The stroke of the holding rod cylinder is just such that the top plate of the ear holding rod is flush with the top plate of the carton, in which state the protruding piece of the carton remains parallel to the top plate of the body panel 1, but the folding over of the ears is not affected. The four-millimeter-axis motor on the pressing mechanism starts to rotate, so that the crank drives the connecting rod and further drives the third pushing handle to rotate, and the ears are turned over by 90 degrees and are perpendicular to the extending blocks of the paper box. The retainer rod cylinder is then retracted so that the top plate of the retainer rod is lowered below the top plate of the body panel 1. Then the four-millimeter-axis motor continues to rotate to enable the third pushing hand to rotate, so that the ears of the paper box and the extending blocks of the paper box rotate 90 degrees together, and the ears are clamped into gaps between the box turning and folding blocks of the paper box and the left side and the right side of the box. The whole folding and packaging process is completed. And lifting the pressing mechanism to the initial position to take the packaged paper box away.

(2) According to the folding process of the paperboard, the whole packaging step from folding the paper box to sealing the box can be realized through the structural composition and the working step of specifically arranging each box folding mechanism. the first box folding mechanism is connected with the partition plate and used for folding the lateral ears of the paperboard;
the second box folding mechanism is connected with the middle plate and is used for folding the box side part and the box turning block of the paperboard;
the third box folding mechanism is connected with the bottom plate and used for folding the box top of the paperboard;
the fourth box folding mechanism is connected with the pressing mechanism and used for folding the box top ears of the paper board;
wherein the distance between the top plate and the middle plate is greater than the width of the box side part of the paperboard, and the width of the lower pressing plate is less than the width of the middle plate;
the first box folding mechanism comprises:
the second driving piece is arranged on the partition board;
the first push handle is connected with the second driving piece and can enter the concave space through the groove of the side plate to fold the lateral ears of the paperboard under the driving of the second driving piece;
the second box folding mechanism comprises:
a first plate comprising a first circular shaft passing through a 1/4 circular slot of the intermediate plate;
the second plate comprises a second round shaft, the second round shaft penetrates through the first round hole in the middle plate, and the second round hole of the second plate penetrates through the first round shaft;
the third folding box mechanism includes: the paper box comprises a bottom plate, a first driving piece, a first pushing piece, a second pushing piece, a synchronous belt, a third driving piece and a fourth driving piece, wherein the first driving piece is arranged on the bottom plate, the lower portion of the first driving piece is connected with the first driving piece, the first pushing piece is in threaded connection with the upper portion of the first driving piece, the synchronous belt is arranged on the first pushing piece, the fourth driving piece is connected with one end of the synchronous belt, the second pushing piece is connected with the other end of the synchronous belt, and the first pushing piece moves left and right under the action of the synchronous belt to fold the box top of the paper plate;
