Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures. In addition, the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present invention may be combined with each other without conflict.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for reminding a driver of unfastened safety belts according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is applicable to effectively reminding the driver when the driver and the passenger don't fasten safety belts, so as to ensure the safety of the driver and the passenger. The method may be performed by a seatbelt unfastened reminder device, which may be implemented in hardware and/or software, and is typically integrated into a vehicle. Referring to fig. 1, the method may include the steps of:
and S110, obtaining the vehicle information at the current moment and the alarm information at the previous moment.
The vehicle information comprises vehicle speed, gear information, pressure information of a seat pressure sensor and locking state information of a safety belt. The gear information is the current gear of the vehicle and comprises a P gear, an R gear, an N gear and a D gear, wherein the P gear is a parking gear, the R gear is a reverse gear, the N gear is a neutral gear, and the D gear is a forward gear. The seat pressure sensor is used for measuring the pressure borne by the seat, and can be generally arranged on the seat, and whether a user is on the corresponding seat or not can be detected according to the pressure information fed back by the seat pressure sensor. The lock catch state information is used for reflecting the lock catch state, and can be generally acquired through a lock catch sensor arranged in the safety belt lock catch, and whether the user fastens the safety belt or not can be determined according to the lock catch state information, for example, when the lock catch state information is 0, the user is considered not to fasten the safety belt, and when the lock catch state information is 1, the user is considered to fasten the safety belt.
The alarm information is prompt information used for reminding a user that the safety belt is fastened when the user does not fasten the safety belt. The embodiment does not limit the specific form of the alarm information, and for example, the alarm may be given by voice or by a warning light. The alarm information can be set uniformly or respectively according to application scenes, wherein the uniform setting can be that the alarm is given when the user is determined not to fasten the safety belt, and the alarm is unrelated to the current state of the vehicle. The respective setting according to the application scenario may be setting the level of the alarm information according to the level of the potential safety hazard, for example, the higher the level of the potential safety hazard is, the higher the level of the corresponding alarm information is. The level of the safety hazard may be determined according to the state of the vehicle, for example, the higher the vehicle speed, the higher the level of the safety hazard.
And S120, when the user is determined not to fasten the safety belt according to the pressure information and the lock catch state information, determining alarm information at the current moment according to the vehicle speed, the gear information and the alarm information at the previous moment, and giving an alarm.
In one case, whether a user is present in a corresponding seat may be determined based on pressure information of a seat pressure sensor, and whether the user wears a seat belt may be further determined based on latch state information of the seat belt when the user is present. In another case, images in the vehicle can be acquired through the camera, and whether a user exists on the corresponding seat or not and whether the user wears a safety belt or not when the user exists can be determined through the identification images. The embodiment takes the former as an example, and determines whether a user fastens the safety belt according to the pressure information of the seat sensor and the locking state information of the safety belt, so that the cost is reduced.
In consideration of different potential safety hazard levels in different application scenes, the present embodiment determines the alarm information at the current time according to the current state of the vehicle and the alarm information at the previous time, so that different reminders are implemented in different application scenes, and the high attention of the user is brought. For example, the warning information level at the previous moment is low, and if the vehicle speed at the current moment is high, it can be determined that the warning information level at the current moment is higher than the warning information level at the previous moment. For another example, the level of the alarm information at the previous moment is higher, and if the gear information at the current moment is the R gear, it can be determined that the level of the alarm information at the current moment is lower than the level of the alarm information at the previous moment. In one case, the level of the alarm information may be determined according to the frequency of flashing the alarm lamp and/or the ringing frequency of the buzzer, for example, the higher the ringing frequency of the buzzer, the higher the level of the alarm information is, the higher the level of the safety hazard is. When the safety belt is not fastened by the user, the alarm information at the current moment can be determined according to a specific application scene, so that the user can fasten the safety belt as required as far as possible, and the injury which can be avoided due to the fact that the safety belt is not fastened is prevented.
The embodiment of the invention provides a safety belt unfastening reminding method, which comprises the steps of obtaining vehicle information at the current moment and alarm information at the previous moment, wherein the vehicle information comprises vehicle speed, gear information, pressure information of a seat pressure sensor and lock catch state information of a safety belt; and when the user is determined not to fasten the safety belt according to the pressure information and the lock catch state information, determining the alarm information at the current moment according to the vehicle speed, the gear information and the alarm information at the previous moment, and giving an alarm. When the method determines that the user does not wear the safety belt, the warning information at the current moment can be determined according to the speed and gear information of the vehicle at the current moment and the warning information at the previous moment, the safety belt non-wearing reminding function is optimized, drivers and passengers are effectively reminded, and the safety of the drivers and passengers is guaranteed.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a seat belt unfastening reminding method according to a second embodiment of the present invention, which is optimized based on the above-mentioned embodiments, and with reference to fig. 2, the method may include the following steps:
s210, vehicle information at the current moment and alarm information at the previous moment are obtained.
