In the embodiment of the application, the user can select the time period for express delivery or pickup, and the terminal device can request the first position information of the vehicle in the first preset time period, so that the terminal device can allocate the corresponding first express device according to the first position information of the vehicle, and the first express device can deliver or pickup the express more flexibly in the first preset time period. The vehicle does not need to be parked at a designated place, and the delivery time period or the pickup time period of express delivery can be determined more flexibly. The user can more conveniently select the delivery time interval or the pickup time interval of the express delivery, and the user experience is improved.

Detailed Description
The application provides a data processing method and device, which are applied to the scene of the Internet of vehicles, an intelligent automobile can predict the position of a vehicle at an express delivery time interval, express delivery is accurately delivered, flexible express delivery service is provided for a user, and user experience is improved.
The data processing method provided by the application can be applied to a scene of express delivery transportation, and exemplarily, a specific application scene of the data processing method provided by the application can be as shown in fig. 1, where the scene specifically can include a terminal device, a server, a vehicle, and at least one express delivery device.
The vehicle may be a car driven by a user, and the vehicle may include a vehicle-mounted terminal therein, which may be used to predict a position of the vehicle, control a part of functions of the vehicle, and the like. Moreover, the vehicle-mounted terminal may be disposed inside the vehicle, that is, the vehicle may be a part of a component of the vehicle, or may be disposed independently of the vehicle, and may be placed in the vehicle, specifically, may be adjusted according to an actual application scenario.
The at least one express delivery device is, for example, an unmanned aerial vehicle or a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) shown in fig. 1, and of course, the express delivery device may include other devices, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a Point of sale (POS) terminal, an in-vehicle computer, an intelligent robot, and the like, besides the unmanned aerial vehicle and the PDA shown in fig. 1, and may be specifically adjusted according to an actual application scenario. The express delivery system comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle, an intelligent robot and other intelligent equipment, wherein the intelligent equipment can be used for automatically delivering or picking up the express delivery without manual participation, and can also be used for picking up or delivering the express delivery by a courier, and the courier can track or manage the transportation progress of the express delivery according to handheld equipment such as a smart phone, a tablet personal computer, a vehicle-mounted mobile device, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) and the like.
The server can be used for providing corresponding services for the terminal equipment, managing at least one express device, tracking the transportation progress of express and the like. For example, the server may send, to the terminal device, progress information of express delivery transportation, information of the express delivery device, and the like. For another example, the server may be further configured to distribute the courier to be transported to the corresponding courier device, and the courier device or the corresponding courier transports the courier. In the following embodiments of the present application, data transmitted between an express device (for example, a first express device and a second express device) and a terminal device may be forwarded by a server, which is not described in detail below.
The terminal device may include: a terminal device (terminal device), a PDA, a mobile phone (mobile phone), a tablet (pad), a personal computer, a Virtual Reality (VR) terminal, an Augmented Reality (AR) terminal, a wearable device, a terminal in industrial control (industrial control), a terminal in unmanned driving (self), a terminal in remote medical treatment (remote medical), a terminal in smart grid (smart grid), a terminal in transportation safety (transportation safety), a terminal in smart city (smart city), a terminal in smart home (smart home), and the like. In the following embodiments of the present application, the terminal may be referred to as a terminal device, or may also be referred to as a client.
The terminal device and the vehicle or the terminal device and the server can communicate through a communication network such as a wireless or wired network, and the terminal device can communicate with the express delivery device through the server. Examples of the communication network include a vehicle-to-electrical (V2X) communication network, LTE-V, V2V, a vehicle-to-electrical (ev-to-i) communication network, an IoT communication network, an LTE-M, M2M, an internet of things (lot) network, a 5th-Generation (5G) system, a Long Term Evolution (LTE) system, a global system for mobile communication (GSM) or Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) network, a Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA) network, and other communication networks or communication systems such as a wireless fidelity (WiFi) network and a wide area network.

