According to the remote consultation method provided by the invention, in the plurality of user terminals participating in the consultation session, the user terminals can send the case data of the same patient to other user terminals through the server, and each user terminal displays the case data of the same patient uploaded by different user terminals and the same user terminal at different times in a centralized manner on the display interface, so that the user does not need to search chat records, the user can check at any time conveniently, and the remote consultation efficiency is improved. The following is a description of specific examples.
As shown in fig. 1, the system for remote consultation provided by the present invention includes a server 10 and at least two user terminals 20. The server 10 and the user terminal 20 are communicatively connected.
As shown in fig. 2, the server 10 includes a first communication device 110 and a first processor 120. The first communication means 110 is for communicating with the user terminal 20. The first processor 120 is configured to determine each user terminal 20 participating in the consultation session, and establish a communication connection with each user terminal 20 through the first communication device 110. Wherein at least two user terminals 20 are involved in the consultation session. The first processor 120 is further configured to receive the case document uploaded by the user terminal through the first communication device 110, and send the case document to other user terminals participating in the consultation session. The server 10 may employ various types of servers, such as a web server, a cloud server, etc.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the user terminal 20 displays a first interface display area 30 set in advance and a second interface display area 40 set in advance based on the operation of the user. The first interface display area 30 is used for instant messaging with other user terminals participating in the consultation session. The first interface display area 30 and the second interface display area 40 may be displayed on different display interfaces, for example, the user terminal is a mobile phone, and the two display areas are displayed on different display interfaces due to the size of the screen of the mobile phone. Of course, the first interface display area 30 and the second interface display area 40 may also be displayed on the same display interface, for example, the user terminal is a computer, and the computer screen may display two display areas simultaneously, which is also more convenient for the user to view.
As shown in fig. 3, the user terminal 20 includes a second communication device 210, a second processor 220, and a man-machine interaction device 230.
The second communication means 210 is for communicating with the server 10.
The man-machine interaction device 230 is used for man-machine interaction, and comprises an input device and an output device. The input device is for receiving user input, which may include one or more of a keyboard, a mouse, and a touch-sensitive display screen. The output device is used for outputting visual information, for example, a display is adopted, which may be a display without a touch function or a display with a touch function (touch display screen), and the embodiment is described by taking the display as an example.
The second processor 220 is configured to initiate a consultation session through the second communication module 210, join the consultation session through the second communication module 210, and upload the case data to the server 10 through the consultation session (e.g., the first interface display area and the uploading interface display area); according to the case data received by the second communication module 210, all the case data with the same patient identification are displayed in the second interface display area 40 of the man-machine interaction device 230 display interface in a centralized manner. The user terminal 20 may be a computer (e.g., desktop, notebook, tablet, etc.), a mobile phone, a wearable device, etc.
A remote consultation-based system, the process (method) of which is shown in fig. 6, includes the following steps:
step 1, at least two user terminals 20 establish a consultation session through the server 10. For example, a consultation session is established between the server 10 and at least two user terminals 20 through information interaction. For the user terminal 20, its second processor 220 may initiate or join a consultation session via the second communication means 210. The server 10 may be a communication bridge for each user terminal 20, the first processor 120 of which determines each user terminal 20 participating in the consultation session, and establishes a communication connection with each user terminal 20 through the first communication means 110. The consultation session may be a communication connection, an association. The server 10 establishes communication connection for each user terminal 20 participating in the consultation session and associates with the consultation session, so that the user terminals 20 participating in the consultation session can communicate with each other in real time and share data. One user terminal 20 may participate in multiple consultation sessions, typically with the remote consultation process for each consultation session being independent of the other.