The alarm information of the embodiment includes a first-level alarm, a second-level alarm and a third-level alarm, and the higher the level is, the higher the level of the potential safety hazard is, and correspondingly, the higher the alarm frequency is. Wherein, the alarm frequency can be confirmed by a warning lamp and a buzzer, and the user is reminded to fasten the safety belt in the sense of hearing and vision. Of course, the alarm frequency may be expressed in other ways, and the embodiment is not limited. In one case, the first level alarm may be a warning light that is normally on and the buzzer is silent, the second level alarm may be a warning light that flashes and a buzzer that sounds, and the third level alarm may be a warning light that flashes and a buzzer that sounds, but the flashing frequency and the ringing frequency are higher than those of the second level alarm. The user can wear the safety belt as much as possible through different reminding modes.
S220, when the user is determined not to fasten the safety belt according to the pressure information and the lock catch state information, determining alarm information at the current moment according to the vehicle speed, the gear information and the alarm information at the previous moment, and giving an alarm.
In one case, the alarm information at the current time can be determined as follows:
when the gear information is an R gear and the alarm information at the previous moment is a second-level alarm or a third-level alarm, determining that the alarm information at the current moment is a first-level alarm;
when the vehicle speed is greater than a set threshold value, the gear information is a forward gear, and the alarm information at the previous moment is a first-level alarm, determining that the alarm information at the current moment is a second-level alarm;
and when the alarm information at the previous moment is a second-level alarm and the alarm duration is longer than the set duration, determining that the alarm information at the current moment is a third-level alarm.
Specifically, when the user changes the garage, in order to not make a panic for the user, the level of the alarm information at the current time is reduced when the gear information is monitored to be the R gear. For example, the secondary alarm or the tertiary alarm can be temporarily reduced to the primary alarm, under the condition, the warning lamp is normally on, the buzzer does not make sound, and a user can concentrate on the storage and does not need to be interfered by the warning lamp and the buzzer. When the current speed of the vehicle is monitored to be greater than the set threshold value and the vehicle keeps moving forward, if the alarm information level at the previous moment is low, the alarm level at the current moment needs to be improved, for example, if the alarm level at the previous moment is a first-level alarm, the alarm level at the current moment is a second-level alarm. When the alarm duration of the secondary alarm is longer than the set duration, if the user does not wear the safety belt, the level of the current alarm information needs to be further improved, for example, the user can be further reminded by a tertiary alarm. When the alarm time of the third-level alarm is longer than the second time, the safety belt is not tied for reminding, the first-level alarm can be switched to, namely, the alarm lamp is switched to be normally on, and the buzzer stops sounding.
The set threshold corresponding to the vehicle speed, the set time corresponding to the second-level alarm, the flashing frequency of the warning lamp corresponding to the third-level alarm, the ringing frequency of the buzzer corresponding to the second-level alarm, the ringing frequency of the buzzer corresponding to the third-level alarm, and the second time corresponding to the third-level alarm may be set according to actual conditions, for example, the set threshold may be 20km/h, the set time may be 60s, the flashing frequency of the warning lamp corresponding to the second-level alarm and the ringing frequency of the buzzer corresponding to the second-level alarm may both be 2Hz, the flashing frequency of the warning lamp corresponding to the third-level alarm and the ringing frequency of the buzzer corresponding to the third-level alarm may both be 3Hz, and the second time may be 120 s. It should be noted that, in this process, the ignition switch is kept on all the time, that is, under the condition that the ignition switch is kept on, the level of the alarm information can be increased from one level to two levels, and then from two levels to three levels. It should be further noted that, in the present embodiment, when the level of the alarm information is incremented, the level needs to be incremented step by step.