The terminal device 100 of the operating system is taken as an example, and as shown in fig. 2, the terminal device 100 can be logically divided into a hardware layer 21, an operating system 161, and an application layer 31. The hardware layer 21 includes hardware resources such as an application processor 101, a microcontroller unit 103, a modem 107, a Wi-Fi module 111, a sensor 114, a positioning module 150, and the like. The application layer 31 includes one or more applications, such as an application 163, and the application 163 may be any type of application, such as a social-type application, an e-commerce-type application, a browser, and so on. The operating system 161, as software middleware between the hardware layer 21 and the application layer 31, manages and controls hardware and software resourcesA computer program of a source.
In one embodiment, the operating system 161 includes a kernel 23, Hardware Abstraction Layer (HAL) 25, libraries and runtimes (libraries and runtimes) 27, and framework (framework) 29. The kernel 23 is used to provide, among other things, the underlying system components and services, such as: power management, memory management, thread management, hardware drivers, etc.; the hardware driving program comprises a Wi-Fi driving program, a sensor driving program, a positioning module driving program and the like. The hardware abstraction layer 25 is an encapsulation of the kernel driver, providing an interface to the framework 29, shielding the implementation details of the lower layers. The hardware abstraction layer 25 runs in user space and the kernel driver runs in kernel space.
Libraries and runtimes 27, also called runtime libraries, provide the required library files and execution environment for the executable program at runtime. The library and Runtime 27 includes an Android Runtime (ART) 271, a library 273, and the like. ART271 is a virtual machine or virtual machine instance capable of converting the bytecode of an application into machine code. Library 273 is a library that provides support for executable programs at runtime, including browser engines (e.g., webkit), script execution engines (e.g., JavaScript engines), graphics processing engines, and so forth.
The framework 27 is used to provide various underlying common components and services for applications in the application layer 31, such as window management, location management, and the like. The framework 27 may include a telephony manager 291, a resource manager 293, a location manager 295, and the like.
The functions of the various components of the operating system 161 described above may be implemented by the application processor 101 executing programs stored in the memory 105.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that terminal 100 may include fewer or more components than those shown in fig. 1, and that the terminal device shown in fig. 1 includes only those components more pertinent to the various implementations disclosed in the embodiments of the present application.
As can be seen from fig. 2, an Application (APP), which may also be referred to as "application" hereinafter, may be installed on the terminal device, for example, shopping software, express software, and the like, and a user may order the terminal device on an application interface of the shopping software or the express software, select an arrival time period of express delivery, schedule the terminal device via the server, and deliver the express delivery to a vehicle designated by the user in the arrival time period through the express device.
According to the data processing method, terminal equipment initiates an express task request, and the express task request is used for requesting first position information of a vehicle in a first preset time period; the terminal equipment receives first confirmation information, wherein the first confirmation information comprises first position information of the vehicle in a first preset time period; the terminal device sends first express delivery distribution information to the server so that the server distributes first express delivery devices according to the first express delivery distribution information, and the first express delivery devices are used for processing express delivery in a first preset time period. Therefore, the position of the vehicle can be predicted, the server can distribute the corresponding express delivery equipment according to the predicted position, the express delivery is delivered to the vehicle or taken out of the vehicle through the express delivery equipment, the vehicle does not need to be parked at a specified position in a fixed time period, delivery or pickup of the express delivery can be achieved more flexibly, and user experience is improved.
Based on the application scenario, the following describes the data processing method provided by the present application.
Referring to fig. 3, a flow chart of the data processing method provided in the present application is shown as follows.
301. And the terminal equipment sends an express task request to the vehicle.
The express task request can carry information and position requests and the like of a first preset time period, and is used for requesting first position information of a vehicle in the first preset time period.
The first preset time period may be a posting time period or a delivery time period of the express delivery. The first preset time period may be determined by the terminal device according to the input data, for example, the terminal device is a mobile phone, the user may place an order in an APP interface of the mobile phone, the user manually selects a delivery time period for express delivery, that is, the first preset time period, and then the terminal device determines information of the first preset time period according to the input data of the user. Or, for another example, the user may place an order in the mobile phone APP interface to send a mail, the user may manually select the pickup time period of the express delivery, that is, the first preset time period, and then the terminal device determines the information of the first preset time period according to the input data of the user.
In a possible implementation manner, the express task request may further include one or more of the following items: identification information of the terminal device, logistics identification information, information of a first preset time period or express delivery information and the like. The identification information of the terminal device may include an identification number, a name, or a user identifier of the terminal device. When the logistics identification information is distributed to the server, the logistics identification information may not be carried in the express task request. The information of the express delivery can include information such as the size of the express delivery, the type of an article in the express delivery, and the like. The logistics identification information includes a logistics identification number, a logistics number and the like for transporting the express, and the logistics identification information can be distributed by the terminal device or the server. For example, after the user places an order on the APP display interface, the terminal device may send the order information of the user to the server, and the server may distribute the logistics identification information according to the order information of the user and send the logistics identification information to the terminal device.
In addition, the express task request can also be understood as a request for delivering an express to the vehicle, or for taking the express from the vehicle, and the like. The express task request can be an express delivery request or an express pickup request, and can be specifically adjusted according to actual application scenarios.
In a possible scenario, before step 301, the terminal device may further obtain express task information, where the express task information includes information for transporting an express, so that the terminal device determines a corresponding vehicle, express information, and the like according to the express task information, and further sends an express task request to the vehicle according to the express task information in china. The express task information may specifically include information of a first preset time period, a service identifier, express information, and the like, where the service identifier may be used to identify a type of logistics for transporting express, for example, the service identifier may be a car-to-express delivery, or a car-to-send express delivery, and the like; the information of the express delivery can include information of the type of an article included in the express delivery, the weight and the size of the express delivery, and the like. The express delivery task information is used for indicating that express delivery is taken out of the vehicle within a first preset time period, or express delivery is delivered to the vehicle within the first preset time period, and the like. The express task information can be obtained by the terminal device according to input data of a user, or can be directly generated by the terminal device. For example, a user can order at an e-commerce website and select express delivery to car service and delivery time of express delivery, and the terminal device determines to deliver express delivery to a vehicle in the delivery time period according to the express delivery to car service, the delivery time period and commodity information selected by the user, generates an express delivery task request and sends the express delivery task request to the vehicle. For another example, the user can order on an express platform, select a car to send an express service, and select a sending time period, and the terminal device determines to take out the express from the vehicle in the sending time period according to the car to send the express service and the sending time period input by the user, generates an express task request, and sends the express task request to the vehicle.
302. The vehicle determines first position information within a first preset time period.
After the vehicle receives the express task request sent by the terminal device, the position of the terminal device requesting for the first preset time period is determined, and the vehicle can predict the position in the first preset time period to obtain the first position information.
Specifically, the vehicle may determine, by a preset algorithm, first position information of the vehicle in a first preset time period according to one or more items of a schedule of a user, current navigation information of the vehicle, historical position recording information of the vehicle, and the like. The preset algorithm may include: linear regression (linear regression), ARIMA (automated moving average model, also called integrated moving average autoregressive model) and other algorithms. The current navigation information of the vehicle may include a driving route of the vehicle, a predicted road condition, and the like.
More specifically, the first location information may include information of one or more specific locations predicted by the vehicle in a first preset time period, or may be path information of the vehicle in the first preset time period, and the like, and may be specifically adjusted according to an actual application scenario.
In a possible implementation manner, before step 302, the vehicle may further determine whether to allow the courier to be delivered to the vehicle or take the courier out of the vehicle according to an identifier of the terminal device, such as an APP identifier, a user ID, and the like, sent by the terminal device. If the vehicle determines that delivery of the courier to the vehicle is allowed or removal of the courier from the vehicle is allowed, the vehicle may proceed to step 302. It can be understood that, in the embodiment of the application, the vehicle may perform verification according to the express task request sent by the terminal device, if the verification passes, the vehicle may continue to perform subsequent steps related to express delivery or pickup, and if the verification fails, the vehicle may reply a rejection message to the terminal device, or reply no message to the terminal device, thereby improving the safety of delivering the express or picking up the express.
303. The vehicle sends a first confirmation message to the terminal device.
After the vehicle determines first position information of a first preset time period, the vehicle generates a first confirmation message according to the first position information and sends the first confirmation message to the terminal device, wherein the first confirmation message is a reply message for the express task request.
Specifically, the first acknowledgement message includes first location information. The terminal device can acquire first position information of the vehicle in a first preset time period.
In one possible embodiment, the vehicle, after determining the first position information, can also be confirmed by the user and then transmitted to the terminal. Illustratively, a vehicle-mounted terminal is arranged in the vehicle, the first position information can be displayed on a display screen of the vehicle-mounted terminal, the user is reminded of confirmation, and if the user confirms the first position information, the vehicle sends the first position information to the terminal equipment. Alternatively, the vehicle may send the first location information to the terminal device, and the terminal device displays the first location information on the display screen and prompts the user for confirmation, and after receiving the location confirmation information input by the user, the vehicle may confirm that the first location information is available, thereby performing the subsequent step 304.
In addition, if the user determines that the first location information is not available, the vehicle may make a prediction again, or the user inputs specific location information and uses the location information obtained by the vehicle prediction again or the location information input by the user as the first location information.
In a possible implementation manner, the first confirmation message may also carry an identification of the vehicle, so that the terminal device identifies the vehicle according to the identification information carried in the first confirmation message,
in addition, if the express task request is used for requesting to deliver the express to the vehicle or take the express from the vehicle, a confirmation response to the express task request may be further included in the first confirmation message to indicate that the express is allowed to be delivered to the vehicle or taken out of the vehicle.
In the embodiment of the application, the terminal device can send the express task request to the vehicle and can also send the task request to other devices, and the other devices forward the express task request to the vehicle, or generate a new express task request according to the express task request and send the new express task request to the vehicle. For example, the terminal device sends an express task request to the server.
In a possible implementation manner, the foregoing step 301 may be replaced by the steps 3011 and 3012, and the step 303 may be replaced by the steps 3031 and 3032. 3011-3012 and 3031-3032 will be explained below.
3011. And the terminal equipment sends an express task request to the server.
The express task request may refer to the related description in step 301, and a manner of sending the express task request to the server by the terminal device is similar to the manner of sending the express task request to the vehicle by the terminal device in step 301, which is not described herein again.
3012. And the server forwards the express task request to the vehicle.
After receiving the express task request sent by the terminal equipment, the server forwards the express task request to the vehicle.
After receiving the express task request, the server may directly read information of the vehicle, such as communication address information of the vehicle, a vehicle identifier, and the like, from the express task request, determine a corresponding vehicle, and forward the express task request to the vehicle. Or after receiving the express task request, the server may read information carried in the express task request, generate a new express task request, and send the new express task request to the vehicle. Whether the server generates a new express task request or not can be adjusted according to the actual application scene, and the method is not limited in the application.
3031. The vehicle sends a first confirmation message to the server.
After the vehicle obtains the first position information of the first preset time period, the vehicle generates a first determination message according to the first position information and sends the first determination message to the server, wherein the first determination message is a reply message aiming at the express task request sent by the server.
3032. The server forwards the first confirmation message to the terminal device.
After the server receives the first acknowledgement message sent by the vehicle, the first acknowledgement message may be forwarded directly to the terminal device. Alternatively, after the server receives the first confirmation message transmitted by the vehicle, a new first confirmation message may be generated based on the first confirmation message and transmitted to the terminal device.
304. And the terminal equipment sends the first express delivery information to the server.
After the terminal device receives the first confirmation message, first position information of the vehicle in a first preset time period is acquired from the first confirmation message, first express delivery distribution information is generated according to the first position information, and the first express delivery distribution information is sent to the server.
The first express delivery information has different indication meanings in different application scenes, and specifically can indicate that express delivery is delivered to a vehicle or taken out of the vehicle in a first preset time period. For example, if the express task request is an express delivery request, that is, a request is made to deliver an express to a vehicle, the first express distribution information is used to instruct express equipment to be distributed according to the first location information, and the express is delivered to the vehicle; and if the express task request is an express pickup request, namely the express is requested to be picked up from the vehicle, the first express distribution information is used for indicating distribution of express equipment according to the first position information and picking up the express from the vehicle.
Specifically, the first courier distribution information may include information of a first preset time period, information of a vehicle, courier information, and the like. The information of the vehicle may include, in addition to the first position information of the vehicle in the first preset time period, information such as identification information of the vehicle, a vehicle name, an Internet Protocol (IP) address, or other communication addresses, which may be specifically adjusted according to an actual application scenario.
305. The server distributes the first express delivery equipment.
After the server receives the first express delivery information, the server distributes the first express device according to the first position information.
In a possible implementation manner, the first express delivery information may carry first location information of the vehicle in a first preset time period, and therefore, the server may directly read the first location information from the first express delivery information.
In another possible implementation manner, if the foregoing step 3031-3032 is executed, that is, the server forwards the first confirmation information to the terminal device, the server may store the first location information carried in the first confirmation information. The first express delivery information may carry information of a vehicle, and after receiving the first express delivery information, the server may search for corresponding location information from locally stored data according to information of the vehicle carried in the first express delivery information, such as information of a vehicle identifier, a vehicle address, and the like, to obtain the first location information.
Specifically, the server may allocate the first express delivery device according to the first location information and a preset rule. The first preset rule may be that the express device whose area distance from the first location information is smaller than the threshold is determined as the first express device, or the express device corresponding to the area included in the first location information is determined as the first express device according to a preset mapping relationship. For example, after the server receives the first express delivery information, the first express delivery information carries first location information, and the server may allocate an express device closest to an area corresponding to the first location information as the first express device, or may allocate an express device in charge of express transportation in the area corresponding to the first location information as the first express device.
In a possible implementation manner, after the server allocates the first express device, the server may further send the identification information of the first express device to the terminal device, the terminal device may carry the identification information of the first express device in sending the first authentication information to the vehicle, the vehicle may store the identification information of the first express device, and the identification information of the first express device may be used for the vehicle to verify the first express device. For example, when a first express device needs to open a storage box of a vehicle, identification information of the first express device needs to be sent, when the identification information received by the vehicle is compared with stored identification information, if the identification information received by the vehicle is the same as the stored identification information, the first express device passes verification, and the storage box is opened by the vehicle.
In a possible implementation manner, the first courier distribution information may carry information of a courier, such as a size of the courier, a weight of the courier, and the like, and the server may refer to the information of the courier when allocating the first courier device. For example, if the size and the weight of express delivery are in the bearing range of unmanned aerial vehicle, then the server can regard this unmanned aerial vehicle as first express delivery equipment, realizes delivering or getting to this express delivery. If the size or the weight of the express exceeds the bearing range of the unmanned aerial vehicle, the server can distribute couriers for the express, and simultaneously, the PDA corresponding to the couriers is used as first express equipment.
306. The server sends first express distribution information to the first express device.
After the server allocates the first express delivery device, the server sends first express delivery allocation information to the first express delivery device, where the first express delivery allocation information may include information of the vehicle.
The information of the vehicle may be acquired by the server through the first express delivery information sent by the terminal device, or acquired by the information sent by the terminal device alone.
Specifically, the first express distribution information may include information of a vehicle, logistics identification information, and the like, and may further include a delivery instruction or a pickup instruction, where the delivery instruction is used to instruct to deliver the express to the vehicle, and the pickup instruction is used to instruct to pick up the express from the vehicle. The vehicle information may include first location information of the vehicle for a first preset time period, identification information of the vehicle, a vehicle name, an Internet Protocol (IP) address, and the like.
307. And delivering or taking the piece.
After the first express device receives the first express distribution information, the first express device may determine to deliver the express to the vehicle according to the first express distribution information, or take the express out of the vehicle.

