box further comprises a first lifting mechanism and a second lifting mechanism, the first lifting mechanism is arranged between the inner container and the first side wall, the second lifting mechanism is arranged between the inner container and the second side wall, and the distance between the inner container and the bottom wall can be adjusted through the first lifting mechanism and the second lifting mechanism.

Preferably, both ends of the inner container are respectively and rotatably connected to the first lifting mechanism and the second lifting mechanism.

Preferably, both ends of the inner container are rotatably connected to the first side wall and the second side wall, respectively.

Preferably, the first shell and the second shell are respectively connected to the first lifting mechanism and the second lifting mechanism, and in the process that the first shell and the second shell rotate outwards, the first shell and the second shell can drive the first lifting mechanism and the second lifting mechanism to lift the inner container.

the storage box for washing and rinsing, wherein the top surface of the inner container of the storage box for washing and rinsing is provided with a soap mounting position, a towel mounting position and a comb mounting position, the soap mounting position is provided with a plurality of soap accommodating grooves, the towel mounting position is provided with a plurality of towel accommodating grooves, and the comb mounting position is provided with a comb accommodating groove;

the bottom surface of the inner container is provided with a scraper mounting position and a toothbrush mounting position, the scraper mounting position is provided with a scraper accommodating groove, and the toothbrush mounting position is provided with a toothbrush accommodating groove;

the toiletry comprises a plurality of soaps arranged in a plurality of soap accommodating grooves, a plurality of towels arranged in a plurality of towel accommodating grooves, a comb arranged in the comb accommodating groove, a scraper arranged in the scraper accommodating groove and a toothbrush arranged in the toothbrush accommodating groove.

Compared with the prior art, the washing storage box and the washing article kit provided by the invention have at least one of the following beneficial effects:

1. according to the washing storage box and the washing article kit, the washing storage box can be used for containing at least two different types of washing articles, so that the different types of washing articles can be conveniently stored, and the washing storage box and the washing article kit are convenient for a user to carry and use;

2. according to the washing storage box and the washing article kit, when the first shell and the second shell of the washing storage box are opened in an outward rotating mode, the first shell and/or the second shell can drive the inner container of the washing storage box to lift, so that the inner container can be rotated conveniently;

3. according to the washing storage box and the washing article kit provided by the invention, the inner container can rotate relative to the middle support, and the inner container can be rotated to enable a plurality of different installation positions on the inner container to correspond to the openings of the box body, so that the washing article installation positions are allowed to be arranged on a plurality of sides of the inner container, and the utilization rate of the inner container is improved.

Example 1

Referring to the accompanying drawings 1 to 9 of the specification, the washing storage box provided by the invention is illustrated, and the washing storage box can be used for storing at least two different types of washing articles, so that the different types of washing articles can be conveniently stored, and the washing storage box is convenient for a user to carry and use.

Referring to the accompanying drawings 1, 2, 5 and 6 of the specification, the washing storage box comprises a box body 1 and an inner container 2. The box body 1 has a receiving chamber 10. The inner container 2 is arranged in the accommodating cavity 10, and at least two different types of toiletries installation positions 20 are arranged on the inner container 2 and used for installing at least two different types of toiletries.

Specifically, the cartridge 1 includes an intermediate bracket 11, a first housing 12, and a second housing 13. The first housing 12 and the second housing 13 are rotatably mounted on the intermediate bracket 11, respectively, the intermediate bracket 11, the first housing 12, and the second housing 13 surround the accommodating chamber 10, and the opening and closing of the box body 1 can be controlled by rotating the first housing 12 and the second housing 13 relative to the intermediate bracket 11.

Illustratively, when the first housing 12 and the second housing 13 are relatively rotated in a direction away from the intermediate bracket 11, respectively, the cartridge 1 is opened; when the first housing 12 and the second housing 13 are relatively moved in a direction approaching the intermediate frame 11, respectively, the cartridge 1 is closed.

Further, the middle support 11 includes a bottom wall 111, and a first side wall 112 and a second side wall 113 mounted at two ends of the bottom wall 11, and the inner container 2 is located between the first side wall 112 and the second side wall 113. In other words, the bottom wall 111, the first side wall 112 and the second side wall 113 form a substantially U shape, and the inner container 2 is located in the U-shaped space.

