Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present application more comprehensible, embodiments accompanying the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is to be noted that the drawings in the present application are all in simplified form and are not to precise scale, which is only for the purpose of facilitating and clearly assisting the description of the embodiments of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the present application discloses a kitchen waste machine with an adjusting function, including:
a barrel body 2;
the centrifugal device 1 is arranged in the barrel body 2;
a partition plate which partitions a space between the tub 2 and the centrifugal device 1 into an oil discharge area 4 and a slag discharge area 5 which are independent of each other;
the waste oil collecting part is communicated with the oil discharging area 4, and the first detection part is arranged in the waste oil collecting part;
the waste residue collecting part is communicated with the slag discharging area 5, and the second detecting part is arranged in the waste residue collecting part;
and the driving mechanism 10 is electrically connected with the first detection part and the second detection part respectively, and the driving mechanism 10 is electrically connected with the first detection part and the second detection part respectively.
The waste oil collecting part is communicated with the oil discharging area 4, and the first detecting part is arranged in the waste oil collecting part; the waste residue collection portion, the waste residue collection portion with arrange sediment district 5 intercommunication, the second detection portion sets up in the waste residue collection portion.
The first detecting portion may be a weight meter or a level meter to detect a weight or a level height in the waste oil collecting portion. The rotational speed of the centrifugal hopper 11 may then generate a different centrifugal force. In other words, the centrifugal force is different along with the change of the rotating speed, the oil-water throwing-off degree in the garbage is also different, and the purpose of controlling the dryness and the wetness is achieved. Therefore, the driving mechanism 10 can make the drying rate of the kitchen waste machine meet the preset requirement through the first detection part and the second detection part.
Specifically, the barrel body 2 is barrel-shaped, and the barrel body 2 is provided with an inner cavity. The inner cavity is used for arranging the centrifugal device 1 and the partition plate 3. The upper part of the barrel body 2 is provided with a feeding cover 9. The feeding cover 9 is provided with a funnel-shaped feeding hole 91. In particular, the feeding cover 9 may be provided with a viewing door. In order to ensure the sealing performance, a plastic pad 92 is arranged between the side wall of the feeding cover 9 and the side wall of the barrel body 2.
The centrifugal device 1 comprises a rotatable centrifugal bucket 11, a blade 12 arranged in the centrifugal bucket 11, a kick-out device 13 arranged in the centrifugal bucket 11, and a filter screen 14 arranged at the bottom of the filter screen 14. The centrifugal hopper 11 is positioned right below the feeding hole 91 to receive the crushed kitchen garbage. The bottom of the centrifugal hopper 11 is connected with the upper end of a transmission shaft extending along the vertical direction. During the rotation of the transmission shaft around the axial direction thereof, the centrifugal hopper 11 can also rotate around the vertical direction.
The centrifugal hopper 11 is internally provided with a blade 12 and a kick-out device 13. A blade 12 is arranged at the bottom of the centrifugal hopper 11. The blade 12 is gradually inclined upward from the inside to the outside. The blade 12 may be annular. Of course, in other alternative embodiments, a plurality of the blades 12 are arranged in a circumferentially spaced apart relationship. Preferably, the filter screen 14 is annular. A filter screen 14 in the form of a ring is located outside the blade 12. Filter screen 14 allows the larger pore size material (typically solid residue) to remain in centrifuge bowl 11, allowing the smaller pore size material (typically liquid residue) to pass through filter screen 14 into drain area 4.
The kick-out device 13 comprises two vertical columns extending in the vertical direction, the scraper plates are sleeved on the vertical columns, and an adjusting rod is arranged between the scraper plates and the bottom of the centrifugal hopper 11, so that the kick-out device 13 can be adjusted in the vertical direction. Thus, by means of the height variation of the kick-out member 13, the preset gap between the edge of the kick-out member 13 and the inner wall of the centrifugal hopper 11 can be changed. The higher the level of the kick-out member 13, the greater the clearance between the edge of the kick-out member 13 and the inner wall of the centrifugal hopper 11. In particular, since the preset gap between the edge of the kick-out member 13 and the inner wall of the centrifugal hopper 11 can be adjusted, the degree of dryness is controlled.