Specifically, the first express delivery device may send first use authorization information to the vehicle, the first use authorization information being used to instruct the vehicle to open a storage box for storing express deliveries, the storage box being provided in the vehicle. It is understood that a storage device, which may also be referred to as a storage compartment, which may also be referred to as a front-end or trunk compartment, is provided in the vehicle, or the storage compartment may be a storage device provided in a front-end or trunk compartment, or in some possible scenarios, the storage compartment may also be a passenger compartment. Therefore, in the embodiment of the application, the vehicle can predict the position of the first preset time interval to obtain the first position information, and send the first position information to the terminal device, the terminal device sends the first position information to the server, and the server distributes the corresponding first express delivery device, so that the express delivery is delivered to the storage box through the first express delivery device, or the express delivery is taken out of the storage box. Therefore, the vehicle does not need to wait at a specified place at a specified time, the predicted position information can be obtained by predicting the position of the vehicle, and the express is processed according to the predicted position information, so that more flexible express delivery or pickup is realized, and the user experience is improved.

In the embodiment of the application, the real-time position information can more accurately reflect the current position of the vehicle, so that the express device can more accurately determine the current position of the vehicle, and delivery or pickup of express is further completed. When the first position information is insufficient in precision, the position information of the vehicle can be supplemented more accurately and effectively through the real-time position information of the vehicle, and the success rate of express delivery transportation is improved.
409. The first express delivery equipment sends first authorization use information to the vehicle.
The first express device sends first authorized use information to the vehicle before delivering or taking the express, wherein the first authorized use information may include identification information of the first express device, and may also include logistics identification information or express information and the like. For example, the server may assign a courier who delivers couriers, where the courier corresponds to one PDA, and when the PDA determines that the distance from the vehicle is greater than the threshold value, that is, the distance from the vehicle is far, the courier cannot deliver couriers, the PDA may send a courier transportation failure message to the terminal device, or the courier triggers the PDA to send a courier delivery failure message to the terminal device.
In a possible scenario, after the first courier device sends the courier transportation failure message to the terminal device, the server may allocate a third courier device to the vehicle again according to the real-time location information of the vehicle, and the third courier device performs courier delivery or pickup, that is, step 404 and step 409 may be repeated, and the first courier device is replaced with the third courier device.
In a specific embodiment, the first courier device may communicate with the vehicle in various ways, specifically, the first courier device may communicate with the vehicle via a server and a terminal device, and the first courier device may also communicate with the vehicle directly, for example, the first courier may communicate with the vehicle through a proximity communication 5 (PC 5) interface, or may also communicate with the vehicle through bluetooth, wireless fidelity (WiFi), or the like. When the first express device directly communicates with the vehicle, the first express device may communicate with the vehicle through information of the vehicle carried in the first express device allocation information, for example, information such as a communication interface, an address, and an identification number of the vehicle.