Referring to the attached drawings 2 and 4 of the specification, further, the washing storage box further includes a first lifting mechanism 3 and a second lifting mechanism 4, the first lifting mechanism 3 is disposed between the inner container 2 and the first side wall 112, the second lifting mechanism 4 is disposed between the inner container 2 and the second side wall 113, and the distance between the inner container 2 and the bottom wall 111 can be adjusted through the first lifting mechanism 3 and the second lifting mechanism 4. In other words, the inner container 2 can be lifted and lowered by the first lifting mechanism 3 and the second lifting mechanism 4 to adjust the distance between the inner container 2 and the bottom wall 111.

Preferably, both ends of the inner container 2 are rotatably connected to the first and second elevating mechanisms 3 and 4, respectively. After the inner container 2 is lifted to a preset distance from the bottom wall 111, the inner container 2 is rotated relative to the middle support 11, so that the orientation of the inner container 2 can be changed, and the toilet articles arranged on different toilet article mounting positions 20 on the inner container 2 can be conveniently taken and placed.

Alternatively, in a modified embodiment of the present invention, the first elevating mechanism 3 and the second elevating mechanism 4 are not provided in the wash storage case, and both ends of the inner container 2 are rotatably connected to the first side wall 112 and the second side wall 113, respectively. In the present modified embodiment, after the case 1 is opened by rotating the first case 12 and the second case 13 with respect to the intermediate holder 11, the inner container 2 can be rotated with respect to the intermediate holder 11 without raising the height of the inner container 2 with respect to the bottom wall 111, and the orientation of the inner container 2 can be changed.

Referring to fig. 5, 6, 7 and 8 of the specification, further, the first housing 12 and the second housing 13 are respectively connected to the first lifting mechanism 3 and the second lifting mechanism 4; or the first housing 12 is connected to the first lifting mechanism 3, and the second housing 13 is connected to the second lifting mechanism 4; in the process that the first shell 12 and the second shell 13 rotate outwards, the first shell 12 and the second shell 13 can drive the first lifting mechanism 3 and the second lifting mechanism 4 to lift the inner container 2.

Preferably, both ends of the first housing 12 are respectively connected to the first lifting mechanism 3 and the second lifting mechanism 4, both ends of the second housing 13 are also respectively connected to the first lifting mechanism 3 and the second lifting mechanism 4, the first housing 12 and the second housing 13 are respectively located at both sides of the first lifting mechanism 3, and the first housing 12 and the second housing 13 are also respectively located at both sides of the second lifting mechanism 4, so that a force can be applied to both sides of the first lifting mechanism 3 and the second lifting mechanism 4 to uniformly lift the first lifting mechanism 3 and the second lifting mechanism 4.

Alternatively, in a modified embodiment of the present invention, the front end of the first housing 12 is connected to the first lifting mechanism 3, and the rear end is connected to the second side wall 113; the front end of the second housing 13 is connected to the first sidewall 112, and the rear end is connected to the second lifting mechanism 4; the lifting of the first lifting mechanism 3 is controlled during the rotation of the first housing 12, and the lifting of the second lifting mechanism 3 is controlled during the rotation of the second housing 13. Alternatively, in other preferred embodiments of the present invention, the front end and the rear end of the first housing 12 are respectively connected to the first lifting mechanism 3 and the second lifting mechanism 4, the front end and the rear end of the second housing 13 are respectively connected to the first side wall 112 and the second side wall 113, and the lifting of the first lifting mechanism 3 and the second lifting mechanism 4 can be controlled during the rotation of the first housing 12.

Referring to fig. 2 and 5 in the specification, further, the first sidewall 112 has a first lifting groove 1120, and the second sidewall 113 has a second lifting groove 1130. The first elevating mechanism 3 includes a first slider 31 slidably installed in the first elevating groove 1120, the second elevating mechanism 4 includes a second slider 41 slidably installed in the second elevating groove 1130, and both ends of the inner container 2 are rotatably connected to the first slider 31 and the second slider 41, respectively.

The first slider 31 has a first guide groove 310 on each of left and right sides thereof, and the second slider 41 has a second guide groove 410 on each of left and right sides thereof. The first housing 12 has a first extending projection 121 at each of the front and rear ends thereof, and a second extending projection 122 at each of the front and rear ends thereof. The two first extending protrusions 121 of the first housing 12 are slidably mounted to the first guide groove 310 and the second guide groove 410 on the left side, respectively, and the two second extending protrusions 122 of the second housing 13 are slidably mounted to the first guide groove 310 and the second guide groove 410 on the right side, respectively.

