The invention discloses a pedestrian protection method for a vehicle, which comprises the following steps: monitoring external pedestrians or vehicles in real time through a radar; if a pedestrian or a vehicle is monitored in the radar range, the alarm lamp in the vehicle displays a dangerous state; if the vehicle door lock catch is not opened, no other prompt is given, and if the vehicle door lock catch is opened, the next step is carried out; the door lock catch is opened for the first time, abnormal alarming is prompted in the automobile, and if the door lock catch is closed at the moment, the abnormal alarming is stopped; and opening the car door lock catch again, unlocking the car door, stopping abnormal alarm, and displaying the dangerous state by the alarm lamp in the car to continue prompting. The invention ensures the safety of passengers and surrounding pedestrians when the passengers open the door in the vehicle. Meanwhile, the invention can realize the function of the invention only by simply installing the existing vehicle, and has simple and convenient installation and easy popularization and sale.

s4, the door lock catch is opened for the first time, an abnormal alarm is prompted in the automobile, and if the door lock catch is closed at the moment, the abnormal alarm is stopped;
and S5, opening the vehicle door lock catch again, unlocking the vehicle door, stopping abnormal alarm, and displaying the dangerous state by the alarm lamp in the vehicle to continue prompting.
2. The pedestrian protection method of claim 1, wherein in step S2, if no pedestrian or vehicle is detected in the radar range, the following steps are performed:

and S22, opening the vehicle door lock catch and unlocking the vehicle door.
3. A pedestrian protection method for a vehicle according to claim 1 or 2, wherein said abnormal alarm includes one or both of a light flashing and a buzzer.
4. A pedestrian protection method in a vehicle according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the protection system is activated when the vehicle is in a braking state and the doors are locked.
5. A pedestrian protection method in a vehicle according to claim 1 or 2, wherein an abnormality alarm is indicated in the vehicle when a pedestrian or a vehicle is detected in the radar range in a state where the door is opened.
6. A pedestrian protection method in a vehicle according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the in-vehicle alarm lamp and the abnormality alarm are provided on the door latch.
7. A pedestrian protection method for vehicle according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the detection range of the radar is 4 meters in front and at the back of the vehicle body and 1 meter in front and at the left and right of the vehicle body.