In one possible scenario, after the vehicle opens the storage compartment, the vehicle also sends an indication to the first courier device indicating that the storage compartment has been opened to notify the first courier device that the storage compartment has been opened.
In a possible scene, the vehicle can also receive the real-time position information of the first express delivery device, determine the distance between the vehicle and the first express delivery device according to the real-time position information of the vehicle and the real-time position information of the first express delivery device, and determine whether to open the storage box by combining the distance and the verification result. For example, if the distance between the vehicle and the first express delivery device is greater than a preset distance threshold value and the verification result is successful, the vehicle does not open the storage box, and if the distance between the vehicle and the first express delivery device is not greater than the preset distance threshold value and the verification result is successful, the vehicle opens the storage box.

In a specific implementation, the vehicle may determine that the courier includes a preset type of item by reading a Near Field Communication (NFC) tag in the courier, or the vehicle may determine whether the courier includes a preset type of item from information of the courier sent by the terminal device. And when the express delivery is determined to contain the preset type of article and the article is not taken out of the vehicle within the preset time, a reminding message is generated. For example, if the express delivery includes the articles of the fresh type, if the express delivery is stored in the vehicle for too long, the articles of the fresh type will deteriorate, and therefore, when the express delivery is stored in the vehicle for more than a certain time, the vehicle can send a reminding message to the terminal device to inform the user to take out the express delivery as soon as possible, and user experience can be improved.
Specifically, the vehicle can detect whether the express delivery is taken out of the vehicle through a camera, an infrared sensor, a gravity sensor and the like.
Further, the terminal device may display the reminding message on a display interface, or the terminal device may remind the user in a voice manner. For example, as shown in fig. 5A, a reminding message may be displayed in a display interface of the terminal device, so as to remind the user to take out the express delivery in time. The user may click the reminding message displayed in the display interface, and if "no more reminding" is selected, as shown in fig. 5B, the terminal device generates an abort instruction according to the input operation of the user, and aborts the reminding of the express delivery.
The reminding can be performed through the communication APP of the terminal device, for example, a communication account of the vehicle can be established, the communication account of the vehicle and the communication account of the terminal device can be added as friends, and a reminding message is pushed through communication software, as shown in fig. 6A, a WeChat unread message can be displayed in a display interface of the terminal device to remind a user of timely proposing express delivery, or the user can click the message to select 'no more reminding', as shown in fig. 6B, so that the reminding is suspended, or the reminding message can be directly clicked to enter the display interface of the communication software, as shown in fig. 6C, a reminding message is displayed in a software interface of the WeChat to remind the user of timely proposing express delivery. In addition, the vehicle may remind the user to take out the express delivery in time through a communication software display interface of the terminal device, and may also remind the state of the vehicle, for example, as shown in fig. 6D, whether a trunk of the vehicle is closed may be reminded, or this may also determine the specific position of the vehicle through the communication software, for example, the user may send a position request message to the vehicle, the vehicle may reply the positioning information of the vehicle, or the picture information of the position where the vehicle is located, and the like.
The terminal equipment can also remind in a voice mode. For example, the terminal device may send a voice "you have a fresh express and please take it out in time" to remind the user to take out the express in time, and the user may respond "i know and do not remind me again" to stop reminding.
The terminal equipment can also display a reminding message in a preset reminding interface. For example, the terminal device may display the express delivery information in a display interface of the scene intelligence (for example, an interface on the leftmost side of the main screen is generally used to display account information, search, application, or information recommendation, etc.), as shown in fig. 7, may display an item in the express delivery, which includes a fresh item, and the status is not taken out, so as to remind the user to take out the express delivery in time.
In addition, when the terminal device reminds according to the reminding message, in addition to the fact that the reminding can be stopped through input data of a user, when the vehicle detects that the express is taken out of the vehicle, the terminal device can also be informed that the express is taken out of the vehicle by sending an express taking-out message to the vehicle, and therefore the terminal device can stop reminding.
412. The vehicle sends a first delivery confirmation message to the terminal device.

In this application embodiment, the vehicle can accept the express delivery task that terminal equipment sent and transport, transports the express delivery to predetermineeing the region, and the time of transporting the express delivery is nimble, when the user has the express delivery that needs transport, can in time confirm the vehicle that transports, and need not to send the piece in appointed time appointed place, improves the efficiency of express delivery transportation, improves user experience. And when the vehicle transports the express, the vehicle can send the predicted second position information to the terminal equipment, and the terminal equipment sends a second express distribution message to the server according to the second position information, so that the server can distribute the second express equipment in time and take the express in the vehicle through the second express equipment, and the express in the vehicle is taken. Therefore, the express delivery in the vehicle can be taken more flexibly, the express delivery taking efficiency is improved, the express delivery does not need to be taken at a designated place, the second express delivery device can accurately take out the express delivery from the vehicle according to the real-time position information of the vehicle, the express delivery taking more flexibly is achieved, the express delivery taking efficiency is improved, and the user experience is improved.
The method provided by the present application is explained in detail in the foregoing, and the apparatus provided by the present application is explained based on the method corresponding to the foregoing fig. 3 to 9.
Referring first to fig. 10, the present application provides a terminal device, which can be used to execute the steps executed by the terminal device in the method corresponding to fig. 3 to 9, as described below.
The terminal device may include:
a sending unit 1001, configured to initiate an express task request, where the express task request is used to request first location information of a vehicle in a first preset time period;
the receiving unit 1002 is configured to receive first confirmation information, where the first confirmation information includes first position information of the vehicle in a first preset time period;