In the using process, in the process of opening the washing storage box by rotating the first shell 12 and the second shell 13, the first extending protrusion 121 and the second extending protrusion 131 drive the first slider 31 and the second slider 41 to lift the inner container 2. In the process of closing the washing storage box by rotating the first casing 12 and the second casing 13, the first extending protrusion 121 and the second extending protrusion 131 drive the first slider 31 and the second slider 41 to drop the inner container 2.

Through the mutual connection and cooperation between the first lifting mechanism 3 and the second lifting mechanism 4, and the first shell 12 and the second shell 13, the inner container 2 can be automatically driven to lift in the process of rotating the first shell 12 and the second shell 13. In the process of rotating the first and second cases 12 and 13 outward to open the box body 1, the first and second cases 12 and 13 lift the inner container 2; in the process of rotating the first casing 12 and the second casing 13 inward, the first casing 12 and the second casing 13 can drop the inner container 2.

Optionally, in another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the first lifting mechanism 3 and the second lifting mechanism 4 can also be lifting slide rails mounted on the first side wall 112 and the second side wall 113, two ends of the inner container 2 are respectively connected to the two lifting slide rails, and the inner container can be pulled along the lifting slide rails to adjust the distance between the inner container 2 and the bottom wall 111. In the using process, after the first shell 12 and the second shell 13 are rotated outwards to open the box body 1, the inner container 2 is pulled to be lifted along the lifting guide rail.

Referring to fig. 7 and 8 of the specification, each of the first slider 31 and the second slider 41 has a rotation groove 311, and each of both ends of the inner container 2 has a rotation shaft 21, and the rotation shafts 21 are rotatably mounted in the corresponding rotation grooves 311.

Preferably, the washing storage box further includes a rotation limiting member 5, the rotation limiting member 5 is connected to the rotation shaft 21, and the rotation limiting member 5 is further connected to the first slider 31 and/or the second slider 41, and is configured to limit the rotation shaft 21 after the rotation shaft 21 rotates by a preset angle.

Further, the rotation limiting member 5 includes a ring gear 51 mounted on the rotation shaft 21, and a limiting arm 52 mounted on one side of the first slider 31 and/or the second slider 41 close to the inner container 2. The tail end of the limiting arm 52 is fixedly connected to the first slider 31 and/or the second slider 41, the head end of the limiting arm 52 abuts against the tooth-shaped groove of the ring gear, and the ring gear 51 is limited through the mutual matching between the limiting arm 52 and the ring gear 51, so that the inner container 2 is fixed. In the process that the inner container 2 rotates relative to the bottom wall 111, the head end of the limiting arm 52 can fix the inner container 2 at different angles corresponding to different tooth gaps of the ring gear 51 according to actual needs.

Preferably, the head end of the limiting arm 52 and the preset position of each tooth of the ring gear 51 are provided with preset chamfers, so that the head end of the limiting arm 52 can move between different tooth gaps of the ring gear 51 conveniently.

Preferably, the position limiting arm 52 is made of an elastic material, and during the rotation of the inner container 2, the position limiting arm 52 is deformed to a certain extent, so that the ring gear 51 rotates relative to the position limiting arm 52. Preferably, the number of the limiting arms 52 is two, and the two limiting arms 52 are respectively located at the upper side and the lower side of the ring gear 51. Alternatively, the two limit arms 52 can also be positioned on the left and right sides of the ring gear 51, or implemented in other numbers, and the number and positions of the limit arms 5 should not constitute a limitation of the present invention.

Optionally, in other preferred embodiments of the present invention, the inner container 2 can be further limited by an interference fit between the rotating shaft 21 and the rotating groove 311. It will be understood that the specific type of rotation-limiting member 5 should not be construed as limiting the invention.

Referring to the specification, fig. 4 and 9, at least one end of the inner container 2 is provided with a homing bump 22. The side of the first housing 12 facing the inner container 2 and/or the side of the second housing 13 facing the inner container 2 has a positive stop 312. In the process that the inner container 2 moves in the direction approaching the bottom wall 111 in the inclined posture, the righting stopper 312 abuts against the side wall of the righting protrusion 22, so that the inner container 2 is righted by rotation.