In step 2, for the user terminal 20, the session initiation and the session joining are generally performed based on the first interface display area 30, and after the session initiation or joining, the second processor 220 displays the first interface display area 30 on the display interface of the display. The user can perform related operations in the first interface display area 30 to perform instant communication with other user terminals 20 participating in the consultation session, for example, through text, voice, file, live broadcast, etc. Of course, after the user switches to other interfaces, the user wants to perform instant messaging, and then sends out a corresponding instruction. For example, the second communication device 210 receives a command for starting communication input by a user, and the command for starting communication may be a command for entering the first interface display area 30. The second processor 220 displays the first interface display area 30 on the display interface of the display in response to an instruction for starting communication. Fig. 4 shows an example of a first interface display area 30, on top of which is displayed the name a of the consultation session, which further comprises a session output sub-area 310 and a session input sub-area 320. The session output sub-area 310 is used to display instant messaging information, such as text, voice, files, etc., sent by the user terminal 20 participating in the consultation session. The files may include pictures, videos, case data, etc., facilitating patient communication between doctors. The session input sub-area 320 is used to provide an input interface for the user to input text, voice, file, etc. instant messaging information. Each user terminal performs input operation through the first interface display area 30 and views the displayed content, so that remote consultation can be realized, and the method is very convenient. The first interface display area 30 can be used not only for instant messaging but also for uploading of case data, and the user terminal sends the case data in the first interface display area 30, which is equivalent to uploading the case data to the server 10, and then the server 10 forwards the case data to other user terminals 20.
The interface related to the consultation session includes a preset upload interface display area in addition to the first interface display area 30 and the second interface display area 40. The uploading interface display area is used for uploading the case data. The uploading interface display area can be displayed on the same display interface with the other two interface display areas, or can be displayed on different display interfaces with the other two interface display areas. The user issues an instruction for starting the upload through the input device of the man-machine interaction device 230, and the second processor 220 displays an upload interface display area on the display interface in response to the instruction for starting the upload. Each user terminal participating in the consultation session can be seen to upload the case material to the server 10 through the first interface display area 30, or to the server 10 through the upload interface display area.
The case data can be data generated in the processes of patient consultation, examination, hospitalization and the like, for example, various examination reports, ultrasonic images, CT images, electrocardiography, consultation comments given by doctors, prescriptions and the like belong to the case data; the test report is classified into various types such as a conventional test report, a biochemical test report, an immunological test report, a bacterial examination report, … …, and the like; as well as liver function test reports, kidney function test reports, diabetes monitoring reports, … …, and the like. Various reports, images, consultations, prescriptions, etc., typically generated by medical devices are self-contained with patient identification. Patient identification is used to uniquely identify a patient, for example, using a patient ID.
Step 3, the first processor 120 of the server 10 receives the text, voice and/or file uploaded by the user terminal 20 through the first communication device 110, and sends the text, voice and/or file to other user terminals 20 participating in the consultation session through the first communication device 110. For example, the user terminal 20 uploads (transmits) the instant communication information to the server 10 through the first interface display area 30. The first processor 120 of the server 10 receives the instant communication information uploaded by the user terminal 20 through the first communication device 110, and forwards the instant communication information to other user terminals 20 participating in the consultation session through the first communication device 110, so as to realize instant communication. The user terminal 20 uploads the case material to the server 10 through the upload interface display area. The first processor 120 of the server 10 receives the case data uploaded by the user terminal 20 through the uploading interface display area via the first communication device 110, and forwards the case data to other user terminals 20 participating in the consultation session via the first communication device 110, so as to implement instant messaging. The server 10 may receive the case data uploaded by different user terminals 20, or may receive the case data uploaded by the same user terminal 20 at different times.
The user terminal 20 needs to display the instant messaging information, the case data and the like uploaded by the first interface display area and the uploading interface display area in real time; for such instant messaging information and case data, the server 10 receives and forwards the instant messaging information and case data to the user terminal 20 in real time so as to facilitate instant messaging. The user terminal 20 may display all the case data with the same patient identifier in the second interface display area in a centralized manner based on the case data forwarded by the server 10 in real time, or may send a request to the server 10 alone, the server 10 sends the case data to the user terminal 20 in response to the request, and the user terminal 20 displays all the case data with the same patient identifier in the second interface display area in a centralized manner based on the case data sent by the server 10 (the case data sent at this time, or the case data sent at this time and before). Of course, when the user terminal 20 centrally displays all the case materials having the same patient identification in the second display interface area, it may sort according to the materials uploading time, the materials generating time, the case material types, or the user's setting.