The program stored in storage medium 1430 may include one or more modules (not shown), each of which may include a sequence of instructions for operating on the terminal device. Still further, a central processor 1422 may be provided in communication with the storage medium 1430 for executing a series of instruction operations in the storage medium 1430 on the terminal device 1400.
Terminal apparatus 1400 can also include one or more power supplies 1426, one or more wired or wireless network interfaces 1450, one or more input-output interfaces 1458, and/or one or more operating systems 1441 such as Windows Server, Mac OS XTM, UnixTM, LinuxTM, FreeBSDTM, etc.
The steps in the method for data processing in the embodiments corresponding to fig. 3 to 9 described above may be executed based on the terminal device structure shown in fig. 14.
Fig. 15 is a schematic diagram of a vehicle structure provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the vehicle 1500 may have a relatively large difference due to different configurations or performances, and may include one or more Central Processing Units (CPUs) 1522 (e.g., one or more processors) and a memory 1532, and one or more storage media 1530 (e.g., one or more mass storage devices) for storing an application program 1542 or data 1544. Memory 1532 and storage media 1530 may be, among other things, transient or persistent storage. The program stored on the storage medium 1530 may include one or more modules (not shown), each of which may include a series of instructions operating on the vehicle. Still further, the central processor 1522 may be provided in communication with the storage medium 1530 to execute a series of instruction operations in the storage medium 1530 on the vehicle 1500.
The vehicle 1500 may also include one or more power supplies 1526, one or more wired or wireless network interfaces 1550, one or more input-output interfaces 1558, and/or one or more operating systems 1541, such as Windows Server, Mac OS XTM, UnixTM, LinuxTM, FreeBSDTM, etc.
The steps performed by the vehicle in the method of data processing in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 3-9 described above may be performed based on the vehicle configuration shown in fig. 15.
It should be understood that the vehicle in the above embodiments of the present application may also be replaced by an on-board terminal, and the vehicle may also include more or less components, which may be specifically adjusted according to an actual application scenario.
Fig. 16 is a schematic structural diagram of a courier apparatus 1600 provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the courier apparatus 1600 may have a relatively large difference due to different configurations or performances, and may include one or more Central Processing Units (CPUs) 1622 (e.g., one or more processors) and a memory 1632, and one or more storage media 1630 (e.g., one or more mass storage devices) storing an application program 1642 or data 1644. The steps in the data processing method in the embodiments corresponding to fig. 3 to 9 may be executed based on the express device structure shown in fig. 16.
Fig. 17 is a schematic diagram of a server 1700, which may have a relatively large difference due to different configurations or performances, and may include one or more Central Processing Units (CPUs) 1722 (e.g., one or more processors) and a memory 1732, and one or more storage media 1730 (e.g., one or more mass storage devices) storing an application 1742 or data 1744 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Memory 1732 and storage media 1730 may be transitory storage or persistent storage, among other things. The program stored in the storage medium 1730 may include one or more modules (not shown), each of which may include a sequence of instructions operating on a server. Further, the central processor 1722 may be configured to communicate with the storage medium 1730 to execute a series of instruction operations in the storage medium 1730 on the server 1700.
The server 1700 may also include one or more power supplies 1726, one or more wired or wireless network interfaces 1750, one or more input-output interfaces 1758, and/or one or more operating systems 1741 such as Windows Server, Mac OS XTM, UnixTM, LinuxTM, FreeBSDTM, etc.
The steps in the method for data processing in the embodiments corresponding to fig. 3-9 described above may be performed based on the server structure shown in fig. 17.
The present application provides a chip system comprising a processor for enabling a terminal device to implement the functionality referred to in the above aspects, e.g. to send or process data and/or information referred to in the above methods. In one possible design, the system-on-chip further includes a memory for storing necessary program instructions and data. The chip system may be formed by a chip, or may include a chip and other discrete devices.
In another possible design, when the chip system is a chip in a terminal device or the like, the chip includes: a processing unit, which may be for example a processor, and a communication unit, which may be for example an input/output interface, a pin or a circuit, etc. The processing unit may execute computer-executable instructions stored by the storage unit to cause a chip within the terminal device or the like to perform the steps of the method performed by the terminal device in any of the embodiments of fig. 3-9 described above. Optionally, the storage unit is a storage unit in the chip, such as a register, a cache, and the like, and the storage unit may also be a storage unit located outside the chip in the terminal device and the like, such as a read-only memory (ROM) or another type of static storage device that can store static information and instructions, a Random Access Memory (RAM), and the like.
The present application also provides a chip system comprising a processor for enabling a vehicle to carry out the functions referred to in the above aspects, e.g. to transmit or process data and/or information referred to in the above methods. In one possible design, the system-on-chip further includes a memory for storing necessary program instructions and data. The chip system may be formed by a chip, or may include a chip and other discrete devices.
In another possible design, when the chip system is a chip in a vehicle, the chip includes: a processing unit, which may be for example a processor, and a communication unit, which may be for example an input/output interface, a pin or a circuit, etc. The processing unit may execute computer-executable instructions stored by the storage unit to cause a chip within the vehicle, courier device, server, or the like to perform the steps of the method performed by the vehicle in any of the embodiments of fig. 3-9 described above. The present application further provides a chip system comprising a processor for enabling the courier apparatus to implement the functions referred to in the above aspects, e.g. to send or process data and/or information referred to in the above methods. In one possible design, the system-on-chip further includes a memory for storing necessary program instructions and data. The chip system may be formed by a chip, or may include a chip and other discrete devices.
In another possible design, when the chip system is a chip in a courier apparatus, the chip includes: a processing unit, which may be for example a processor, and a communication unit, which may be for example an input/output interface, a pin or a circuit, etc. The processing unit may execute the computer-executable instructions stored by the storage unit to cause the chip within the courier apparatus, vehicle, courier apparatus, server, or the like to perform the steps of the method performed by the first courier apparatus or the second courier apparatus in any of the embodiments of fig. 3-9 described above. The present application further provides a system on chip comprising a processor for enabling a server to implement the functionality referred to in the above aspects, e.g. to send or process data and/or information referred to in the above methods. In one possible design, the system-on-chip further includes a memory for storing necessary program instructions and data. The chip system may be formed by a chip, or may include a chip and other discrete devices.
In another possible design, when the system-on-chip is a chip in a server, the chip includes: a processing unit, which may be for example a processor, and a communication unit, which may be for example an input/output interface, a pin or a circuit, etc. The processing unit may execute computer-executable instructions stored by the storage unit to cause a chip within the server, vehicle, courier apparatus, server, or the like to perform the steps of the method performed by the server in any of the embodiments of fig. 3-9 described above. The embodiments of the present application further provide a processor, coupled to the memory, for performing the method and functions related to the terminal device in any of the embodiments.
The embodiment of the application also provides a processor, which is coupled with the memory and is used for executing the method and the functions related to the vehicle in any embodiment of the invention.
The embodiments of the present application further provide a processor, coupled to the memory, for executing the method and the functions related to the courier apparatus in any of the embodiments.
The embodiments of the present application further provide a processor, coupled with the memory, for performing the method and functions related to the server in any of the embodiments.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, where the computer program, when executed by a computer, implements the method flows related to the terminal device, the vehicle, the express delivery device, or the server in any of the method embodiments described above. Correspondingly, the computer can be the terminal device, the vehicle, the express delivery device or the server.
It should be understood that the processor mentioned in the terminal device, the vehicle, the express device, the server, the chip system, etc. in the above embodiments of the present application, or the processor provided in the above embodiments of the present application, may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), and may also be other general-purpose processors, Digital Signal Processors (DSP), Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASIC), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGA) or other programmable logic devices, discrete gate or transistor logic devices, discrete hardware components, etc. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
It should also be understood that the number of the processors in the terminal device, the vehicle, the express device, the chip system, and the like in the above embodiments in the present application may be one or multiple, and may be adjusted according to an actual application scenario, and this is merely an exemplary illustration and is not limited. It should also be understood that the memory or the readable storage medium and the like mentioned in the terminal device, the vehicle, the courier device, the chip system and the like in the above embodiments of the present application may be a volatile memory or a nonvolatile memory, or may include both volatile and nonvolatile memories. The non-volatile memory may be a read-only memory (ROM), a Programmable ROM (PROM), an Erasable PROM (EPROM), an electrically Erasable EPROM (EEPROM), or a flash memory. The present application further provides a computer program or a computer program product including the computer program, where when the computer program is executed on a computer, the computer is enabled to implement the method flow of any one of the above method embodiments with a terminal device, a vehicle, an express delivery device, or a server. Correspondingly, the computer can be the terminal device, the vehicle, the express delivery device or the server.
In the various embodiments of fig. 3-9 described above, may be implemented in whole or in part by software, hardware, firmware, or any combination thereof. When implemented in software, may be implemented in whole or in part in the form of a computer program product.

