Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, a block diagram of a remote medical consultation system is provided. The system includes a plurality of terminals, such as local terminals and remote terminals, e.g., terminals 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 and 7 in fig. 1, which communicate data over a network 4. Here, the "local terminal" and the "remote terminal" are referred to as being relative to each other. For example, in one embodiment, the local terminals may be terminals 5, 6, in which case terminals 1, 2, 3 and 7 are remote terminals. Similarly, in one embodiment, the local terminal may also be terminal 3, where terminals 1, 2, 5, 6 and 7 are remote terminals, and so on.
In the embodiments of the present application, each terminal (e.g., terminals 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, and 7) may be an ultrasound imaging system, an ultrasound image workstation or server, or a conventional personal computer, notebook computer, tablet computer, smart phone, or other suitable electronic device. These terminals may be integral or distributed.
In the embodiments of the present application, the network 4 may be a wired or wireless communication network based on any suitable communication protocol, such as an internet network or a local area network.
Taking the local terminal 5 as an ultrasonic imaging system, the local terminal 6 as an ultrasonic image workstation, the remote terminals 1, 2 and 3 as personal computers and the remote terminal 7 as a server as examples, the process of ultrasonic remote consultation will be described. For example, in one embodiment, the ultrasound imaging system 5 may transmit ultrasound waves to a scan object through its probe, receive ultrasound echoes returned from the scan object, obtain ultrasound echo signals, and process the ultrasound echo signals to obtain an ultrasound image of the scan object. The ultrasound images may be stored in the ultrasound imaging system 5 or the ultrasound imaging workstation 6 or in other memory. Taking the example that the ultrasonic image is stored in the ultrasonic image workstation 6, the local doctor can read the ultrasonic image stored in the ultrasonic image workstation 6 by running a remote consultation client installed in the ultrasonic image workstation 6 and logging in a corresponding account; or access the ultrasound image workstation 6 through a personal computer and operate a remote medical consultation system client installed in the personal computer to read the ultrasound image stored in the ultrasound image workstation 6.
The data processing device provided in the present application may be the server 7 of the remote medical consultation system, or may be the ultrasound image workstation 6 or the ultrasound imaging system 5, and the specific form of the data processing device is not limited herein. Referring to fig. 2, the data processing apparatus includes a transceiver 201, a processor 202, and a memory 203. Which may also include a bus 204. In one embodiment, the memory 203 may be a flash memory card, a solid state memory, a hard disk, or the like.
The data processing device is used for executing the data processing method provided by the application, and the data processing method provided by the application comprises the following steps in combination with fig. 3.
301. Group information of a consultation group is received, wherein the consultation group comprises at least two members, and the group information comprises identifications of the at least two members.
In one embodiment, the processor 202 controls the transceiver 201 to receive group information of a consultation group; the consultation group comprises at least two members, and the group information comprises the identification of each member.
In one embodiment, the processor 202 may control the transceiver 201 to receive a group request sent by a transmitting end corresponding to a fifth member (e.g., a local doctor) for establishing a consultation group. The fifth member may be a member of a consultation group, such as a member creating the consultation group. The group request is written with group information carrying the consultation group, and the group information comprises the identification of each member in the consultation group, which can comprise the identification of the member invited to join the consultation group by the fifth member. After receiving the group request, the processor 202 responds to the group request, so as to send a group invitation message to a receiving end corresponding to at least one member of the consultation group (for example, a member invited to join the consultation group by a fifth member) according to the identification of each member in the consultation group, and invite the member to join the consultation group.
302. And receiving the ultrasonic image which is sent to the consultation group by the sending end corresponding to the third member of the consultation group.
In one example, the processor 202 controls the transceiver 201 to receive ultrasound images sent to the consultation group by a transmitting end corresponding to a third member of the consultation group. The third member is a member of the consultation group.
It should be noted that, the ultrasound image may be sent by a local terminal or may be sent by a remote terminal. Taking a local terminal as an example, a local doctor can operate a remote medical consultation system client at the local terminal, and after operating the remote medical consultation system client, the local doctor can create a consultation group and invite expert group members to join the consultation group to discuss consultation subjects by inviting friends. The consultation group provides a platform for a plurality of people to communicate, and members in the consultation group can chat and communicate with each other, transmit files and the like. Herein, the platform is mainly used for remote communication between doctors. The consultation group is created in a group creation mode, a plurality of members can be pulled into one consultation group when the consultation group is created, and after the consultation group is built, the other members can be allowed to join. For example, the current consultation group ID can be searched for applying to join the consultation group, and the consultation group is successfully joined after the approval of the group administrator; or invited directly to the consultation group by a group administrator. The text or picture and the like sent by each member in the group can realize sharing of all members in the group, namely, the content sent in the group is visible to the members in the group. After the consultation group is successfully created, a local doctor for creating the consultation group and expert group members joining the consultation group can send text, voice ultrasonic images or videos and other information in the group. For example, the local doctor selects an ultrasound image stored in the ultrasound image workstation 6 to transmit to the created consultation group by clicking the image transmitting function, relays the ultrasound image transmitted to the consultation group to the expert group members joining the consultation group by the server 7 disposed in the network 4, and thus realizes communication of the ultrasound remote consultation.
