Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, a block diagram of a remote medical consultation system is provided. The system includes a plurality of terminals, such as terminals 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 and 7 in fig. 1, such as local terminals and remote terminals, which communicate data via a network 4. Here, the "local terminal" and the "remote terminal" are referred to relative to each other. For example, in one embodiment, the local terminal may be the terminals 5 and 6, and in this case, the terminals 1, 2, 3 and 7 are remote terminals. Similarly, in one embodiment, the local terminal may also be terminal 3, in which case terminals 1, 2, 5, 6, and 7 are remote terminals, and so on.
In the embodiment of the present application, each terminal (for example, terminals 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, and 7) may be an ultrasound imaging system, an ultrasound image workstation or a server, or a conventional personal computer, a notebook computer, a tablet computer, a smart phone, or other suitable electronic devices. These terminals may be integrated or distributed.
In the embodiments of the present application, the network 4 may be a wired or wireless communication network based on any suitable communication protocol, such as an internet network or a local area network.
The process of the ultrasonic remote consultation is described by taking the local terminal 5 as an ultrasonic imaging system, the local terminal 6 as an ultrasonic image workstation, the remote terminals 1, 2 and 3 as personal computers and the remote terminal 7 as a server as an example. For example, in one embodiment, the ultrasound imaging system 5 may transmit ultrasound waves to the scan object through its probe, receive ultrasound echoes returned from the scan object to obtain ultrasound echo signals, and process the ultrasound echo signals to obtain an ultrasound image of the scan object. The ultrasound images may be stored in the ultrasound imaging system 5 or ultrasound image workstation 6 or in other memory. Taking the example that the ultrasound image is stored in the ultrasound image workstation 6, a local doctor can read the ultrasound image stored in the ultrasound image workstation 6 by operating a remote consultation client installed in the ultrasound image workstation 6 and logging in a corresponding account; or access the ultrasound image workstation 6 through a personal computer and operate a remote medical consultation system client installed in the personal computer to read the ultrasound images stored in the ultrasound image workstation 6.
The data processing device provided by the present application may be the server 7 of the remote medical consultation system, the ultrasound image workstation 6, or the ultrasound imaging system 5, and the specific form of the data processing device is not limited herein. Referring to fig. 2, the data processing apparatus includes a transceiver 201, a processor 202, and a memory 203. Which may also include a bus 204. In one embodiment, the memory 203 may be a flash memory card, solid state memory, hard disk, or the like.
The data processing apparatus is configured to execute the data processing method provided by the present application, and with reference to fig. 3, the data processing method provided by the present application includes the following steps.
301. Group information of a consultation group is received, wherein the consultation group comprises at least two members, and the group information comprises identifications of the at least two members.
In one embodiment, the processor 202 controls the transceiver 201 to receive group information of a consultation group; wherein, the consultation group comprises at least two members, and the group information comprises the identification of each member.
In one embodiment, the processor 202 may control the transceiver 201 to receive a group request for establishing a consultation group from a transmitting end corresponding to a fifth member (e.g., a local doctor). The fifth member may be a member of the consultation group, such as the member that created the consultation group. The group request is written with group information of the consultation group, and the group information includes identification of each member in the consultation group, which may include identification of the member invited to join the consultation group by the fifth member. After receiving the group request, processor 202 responds to the group request, and sends a group invitation message to a receiving end corresponding to at least one member of the consultation group (for example, a member invited to join the consultation group by a fifth member) according to the identification of each member in the consultation group, so as to invite the receiving end to join the consultation group.
302. And receiving the ultrasonic image sent to the consultation group by the sending end corresponding to the third member of the consultation group.
In one example, the processor 202 controls the transceiver 201 to receive the ultrasound image sent to the consultation group by the sender corresponding to the third member of the consultation group. The third member is a member of the consultation group.
It should be noted that the ultrasound image may be transmitted from a local terminal or a remote terminal. Taking the local terminal as an example, a local doctor can operate the remote medical consultation system client at the local terminal, and after the remote medical consultation system client is operated, the local doctor can create a consultation group and invite expert group members to join the consultation group in a friend inviting manner to discuss the consultation theme. The consultation group provides a platform for a plurality of people to communicate, and the members in the consultation group can communicate with each other by chatting and transmitting files. Herein, the present invention is a platform for remote communication between doctors. The consultation group is created in a group creating mode, a plurality of members can be pulled into one consultation group when the consultation group is created, and other members can be allowed to join after the consultation group is built. For example, the group administrator may successfully join the group by searching the current group ID, applying for joining the group, and agreeing; or by a group administrator directly inviting to the consultation group. The characters or pictures sent by each member in the group can realize the sharing of all the members in the group, namely, the contents sent in the group are visible to all the members in the group. After the consultation group is successfully created, the local doctor creating the consultation group and the members of the expert group joining the consultation group can send information such as text, voice, ultrasonic images or videos in the group. For example, the local doctor selects the ultrasound image stored in the ultrasound image workstation 6 to send to the created consultation group by clicking the image sending function, and broadcasts the ultrasound image sent to the consultation group to the members of the expert group participating in the consultation group through the relay of the server 7 deployed in the network 4, thereby realizing the communication of the ultrasound remote consultation.