Claims (92)

1. A method of data processing, comprising:
the method comprises the steps that terminal equipment initiates an express task request, wherein the express task request is used for requesting first position information of a vehicle in a first preset time period;
the terminal equipment receives first confirmation information, wherein the first confirmation information comprises the first position information of the vehicle in the first preset time period;
the terminal device sends first express delivery distribution information to a server so that the server distributes first express delivery devices according to the first express delivery distribution information, and the first express delivery devices are used for processing express delivery in the first preset time period.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
the terminal equipment receives the identification information of the first express delivery equipment sent by the server;
the terminal device sends the first authentication information to the vehicle, the first authentication information comprises identification information of the first express delivery device, the first authentication information is used for the vehicle to verify the first express delivery device, so that the vehicle determines whether to open a storage box according to a verification result, the storage box is arranged in the vehicle, and the storage box is used for storing the express.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the express task request includes information of the first preset time period, and the express task request further includes one or more of the following: the identification information of the terminal equipment, the logistics identification information or the information of the express delivery.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3,
the first express delivery information is used for indicating that the express is delivered to the vehicle in the first preset time period, or the first express delivery information is used for indicating that the express is taken out of the vehicle in the first preset time period.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein if the first courier distribution information is used to indicate that the courier is delivered to the vehicle within the first preset time period, after the terminal device sends the first courier distribution information to a server, the method further comprises:
the terminal equipment receives a first delivery confirmation message sent by the vehicle, and displays information that the express is delivered to the vehicle according to the first delivery confirmation message, wherein the first delivery confirmation message is used for indicating that the express is delivered to the vehicle;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the terminal equipment receives a second delivery confirmation message sent by the first express equipment, and displays the delivered information of the express according to the second delivery message, wherein the second delivery confirmation message is forwarded by the server, and the second delivery confirmation message is used for indicating that the express is delivered to the vehicle.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
the terminal equipment acquires a reminding message, wherein the reminding message is used for indicating that the express is not taken out of the vehicle within a preset time length;
and the terminal equipment carries out reminding according to the reminding message and a preset reminding mode.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the terminal device obtaining the alert message comprises:
if the terminal equipment determines that the express contains articles of a preset type and the express is not taken out of the vehicle within the preset time, the terminal equipment generates the reminding message;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and the terminal equipment receives the reminding message sent by the vehicle or the first express delivery equipment.
8. The method according to claim 6 or 7, characterized in that the method further comprises:
and if the terminal equipment determines that the express delivery is taken out of the vehicle, the terminal equipment stops the reminding.

The method according to any one of claims 4 to 8, wherein if the first courier distribution information is used to indicate that the courier is taken out of the vehicle for the first preset time period, after the terminal device transmits the first courier distribution information to a server, the method further comprises:
the terminal equipment receives a first pickup confirmation message sent by the vehicle and displays the information that the express is taken out according to the first pickup message, wherein the first pickup confirmation message is used for indicating that the express is taken out of the vehicle;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and the terminal equipment receives a first express delivery taking confirmation message sent by the first express delivery equipment, and displays the information that the express delivery is taken out according to a second express delivery taking confirmation message, wherein the second express delivery taking confirmation message is used for indicating that the express delivery is taken out of the vehicle.

The method according to any one of claims 4 to 9, wherein if the first courier distribution information is used to indicate that the courier is delivered to the vehicle for the first preset time period, after the terminal device sends the first courier distribution information to a server, the method further comprises:
the terminal equipment initiates an express delivery pickup request, wherein the express delivery pickup request is used for requesting second position information of the vehicle in a second preset time period;
the terminal equipment receives a second confirmation message, wherein the second confirmation message comprises second position information of the vehicle in a second preset delivery time period;
and the terminal equipment sends second express delivery distribution information to the server so that the server distributes second express delivery equipment according to the second express delivery information, wherein the second express delivery equipment is used for taking out the express from the vehicle in a second preset time period.
11. The method of claim 10, wherein the terminal device initiates an express pickup request, comprising:
the terminal equipment sends the express delivery pickup request to the vehicle;
the terminal device acquires a second confirmation message, including:
and the terminal equipment receives the second confirmation message sent by the vehicle.
12. The method according to claim 10 or 11, wherein after the terminal device determines the corresponding second courier device according to the second confirmation message, the method further comprises:
the terminal equipment receives second authentication information sent by the server, wherein the second authentication information comprises identification information of the second express delivery equipment;
the terminal device sends the second authentication information to the vehicle, the second authentication information is used for the vehicle to verify the second express delivery device, so that the vehicle can open a storage box according to a verification result, the storage box is arranged in the vehicle, and the storage box is used for storing express.
13. The method according to any one of claims 10-12, wherein prior to the terminal device initiating the courier task request, the method further comprises:

16. The method of claim 15, wherein after the vehicle replies to the first confirmation message for the courier task request, the method further comprises:
the vehicle receives first authentication information of the terminal device, the first authentication information includes identification information of the first express delivery device, and the first authentication information is used for verifying the first express delivery device.
17. The method of claim 16, wherein after the vehicle receives the first authentication information of the terminal device, the method further comprises:
the vehicle receives first use authorization information sent by the first express delivery device;
the vehicle verifies the first express delivery device according to the first authentication information and the first use authorization;
if the vehicle successfully verifies the first express delivery device, the vehicle opens a storage box, the storage box is arranged in the vehicle, and the storage box is used for storing the express delivery.
18. The method of claim 17, wherein after the vehicle opens a storage compartment, the method further comprises:
if the vehicle determines that the express delivery is delivered to the storage box, the vehicle sends a first delivery confirmation message to the terminal device, and the first delivery confirmation message is used for indicating that the express delivery is delivered to the vehicle.
19. The method of claim 18, wherein after the vehicle determines that the courier is delivered to the storage bin, the method further comprises:
if the vehicle determines that the express is composed of articles of a preset type and the express is not taken out within a preset time, the vehicle sends a reminding message to the terminal device, and the reminding message is used for prompting the user to take out the express.
20. The method of claim 19, wherein the vehicle determining that the courier includes an item of a preset type comprises:
the vehicle determines that the express delivery comprises the preset type of article by reading the Near Field Communication (NFC) tag in the express delivery.
21. The method of any of claims 15-20, wherein after the vehicle replies to the express task request with a first confirmation message, the method further comprises:
the vehicle sends real-time position information to the terminal device or the first express delivery device, wherein the real-time position information comprises information of the current position of the vehicle.
22. The method of any of claims 15-21, wherein after the vehicle replies to the express task request with a first confirmation message, the method further comprises:
the vehicle receives an express delivery pickup request;
the vehicle determines second position information in a second preset time period according to the express delivery taking request;
and the vehicle replies a second confirmation message aiming at the express delivery pickup request, wherein the second confirmation message comprises the second position information.
23. The method of claim 22, wherein after the vehicle replies to a second confirmation message for the express pickup request, the method further comprises:
and the vehicle receives second authentication information sent by the terminal equipment, wherein the second authentication information comprises identification information of the second express delivery equipment, and the second authentication information is used for the vehicle to verify the second express delivery equipment.
24. The method of claim 23, wherein after the vehicle receives the second authentication information sent by the terminal device, the method further comprises:
the vehicle receives second use authorization information sent by second express delivery equipment;
the vehicle verifies the second express delivery device according to the second authentication information and the second use authorization;
and if the vehicle successfully verifies the second express delivery equipment, the vehicle opens a storage box arranged in the vehicle, and the express delivery is stored in the storage box.
25. The method of any of claims 22-24, wherein after the vehicle replies to a second confirmation message for the express pickup request, the method further comprises:
if the vehicle determines that the express delivery is taken out of the storage box, the vehicle sends a first pickup message to the terminal device, and the first pickup confirmation message is used for indicating that the express delivery is taken out of the vehicle.
26. The method of any of claims 22-25, wherein prior to the vehicle receiving an express task request, the method further comprises:
the vehicle receives a mail message broadcast by the terminal equipment or the server, wherein the mail message is used for indicating a task of delivering the express to a preset area;
and the vehicle replies an order receiving message aiming at the mail sending message, wherein the order receiving message indicates that the vehicle accepts the task of conveying the express to the preset area.