The ultrasound image may be one or more frames of images or image videos (ultrasound movies) that have been acquired in advance by the local ultrasound imaging system 5 or other remote ultrasound imaging system. For example, the ultrasound image may be a frozen image frame or an image video formed of a plurality of frames of images. In addition, the ultrasound image may include other information related to the ultrasound image, such as a UI interface to which the ultrasound imaging system 5 obtains the ultrasound image, information of the scan object, various parameters of the ultrasound image, and the like, in addition to the ultrasound image of the scan object. The ultrasound image may be stored in the ultrasound imaging system 5 or in other memory.
In one embodiment, the user may perform a transmission operation of the ultrasound image based on the image transmission function of the consultation group, and the ultrasound imaging system 5 transmits the ultrasound image to the consultation group according to the transmission operation of the user. For example, the user clicks a picture button of a session window of the consultation group, based on the clicking operation, the session window pops up a folder storing the ultrasonic images, and the user can select any one or more frames of ultrasonic images in the folder, thereby transmitting the selected ultrasonic images into the consultation group. The ultrasound images sent into the consultation group can also be displayed in a conversation area of the consultation group at a certain scaling scale, wherein the conversation area is used for sending text, images, videos and other information.
The ultrasound image may be stored in the ultrasound imaging system 5 or the ultrasound image workstation 6 or in another memory that may be read by the ultrasound image workstation 6. The ultrasound images sent to the consultation group may be any one or more frames of ultrasound images, and in particular may also be one or more frames of ultrasound images for a certain case or related to a case. The ultrasound images sent to the consultation group are uploaded to the server 7 by the ultrasound imaging system 5 or the ultrasound image workstation 6.
The same ultrasound image may be sent to multiple consultation groups, for example, two different consultation groups need to be sent for observation and discussion for the same ultrasound image. In the above transmission method, the image transmission operation may be performed in a session window of the consultation group. Different consultation groups may distribute the same ultrasound image in sequence, for example, first transmitting the ultrasound image within consultation group a and then transmitting the ultrasound image equally within consultation group b. Different ultrasound images can be sequentially distributed in different consultation groups, for example, the ultrasound image a is sent in the consultation group a, then the ultrasound image b is sent in the consultation group b, and the sending sequence is not limited here.
303. And sending the ultrasonic image to receiving ends corresponding to the first member and the second member of the consultation group according to the group information.
In one embodiment, the processor 202 transmits the ultrasound image to corresponding receiving ends of the first member and the second member of the consultation group according to the group information. The receiving end may be some terminal device, such as an ultrasound imaging system 5 or an ultrasound imaging workstation 6.
In one embodiment, the processor 202 receives the ultrasound image sent by the ultrasound imaging system 5, and issues the ultrasound image to the terminal corresponding to the first member and the second member of the consultation group according to the member identifications carried by the group information in step 301, so that the first member and the second member of the consultation group can also receive the ultrasound image. The first member, the second member and the third member are different members of the consultation group.
304. And receiving first information sent by a sending end corresponding to the first member, wherein the first information comprises first comment information associated with the ultrasonic image.
In one embodiment, the processor 202 controls the transceiver 201 to receive first information sent by the sender corresponding to the first member, where the first information includes first comment information associated with the ultrasound image. The first comment information may be comments, notes, comments, tags, and the like made with respect to the ultrasound image.
In one embodiment, the processor 202 receives a browsing request of the ultrasound image sent by the sending end corresponding to the first member; the processor 202 responds to the browsing request and returns ultrasonic image data to the receiving end corresponding to the first member so as to open a window for displaying the ultrasonic image on the receiving end corresponding to the first member; the window also comprises a folding menu, wherein the folding menu is used for opening or closing a comment area for displaying the comment information.
When the folding menu is opened, the display window and the sub-window corresponding to the ultrasonic image are displayed on the same interface; or when the folding menu is opened, the display window fades out to highlight the sub-window corresponding to the ultrasonic image; or when the folding menu is opened, the display window disappears, and only the sub-window corresponding to the ultrasonic image is displayed.
305. And receiving second information sent by a sending end corresponding to the second member, wherein the second information comprises second comment information associated with the ultrasonic image.
This step may be understood by referring to the description of step 304, and will not be described in detail herein.
In one embodiment, after receiving the second information sent by the sending end corresponding to the second member, the processor 202 may further generate a first notification message and send the first notification message to the consultation group, where the first notification message includes an address for viewing the first comment information and an address of the second comment information. Other members of the consultation group can view comment information related to the ultrasonic image through the address.
In one embodiment, after receiving the second information sent by the sending end corresponding to the second member, the processor 202 may send the first information and the second information to the consultation group according to the group information, so that the member of the consultation group can receive the first information and the second information for each member to view. In this embodiment, comment information may be directly presented to other members of the consultation group, so that comments made by each member on the ultrasound image can be more intuitively and timely known.