There are a variety of ways in which the server 10 may send the case material to the user terminal 20, two of which are described below.
In one mode, the server 10 gathers the received case data, and each time the server 10 receives the case data, the server 10 obtains the patient identifier from the received case data, so as to determine which patient the case data belongs to, and then associates all the case data with the patient identifier in the server 10, that is, all the case data discussed (uploaded) in the consultation session are classified according to the patient identifier, so as to be convenient to output to the user terminal 20. The server 10 may send all or part of the case data having the same patient identifier to the user terminal 20 participating in the consultation session, among the received case data uploaded by the user terminals participating in the consultation session, according to the request of the user terminal 20, so that the user terminal 20 can centrally display all the case data having the same patient identifier on its display interface. Since the case data are summarized by the server 10, the user terminal 20 can be set into a browser mode, access the server 10 in a browser mode, and further display all the case data of the patient in consultation in the second interface display area 40 in a centralized manner, and the method has low requirements on the user terminal 20, and can be suitable for various hardware devices such as mobile phones, displays, computers and the like.
In particular, the server 10 may consider that the case material displayed in the second interface display area 40 of the user terminal 20 needs to be updated each time it receives the case material uploaded. The server 10 may send updated case material to each user terminal 20. Of course, the server 10 may also send an update message at the same time as the updated case material to alert the user of the user terminal 20 to view the new case material. The update message and the case data are sent once when the case data are received once, so that the real-time performance is good.
The above procedure is to update the case data once the server 10 receives the last time. Of course, the updating may also be performed according to a request of the user, for example, the user terminal 20 sends an instruction for centrally presenting the case material to the server 10, and the first processor 120 of the server 10 obtains the patient identification from the received instruction in response to the instruction for centrally presenting the case material, so as to associate all the case materials having the patient identification in the server 10. The instructions can reflect the needs of the user terminal 20 for case material. Of course, the server 10 may also obtain the requirement of the user terminal 20 for the case data by interacting with the user terminal 20 after receiving the instruction, and the server 10 may send all the case data or part of the case data with the same patient identifier to the user terminal 20 in the received case data uploaded by the user terminals participating in the consultation session according to the requirement of the user terminal 20, so that the user terminal 20 can centrally display all the case data with the same patient identifier on its display interface. For example, a user terminal 20 may be later joined in a consultation session, so that there is no or part of the case material of the current consultation session, and then it may send an instruction to the server for centrally presenting the case material, where the instruction includes all patient identifications related to the current consultation session, and then the server 10 sends the case material associated with each of all patient identifications related to the current consultation session to the user terminal 20. Of course, a certain user terminal 20 may not have a part of the case materials of the current consultation session, and then it may send an instruction for centrally presenting the case materials to the server, where the instruction includes the patient identification of the missing case materials, even includes the name of the missing specific case materials, and the server 10 sends at least the case materials missing from the user terminal 20 to the user terminal 20. Of course, the user terminal 20 may send the case data to the server 10, and the server 10 may obtain the case data missing from the user terminal 20 according to the case data, and send the missing case data to the user terminal 20. It can be seen that the server 10 may send the case data related to the patient in the consultation session to the user terminal 20 in various manners, and finally, the user terminal 20 may display all the case data related to all the patient identifications related to the consultation session in a centralized manner on the display interface. The user terminal 20 can also be set in the browser mode, so that the description thereof will be omitted. As described above, when the user terminal 20 centrally displays all the case materials having the same patient identification in the second display interface area, it may sort according to the materials uploading time, the materials generating time, the case material types, or the user's settings, etc.
After receiving the instruction for centrally presenting the case data, the server 10 may also determine whether the case data is received within a time interval from the last time of receiving the instruction for centrally presenting the case data, and if so, indicate that the case data displayed in the second interface display area 40 of the user terminal 20 needs to be updated, and the server 10 sends an update message to the user terminal 20 to remind the user of the user terminal 20 to view the new case data. The user can directly check the case data corresponding to the update message, so that the method is very convenient.