Preferably, the cross-sectional shape of the homing protrusion 22 is square, and has four abutting edges 221 connected in sequence, and the joint of the four abutting edges 221 has a chamfer. In the state that the inner container 2 is in a regular state, two of the abutting edges 221 are parallel to the bottom wall 111, and the other two abutting edges 221 are perpendicular to the bottom wall 111. In an inclined state, a certain included angle is formed between each of the four abutting edges 221 of the inner container 2 and the bottom wall 111. When the inner container 2 moves in an inclined posture in a direction approaching the bottom wall 111, the righting baffle 312 abuts against the abutting edge 221 of the homing projection 22, and pushes the homing projection 22 to be righted when the inner container 2 descends.

Preferably, the abutting edges 221 of the homing projections 22 are each planar. Alternatively, the abutting edge 221 of the homing bump 22 can also be an arc surface with a certain arc.

Preferably, the toiletry mounting position 20 on the inner container 2 comprises one or more of a combination of a soap mounting position 21, a towel mounting position 22, a comb mounting position 23, a scraper mounting position 24 and a toothbrush mounting position 25. The soap mounting position 21 is used for mounting soap, the towel mounting position 22 is used for mounting a towel, the comb mounting position 23 is used for mounting a comb, the scraper mounting position 24 is used for mounting a scraper, and the toothbrush mounting position 25 is used for mounting a toothbrush.

Example 2

Referring to the accompanying drawings 2, 5 and 6 of the specification, according to another aspect of the present invention, the present invention further provides a toiletry kit, comprising the toiletry storage box and the toiletry as described in embodiment 1, wherein a soap mounting position 21, a towel mounting position 22 and a comb mounting position 23 are arranged on the top surface of the inner container 2 of the toiletry storage box, the soap mounting position 21 has a plurality of soap accommodating grooves 210, the towel mounting position 22 has a plurality of towel accommodating grooves 220, and the comb mounting position 23 has a comb accommodating groove 230. The bottom surface of inner bag 2 is provided with scraper installation position 24 and toothbrush installation position 25, scraper installation position 24 has scraper holding tank 240, toothbrush installation position 25 has toothbrush holding tank 250.

The toiletry comprises a plurality of soaps installed in the plurality of soap containing grooves 210, a plurality of towels installed in the plurality of towel containing grooves 220, a comb installed in the comb containing groove 230, a scraper installed in the scraper containing groove 240, and a toothbrush installed in the toothbrush containing groove 250.

Preferably, the number of the soap and the towel is seven respectively, so as to meet the use requirement of a user for one week. The towel is preferably a compressed towel. The number of the towel receiving grooves 220 is seven, and a baffle is arranged between the adjacent towel receiving grooves 220. The adjacent towel receiving grooves 220 can communicate with each other and can be separated from each other.

The soap accommodating grooves 210 and the comb accommodating grooves 230 are respectively located at the left and right sides of the towel accommodating groove 220, the number of the soap accommodating grooves 210 is seven, and a notch is formed in one side of each soap accommodating groove 210, which is far away from the towel accommodating groove 210, so that a user can take out soap from the soap accommodating grooves 210. The comb accommodating groove 230 is provided with an installation clamping groove for clamping the comb, so that the stability of comb installation is improved.

The scraper mounting groove 240 and the toothbrush accommodating groove 250 are respectively located at one side of the inner container 2 close to the bottom wall 111, when a toothbrush and/or a scraper needs to be taken and placed, the inner container 2 is rotated, the scraper mounting groove 240 and the toothbrush accommodating groove 250 are rotated to the opening of the box body 1, so that the toothbrush and/or the scraper can be taken and placed conveniently.

It should be noted that the above embodiments can be freely combined as necessary. The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that it is obvious to those skilled in the art that various modifications and improvements can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and improvements should also be considered as the protection scope of the present invention.

The wash storage box of claim 1, wherein the box body comprises an intermediate support, a first shell and a second shell, the first shell and the second shell are respectively rotatably mounted on the intermediate support, the first shell and the second shell form the accommodating cavity in a surrounding manner, and the opening and closing of the box body can be controlled by rotating the first shell and the second shell relative to the intermediate support.

