Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, a block diagram of a remote consultation system is provided. The system comprises a plurality of terminals, such as local terminals and remote terminals, for example terminals 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 and 7 in fig. 1, which communicate data via a network 4. Here, the "local terminal" and the "remote terminal" are referred to relative to each other. For example, in one embodiment, the local terminal may be the terminals 5 and 6, and in this case, the terminals 1, 2, 3 and 7 are remote terminals. Similarly, in an embodiment, the local terminal may also be the terminal 3, and in this case, the terminals 1, 2, 5, 6 and 7 are remote terminals. And so on. Hereinafter, the present application will be described by taking the terminals 5 and 6 as local terminals as an example. However, as mentioned above, the present application is not limited to the terminals 5, 6 being local terminals. In other embodiments, the local terminal may be other terminals.
In the embodiment of the present application, each terminal (for example, terminals 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, and 7) may be an ultrasound imaging system, an ultrasound image workstation or a server, or a conventional personal computer, a notebook computer, a tablet computer, a smart phone, or other suitable electronic devices. These terminals may be integrated or distributed.
In the embodiments of the present application, the network 4 may be a wired or wireless communication network based on any suitable communication protocol, such as an internet network or a local area network, etc.
The process of the ultrasonic remote consultation is described by taking the local terminal 5 as an ultrasonic imaging system, the local terminal 6 as an ultrasonic image workstation, the remote terminals 1, 2 and 3 as personal computers and the remote terminal 7 as a server as an example. For example, in one embodiment, the ultrasound imaging system 5 may transmit ultrasound waves to the scan object through its probe, receive ultrasound echoes returned from the scan object to obtain ultrasound echo signals, and process the ultrasound echo signals to obtain an ultrasound image of the scan object. The ultrasound images may be stored in the ultrasound imaging system 5 or ultrasound image workstation 6 or in other memory. Taking the example that the ultrasound image is stored in the ultrasound image workstation 6, a local doctor can read the ultrasound image stored in the ultrasound image workstation 6 by operating a remote consultation client installed in the ultrasound image workstation 6 and logging in a corresponding account; or access the ultrasound image workstation 6 through a personal computer and operate a remote consultation client installed in the personal computer to read the ultrasound images stored in the ultrasound image workstation 6.
After the remote consultation client is operated, the local doctor can create a consultation group and invite the members of the expert group to join the consultation group for discussion of the consultation theme in a friend inviting mode. The consultation group provides a platform for a plurality of people to communicate, and the members in the consultation group can communicate with each other by chatting and transmitting files. Herein, the present invention is a platform for remote communication between doctors. The consultation group is created in a mode of creating the group (for example, in a mode of QQ group establishment or WeChat group establishment), a plurality of members can be pulled into one consultation group when the consultation group is created, and after the consultation group is created, the participation of other members can be allowed. For example, the group administrator may successfully join the group by searching the current group ID, applying for joining the group, and agreeing; or by a group administrator directly inviting to the consultation group. The characters or pictures sent by each member in the group can realize the sharing of all the members in the group, namely, the contents sent in the group are visible to all the members in the group. After the consultation group is successfully created, the local doctor creating the consultation group and the members of the expert group joining the consultation group can send information such as text, voice, ultrasonic images or videos in the group. For example, the local doctor selects the ultrasound image stored in the ultrasound image workstation 6 to send to the created consultation group by clicking the image sending function, and broadcasts the ultrasound image sent to the consultation group to the members of the expert group participating in the consultation group by transferring through the server deployed in the network 4, thereby realizing the communication of the ultrasound remote consultation.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in one embodiment, terminal 6 may be a local terminal. At this time, in step 202, the local terminal 6 may transmit an ultrasound image, which may be one or more frames of images or an image video (ultrasound movie) that have been previously acquired by the local ultrasound imaging system 5 or other remote ultrasound imaging system, to the consultation group. For example, the ultrasound image may be a frozen image frame or an image video formed by a plurality of frames of images. In addition, the ultrasound image may include, in addition to the ultrasound image of the scanning object, other information related to the ultrasound image, such as a UI interface corresponding to the ultrasound image obtained by the ultrasound imaging system 5, information of the scanning object, various parameters of the ultrasound image, and so on. The ultrasound image may be stored in the local terminal 6 or in other memory.