In the second mode, the user terminal 20 gathers the received case data, and the server 10 may transmit the case data required by the user terminal 20 to the user terminal 20 from among the received case data uploaded by the respective user terminals participating in the consultation session according to the request (demand) of the user terminal 20 every time the server 10 receives the case data or after receiving the instruction for centrally presenting the case data. The case data required by the user terminal 20 may be the case data received latest by the server 10, or may be all the case data of a part or all of the patient identifiers, or may be part of the case data of a part or all of the patient identifiers, so that the user terminal 20 may display all the case data having the same patient identifier in a centralized manner on its display interface. That is, in this embodiment, the server 10 does not collect the case data, and only the case data required by the user terminal 20 is transmitted to the user terminal 20.
Step 4, the second communication device 210 of the user terminal 20 receives the case document sent by the server 10. For instant messaging information sent by other user terminals through the first interface display area and the uploading interface display area, the second processor 220 of the user terminal 20 displays the instant messaging information in the first interface display area, so that real-time display of the instant messaging information is realized, case data uploaded by other user terminals through the uploading interface display area can be seen in real time, and the method is very convenient. In other words, the user terminal uploads the case data to the server through the uploading interface display area, and the server forwards the case data to other user terminals participating in consultation, so that all user terminals can see the case data in the first interface display area 30, and the user can conveniently check the case data. When the user terminal uploads the case data through the upload interface display area, the second processor 220 displays the upload progress in the upload interface display area and/or the first interface display area, and the upload progress reaches 100% (the upload is completed), the upload interface display area and/or the first interface display area displays the uploaded case data.
The user issues an instruction for centrally presenting the case material through the input device of the man-machine interaction device 230, and the instruction for centrally presenting the case material may be an instruction to enter the second interface display area 40. When the first interface display area and the second interface display area are displayed on the same display interface of the display, the instruction to enter the first interface display area 30 and the instruction to enter the second interface display area 40 may be the same instruction.
The second processor 220, in response to the instructions for centrally presenting the case material, centrally displays all the case material having the same patient identification in a second interface display area of the display interface according to the received case material. The case data may be displayed in whole, such as "consultation opinion" of fig. 5, or may be displayed in thumbnail form, such as the ultrasound image 410, the ultrasound video 420 and the inspection report 430 of fig. 5, and the user may view detailed information after selecting the corresponding thumbnail by operating the input device. Wherein, all patients refer to the patients involved in the case data uploaded by the consultation session. If the step 3 is the first mode, the user terminal 20 only needs to interact with the server 10 to obtain the required case data for centralized display, for example, when the first obtained case data or the cached case data is deleted, all the case data of all the patients are obtained from the server 10, and if the user terminal 20 caches part of the case data, another part of the case data is obtained from the server 10. If the second mode is adopted in the step 3, the user terminal 20 further includes a memory, and the second processor 220 is further configured to store the case data received by the second communication device 210 in the memory, obtain the patient identifier from the case data stored in the memory, and associate all the case data with the same patient identifier in the memory for centralized display.
There are various ways to display the case data in the second interface display area. For example, the second processor 220 centrally displays all patient identifications (e.g., patient names) in the case material uploaded through the consultation session in the second interface display area for selection by the user. The user selects the patient identification to be viewed through the input means, and the second processor 220 centrally displays all case materials having the selected patient identification in response to an instruction for selecting the patient identification.
For another example, upon receiving an instruction for centrally presenting case materials, the second processor 220 displays all case materials having the same patient identification in the second interface display area in units of patient identifications based on all patient identifications in the case materials uploaded in the consultation session. That is, all the case data of all the patients are directly displayed in the second interface display area, as shown in fig. 5, and the present embodiment displays all the case data thereof in the form of a patient list, and in fig. 5, not only the ultrasound image 410, the ultrasound video 420, the examination report 430, and the consultation opinion, but also the user who uploaded the case data, the uploading time, and the patient information including the patient name, the age, the sex, the examination type, the examination time, and the like are shown. The uploading information of the patient and the uploading information of the patient can be displayed at the upper part, the consultation comments can be displayed at the lower part, and other case data can be displayed in the middle and arranged according to the uploading time. The second processor 220 also displays a "forward" button, an "enter consultation opinion" button for the user to enter consultation opinions, and an "enter consultation" button for entering the first interface display area for instant communication in the patient list for forwarding the patient list to other user terminals.
