The front light curtain detection sensor sends a working starting signal to the automatic die brushing manipulator unit after the packaging process is finished and the product is taken out by judgment. The automatic die brushing mechanism is arranged on a press stand column of the plastic package press unit through the fixed guide rail and the fixed seat, and the mounting position of the automatic die brushing mechanism can be adjusted according to different heights of dies. The horizontal motion guide rail mechanism realizes that the automatic die brushing mechanism walks back and forth on the surface of the die, and brushes and peels off dust on the surface of the die firstly through the high-speed rolling brush mechanism. The ion wind blowing mechanism controls the air source to enter the ion wind generator through the air blowing electromagnetic valve, gas with positive and negative ion charges is generated through the ion wind generator and is conveyed to the ion wind nozzle through the ion wind channel, then the ion wind gas is blown to the surface of the mold, and the problem of dust electrostatic adsorption on the surface of the mold is solved through the neutralization effect of the ion wind. The vacuum adsorption port is connected with the vacuum dust collection unit through a high-temperature-resistant hose by reciprocating on the surface of the mold, adsorbs dust on the surface of the mold to a dust collection box of the vacuum dust collection unit by means of vacuum negative pressure generated by a blower of the vacuum dust collection unit, and completes the dust collection function of the dust after being filtered by an air filter.
According to the automatic cleaning device, the automatic cleaning function of dust on the surface of the plastic package mold in the plastic package press is realized through the automatic mold brushing mechanical hand unit, the manual work intensity is reduced, and the work efficiency is improved. The invention has simple and reliable structure, can be applied to different moulds, and the installed ion wind blowing unit can eliminate the static electricity on the surface of the mould through the generated ion wind, thereby solving the problem of the static adsorption of the dust on the surface of the mould and the mould, in particular, the rolling brush arranged on the high-speed rolling brush mechanism can roll at high speed through the rolling brush driven by the motor and the automatic mould brushing mechanism when the surface of the mould moves horizontally, thereby effectively stripping and removing the dust which is difficult to remove on the surface of the mould, and greatly improving the cleaning effect of the surface of the mould.

the horizontal movement guide rail mechanism (22) is connected with a press upright post (14) through a fixed guide rail (227) and a fixed seat (228); the vacuum dust suction port (211) is connected with an air filter (33) through a pipe.