33. The method of claim 32, wherein after the first courier apparatus delivers the courier to the storage bin, the method further comprises:

41. The method of claim 40, wherein after the server assigns a second courier apparatus based on the second courier distribution information, the method further comprises:

the sending unit is further configured to send first express delivery information to a server, so that the server allocates a first express device according to the first express delivery information, where the first express device is configured to process an express at the first preset time period.

the receiving unit is further configured to receive the identification information of the first express delivery device sent by the server;
the sending unit is further configured to send the first authentication information to the vehicle, where the first authentication information includes identification information of the first express delivery device, and the first authentication information is used for the vehicle to verify the first express delivery device, so that the vehicle determines whether to open a storage box according to a verification result, where the storage box is disposed in the vehicle and is used for storing the express.

The terminal device according to claim 42 or 43, wherein the courier task request includes information of the first preset time period, and the courier task request further includes one or more of the following: the identification information of the terminal equipment, the logistics identification information or the information of the express delivery.
45. A terminal device according to any of claims 42-44,
the first express delivery information is used for indicating that the express is delivered to the vehicle in the first preset time period, or the first express delivery information is used for indicating that the express is taken out of the vehicle in the first preset time period.
46. The terminal device of claim 45, wherein the terminal device further comprises: a display unit;
the first express delivery information is used for indicating that express is delivered to the vehicle, and is sent to the server by the sending unit;
the receiving unit is further used for receiving a first delivery confirmation message sent by the vehicle;
the display unit is used for displaying information that the express delivery is delivered to the vehicle according to the first delivery confirmation message, and the first delivery confirmation message is used for indicating that the express delivery is delivered to the vehicle;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the receiving unit is further configured to receive a second delivery confirmation message sent by the first express device;
the display unit is used for displaying the information that the express delivery is delivered according to the second delivery message, the second delivery confirmation message is forwarded by the server, and the second delivery confirmation message is used for indicating that the express delivery is delivered to the vehicle.
47. The terminal device of claim 46, wherein the terminal device further comprises:
the system comprises an acquisition unit, a storage unit and a processing unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring a reminding message, and the reminding message is used for indicating that the express is not taken out of the vehicle within a preset time length;
and the reminding unit is used for reminding according to the reminding message and a preset reminding mode.
48. The terminal device of claim 47,
the obtaining unit is specifically configured to, if the express delivery includes an article of a preset type and the express delivery is not taken out of the vehicle within the preset time period, generate the reminding message by the terminal device;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the receiving unit is further configured to receive the reminding message sent by the vehicle or the first express delivery device.
49. The terminal device according to claim 47 or 48, wherein the terminal device further comprises:
and the stopping unit is used for stopping the reminding if the express delivery is determined to be taken out of the vehicle.

The terminal device according to any one of claims 45 to 49, wherein if the first courier distribution information is used to indicate that the courier is taken from the vehicle in the first preset time period, after the terminal device sends the first courier distribution information to a server;
the receiving unit is further configured to receive a first pickup confirmation message sent by the vehicle, and display information that the express delivery has been taken out according to the first pickup message, where the first pickup confirmation message is used to indicate that the express delivery has been taken out of the vehicle;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the receiving unit is further configured to receive a second pickup confirmation message sent by the first express device, and display information that the express is picked up according to the second pickup message, where the second pickup confirmation message is used to indicate that the express has been picked up from the vehicle.

