Detailed Description
Fig. 1 is a block diagram illustrating a remote consultation system according to the present invention. The system mainly comprises: a plurality of consultation terminals, such as the consultation terminal 1, the consultation terminal 2 and the consultation terminal 3 of fig. 1, a server 20 connected with each consultation terminal, and an ultrasound device 10 connected with the server 20. The ultrasound device 10 collects medical images and inputs the medical images to the server 20, and the user can conveniently share the medical images through the consultation terminal. The consultation terminal can receive the operation instruction of the user and synchronously display medical images, video images, character input and participant list information. The server is used for receiving and forwarding the user operation instruction. The consultation terminal includes, but is not limited to, a Personal Computer (PC), a mobile phone, a tablet, an ultrasound device including, but not limited to, an ultrasound diagnostic apparatus, an ultrasound workstation, and the like.
In remote consultation, the user can perform operations including, but not limited to, selection of a consultation image, adjustment of an image display mode, marking of a key area, processing of an image, writing of a diagnosis report, and the like. And voice and video communication can be realized in the consultation process, and meanwhile, the communication of characters is included. It is not just a "one-to-one" communication, but can also be a "one-to-many" synchronous communication in general. Namely, one consultation participant serves as a current "host" of the consultation, and the image, the text and the corresponding operation which are currently browsed by the "host" are simultaneously sent to other consultation participants.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart illustrating an embodiment of an access method for remote consultation according to the present application. The consultation terminal shown in fig. 1 is used for implementing the method, and the method comprises the following steps:
201. and uploading the consultation information selected in the remote consultation session to a server.
It should be noted that, a user may initiate a remote consultation session by double-clicking or touching a client of the remote consultation system installed on the consultation terminal, a file list of the remote consultation session shows relevant consultation information, and in a file list area of the remote consultation session, the user may select the relevant consultation information, which includes, but is not limited to, an ultrasound image acquired by an ultrasound device, an ultrasound video, a generated diagnosis report, and the like. After the relevant consultation information is selected, the user issues an uploading instruction, and the consultation terminal responds the uploading instruction issued by the user to the server.
202. And receiving an access entry returned by the server, wherein the access entry comprises the identification of the consultation information and the permission of allowing to access the remote consultation session.
It should be noted that the server is used for managing the ultrasound data acquired by the ultrasound device and responding to the operation of the user based on the remote consultation system on the consultation terminal. For example, the user performs an operation of uploading the relevant consultation information selected by the user to the server, and the server associates the relevant consultation information selected by the user with the access portal in response to the operation and returns the generated access portal to the consultation terminal. And the consultation terminal receives the access entrance returned by the server. By activating the access portal, a consultation webpage can be linked, which inherits the functions of the remote consultation session. After the access entrance is activated, the selected related consultation information can be checked and participate in the remote consultation session so as to realize the communication of voice and video, and meanwhile, the communication of characters, the browsing of member lists and the like are included.
The access entry is represented by, but not limited to, a two-dimensional code, a web address, and the like. And linking to the consultation webpage based on a browser platform in a mode of scanning the two-dimensional code or clicking a website.
The access entrance comprises the identification of the consultation information and the permission of allowing to access the remote consultation session, and the storage position of the consultation information can be accurately positioned by identifying the identification of the consultation information, so that the consultation information is read and displayed; since the access portal further includes a right allowing access to the remote consultation session, the remote consultation session can be directly accessed through the access portal, so that the selected consultation information in the remote consultation session can be accessed or viewed. The permission to access the remote consultation session may be a generated token or a key, and the token or the key may have a temporary trust function. For example, access to the remote consultation session is allowed when the access portal is activated for the first time, and access is denied or disabled when the access portal is activated again; as another example, access to the remote consultation session may be allowed when the access portal is activated for a defined time, and access may be denied or disabled when the access portal is activated after a defined time. The above-listed limitations on the number of activations and the activation time can also be used in combination, and the number of activations and the activation time are merely illustrative and are not particularly limited.
203. The access entry is sent to the marked object.
It should be noted that, in the remote consultation session, the user may trigger the sharing function of the remote consultation session through the sharing button, and after the sharing function is started, the sharing target list may be opened. The opened state can be that the sharing target list is presented in an expanded form or presented in a form of popping up the sharing target list. Friends of participants, presenters, participating in the remote consultation session may be included in the sharing target list. Several objects can be marked in the sharing target list, the marked objects are determined as the objects for sending the access entry, and the tools for sending the access entry can be sent to the marked objects by calling short messages, mails or other social modes. After the sharing function is started, the user can select to associate with the social APP (such as WeChat, QQ, microblog and the like), and the marked members are determined as objects for sending the access entrance by marking the members in the social APP, and then are sent to the marked members in a message form through the social chat window.
204. Outputting the consultation information and allowing the marked object to access the remote consultation session when the access portal is activated by the marked object.
It should be noted that, in the remote consultation session, the access entry is sent to the marked object by starting the sharing function, and after the marked object receives the invitation to access the access entry through the consultation terminal, the access entry can be activated by clicking (the access entry is in a website form) or scanning (the access entry is in a two-dimensional code form), so as to directly view the selected relevant consultation information and access the selected consultation information to the remote consultation session, and then participate in the remote consultation session, so as to implement the communication between voice and video, and at the same time, include the communication between text and the browsing of member lists.
Optionally, after the access entry is activated by the marked object, if the activation operation is triggered again (for example, the access entry is clicked again), the access fails, so that the access entry is invalidated after being accessed once; or after the access entry is activated by the marked object, deleting the access entry to realize that the access entry is invalid after one access.
Uploading selected relevant consultation information in the remote consultation session to a server, generating an access entrance by the server, and sending the access entrance to a marked object; the access portal comprises an identification of the consultation information and permission for accessing the remote consultation session; when the access entrance is activated by the marked object, the consultation information is output and the marked object is allowed to access the remote consultation session, so that the selected consultation information in the remote consultation system can be directly accessed and participate in the remote consultation session by activating the access entrance, the participation efficiency of remote consultation is improved, and the consultation process is more efficient.
Fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart illustrating an access method for remote consultation according to another embodiment of the present disclosure. The difference from the embodiment of fig. 2 is that in this embodiment, the access portal may be generated directly locally. The consultation terminal shown in fig. 1 is used for implementing the method, and the method comprises the following steps:
301. and selecting consultation information in the remote consultation session.