In one embodiment, the user may perform an ultrasound image transmission operation based on an image transmission function of the consultation group, and the local terminal 6 transmits the ultrasound image to the consultation group according to the user's transmission operation. For example, the user clicks a picture button of a session window of the consultation group, and based on the clicking operation, the session window pops up a folder for storing the ultrasound images, and the user can select any one or more frames of ultrasound images in the folder, so that the selected ultrasound images are sent to the consultation group. The ultrasound images sent to the consultation group are displayed in a conversation area of the consultation group at a certain scaling, and the conversation area is used for sending information such as characters, images and videos. In another embodiment, the local terminal 6 may send pre-selected ultrasound images to a designated consultation group according to a default setting.
The same ultrasound image can be sent to multiple consultation groups, for example, for the same ultrasound image, two different consultation groups are needed to be sent for observation and discussion. The image transmission operation may be performed in the session window of the consultation group according to the transmission method. Different consultation groups can distribute the same ultrasound image in sequence, for example, sending the ultrasound image first in consultation group a and then likewise in consultation group b. Different ultrasound images can also be distributed in different consultation groups in turn, for example, ultrasound image a is sent in consultation group a first, then ultrasound image b is sent in consultation group b, and the sending sequence is not limited here.
Referring to fig. 3, in one embodiment, the local terminal 6 may be an apparatus for manipulating ultrasound images (e.g., a server, an ultrasound image workstation, or a personal computer, etc.), which may include a processor 302, a memory 304, and a display 306, and may also include other peripheral devices, such as a mouse, a keyboard, etc. Processor 302 may send the ultrasound image to a consultation group. The ultrasound image may be stored in the local terminal 6 or in other memory. The ultrasound images may be stored in the ultrasound imaging system 5 or the local terminal 6 or in other memory, which may be read by the local terminal 6. The ultrasound image transmitted to the consultation group may be any one or more frames of ultrasound images, and particularly may be one or more frames of ultrasound images for or related to a case. The concept of the consultation group has been described above, and is not described herein.
The process of sending the ultrasound image to the consultation group can be relayed by the server. In one example, the processor 302 receives the image sending instruction, and then uploads the ultrasound image to be sent to the server, and the ultrasound image is sent to the consultation group through the relay of the server, so that other members of the consultation group (for example, the remote terminal terminals 1, 2, and 3) can also receive the ultrasound image. After the ultrasound image is uploaded to the server, the server can establish an association relationship between the ultrasound image and a consultation group to which the ultrasound image is sent. I.e., the ultrasound image is associated with the consultation group. This association can characterize that the ultrasound image has been sent in the review group, or that the sending record of the ultrasound image is included in the history of the review group (i.e., the ultrasound image is included if it is not cleaned up or deleted).
In one example, the server may obtain a Globally Unique Identifier (GUID) and a consultation group ID (e.g., a consultation group number) of the ultrasound image, bind the GUID of the ultrasound image to the consultation group ID, and thereby associate the ultrasound image with the consultation group. Alternatively, the server uniquely encodes the ultrasound image based on a binary, and binds the unique code to a consultation group ID, thereby associating the ultrasound image with the consultation group.
After sending the ultrasound images to the consultation group, processor 302 may generate a corresponding indicator map for the ultrasound images sent to the consultation group at step 204. The indicator map may be a thumbnail generated in a certain scale based on the ultrasound image. For a single frame of ultrasound image, it may be a zoom map based on the single frame of ultrasound image, and the format of the zoom map may be a common picture format, such as JPG, etc. For multi-frame ultrasound images (e.g., ultrasound video), it may be a zoom image of the first frame of ultrasound image in the multi-frame ultrasound images, and the picture format may be a common picture format such as JPG; or a dynamic zoom picture formed by taking a plurality of frames from the multi-frame ultrasonic image, and the picture format can be a common picture format such as GIF. In one example, a corresponding indicator map is generated for an ultrasound image only when the ultrasound image is first sent to a consultation group. That is, if the ultrasound images are repeatedly transmitted within the consultation group, the corresponding indication map may not be generated or displayed again. If the ultrasound image is repeatedly transmitted within the same consultation group, the number of times the indication map is repeatedly transmitted can be displayed in the consultation group. In another example, a corresponding indication map may be generated for the ultrasound image as soon as it is sent into the consultation group.