If the user terminal 20 receives the text, voice or file messages sent by other user terminals when the user views the second interface display area, the second processor 220 also displays a message prompt identifier 460 in the patient list, for prompting the user that the first interface display area 30 has new unread messages and the number of unread messages. The message hint identifier 460 can be selected and the second processor 220 switches the display interface to the first interface display area 30 after the user selects the message hint identifier 460 via the input device. In embodiments where the first interface display area 30 and the second interface display area 40 are located on the same display interface, no switching may be required and the user may directly see the unread message.
The consultation involves a potentially larger number of patients or a larger number of patient case details, limited by the size of the second interface display area, and the user may move the displayed patient list by sliding and clicking on the associated button (440, 450) to view the patient case details for which viewing is desired. In order to facilitate searching for patients, the second processor 220 further displays a search field 480 in the second interface display area 40, and the search field 480 is used for searching for and displaying all patients and their case data related to the keywords according to the keywords input by the user in the search field 480.
The second communication device 210 of the user terminal 20 receives the update message transmitted from the server 10, and the second processor 220 displays the update message on the display interface. The update message may be displayed separately as a separate prompt message or may be displayed as a prompt identifier on the case data corresponding to the second interface display area 40, for example, in fig. 4 and 5, a test report 430 is uploaded on the page XX, the test report 430 is displayed on the second interface display area 40 of the user terminal of the page XX, and the prompt identifier 470 is displayed on the test report 430, so as to prompt the user that the case data of the current patient updates the test report 430, and the user can conveniently view the updated case data.
The case material uploaded by the user may not include the patient identification, and the server and the user terminal cannot determine which patient such case material belongs to, so that the second processor 220 may centrally display all case materials without the patient identification in the second interface display area 40 in response to an instruction for centrally presenting the case material; in other words, all the case data which does not contain the patient identification are classified together and are displayed in a centralized way, so that the user can check the case data conveniently. Of course, in alternative embodiments, all case material that does not contain a patient identification may be hidden from view. The second processor 220 also displays a "set patient identification" button on the first interface display area 30 and/or the second interface display area 40 for setting patient identification for the case material to be uploaded. For example, the test report photos of other hospitals provided by the patient do not contain the patient identification, and the user clicks a button for setting the patient identification to enter a preset interface to set the patient identification, so that the patient identification is added into the test report photos, and centralized display after uploading is facilitated.
The instant messaging is characterized by real-time performance, so that a large number of voice and text messages can be generated, if the existing instant messaging software is adopted, case data sent by a user are often submerged in the voice and text messages easily, and particularly, the case data before a period of time is checked, and the user needs to browse and search the case data very inconvenient. By adopting the remote consultation method, the user can communicate and supplement case data at the same time, whether the case data are uploaded by different user terminals or the case data uploaded by the same user terminal in different time periods, and all the user terminals can intensively check all the case data of the patient at one interface, so that the consultation efficiency is greatly improved.
The above embodiment provides a process of implementing remote consultation by information interaction between a server and a user terminal, and for the user terminal, the consultation process may be as shown in fig. 7, including:
step 1', the second processor 220 of the user terminal 20 initiates or joins the consultation session through the second communication device 210, thereby establishing communication connection with other user terminals participating in the consultation session and associating the consultation session; the second processor 220 displays the first interface display area on the display interface of the man-machine interaction device 230 for the user to perform instant messaging. Of course, the user may want to switch from the other interface to the first interface display area for performing related operations, for example, sending an instruction for starting communication, and the second communication device 210 of the user terminal 20 receives the instruction for starting communication. The second processor 220 of the user terminal 20 displays the first interface display area on the display interface of the man-machine interaction device 230 for the user to perform instant messaging in response to the instruction for starting communication.
Step 2', the second communication device 210 receives the case material transmitted by the server 10. The case material transmitted from the server 10 is the case material uploaded to the server by the user terminal participating in the consultation session.
Step 3', the second communication device 210 receives an instruction for centrally presenting case material. The second processor 220 centrally displays all the case materials having the same patient identification in the second interface display area in response to the instruction for centrally presenting the case materials.