The ultrasound image may be one or more frames of images or an image video (ultrasound movie) that have been previously acquired by the local ultrasound imaging system 5 or other remote ultrasound imaging system. For example, the ultrasound image may be a frozen image frame or an image video formed by a plurality of frames of images. In addition, the ultrasound image may include, in addition to the ultrasound image of the scanning object, other information related to the ultrasound image, such as a UI interface corresponding to the ultrasound image obtained by the ultrasound imaging system 5, information of the scanning object, various parameters of the ultrasound image, and so on. The ultrasound images may be stored in the ultrasound imaging system 5 or in other memory.
In one embodiment, the user may perform the transmission operation of the ultrasound image based on the image transmission function of the consultation group, and the ultrasound imaging system 5 transmits the ultrasound image to the consultation group according to the transmission operation of the user. For example, the user clicks a picture button of a session window of the consultation group, and based on the clicking operation, the session window pops up a folder for storing the ultrasound images, and the user can select any one or more frames of ultrasound images in the folder, so that the selected ultrasound images are sent to the consultation group. The ultrasound images sent to the consultation group can be displayed in a conversation area of the consultation group at a certain scaling ratio, and the conversation area is used for sending information such as characters, images and videos.
The ultrasound images may be stored in ultrasound imaging system 5 or ultrasound image workstation 6 or other memory, which may be read by ultrasound image workstation 6. The ultrasound image transmitted to the consultation group may be any one or more frames of ultrasound images, and particularly may be one or more frames of ultrasound images for or related to a case. The ultrasound images sent to the consultation group are uploaded to the server 7 through the ultrasound imaging system 5 or ultrasound image workstation 6.
Wherein, the same ultrasound image can be sent to a plurality of consultation groups, for example, for the same ultrasound image, two different consultation groups need to be sent for observation and discussion. The image transmission operation may be performed in the session window of the consultation group according to the transmission method. Different consultation groups can distribute the same ultrasound image in sequence, for example, sending the ultrasound image first in consultation group a and then likewise in consultation group b. Different ultrasound images can also be distributed in different consultation groups in turn, for example, ultrasound image a is sent in consultation group a first, then ultrasound image b is sent in consultation group b, and the sending sequence is not limited here.
303. And sending the ultrasonic image to receiving ends corresponding to the first member and the second member of the consultation group according to the group information.
In one embodiment, the processor 202 transmits the ultrasound image to the receiving ends of the first member and the second member of the consultation group according to the group information. The receiving end may be a terminal device such as an ultrasound imaging system 5 or an ultrasound image workstation 6.
In an embodiment, the processor 202 receives an ultrasound image sent by the ultrasound imaging system 5, and sends the ultrasound image to terminals corresponding to the first member and the second member of the consultation group according to the member identifiers carried in the group information in step 301, so that the first member and the second member of the consultation group can also receive the ultrasound image. The first member, the second member and the third member are different members of the consultation group.
304. And receiving first information sent by a sending end corresponding to the first member, wherein the first information comprises first comment information associated with the ultrasonic image.
In one embodiment, the processor 202 controls the transceiver 201 to receive first information sent by a sender corresponding to the first member, where the first information includes first comment information associated with the ultrasound image. The first review information may be reviews, annotations, and tags, etc. made with respect to the ultrasound image.
In one embodiment, the processor 202 receives a browsing request of the ultrasound image sent by a sending end corresponding to the first member; the processor 202, in response to the browsing request, returns ultrasound image data to the receiving end corresponding to the first member, so as to open a window for displaying the ultrasound image on the receiving end corresponding to the first member; the window further comprises a folding menu, and the folding menu is used for opening or closing a comment area for displaying the comment information.
When the folding menu is opened, the display window and the sub-window corresponding to the ultrasonic image are displayed on the same interface; or when the folding menu is opened, the display window fades out to highlight the sub-window corresponding to the ultrasonic image; or when the folding menu is opened, the display window disappears, and only the sub-window corresponding to the ultrasound image is displayed.
305. And receiving second information sent by a sending end corresponding to the second member, wherein the second information contains second comment information associated with the ultrasonic image.
This step can be understood by referring to the related description in step 304, and will not be described herein.
In an embodiment, after receiving the second information sent by the sending end corresponding to the second member, the processor 202 may further generate a first notification message, and send the first notification message to the consultation group, where the first notification message includes an address for viewing the first review information and an address of the second review information. Other members of the consultation group can conveniently view comment information related to the ultrasonic image through the address.
In an embodiment, after receiving the second information sent by the sending end corresponding to the second member, the processor 202 may send the first information and the second information to the consultation group according to the group information, so that the members of the consultation group can receive the first information and the second information for the members to view. In this embodiment, the comment information may be directly presented to other members of the consultation group, so that comments made by each member on the ultrasound image can be more intuitively and timely known.