Based on the description of step 202, when different consultation groups transmit the same ultrasound image, for example, ultrasound image a is transmitted in consultation group a, and then ultrasound image a is transmitted in consultation group b, processor 302 can generate an indication map a for ultrasound image a transmitted to consultation group a, and also generate an indication map b for ultrasound image a transmitted to consultation group b. When different ultrasound images are sent by different consultation groups, for example, ultrasound image a is sent by consultation group a, and then ultrasound image b is sent by consultation group b, processor 302 can generate indication map a for ultrasound image a sent by consultation group a and indication map b for ultrasound image b sent by consultation group b. For example, processor 302 may generate the same indicator map for ultrasound image a sent to visit group a and ultrasound image a sent to visit group b when different visit groups send the same ultrasound image. However, when different ultrasound images are sent by different consultation groups, processor 302 may generate an indication map a for ultrasound image a sent to consultation group a and an indication map b for ultrasound image b sent to consultation group b.
When the same ultrasound image is transmitted in the same consultation group, for example, ultrasound image a is transmitted in consultation group a, and then ultrasound image a is transmitted in consultation group a, processor 302 can generate indication map a for ultrasound image a transmitted to consultation group a, and also generate indication map b for ultrasound image a transmitted to consultation group a again later, and indication maps a and b can be the same or similar two indication maps. When different ultrasound images are transmitted in the same consultation group, for example, ultrasound image a is transmitted in consultation group a, and then ultrasound image b is transmitted in consultation group a, processor 302 can generate indication map a for ultrasound image a transmitted in consultation group a, and generate indication map b for ultrasound image b transmitted in consultation group a, wherein indication map a and indication map b are two different indication maps. For example, when the same ultrasound image is transmitted by the same consultation group, the processor 302 may generate the same indication map for the ultrasound image a transmitted to the consultation group a and the ultrasound image a transmitted to the consultation group a again later. However, when different ultrasound images are transmitted from the same consultation group, processor 302 may generate an indication map a for ultrasound image a transmitted to consultation group a and an indication map b for ultrasound image b transmitted to consultation group a.
In step 206, the processor 302 may output the indication map to the display 306, and display the indication map through the display 306. In one example, the indicator maps may be displayed in chronological order as sent to the consultation pool.
Based on the description of steps 202, 204, the corresponding indicator map generated for the ultrasound images sent to the conference group can be displayed centrally in a session interface or in a certain area of a session window. The session interface or the session window represents an interactive interface for operating the ultrasound image, and in general, the interactive interface simultaneously displays a chat window corresponding to the currently opened consultation group, and the area for intensively displaying the indication map may be an area shared by all the consultation groups. That is, in the case where a plurality of consultation groups are created, the chat window of the consultation group may be opened or switched by a related operation (e.g., clicking on a certain consultation group in the consultation group list), and the area on the interactive interface on which the indication map is collectively displayed does not change when the switching of the consultation group is performed. The only changes that occur may be the chat window corresponding to the consultation group. The area of the interactive interface in which the indication map is displayed in a concentrated manner may be changed when the ultrasound image is sent to the consultation group to generate the corresponding indication map. For example, when one frame of the indication map is generated, the indication map is added and displayed in an area where the indication map is collectively displayed. Based on the range restriction of the display area, the newly generated indication map may be displayed on top when added to the area in which the indication map is collectively displayed. And the indication map at the tail end of the area can be placed into the background without being displayed in the area, in this case, the background can be called out by clicking more icons for viewing in the area, and thus all the indication maps added into the area can be viewed.