The terminal device according to any one of claims 45 to 50, wherein if the first courier distribution information is used to indicate that the courier is to be delivered to the vehicle within the first preset time period, after the terminal device sends the first courier distribution information to a server,
the sending unit is further configured to initiate an express pickup request, where the express pickup request is used to request second position information of the vehicle in a second preset time period;
the receiving unit is further configured to receive a second confirmation message, where the second confirmation message includes second location information of the vehicle in the second preset delivery time period;
the sending unit is further configured to send second express delivery information to the server, so that the server allocates a second express device according to the second express delivery information, where the second express device is configured to take out the express from the vehicle in the second preset time period.
52. The terminal device of claim 51,
the sending unit is specifically configured to send the express pickup request to the vehicle;
the receiving unit is specifically configured to receive the second acknowledgement message sent by the vehicle.
53. The terminal device of claim 51 or 52, wherein after the terminal device determines the corresponding second courier apparatus according to the second confirmation message,
the receiving unit is further configured to receive second authentication information sent by the server, where the second authentication information includes identification information of the second express delivery device;
the sending unit is further configured to send second authentication information to the vehicle, where the second authentication information is used for the vehicle to verify the second express delivery device, so that the vehicle opens a storage box according to a verification result, the storage box is arranged in the vehicle, and the storage box is used for storing the express.
54. The terminal device according to any of claims 51-53, wherein, prior to the sending unit initiating the courier task request,
the sending unit is further used for broadcasting a mail message or sending the mail message to a server so that the server broadcasts the mail message, wherein the mail message is used for indicating a task of delivering the express to a preset area;
the receiving unit is further configured to receive an order receiving message of the vehicle, where the order receiving message indicates that the vehicle accepts the task of transporting the express delivery to the preset area.
55. The terminal device according to any of claims 42-54,
the sending unit is specifically configured to send the express task request to the vehicle;
the receiving unit is specifically configured to receive the first acknowledgement message sent by the vehicle.
56. A vehicle, characterized by comprising:
the receiving unit is used for receiving the express task request;
the determining unit is used for determining first position information of the vehicle in a first preset time period according to the express task request;
a sending unit, configured to reply first confirmation information to the express task request, where the first confirmation information includes the first location information, and the first location information is used for the terminal device to send the first express delivery information to a server, so that the server allocates a first express device according to the first express delivery information, and the first express device is used to process an express at the first preset time interval.
57. The vehicle of claim 56,
the receiving unit is further configured to receive first authentication information sent by the terminal device after the sending unit replies first confirmation information to the express task request, where the first authentication information includes identification information of the first express device, and the first authentication information is used to verify the first express device.
58. The vehicle of claim 57, further comprising: the first verification unit and the first storage unit;
the receiving unit is further configured to receive first usage authorization information sent by the first express delivery device after receiving the first authentication information of the terminal device;
the first verification unit is used for verifying the first express delivery device according to the first authentication information and the first use authorization;
the first storage unit is used for opening the storage box if the first express device is successfully verified by the first verification unit, the storage box is arranged in the vehicle, and the storage box is used for storing the express.
59. The vehicle of claim 58,
the determining unit is further used for determining whether the express delivery is delivered to the vehicle after the first storage unit opens the storage box;
the sending unit is further configured to send a first delivery confirmation message to the terminal device if the determining unit determines that the express delivery has been successfully delivered to the storage box, where the first delivery confirmation message is used to indicate that the express delivery has been delivered to the storage box.
60. The vehicle according to claim 59,
after the determining unit determines that the express delivery is successfully delivered to the storage box, if the determining unit further determines that the express delivery comprises articles of a preset type and the express delivery is not taken out within a preset time period, the sending unit is further configured to send a reminding message to the terminal device, and the reminding message is used for prompting that the express delivery is taken out.
61. The vehicle of claim 60,
the determining unit is specifically configured to determine that the express delivery includes the preset type of article by reading a Near Field Communication (NFC) tag in the express delivery.
62. The vehicle according to any one of claims 56-61,
the sending unit is further configured to send real-time location information to the terminal device or the first express device after replying first confirmation information for the express task request, where the real-time location information includes information of a current location of the vehicle.
63. The vehicle of any of claims 56-62, wherein after the sending unit replies to the first confirmation message for the express task request,
the receiving unit is also used for receiving an express delivery pickup request;
the determining unit is further used for determining second position information in a second preset time period according to the express delivery taking request;
the sending unit is further configured to reply a second confirmation message to the express task request, where the second confirmation message includes the second location information.
64. The vehicle of claim 63, wherein after the sending unit replies to the first confirmation message for the express task request,
the receiving unit is further configured to receive second authentication information sent by the terminal device, where the second authentication information includes identification information of the second express delivery device, and the second authentication information is used for the vehicle to verify the second express delivery device.
65. The vehicle of claim 64, further comprising: the second verification unit and the second storage unit;
the receiving unit is further configured to receive second usage authorization information sent by a second express device after receiving second authentication information sent by the terminal device;
the second verification unit is used for verifying the second express delivery device according to the second authentication information and the second use authorization;
and the second storage unit is used for opening a storage box arranged in the vehicle if the second express device is successfully verified by the second verification unit, and the express is stored in the storage box.
66. The vehicle according to any one of claims 62-65,
the sending unit is further configured to send a first pickup message to the terminal device if the determining unit determines that the express delivery has been taken out of the storage box, where the first pickup confirmation message is used to indicate that the express delivery has been taken out of the vehicle.
67. The vehicle of any of claims 63-66, wherein prior to the receiving unit receiving the courier task request,
the receiving unit is further configured to receive a mail message broadcast by the terminal device or the server, where the mail message is used to instruct a task of delivering the express to a preset area;
the sending unit is further configured to reply an order receiving message to the mail sending message, where the order receiving message indicates that the vehicle accepts the task of transporting the express to the preset area.
68. The vehicle of any of claims 63-67,
the sending unit is further configured to send real-time location information to the terminal device or the second express delivery device, where the real-time location information includes information of a current location of the vehicle.
69. The vehicle according to any one of claims 56-68,
the receiving unit is specifically configured to receive the express task request sent by the terminal device;
the sending unit is specifically configured to reply the first acknowledgement message to the terminal device.
70. A courier apparatus, comprising:
the receiving unit is used for receiving first express distribution information sent by the server, and the first express distribution information is used for indicating the express processing;
the receiving unit is also used for receiving the real-time position information of the vehicle;
the express delivery system comprises a sending unit, a storage box and a delivery unit, wherein the sending unit is used for sending first use authorization information to the vehicle within a first preset time period, the authorization information is used for indicating the vehicle to open the storage box, the storage box is arranged in the vehicle, and the storage box is used for storing the express delivery.
71. The courier apparatus of claim 70,
the sending unit is specifically further configured to send the first authorized use information to the vehicle if the real-time position information meets a preset transportation condition, the first authorized use information is used for requesting to open a storage box arranged in the vehicle, and the storage box is used for storing the express.

the sending unit is further configured to send an express delivery transportation failure message to the terminal device if the first express device determines that the real-time position information does not satisfy the preset transportation condition, where the express delivery transportation failure message is used to indicate that the express delivery is not delivered to the storage box successfully or the express delivery is not taken out of the storage box successfully.
73. The courier apparatus of any of claims 70-72, further comprising:
the delivery unit is used for delivering the express to the storage box;
or the like, or, alternatively,
and the express delivery taking unit is used for taking the express delivery out of the storage box.
74. The courier apparatus of claim 73,
the sending unit is further used for sending a second delivery confirmation message to the terminal device after the delivery unit delivers the express to the storage box, wherein the second delivery confirmation message is used for indicating that the express is delivered to the vehicle.
75. A server, comprising:
the terminal equipment comprises a receiving unit, a processing unit and a processing unit, wherein the receiving unit is used for receiving first express delivery information sent by the terminal equipment, and the first express delivery information is used for indicating that express is processed in a first preset time period;
the obtaining unit is used for obtaining first position information of the vehicle in a first preset time period according to the first express delivery information;
the distribution unit is used for distributing the first express delivery equipment according to the first position information;
the express distribution information is used for indicating that the express is processed within the first preset time period.

the sending unit is further configured to send identification information of the first express device to the terminal device after the distribution unit distributes the first express device according to the first location information, so that the terminal device sends first authentication information to the vehicle, the first authentication information includes the identification information of the first express device, the first authentication information is used for the vehicle to verify the first express device, so that the vehicle opens a storage box according to a verification result, the storage box is arranged in the vehicle, and the storage box is used for storing the express.
77. The server of claim 75 or 76, wherein the first courier distribution information includes the first location information,
the obtaining unit is specifically configured to obtain the first location information from the first express delivery information.

the receiving unit is further configured to receive an express task request sent by the terminal device before receiving the first express distribution information sent by the terminal device, where the express task request is used to request first location information of a vehicle in a first preset time period;
the sending unit is further configured to forward the express task request to the vehicle;
the receiving unit is further configured to receive a first confirmation message replied by the vehicle, where the first confirmation message includes the first location information of the vehicle in the first preset time period;
the sending unit is further configured to forward the first acknowledgement message to the terminal device.
79. The server of claim 78, wherein the first courier distribution information includes information of the vehicle,
the obtaining unit is specifically configured to obtain the first location information from a local location according to the information of the vehicle.

the first express delivery distribution information is specifically used for indicating that the express delivery is delivered to the vehicle within the first preset time period;
or the first express delivery distribution information is specifically used for indicating that the express delivery is taken out of the vehicle in the first preset time period.
81. The server of claim 80, wherein if the first courier distribution information is specifically configured to indicate that the courier is to be delivered to the vehicle for the first predetermined period of time,
the receiving unit is further configured to receive second express distribution information sent by the terminal device after the sending unit sends the first express distribution information to the first express device;
the obtaining unit is further used for obtaining second position information of the vehicle in a second preset time period according to the second express delivery information;
the distribution unit is further used for distributing second express delivery equipment according to the second position information;
the sending unit is further configured to send second express distribution information to the second express device, where the second express distribution information is used to instruct that the express is taken out of the vehicle within the second preset time period.

the sending unit is further configured to send, to the terminal device, identification information of a second express device after the distribution unit distributes the second express device according to the second express distribution information, so that the terminal device sends second authentication information to the vehicle, where the second authentication information includes the identification information of the second express device, and the second authentication information is used for the vehicle to verify the second express device, so that the vehicle opens a storage box provided in the vehicle according to a verification result, and the storage box is used for storing the express.