Since the specific processes of the respective steps are described in detail in the above embodiments, they are not described in detail herein.
For the server, the consultation process may be as shown in fig. 8, including:
step 1", the first processor 120 of the server 10 determines each user terminal participating in the consultation session through the first communication means 110, and establishes a communication connection with each user terminal. At least two user terminals participate in the consultation session.
Step 2", the first communication device 110 receives case data uploaded by different user terminals and/or receives case data uploaded by the same user terminal at different times.
Step 3", each time a case material is received, the first processor 120 obtains a patient identification from the received case material; alternatively, the first processor 120 obtains the patient identification from the received case material in response to instructions issued by the user terminal for centrally presenting the case material. The first processor 120 correlates individual case material with the same patient identification.
Step 4", the first processor 120 sends the case data to the user terminal participating in the consultation session, each case data with the same patient identifier may be packaged together and sent to the user terminal, or the user terminal may interact with the user terminal to obtain the requirement and send the case data required by the user terminal to the user terminal, so that the user terminal displays all the case data with the same patient identifier in a centralized manner on the display interface.
Likewise, the specific process of each step of the server 10 participating in consultation is described in detail in the above embodiment, and will not be described herein.
The embodiment aims at uploading case data and intensively displaying the case data on a user terminal in the same consultation session; in this embodiment, the case data is not limited to the same consultation session, but can be acquired from other consultation sessions or non-consultation sessions, and is not necessarily displayed in a centralized manner on the user terminal, and can be displayed in a centralized manner on a server or other terminal devices; the following is a detailed description.
The embodiment is applicable to various terminal devices, such as a user terminal, a server, etc., wherein the user terminal can be the user terminal for displaying the case data in a centralized manner, or can be other user terminals, and only needs to have a communication function and a display function.
The process (method) of displaying the case data by the terminal device is shown in fig. 9, and includes the following steps:
step 1', the terminal equipment receives an instruction for intensively presenting the case data.
And 2', the terminal equipment responds to the instruction of intensively presenting the case data to acquire the case data, and intensively displays all the case data with the same patient identifier in a second interface display area of the display interface.
The terminal equipment acquires the case data and can acquire the case data stored by the terminal equipment. For example, the terminal device is a server or a user terminal, in which a large amount of case material obtained by various means, such as one or more of case material uploaded to the server by the user terminal, case material obtained by the server from other systems, or case material obtained by the user terminal from other systems, is stored. The terminal device classifies all the acquired case data according to the patient identification, and then displays all the case data with the same patient identification in a centralized manner in a second interface display area of the display interface.
The terminal equipment can acquire the case data, and can also acquire the case data in the user terminal. For example, the terminal device is a server or a user terminal, and the case data is acquired from one or more other user terminals by communicating with the other user terminals, and the other user terminals may be user terminals that belong to one consultation session with the terminal device, may not belong to any consultation session, may also belong to other consultation sessions, and the like.
The terminal device may acquire the case data, or may acquire the case data in the server. For example, the terminal device is a user terminal. The case material in the server includes: the user terminals of the same consultation session upload case data to the server, the user terminals of different consultation sessions upload case data to the server, the user terminals of a plurality of consultation sessions upload one or more of the case data in the server, the case data stored in the server, or the case data obtained by the server from other systems, etc.
Further, in this embodiment, a terminal device is taken as a user terminal as an example to describe the present embodiment. Before step 1' ", it may further comprise: at least two user terminals establish consultation session through the server. For example, a consultation session is established between the server and at least two user terminals through information interaction. For the user terminal, the second processor of the user terminal can initiate a consultation session or join the consultation session through the second communication device. One user terminal may participate in multiple consultation sessions.
For the user terminal, the session initiation and the session joining are generally performed based on the first interface display area, and after the session initiation and joining, the second processor displays the first interface display area on the display interface of the display. And the user can perform related operation in the first interface display area to perform instant communication with other user terminals participating in the consultation session. The first interface display area can be used for instant messaging and uploading case data, and the user terminal sends the case data in the first interface display area, which is equivalent to uploading the case data to the server, and then the server forwards the case data to other user terminals.