In step 208, the processor 302 may receive a first instruction and determine at least one of the indication maps as a target indication map according to the first instruction. The first instruction may be a selection instruction for selecting one or more indication maps.
Based on the description of steps 202, 204, and 206, the first instruction received by the processor 302 may be a selection operation performed by the user on an area of the centralized display indication map, for example, the user selects one or more indication maps in the area of the centralized display indication map by clicking or touching, the purpose of the selection is to view the consultation groups associated with the ultrasound image corresponding to the selected indication map, and it can be understood that the ultrasound image corresponding to the selected indication map has communication records in which consultation groups. The first instruction received by the processor 302 may also be a default selection operation, for example, a default selection operation for selecting one or more indicator maps at a specific position in the area of the centralized display indicator map.
After determining the target indication map, in step 210, the processor 302 may activate a consultation group associated with the ultrasound image corresponding to the selected target indication map.
Based on the relevant descriptions in steps 202, 204, 206, and 208, for the selected indication map, the processor 302 activates the consultation group associated with the ultrasound image corresponding to the indication map, so that it can be visually seen which consultation group or groups the ultrasound image corresponding to the selected indication map has communication records in, and thus, the communication records in the activated consultation group can be further viewed, the discussion topic or discussion process and diagnosis suggestion information about the illness state can be timely known, and the diagnosis efficiency of remote consultation can be improved.
In an example of a scenario, based on the above description of the interactive interface for operating an ultrasound image, a plurality of consultation groups are created, and a plurality of indication maps also exist in an area where the indication maps are collectively displayed (for the creation of the consultation groups and the generation of the indication maps, reference is made to the foregoing contents, and details are not described here again). For example, the user opens a consultation group a and is a member of the consultation group a. The interactive interface displays the chat window a corresponding to the opened consultation group a while displaying the indication map area, the user sends an ultrasonic image a in the chat window a of the consultation group a, and the corresponding area which displays the indication map in a centralized manner immediately (with a delay allowed) joins one frame of the indication map a. Based on the scene that the interactive interface displays the consultation group where the user is currently located and needs to view the ultrasound images sent in the consultation group, the user triggers (e.g., clicks) the indication map a, and at this time, the corresponding consultation group a associated with the ultrasound image corresponding to the indication map a is activated. At this time, another chat window b related to the consultation group a can be displayed based on the chat window a of the consultation group a displayed on the interactive interface in an overlapping manner, and an indication map area does not need to be displayed based on the new chat window b, and for the saved area, a large map of the ultrasound image can be displayed, for example, the large map of the ultrasound image corresponding to the indication map a can be displayed in the chat window b of the consultation group a. Since the contours of most ultrasound images may be similar, the ultrasound images sent to the conference group are also appropriately scaled due to the window boundary limitations. When a user wants to view more details, the ultrasound image sent to the consultation group needs to be opened again to enter a large image mode to view a large image of the ultrasound image. In this context, the large image of the ultrasound image corresponding to the indication image a can be displayed in the chat window b of the consultation group a, so that the detail features included in the ultrasound image can be viewed more intuitively and clearly.
In another example of the scenario, based on the above description of the interactive interface for operating the ultrasound image, a plurality of consultation groups are created, and a plurality of indication maps also exist in the area for intensively displaying the indication map (for the creation of the consultation groups and the generation of the indication map, reference is made to the foregoing contents, and details are not repeated here). For example, a frame of indication map b is displayed in the area where the indication map is displayed in a concentrated manner, and the indication map b is generated when the user sends an ultrasound image b in the consultation group b. Based on this, the user opens a consultation group a and is a member of the consultation group a. At this time, in the interactive interface, the chat window of the consultation group b is closed, the chat window a corresponding to the opened consultation group a is displayed in a switching manner, the area in which the indication map is displayed in a concentrated manner is not switched, and the area is still displayed in the interactive interface, the user sends an ultrasonic image a in the chat window a of the consultation group a, and the corresponding area in which the indication map is displayed in a concentrated manner is added with one frame of the indication map a in real time (with a delay allowed). Based on the scene that the interactive interface displays the consultation group a where the user is currently located and needs to view the ultrasound images sent in the consultation group b, the user triggers (e.g., clicks) the indication map b, and at this time, the corresponding consultation group b associated with the ultrasound image corresponding to the indication map b is activated. At this time, a chat window b related to the consultation group b can be superimposed and displayed based on the chat window a of the consultation group a displayed on the interactive interface, so that the consultation group b associated with the indication map b can be quickly positioned. Based on the positioned associated consultation group b, the communication record of the ultrasonic image corresponding to the indication map b in the consultation group b can be visually seen, so that the communication record in the activated consultation group can be further checked, the discussion topic or the discussion process and the diagnosis suggestion and other information about the illness state can be timely known, and the diagnosis efficiency of remote consultation is improved.