The partition plate 3 is arranged below the centrifugal hopper 11 to divide the area between the barrel body 2 and the centrifugal hopper 11 into an oil discharge area 4 and a slag discharge area 5 which are isolated from each other, the oil discharge area 4 corresponds to the filter screen 14, and part of the slag discharge area 5 is formed between the outer side wall of the partition plate 3 and the inner side wall of the barrel body 2. The partition 3 is located below the centrifugal hopper 11. Wherein, the inner side of the partition board 3 forms an oil discharge area 4 for receiving liquid waste entering from the filter screen 14. The oil discharge area 4 has an oil discharge port 41, and the oil discharge port 41 communicates with the waste oil collecting portion through a pipe or the like.
A slag discharge area 5 is formed between the outer side of the partition plate 3 and the inner side of the barrel body 2 to receive the solid waste thrown from the upper part of the centrifugal hopper 11. By means of the structure, the centrifugal hopper 11 discharges water in the kitchen waste into the oil discharge area 4 through the filter screen 14 in the high-speed rotation process, and the solid kitchen waste flies out from the top through the fan-shaped gradient and enters the slag discharge area 5, so that efficient oil-water separation can be realized.
Preferably, the centrifugal bucket 11 comprises a conical centrifugal barrel 111 and a first flange 112 arranged at the upper part of the centrifugal barrel 111 and extending outwards along the radial direction.
The partition board 3 comprises a cylindrical board body 31 and a second flange 32 arranged on the upper portion of the board body 31 and extending in the radial direction, and the second flange 32 is located below the first flange 112 and arranged close to the first flange. Therefore, the oil discharge area 4 and the slag discharge area 5 can be isolated as much as possible, and secondary pollution is avoided.
In another alternative embodiment, the kitchen waste machine further comprises a support frame 7, and a scraping system 6 is arranged on the support frame 7. The scraping system 6 can receive the waste slag in the slag discharge area 5 and then lead the waste slag out of the slag discharge port 51 through a scraper.
Particularly, the tub 2 is connected to the support frame 7 through a shock-absorbing pad 8, so that noise generated by vibration of the kitchen waste machine can be reduced.
In this embodiment, the kitchen waste machine further includes a driving mechanism 10, and the driving mechanism 10 can drive the transmission shaft to rotate the centrifugal bucket 11. The driving mechanism 10 may include a variable frequency motor having an output shaft, and the output shaft and the transmission shaft are connected by a belt transmission.
Therefore, the kitchen waste machine can work continuously and has high efficiency. The same power efficiency of the similar products is 3-4 tons/hour, and the efficiency of the centrifugal dehydrator can reach 10 tons/hour. The kitchen waste machine has high dehydration rate.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made in the application without departing from the spirit and scope of the application. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present application fall within the scope of the claims of the present application and their equivalents, the present application is also intended to include such modifications and variations.
Claims (9)
1. A kitchen waste machine with an adjusting function is characterized by comprising:
a barrel body;
a centrifugal device disposed within the tub;
the partition plate separates the space between the barrel body and the centrifugal device into an oil discharge area and a slag discharge area which are mutually independent;
the waste oil collecting part is communicated with the oil discharging area, and the first detecting part is arranged in the waste oil collecting part;
the waste residue collecting part is communicated with the slag discharging area, and the second detecting part is arranged in the waste residue collecting part;
and the driving mechanism is electrically connected with the first detection part and the second detection part respectively.
2. The kitchen waste machine with adjustment function as claimed in claim 1, wherein said centrifugal device comprises a centrifugal hopper, a kick-out device disposed in said centrifugal hopper, said kick-out device having a predetermined gap.
3. The kitchen waste machine with the adjusting function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the centrifugal bucket comprises a conical centrifugal bucket and a first flange arranged at the upper part of the centrifugal bucket and extending outwards along the radial direction;
the partition plate comprises a cylindrical plate body and a second flanging arranged on the upper portion of the plate body and extending in the radial direction, and the second flanging is located below the first flanging and close to the first flanging.
4. The kitchen waste according to claim 1, further comprising a scraping system located below said slagging zone and in communication therewith.
5. The kitchen waste machine of claim 4, further comprising a support frame, wherein the scraping system is disposed on the support frame, and the scraping system is provided with a slag discharge port.
6. The kitchen waste machine of claim 1, wherein an oil drain is provided at said oil drain area.
7. The kitchen waste machine of claim 3, wherein said tub is disposed on said support frame; a shock pad is arranged between the barrel body and the support frame.
8. The kitchen waste machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein a feeding cover is provided on the upper part of the barrel body, and a funnel-shaped feeding port is provided on the feeding cover and located above the centrifugal hopper.
9. The kitchen waste as recited in claim 8 wherein a plastic pad is disposed between said feed cover and said bowl.