The specific operation of the review is described in conjunction with the workflow diagram shown in fig. 4. Taking the receiving end corresponding to the first member as the ultrasound imaging system 5 as an example, in step 401, the first member in the review group receives the ultrasound image (e.g., the sending end corresponding to the third member) sent to the review group, and browses the ultrasound image by clicking or the like, so as to display a window of the ultrasound image on a display interface of the ultrasound imaging system 5, and enter a review mode. Wherein the window also contains a collapsed menu, i.e. a comment button.
In step 402, after the collapse menu is opened, a review area for displaying review information may be opened (e.g., animating the review area starting from the edge of the ultrasound image).
In step 403, the first member may view historical review information in the review area. And each piece of comment information is respectively associated with the user ID of the comment and is displayed in the comment area.
In step 404, the first member may select whether to comment in the order of the list of comments.
The order of the comment lists may be selected out of order, for example, in step 405, the first member may reply based on some comment information. In step 406, any one comment is opened and the corresponding reply, i.e., new comment, is entered.
Or, a new comment can be input according to the order of the comment list, and in step 407, after the comment information is input, the comment information can be uploaded to the server by clicking and submitting.
In step 408, the server receives the comment information uploaded by the first member and performed on the ultrasound image, and meanwhile, refreshes a display interface corresponding to the comment area to update the input comment information.
In step 409, the server may also generate a notification message containing an address for viewing the review information and push the notification message to other members of the current consultation group.
In step 410, after receiving the notification message, the group member may enter a review page by clicking an address carried in the notification message.
306. And associating the ultrasonic image, the first information, the second information and the consultation group to obtain associated data, and storing the associated data.
In one embodiment, the processor 202 associates the ultrasound image, the first information, the second information and the consultation group to obtain associated data, and stores the associated data in the memory. The association can be understood as a binding relationship, for example, a browsing window of the ultrasound image is bound with a window of comment information for the ultrasound image and a consultation group, so that a user can definitely know that the current comment belongs to the consultation group, and the condition of wrong comment submission caused by low association degree of the ultrasound image and the comment window is avoided.
In one embodiment, the processor 202 receives a data export request sent by a sending end corresponding to a fourth member of the consultation group; and responding to the data export request, and returning the associated data to a receiving end corresponding to the fourth member. The data export function can be realized by adopting an off-line HTML5 application mode, and relevant data (including ultrasonic images and annotation content) and css files, JavaScript script files and the like required by page application are written into a simple HTML file, so that the non-remote consultation has the same operation experience as remote medical treatment when the exported data file is opened, and the functions of contrast viewing of the ultrasonic images and comment information, rolling, nesting, folding, unfolding and the like of the comment information can be realized. Optionally, the function of submitting new comment information is prohibited in this state, so as to prevent malicious tampering of comment information.
In one embodiment, the processor 202 packages the associated data into a hypertext file and generates a hypertext link in response to the data export request, and returns the hypertext link to the receiving end corresponding to the fourth member. The hypertext link carries an authorization code with a preset credit duration.
In one embodiment, the processor 202 receives an access request for accessing the hypertext link, and in response to the access request, determines whether the hypertext link is failed according to the authorization code of the preset credit duration; if the data is not invalid, the associated data is returned to the sending end sending the access request, and if the data is invalid, the access is failed.
It should be noted that the derived association data is convenient for transmission over the network. And the derived associated data can be protected by an authorization code mode, so that possible data leakage, particularly sensitive problems such as privacy leakage and the like are prevented to a great extent. Optionally, the reference of the derived associated data to the ultrasound image is not a simple url, and the reference carries an authorization code, where the authorization code includes the credit time, and for different users, when deriving the associated data, associated data with different time lengths may be granted for offline reference of the credit time length. When the trust time has elapsed, the server will reject it when opening the exported hypertext file attempts to reference the associated data. The mode not only ensures the efficiency of communication, but also prevents the stealing link of the associated data.
The flow of ultrasound image reference authorization identification is described in conjunction with the workflow diagram shown in figure 5. In step 501, an export file of associated data is opened to access the associated data. The associated data includes the ultrasound images, the comment information associated with the ultrasound images, and the affiliated consultation group. And calling a browser to identify the address of the export file for access.
In step 502, when an access operation is activated, a resource request is sent to the server to verify whether access is available.
In step 503, the server receives the request, and parses the authorization code token therein; and determines whether the authorization code has expired in step 504.
When the authorization code has expired, in step 505, prompting that the authorization code has expired; optionally, in step 506, the user may be prompted to enter a new authorization code for re-verification.
When the authorization code has not expired, in step 507, the associated data containing the ultrasound image and its review information will be returned.
In step 508, from the returned associated data, the ultrasound image and the review information associated with the ultrasound image can be viewed.
The data processing method provided in the embodiment of fig. 3 is described below with a specific application scenario.
Taking the example of member A creating a consultation group, member A invites member B and member C (and may also invite more members) to successfully join the consultation group.
At some point, member A sends an ultrasound image to the consultation group, which is uploaded to a server.
