1. An astragalus instant coffee is characterized in that: comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 10-15% of instant coffee powder, 35-50% of non-dairy creamer, 25-30% of powdered sugar and 10-15% of astragalus powder.
2. The astragalus instant coffee of claim 1, wherein: comprises the following components in parts by weight: 15% of instant coffee powder, 40% of non-dairy creamer, 30% of powdered sugar and 15% of astragalus powder.
3. The astragalus instant coffee of claim 1, wherein: comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10% of instant coffee powder, 50% of non-dairy creamer, 30% of powdered sugar and 10% of astragalus powder.
4. The astragalus instant coffee of claim 1, wherein: comprises the following components in parts by weight: 12% of instant coffee powder, 45% of non-dairy creamer, 27% of powdered sugar and 12% of astragalus powder.
5. The astragalus instant coffee according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein: the preparation method of the astragalus instant coffee comprises the following steps:
firstly, preparing astragalus powder:
a. selecting materials: selecting fresh radix astragali, and air drying; cutting the upper middle part after drying in the sun, wherein the diameter of the upper middle part is 1.0-1.4cm, and the length of the upper middle part is 10-20 cm;
b. peeling: soaking the selected radix astragali sections in clear water for 30min, taking out, and scraping off the skin with a knife to obtain white radix astragali section;
c. cleaning: putting the peeled astragalus into purified water, scraping the astragalus once by using a bristle brush, and then fishing out;
d. drying: placing the cleaned radix astragali into a blast oven, and drying for 5h at 60 deg.C by blast;
e. crushing: crushing the dried astragalus in a high-speed crusher; sieving the pulverized powder with 100 mesh sieve to obtain radix astragali powder;
secondly, mixing: and respectively sieving the instant coffee powder, the non-dairy creamer and the powdered sugar by a 100-mesh sieve, then mixing with the astragalus powder, blending according to the weight percentage, and uniformly mixing to obtain the product.
6. The astragalus instant coffee of claim 5, wherein: the radix astragali is Gansu Min county high-quality radix astragali.
7. The astragalus instant coffee of claim 5, wherein: the production method of the instant coffee powder comprises the following steps: firstly, grinding coffee beans into powder residues, and then producing by utilizing a vacuum freeze drying technology to obtain freeze-dried instant coffee powder.