3. The wash storage box of claim 2, wherein the intermediate support includes a bottom wall, a first side wall and a second side wall mounted at opposite ends of the bottom wall, and the inner container is positioned between the first side wall and the second side wall.

The washing storage box of claim 3, further comprising a first lifting mechanism and a second lifting mechanism, wherein the first lifting mechanism is disposed between the inner container and the first side wall, the second lifting mechanism is disposed between the inner container and the second side wall, and the distance between the inner container and the bottom wall can be adjusted by the first lifting mechanism and the second lifting mechanism.

5. The wash storage box of claim 4, wherein the inner container is rotatably connected at both ends thereof to the first and second elevating mechanisms, respectively.

6. The wash storage box of claim 3, wherein the inner container is rotatably connected at both ends to the first and second side walls, respectively.

7. The washing storage box of claim 5, wherein the first and second shells are respectively connected to the first and second lifting mechanisms, and in the process of rotating outwards, the first and second shells can drive the first and second lifting mechanisms to lift the inner container.

8. The wash storage box of claim 7, wherein the first side wall has a first lifting slot and the second side wall has a second lifting slot;

the first lifting mechanism comprises a first sliding block which is slidably arranged in the first lifting groove, the second lifting mechanism comprises a second sliding block which is slidably arranged in the second lifting groove, and two ends of the inner container are respectively and rotatably connected with the first sliding block and the second sliding block;

the left side and the right side of the first sliding block are respectively provided with a first guide groove, and the left side and the right side of the second sliding block are respectively provided with a second guide groove; the front end and the rear end of the first shell are respectively provided with a first extending projection, and the front end and the rear end of the second shell are respectively provided with a second extending projection; the two first extending protrusions of the first shell are slidably mounted in the first guide groove and the second guide groove on the left side respectively, and the two second extending protrusions of the second shell are slidably mounted in the first guide groove and the second guide groove on the right side respectively;

in the process of opening the washing storage box by rotating the first shell and the second shell, the first extending protrusion and the second extending protrusion drive the first sliding block and the second sliding block to lift the inner container;

in the process of rotating the first shell and the second shell to close the washing storage box, the first extending protrusion and the second extending protrusion drive the first sliding block and the second sliding block to drop the inner container.

9. The wash storage box of claim 8, wherein the first slider and the second slider each have a rotation groove, and the inner container has rotation shafts at both ends thereof, the rotation shafts being rotatably mounted to the corresponding rotation grooves;

the washing storage box further comprises a rotation limiting part, the rotation limiting part is connected to the rotating shaft, and the rotation limiting part is further connected to the first sliding block and/or the second sliding block and used for limiting the rotating shaft after the rotating shaft rotates for a preset angle.

10. The washing storage box of claim 9, wherein at least one end of the inner container is provided with a homing bump;

a swing stop block is arranged on one side of the first shell facing the inner container and/or one side of the second shell facing the inner container;

in the process that the inner container moves towards the direction close to the bottom wall in an inclined posture, the righting stop block abuts against the side wall of the righting lug, so that the inner container is righted in a rotating mode.

11. The toiletry storage box according to any one of claims 1 to 10, wherein the toiletry mounting locations on the inner container comprise one or more of a soap mounting location, a towel mounting location, a comb mounting location, a scraper mounting location, and a toothbrush mounting location.

12. A toiletry kit, comprising:

the washing storage box of any one of claims 1-11, wherein a soap mounting position, a towel mounting position and a comb mounting position are arranged on the top surface of the inner container of the washing storage box, the soap mounting position is provided with a plurality of soap accommodating grooves, the towel mounting position is provided with a plurality of towel accommodating grooves, and the comb mounting position is provided with a comb accommodating groove;

the bottom surface of the inner container is provided with a scraper mounting position and a toothbrush mounting position, the scraper mounting position is provided with a scraper accommodating groove, and the toothbrush mounting position is provided with a toothbrush accommodating groove;

the toiletry comprises a plurality of soaps arranged in a plurality of soap accommodating grooves, a plurality of towels arranged in a plurality of towel accommodating grooves, a comb arranged in the comb accommodating groove, a scraper arranged in the scraper accommodating groove and a toothbrush arranged in the toothbrush accommodating groove.