In addition, the chat window b may not display the indication map area, and the saved area may also be used to display a large map of the ultrasound image, for example, a large map of the ultrasound image corresponding to the indication map b may be displayed in the chat window b of the consultation group b. In this context, the large image of the ultrasound image corresponding to the indication image b can be displayed in the chat window b of the consultation group b, so that the detail features contained in the ultrasound image can be more intuitively and clearly viewed.
In one example, the processor 302 may activate the consultation group associated with the ultrasound image corresponding to the selected target indication map by sending an activation request to the server, where the activation request is used to request activation of a session window of the consultation group associated with the ultrasound image corresponding to the target indication map; in response to the activation request, the server sends feedback information in response to the activation request to the processor 302, where the feedback information may be a structured information set including, but not limited to, data of a session window for displaying a consultation group associated with the ultrasound image corresponding to the target indication map, information (e.g., a tag, an annotation, etc.) attached to the ultrasound image. Based on the feedback information, the processor 302 can control the display 306 to display a session window of the associated consultation group, and at the same time, can also display the ultrasound image corresponding to the target indication map and information attached to the ultrasound image.
In one example, the processor 302 may activate the consultation group associated with the ultrasound image corresponding to the selected target indication map by first determining a consultation group to be activated from the consultation group associated with the ultrasound image corresponding to the target indication map. Since there is a case where one ultrasound image may be associated with a plurality of consultation groups, in this embodiment, the consultation group to be viewed may be further determined based on the associated plurality of consultation groups. The determination manner may be selected by the user, for example, after the user selects the target indication map, a consultation group list associated with the target indication map is popped up, and the consultation group list shows a plurality of consultation groups associated with the ultrasound image corresponding to the target indication map. The user may select one or more consultation groups to be viewed based on the consultation group list, for example, the user triggers (e.g., clicks on) consultation group a in the consultation group list, that is, the selected consultation group a is the consultation group to be activated. By receiving a user-triggered consultation group a operation, processor 302 sends an activation request to the server requesting activation of a session window of consultation group a to be activated. The determination manner may also be automatically selected by the machine, for example, a default setting selection manner is adopted, a first consultation group (for example, consultation group a) is selected as the consultation group to be activated by default from the associated multiple consultation groups, and after the consultation group to be activated is determined to be consultation group a, the processor 302 sends an activation request for requesting activation of a session window of the consultation group a to be activated to the server. In response to the activation request, the server sends feedback information in response to the activation request to the processor 302, where the feedback information may be a structured information set including, but not limited to, data of a session window for displaying a consultation group associated with the ultrasound image corresponding to the target indication map, information (e.g., a tag, an annotation, etc.) attached to the ultrasound image. According to the feedback information, the processor 302 may control the display 306 to display a session window of the consultation group to be activated, and at the same time, may also display the ultrasound image corresponding to the target indication map and information attached to the ultrasound image.
In one example, the processor 302 can also position an ultrasound image corresponding to the selected target indication map based on the displayed conversation window. The displayed conversation window may include a chat window for displaying a record of the interaction, the positioning being understood to display an ultrasound image corresponding to the selected target indication map in the chat window. The displayed ultrasonic image is not an independently generated image, but the ultrasonic image is directly found out from the chat records of the consultation group, and the chat window which sends the ultrasonic image at that time is displayed as the current chat window.
