In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for reminding a rear seat belt not being fastened.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of an embodiment of a method for reminding a rear seat belt not being fastened according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the method for reminding the unfastening of the rear seat belt comprises the following steps:
step S10, after the vehicle is powered on, when the rear door of the vehicle is in a closed state, detecting whether any rear seat belt lock catch is changed from a locked state to an unlocked state;
in this embodiment, after the vehicle is powered on, and when the vehicle rear row door is in a closed state, the state of each rear row seat belt latch is monitored, so that whether any rear row seat belt latch is changed from a locked state to an unlocked state is detected based on a monitoring result.
Step S20, if yes, warning that the safety belt is not fastened;
in this embodiment, when any one of the rear seat belt latches changes from the locked state to the unlocked state, the safety belt unfastening alarm is performed. The specific form of the belt unfastening warning is set according to the actual situation, for example, a warning sound is emitted and/or a fault light is displayed on the dashboard.
Further, in one embodiment, step S20 includes:
detecting whether a primary sound alarm exists; if the alarm is existed, performing secondary sound alarm, wherein the alarm intensity of the secondary sound alarm is greater than the alarm intensity of the primary sound alarm; and if not, performing primary sound alarm.
In this embodiment, when any one of the rear seat belt latches is changed from the locked state to the unlocked state, it is first detected whether there is a primary sound alarm. For example, in existing vehicles, when the front seat belt is not fastened, an audible alarm is triggered, which is referred to herein as a primary audible alarm.
If a primary sound alarm already exists because the front row of safety belts are not fastened at present, when any rear row of safety belt lock is changed from a locking state to an unlocking state, the primary sound alarm is detected, and secondary sound alarm is carried out; and if no primary sound alarm exists at present, performing primary sound alarm when any one rear-row safety belt lock is changed from a locking state to an unlocking state.
Wherein, the warning intensity of the second-level sound warning is greater than the warning intensity of the first-level sound warning. For example, the primary audible alert is: the alarm sound with a relatively gentle rhythm lasts for 30 seconds; the secondary sound alarm is: the alarm sound with a more rapid rhythm lasts for 60 seconds.
Further, in an embodiment, after the step of performing the primary sound alarm, the method further includes:
and when the detected vehicle speed is greater than the preset vehicle speed, performing secondary sound alarm.
In this embodiment, when detecting the speed of a motor vehicle and being greater than preset the speed of a motor vehicle, if the back row passenger does not tie the safety belt then can be dangerous, consider that the dynamics of reporting an emergency and asking for help the back row passenger to tie the safety belt less that the dynamics of reporting an emergency and asking for help the first order sound is reported an emergency and asked for help promptly, carry out the second order sound and report an emergency and ask for help the back row passenger promptly and tie the safety belt. Wherein the preset vehicle speed is set according to actual needs, for example, 20 km/h.
And step S30, when any one of the rear seat belt locks is changed from the unlocking state to the locking state, stopping the belt unfastening alarm.
In this embodiment, after the seatbelt unfastening alarm is performed, if it is detected that any one of the rear seatbelt buckles is changed from the unlocked state to the locked state, the seatbelt unfastening alarm is stopped.
In the above step, a belt unfastening alarm is performed due to the detection that any one of the rear seat belt latches is changed from a locked state to an unlocked state, and if any one of the rear seat belt latches is changed from the unlocked state to the locked state, it indicates that the rear passenger has changed from the position 1 to the position 2.
In the embodiment, after the vehicle is powered on, when the rear row door of the vehicle is in a closed state, whether any rear row safety belt lock catch is changed from a locking state to an unlocking state is detected; if yes, alarming that the safety belt is not fastened is carried out; when any one of the rear row safety belt locks is changed from the unlocking state to the locking state, the safety belt is stopped and no warning is given. Through this embodiment, only can trigger or stop the back row safety belt and not tie the warning based on back row safety belt hasp state, need not increase hardware equipment such as seat pressure sensor or car interior camera, reduced the hardware cost.
Further, in an embodiment, after step S20, the method further includes:
when the opening of the rear door is detected, the warning that the safety belt is not fastened is stopped.
In this embodiment, the belt unfastening alarm is performed when any one of the rear seat belt latches is detected to be changed from the locked state to the unlocked state, and if the rear door is detected to be opened, it indicates that the passenger wants to get off when the seat belt latch is unlocked, so that the belt unfastening alarm is not required to be performed, that is, when the rear door is detected to be opened, the belt unfastening alarm is stopped in order to ensure the riding experience of the user.
Further, in an embodiment, the method for reminding the unfastening of the rear seat belt comprises the following steps:
after the vehicle is powered on, if it is detected that at least one rear-row safety belt lock catch is in an unlocking state, a fault lamp corresponding to the at least one rear-row safety belt lock catch is turned on for a first preset time.
In this embodiment, after the vehicle is powered on, if it is detected that at least one rear seat belt buckle is in an unlocked state, a fault lamp corresponding to the at least one rear seat belt buckle is turned on for a first preset time. For example, after the vehicle is powered on, the rear seat belt latch 1 and the rear seat belt latch 3 are in the unlocked state, and the fault lamp 1 and the fault lamp 3 corresponding to the rear seat belt latch 1 and the rear seat belt latch 3 on the instrument panel are turned on for a first preset time. The first preset time period is set according to actual needs, for example, set to 30 s. It is easily understood that, during lighting of the malfunction light, if the corresponding rear seat belt buckle changes from the unlocked state to the locked state, the malfunction light is turned off.