The specific operation of making comments is described in connection with the workflow diagram shown in fig. 4. Taking the receiving end corresponding to the first member as the ultrasound imaging system 5 as an example, in step 401, the first member in the consultation group receives (e.g., the sending end corresponding to the third member) the ultrasound image sent to the consultation group, and browses the ultrasound image by clicking or other operations, so that a window of the ultrasound image is displayed on a display interface of the ultrasound imaging system 5, and the user enters a film reading mode. Wherein the window also contains a collapsed menu, i.e. a comment button.
After opening the collapsed menu, the comment area for displaying comment information (e.g., an animated expansion comment area starting from the edge of the ultrasound image) may be opened in step 402.
In step 403, the first member may view historical comment information in the comment area. Each piece of comment information is respectively associated with the user ID of the comment and is displayed in the comment area.
In step 404, the first member may select whether to comment in the order of the comment list.
The first member may choose not to reply in order of the comment list, e.g., in step 405, based on some comment information. In step 406, any comment is opened, and a corresponding reply, i.e., a new comment, is input.
Alternatively, new comments may be input in order of the comment list, and in step 407, after comment information is input, the comment information may be uploaded to the server by clicking and submitting the comment information.
In step 408, the server receives the comment information of the ultrasound image uploaded by the first member, and at the same time refreshes the display interface corresponding to the comment area to update the input comment information.
In step 409, the server may also generate a notification message that includes an address for viewing the review information and push the notification message to other members of the current consultation group.
In step 410, after receiving the notification message, the group member may enter the comment viewing page by clicking on the address carried by the notification message.
306. The ultrasound image, the first information, the second information and the consultation group are associated to obtain associated data, and the associated data is stored.
In one embodiment, the processor 202 correlates the ultrasound image, the first information, the second information, and the consultation group to obtain correlated data and stores the correlated data in the memory. The association can be understood as a binding relationship, for example, a browsing window of an ultrasonic image is bound with a window of comment information aiming at the ultrasonic image and a consultation group, so that a user can clearly know that a current comment belongs to the consultation group, and the condition of comment submission errors caused by weak association degree of the ultrasonic image and the comment window is avoided.
In one embodiment, the processor 202 receives a data export request sent by a sender corresponding to a fourth member of the consultation group; and responding to the data export request, and returning the associated data to the receiving end corresponding to the fourth member. The implementation mode of the data export function can adopt an offline HTML5 application mode, related data (including ultrasonic images and comment content) and css files, javaScript script files and the like required by page application are written into a simple HTML file, so that when the exported data file is opened, non-remote consultation can have the same operation experience with remote medical treatment, and the functions of comparing and checking the ultrasonic images and comment information, rolling, nesting, folding and unfolding the comment information and the like are included. Optionally, the function of submitting new comment information is disabled in this state so as not to cause malicious tampering with the comment information.
In one embodiment, the processor 202 packages the associated data into a hypertext document and generates a hypertext link in response to the data export request and returns the hypertext link to the corresponding recipient of the fourth member. Wherein, the hypertext link carries an authorization code with preset authorization time length.
In one embodiment, the processor 202 receives an access request for accessing the hypertext link and determines whether the hypertext link has failed based on the authorization code for the predetermined trusted duration in response to the access request; if the access request is not invalid, the associated data is returned to the sending end which sends the access request, and if the access request is invalid, the access is failed.
It should be noted that the derived association data is convenient to be transferred over the network. And the derived associated data can be protected by an authorization code mode, so that possible data leakage, especially privacy leakage and other sensitive problems are prevented to a great extent. Optionally, the derived association data reference to the ultrasound image is not a simple url, and carries an authorization code, the authorization code includes a trust time, and for different users, association data offline reference trust time periods with different time periods can be granted when the association data is derived. When the trusted time expires, the exported hypertext document is opened to attempt to reference the associated data, which is rejected by the server. This approach both ensures the efficiency of the communication and prevents the hotlinking of the associated data.
The flow of ultrasound image reference authorization identification is described in connection with the workflow diagram shown in fig. 5. In step 501, an export file of the associated data is opened to access the associated data. The associated data comprises the ultrasound image, comment information associated with the ultrasound image and the affiliated consultation group. The browser is invoked to identify the address of the exported file for access.
In step 502, when an access operation is activated, a resource request is sent to the server to verify whether access is available.
In step 503, the server receives the request and parses the authorization code token therein; and a determination is made in step 504 as to whether the authorization code has expired.
When the authorization code has expired, in step 505, the authorization code is prompted to have expired; optionally, in step 506, it may also be prompted to enter a new authorization code for re-verification.
When the authorization code has not expired, in step 507, associated data including the ultrasound image and its review information will be returned.
From the returned association data, the ultrasound image and comment information associated with the ultrasound image may be viewed in step 508.