In one example, an ultrasound image corresponding to the located target indication map may be viewed for case information corresponding to the ultrasound image. For example, the user clicks an icon for viewing case information of the ultrasound image, the processor 302 sends a request for viewing case information of the ultrasound image corresponding to the target indication map to the server in response to the clicking operation, and the server sends feedback information in response to the request to the processor 302, wherein the feedback information may be a structured information set including, but not limited to, interface data for displaying case information of the ultrasound image corresponding to the target indication map and information (e.g., a tag, an annotation, etc.) attached to the interface. Based on the feedback information, the processor 302 can control the display 306 to display the case information of the ultrasound image corresponding to the target indication map, and simultaneously, can also display the ultrasound image corresponding to the target indication map.
In one example, annotations may be added to the displayed case information. For example, the case information provides an inputtable area where the user can input annotation content, which the processor 302 receives annotated content to the case information. The annotated content can be displayed in the area immediately, and can be stored after the annotation is finished. In order to enable other users to view the annotated content when viewing the case information, the annotated content needs to be uploaded to the server in addition to being stored locally. When the annotated content needs to be viewed, the user can click an icon for viewing the annotated content input to the case information of the ultrasound image, the processor 302 sends a request for viewing the annotated content input to the case information of the ultrasound image to the server in response to the click operation, and the server sends feedback information in response to the request to the processor 302, wherein the feedback information can be a structured information set including but not limited to interface data for displaying the annotated content input to the case information of the ultrasound image and information (such as tags, annotations and the like) attached to the interface. Based on the feedback information, the processor 302 can control the display 306 to display the annotation content input for the case information of the ultrasound image, and at the same time, can also display the ultrasound image corresponding to the target indication map.
In one example, the same ultrasound image may be repeatedly transmitted in the same consultation group, and based on this, the conversation window of the consultation group may include a display area for recording the ultrasound images transmitted in the consultation group, the display area may not need to simultaneously display all the ultrasound images transmitted in the consultation group, and only a portion, for example, the first ten ultrasound images transmitted in the consultation group, may be displayed. The number of times the ultrasound image is repeatedly transmitted can be displayed in the display area. The display may be by simultaneously displaying a numerical marker on the ultrasound image displayed in the display area, the marker indicating the number of times the ultrasound image is repeatedly sent within the consultation group. The mode of displaying the repeated sending times can be direct display without related activation operation, or can be hidden in advance and displayed after being activated. The activation manner may be that the user clicks an icon for checking the number of times that the ultrasound image corresponding to the target indication map is repeatedly transmitted in the associated consultation group, the processor 302 sends a request for checking the number of times that the ultrasound image corresponding to the target indication map is repeatedly transmitted in the associated consultation group to the server in response to the clicking operation, and the server sends feedback information in response to the request to the processor 302, where the feedback information may include the number of times that the ultrasound image corresponding to the target indication map is repeatedly transmitted in the associated consultation group, the ultrasound image corresponding to the target indication map, and the like. Based on the feedback information, the processor 302 can control the display 306 to display the number of times that the ultrasound image corresponding to the target indication map is repeatedly transmitted within the associated consultation group, and simultaneously, can also display the ultrasound image corresponding to the target indication map.
In the method for operating an ultrasound image, after the ultrasound image is sent to a consultation group, a corresponding indication image is generated for the ultrasound image sent to the consultation group, and the indication image is displayed; wherein the ultrasound image is associated with a consultation group to which the ultrasound image is sent; and when a first instruction of selecting the target indication map is received, activating a consultation group associated with the ultrasonic image corresponding to the target indication map. Therefore, the communication records in the activated consultation group can be further checked through the relevance between the ultrasonic images and the consultation group, so that the discussed consultation topics or information about the discussion process and diagnosis suggestions of the illness state and the like can be known in time, and the diagnosis efficiency of remote consultation is improved.