Optionally, when any one of the following conditions is met, the safety belt unbuckled reminding function exits from the first-level alarm: (1) turning off an ignition switch; (2) the user fastens a safety belt; (3) the safety belt is not tied to remind the user to enter a secondary alarm. When any one of the following conditions is met, the safety belt is not fastened and the reminding function exits the secondary alarm: (1) turning off an ignition switch; (2) the user fastens a safety belt; (3) the gear information is that the R gear enters a first-level alarm; (4) the safety belt is not tied to remind the user to enter a third-level alarm. When any one of the following conditions is met, the safety belt unbuckled reminding function exits from the third-level alarm: (1) turning off an ignition switch; (2) the user fastens a safety belt; (3) the gear information is that the R gear enters a first-level alarm; (4) the alarm duration is longer than the second duration.
Exemplarily, referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of an alarm logic according to a second embodiment of the present invention. Under the condition that the whole vehicle is electrified, namely the ignition switch is turned on, if the seat is detected to be occupied and the safety belt is not fastened, alarming at different levels can be carried out according to the current scene, otherwise, no alarming is carried out. The method comprises the following steps that in the initial stage of starting an ignition switch, if a user does not fasten a safety belt, a primary alarm is usually started, in the advancing process of a vehicle, if the user does not fasten the safety belt, a secondary alarm is started when the vehicle speed is larger than K1, if the user does not fasten the safety belt, a tertiary alarm is started when the time length of the secondary alarm is larger than K3, and the primary alarm is returned when the time length of the tertiary alarm is larger than K5. When the vehicle is in a secondary alarm or a tertiary alarm, if the gear information is P gear and N gear, or R gear, the vehicle can enter a primary alarm. When the user fastens the safety belt, the user is quitted from alarming and is not reminded any more. The conventional method is to remind the user when the user is determined not to fasten the safety belt, for example, only an indicator light is turned on, and the user is not reminded any more after a period of time, so that the user cannot fasten the safety belt in time. The embodiment reminds the user at different levels in different application scenes, does not interfere the user, can also prompt the user to fasten a safety belt as required as far as possible, and prevents injuries which can be avoided because the safety belt is not fastened.
And S230, receiving a parameter change instruction sent by the external diagnosis equipment.
The traditional mode that the safety belt is not fastened for reminding is fixed, and the alarm strategy can not be changed after the design is finished under normal conditions, for example, when the set threshold needs to be adjusted to 15km/h, the set time length is adjusted to 40s, and the second time length is adjusted to 90s, for a sold vehicle, the vehicle can only be re-developed, relevant software and hardware are replaced, the cost is high, the period is long, and the existing vehicle problem in the market can not be solved in time. On the basis, the communication connection is established with the external diagnostic equipment, and the external diagnostic equipment sends a parameter change instruction to the vehicle, so that the vehicle adjusts the values of the parameters such as the set threshold, the set time length, the flicker frequency and the ringing frequency based on the parameter change instruction, and meets different requirements.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is an interactive schematic diagram of an external diagnostic apparatus and a vehicle according to a second embodiment of the present invention. And the external diagnostic equipment sends a parameter change instruction to an air bag controller of the vehicle, and the air bag controller enters an expansion mode after successfully responding to the parameter change instruction. In order to prevent the parameters from being maliciously tampered, the external diagnostic equipment sends a verification instruction to the air bag controller when receiving a response success prompt sent by the air bag controller, and the air bag controller replaces the previously stored parameter values with the parameter values in the parameter change instruction after the verification of the verification instruction is successful, so that a new alarm logic is formed, and new requirements are met. After the updating, the air bag controller feeds back the response result to the external diagnosis equipment, and new alarm logic formation can be determined through the external diagnosis equipment. Wherein, any link fails, for example, the response of the parameter change instruction fails or the verification fails, and the airbag controller feeds back the result information of the failure to the external diagnostic equipment, so that the relevant personnel can search the problem in time according to the result fed back by the airbag controller. Therefore, a large amount of time is saved, the cost is reduced, the alarm logic can be changed in time, and different requirements are met.
S240, responding to the parameter change instruction to adjust at least one of the set threshold, the set duration, the alarm frequency of the third-level alarm and the alarm frequency of the second-level alarm, and feeding back a response result to the external diagnostic equipment.
For the specific adjustment process, reference may be made to the foregoing description, and details are not described here.
The second embodiment of the invention provides a safety belt unfastening reminding method, on the basis of the first embodiment, alarm information of different levels is designed, different application scenes are adapted, different degrees of reminding are carried out on a user, the user is prompted to fasten a safety belt as far as possible, meanwhile, communication is established with external diagnosis equipment, alarm logic can be updated according to requirements on the basis that relevant software and hardware are not added, the cost is reduced, the period is shortened, especially for sold vehicles, the updating requirement can be quickly met, and the user experience is improved.
