Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention are described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention.
It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some but not all of the relevant aspects of the present invention are shown in the drawings. Before discussing exemplary embodiments in more detail, it should be noted that some exemplary embodiments are described as processes or methods depicted as flowcharts. Although a flowchart may describe the operations (or steps) as a sequential process, many of the operations can be performed in parallel, concurrently or simultaneously. In addition, the order of the operations may be re-arranged. The process may be terminated when its operations are completed, but may have additional steps not included in the figure. The processes may correspond to methods, functions, procedures, subroutines, and the like.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a seat belt unfastening reminding method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The seat belt unfastening reminding method can be executed by the seat belt unfastening reminding device provided by the embodiment of the invention, and the device can be realized in the form of software and/or hardware. As shown in fig. 1, the method for reminding the unfastened seat belt specifically includes the following steps:
s110, according to an external change instruction, one of two pre-stored safety belt unfastening reminding logics is determined to be executable safety belt unfastening reminding logics, wherein the two safety belt unfastening reminding logics comprise a first safety belt unfastening reminding logic and a second safety belt unfastening reminding logic, the first safety belt unfastening reminding logic is suitable for a vehicle with a pressure sensor mounted on a rear seat, and the second safety belt unfastening reminding logic is suitable for a vehicle with a pressure sensor mounted on a rear seat.
The external change instruction is a selection instruction input from the outside, and the selection instruction is used for determining which of two pre-stored safety belt unbuckled reminding logics is executable safety belt unbuckled reminding logic.
For example, a designer or an operator before the vehicle leaves a factory selects one of two seatbelt unfastened reminder logics prestored in the logic storage module as the executable seatbelt unfastened reminder logic by inputting the parameter combination code. Specifically, fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of a logic for determining that an executable seat belt is not fastened according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the external diagnostic device sends an "extended mode entering command" to the diagnostic module according to an external operation, the diagnostic module sends an "unsuccessful reminder" to the external diagnostic device if the "extended mode entering command" is not successfully responded, and sends a "first successful reminder" to the external diagnostic device if the "extended mode entering command" is successfully responded. And after receiving the first success prompt, the external diagnosis equipment sends a safety check command to the diagnosis module, if the diagnosis module determines that the safety check fails, the diagnosis module sends a non-passing check prompt to the external diagnosis equipment, and if the diagnosis module determines that the safety check passes, the diagnosis module sends a passing check prompt to the external diagnosis equipment. After receiving the 'pass check prompt', the external diagnosis device sends a 'command for entering a factory mode' to the diagnosis module, if the diagnosis module does not successfully enter the factory mode, the diagnosis module sends an 'unsuccessful prompt' to the external diagnosis device, and if the diagnosis module successfully enters the factory mode, the external diagnosis device sends a 'second successful prompt' to the external diagnosis device. After the external whole-segment equipment receives the second success reminding, the externally input combined codes of various parameters are sent to the parameter module through the diagnosis module, the parameter module identifies the combined codes, the identified combined codes are compared with the threshold value prestored in the parameter module, if all the parameter values in the combined codes are judged to be within the preset range determined by the corresponding threshold value, for example, the preset range can be a range smaller than the threshold value, the combined codes are determined to be successfully identified, and the diagnosis module sends the 'successful identification reminding' to the external diagnosis equipment. And the parameter module sends the successfully identified combined code to the logic storage module after determining that the combined code is successfully identified, the logic storage module determines one of two types of safety belt unfastening reminding logic which are stored in advance as executable safety belt unfastening reminding logic, and an updating result of the executable safety belt unfastening reminding logic is fed back to external diagnostic equipment through the diagnostic module. Further, the external diagnostic device may send a command for switching the normal mode to the diagnostic module after receiving the update result, and the diagnostic module responds to the command, and if the response is unsuccessful, an external fault may occur, and feeds back the result of the unsuccessful response to the external diagnostic device.
It can be understood that the executable seat belt unfastening reminding logic has uniqueness, the vehicle is set to store two types of seat belt unfastening reminding logics in advance, one of the two types of seat belt unfastening reminding logics is determined to be the executable seat belt unfastening reminding logic through the external change instruction according to the actual configuration situation of the vehicle, and after the configuration of the vehicle is changed, the executable seat belt unfastening reminding logic can be changed through the external change instruction without redesigning the seat belt unfastening reminding logic.
And S120, reminding the user that the safety belt is not fastened according to the executable safety belt non-fastening reminding logic.
