本发明涉及泵领域,特别涉及机械泵。
背景技术
目前旋片机械泵主要由圆柱空腔定子、偏心转子、旋片、弹簧、顶盖和排气阀等零件组成,空腔整个放在油箱内。旋片机械泵需要定期的更换油,更换油箱内的油时,通常利用一根直管道直接油排出,这样很部利于排油管道的清洗,目前虽然有便于清洗排油管路的机械泵,这种机械泵的排油管路分为出油管、连接头、送油管,他们之间的连接方式均为可拆卸连接。但是这种可拆卸连接一般采用螺纹连接或者螺栓连接,安装与拆卸时费时费力,降低了劳动效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种排油管道可拆卸并且各组件之间能快速连接的机械泵。
实现本发明的技术方案如下 :机械泵,包括泵体和设于泵体下方的出油管,该出油 管上设有一单向阀,出油管下端设置有一连接头,所述连接头下端设置有一送油管,所述出 油管与连接头之间固设有一密封圈,所述出油管与送油管通过所述连接头相连通,所述密 封圈上方连接头的内侧壁面上设置有卡接件,卡接件上焊接有卡爪。
所述出油管周向上设有墩肩,该墩肩介于单向阀与密封圈之间,所述卡爪顶住出油管上的墩肩时,卡爪向中心倾斜 12°。
所述卡接件的一端设置有用于固定卡接件的卡扣。
所述连接头下端与送油管为螺纹连接。
本发明的有益效果是 :由于所述密封圈上方连接头的内侧壁面上设置有卡接件,卡接件上设置有卡爪,出油管周向上设有墩肩,该墩肩介于单向阀与密封圈之间,当出油管插入连接头内时,卡接件与卡爪将墩肩牢牢卡住 ;其中优选的,所述卡爪顶住出油管上的墩 肩时,卡爪向中心倾斜 12°;卡接件的一端设置有用于固定卡接件的卡扣,将卡接件固定在 连接头上 ;又由于连接头下端与送油管为螺纹连接,可拆卸连接,方便清洗与更换。

参见图1所示,机械泵,包括泵体1和设于泵体下方的出油管2,该出油管上设有一单向阀 3,出油管下端设置有一连接头 4,所述连接头下端设置有一送油管 5,所述出油管与 连接头之间固设有一密封圈 6,所述出油管与送油管通过所述连接头相连通,所述出油管周 向上设有墩肩 9,该墩肩介于单向阀与密封圈之间,所述密封圈上方连接头的内侧壁面上设 置有卡接件 7,卡接件上设置有卡爪 8, 所述卡爪顶住出油管上的墩肩时,卡爪向中心倾斜 12°。所述卡爪均布分布在连接头内的周围,所述卡接件的一端设置有用于固定卡接件的 卡扣 10。所述卡接件为塑料卡件或者金属卡件,所述卡扣为弹簧卡扣。卡扣将卡接件固定 在连接头内,防止卡接件掉落,所述连接头下端螺纹连接送油管。
机械泵在更换油箱内的油时,将单向阀打开,油箱内的油依次通过出油管、连接头、送油管被排出 ;由于出油管与连接头之间采用卡爪与墩肩的配合连接,连接头与送油管 采用螺纹连接,均可拆卸,故便于清洗出油管、连接头、送油管。并且由于采用了卡爪与墩肩 的配合,即不用再使用螺纹连接或者螺栓连接等方式,只需将出油管插入连接头,抵达墩肩 位置时连接头内设置的卡接件的弹性变形固定住出油管,而卡接件上的卡爪顶住墩肩,将 出油管牢牢卡住。大大方便了人们的操作,并且连接速度快,效率高。
本发明并不局限于所述的实施例,本领域的技术人员在不脱离本发明的精神即公开范围内,仍可作一些修正或改变,例如连接头与连接送油管除了采用螺纹连接,当然也可以采用卡接件、卡接件上的卡爪与墩肩的配合连接等,故本发明的权利保护范围以权利要求书限定的范围为准。