The interface related to the consultation session comprises a first interface display area and a second interface display area, and also comprises a preset uploading interface display area. The uploading interface display area is used for uploading the case data.
The first processor of the server receives the instant communication information uploaded by the user terminal through the first communication device, and forwards the instant communication information to other user terminals participating in the consultation session through the first communication device so as to realize instant communication. And the user terminal uploads the case data to the server through the uploading interface display area. The first processor of the server receives the case data uploaded by the user terminal through the uploading interface display area through the first communication device, and forwards the case data to other user terminals participating in consultation session through the first communication device so as to realize instant communication. The server can not only receive the case data uploaded by different user terminals, but also receive the case data uploaded by the same user terminal at different times.
The user terminal can intensively display all the case data with the same patient identifier in the second interface display area based on the case data forwarded by the server in real time, or can singly send a request to the server, and the server responds to the request to send the case data to the user terminal.
In this embodiment, the server may send the case data to the user terminal in a plurality of ways, two of which are described below.
In a first mode, the server gathers the received case data, and each time the server receives the case data, the server acquires the patient identification from the received case data, and then associates all the case data with the patient identification stored in the server, wherein all the case data with the patient identification stored in the server can be uploaded by a user terminal of one consultation session (current consultation session or other consultation sessions), can be uploaded by user terminals of a plurality of consultation sessions, can be acquired from other user terminals which do not participate in the consultation session, such as various medical equipment, and can also be acquired from other systems. The "other system" herein may be a hospitalization management system, a pharmacy management system, an electronic prescription system, or the like, which is communicatively connected to a server.
The server sends part or all of the case data stored by the server to the user terminal according to the request of the user terminal. For example, the case data uploaded by each user terminal in all consultation sessions participated in by the user terminal can be sent to the user terminal according to the classification of the patient identification; the case data uploaded by each user terminal in the authority range of the user terminal can be sent to the user terminal according to the classification of the patient identification; all the case data stored in the server can be sent to the user terminal according to the classification of the patient identification, and of course, the case data uploaded by each user terminal of the current consultation session participated by the user terminal can be sent to the user terminal according to the classification of the patient identification as in the previous embodiment; the user terminal can intensively display all case data (possibly from one consultation session, or from a plurality of consultation sessions, or even from a path other than the consultation session) with the same patient identification on a display interface.
As for when the server transmits the case data to the user terminal, the above embodiments are not repeated here.
In the second mode, the user terminal gathers the received case data, and the server can send the case data required by the user terminal to the user terminal according to the request (requirement) of the user terminal after receiving the case data once or receiving the instruction for intensively presenting the case data. The case data required by the user terminal can be the latest received case data of the server, can be all the case data of part or all the patient identifications, can be part of the case data of part or all the patient identifications, and can be all that is needed, the user terminal can intensively display all the case data with the same patient identification on a display interface. In the above embodiment, all the case materials of the same patient identification are all the case materials of the patient identification related to the current consultation session. In this embodiment, all the case data of the same patient identifier are not limited, and as in the previous embodiment, may be all the case data of the patient identifier related to the current consultation session; or all case data of patient identifications related to all consultation sessions participated in by the user terminal; all case data uploaded by all user terminals managed by the user terminal and having the same patient identifier can also be used; but also all of the case data for the patient identification stored by the server.
In this embodiment, all the case data with the same patient identifier, which are displayed in the second interface display area in a centralized manner, are not necessarily derived from one consultation session, but may be multiple consultation sessions, non-consultation sessions, and the like. Other processes are the same as the above embodiments, and are not described here.
The second communication device of the user terminal receives the case data sent by the server. And for instant messaging information sent by other user terminals through the first interface display area and the uploading interface display area, the second processor of the user terminal displays the instant messaging information in the first interface display area.
The user sends out instructions for intensively presenting the case data through the input device of the man-machine interaction device, and the second processor responds to the instructions for intensively presenting the case data and intensively displays all the case data with the same patient identification in a second interface display area of the display interface according to the received case data. The steps are the same as those of the previous embodiment, and will not be described in detail herein.