When the vehicle is in the situation that the rear seat belt is not fastened, the seat belt unfastening reminding is performed according to the executable seat belt unfastening reminding logic determined in the step 110.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment, one of two pre-stored safety belt unfastening reminding logics is determined to be executable safety belt unfastening reminding logic, and safety belt unfastening reminding is performed according to the executable safety belt unfastening reminding logic, wherein the two safety belt unfastening reminding logics comprise first safety belt unfastening reminding logic and second safety belt unfastening reminding logic, the first safety belt unfastening reminding logic is suitable for a vehicle with a pressure sensor arranged on a rear seat, the second safety belt unfastening reminding logic is suitable for a vehicle with a pressure sensor arranged on a rear seat, the safety belt unfastening reminding logic with seat pressure sensors arranged on the whole vehicle can be realized, the safety belt unfastening reminding logic with seat pressure sensors arranged on the front row only and without seat pressure sensors arranged on the rear row can be realized, and the applicability of the safety belt unfastening reminding logic in different vehicles is further improved, the complexity of the design of the seatbelt unfastened reminder logic is reduced.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of seat belt unfastening reminding according to executable seat belt unfastening reminding logic according to an embodiment of the present invention. The method is applicable to a scenario where the first seat belt unfastening reminding logic is executable, and as shown in fig. 3, the method for reminding the seat belt unfastening according to the executable seat belt unfastening reminding logic may specifically include:
and S310, determining the reminding level of the unbuckled safety belt according to the current state of the vehicle.

Specifically, the current state of the vehicle can be detected by an airbag control unit, and fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of the airbag control unit provided in the embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the airbag control unit includes a diagnosis module 401, a parameter module 402, a logic module 403, and a sensing module 404, where the sensing module 404 is connected to a seat pressure sensing module 405, a speed information module 406, a gear information module 407, a vehicle starting module 408, and a buckle sensing module 409, the seat pressure sensing module 405 is configured to collect a stress state of a pressure sensor, the speed information module 406 is configured to collect a driving speed state, the gear information module 407 is configured to collect a vehicle gear state, the vehicle starting module 408 is configured to collect a power-on state of a vehicle, and the buckle sensing module 409 is configured to collect a closed state of a buckle of a seat belt. In addition, the functions of the diagnostic module 401, the parameter module 402 and the logic module 403 are specifically referred to the related explanation content of fig. 2, and on this basis, the logic module 403 is further configured to determine a seat belt unfastening reminder level according to the determined executable seat belt unfastening reminder logic and the current vehicle state collected by the sensing module 404, and control the driving module 410 to drive the meter display reminder module 411 and the sound reminder module 412 to perform corresponding reminding based on the determined seat belt unfastening reminder level.
And S320, executing corresponding reminding operation according to the reminding level of the unbuckled safety belt.
The reminding operation includes, for example, a meter display, a voice reminder, and the like, and a specific implementation manner can be seen in fig. 4.
For example, fig. 5 is a flowchart for determining a level of an unfastened reminder of a seat belt according to an embodiment of the present invention. The first type of the bad scene is applicable to the situation that the first type of the seat belt unbuckled reminding logic is a bad scene capable of executing the seat belt unbuckled reminding logic. As shown in fig. 5, determining the seatbelt unfastened reminder level according to the current state of the vehicle specifically includes:
and S510, when the current state of the vehicle is detected to be in the first state, determining that the unbuckled reminding level of the safety belt is in a first-level alarm state.
And S520, when the current state of the vehicle is detected to be in the second state, determining that the non-fastening reminding level of the safety belt is in the second-level alarm state.
S530, when the current state of the vehicle is detected to be in a third state, the safety belt unbuckled reminding level is determined to be in a third-level alarm state, wherein the first state is that the vehicle is started, the safety belt lock catch is not locked, the current safety belt unbuckled reminding level is in a second-level alarm state or a third-level alarm state, the second state is that the vehicle is started, the safety belt lock catch is not locked, the current gear is a forward gear, the vehicle speed is greater than a first preset vehicle speed, the current safety belt unbuckled reminding level is in a first-level alarm state, the third state is that the vehicle is started, the safety belt lock catch is not locked, the current safety belt unbuckled reminding level is in a second-level alarm state, and the second-.
In the embodiment, the first preset vehicle speed and the first preset time period are reasonably preset by a designer on the basis of vehicle safety, for example, the first preset vehicle speed can be set within a range of 10-25 Km/h, and the first preset time period can be set within a range of 20-35 s.
Specifically, fig. 6 is a flowchart illustrating a reminding operation performed according to a level of reminding that a seat belt is not fastened according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 6, the executing the corresponding reminding operation according to the unbuckled reminding level of the seat belt specifically includes:
s610, when the safety belt unfastening reminding level is determined to be in a first-level alarm state, the safety belt unfastening reminding lamp on the instrument is continuously lightened.
S620, when the safety belt unfastening reminding level is determined to be in the secondary alarm state, the safety belt unfastening reminding lamp on the control instrument flickers at a first preset frequency and is accompanied with sound reminding with the same frequency.
Wherein, first preset frequency is the reasonable presetting that the designer carried out in order to show the warning state under the second grade alarm state better, in this embodiment, for example can be worth doing in 1 ~ 2 Hz.
