A floating type comprehensive treatment method for offshore oilfield sewage comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: switching on a power supply device, driving the impeller 20 to rotate by driving the impeller motor 21, moving the device to a polluted water area, and lowering the counterweight block 12 to the deep ocean by the winch 11 to enable the device to be in a suspension state;
step two: starting the driving motor 34, driving the fixing shaft 300 to rotate by the driving motor 34 through the chain 341, starting the oil driving plate 301 on the fixing shaft 300 to rotate, and adsorbing the oil stains floating in the seawater by the hydrogel fiber layer 3011 arranged on the oil driving plate 301; in the rotation process of the oil driving plate 301, under the action of the arc-shaped scraper 313, the oil stains adsorbed on the hydrogel fiber layer 3011 are scraped, the scraped oil stains enter the oil collecting tank 32 along the oil collecting plate 320, and finally enter the oil stain collecting box 33 along the conveying pipe 330 for collection under the action of the suction pump 331;
step three: in the rotating process of the fixed shaft 300, the curved rod 3001 on the fixed shaft 300 rotates along with the fixed shaft, the first semicircular part 4320 and the second semicircular part 4321 are connected with the pull rod 430 under the action of the connecting rod 4322 and the guide groove plate 433, the pull rod 430 pulls the first semicircular part 4320 and the second semicircular part 4321 to open and close intermittently along with the rotation of the curved rod 3001, and the blood activating and oil eliminating agent is thrown into the polluted water area through the throwing pipe 41 by the chemical oil eliminating agent in the oil eliminating agent storage tank 40.
Step four: after the treatment, the counterweight block 12 is pulled up again by the winch 11, and the moving device moves to the next polluted water area to treat the oil stain.
Application example: the invention is applied to the repair treatment of the polluted sea area of certain oil field in south China, and the detection shows that the concentration of petroleum hydrocarbon in the seawater before the treatment is 356mg/L, the concentration of volatile phenol is 7mg/L, SS and 85mg/L, the COD content is 758mg/L, the NH3-N content is 45mg/L and the turbidity of the seawater is 4 NTU; after the treatment of the invention for one week, the petroleum hydrocarbon concentration in the seawater is 189mg/L, the volatile phenol concentration is 3mg/L, SS content is 34mg/L, the COD content is 269mg/L, the NH3-N content is 19mg/L, and the seawater turbidity is 4 NTU; after one month, measuring that the concentration of petroleum hydrocarbon in the seawater is 43mg/L, the concentration of volatile phenol is 0.6mg/L, SS content and is 12mg/L, the COD content is 48mg/L, the NH3-N content is 6mg/L and the turbidity of the seawater is 1.9 NTU; all indexes are lower than the secondary standard in the discharge standard of oily sewage in the offshore oil development industry.
In conclusion, the invention can obviously improve the quality of the effluent of the petroleum-polluted sea area, so that the water quality meets the environmental protection requirement, and has very important practical application value for treating the marine pollution.

Claims (8)

1. A floating type comprehensive treatment device for offshore oilfield sewage is characterized by comprising a floating main body (1), a power assembly (2), an oil stain collecting assembly (3), a sewage treatment assembly (4) and a power supply device, wherein the floating main body (1) is hollow, a deck (10) is arranged at the upper end of the floating main body (1), a winch (11) is arranged inside the floating main body (1), and the winch (11) is connected with a balancing weight (12) through a steel cable (110); the power assembly (2) comprises four driving impellers (20) and four impeller motors (21), every two of the four driving impellers (20) are uniformly arranged on two sides of the bottom of the floating main body (1), the impeller motors (21) are arranged in the floating main body (1), and the impeller motors (21) provide power for the driving impellers (20); the oil stain collection assembly (3) comprises an oil displacement component (30), an oil stain scraper (31), an oil collection tank (32), an oil stain collection box (33) and a driving motor (34), the oil displacement component (30) is fixedly arranged at the head end of the floating main body (1) through bolts, the driving motor (34) is arranged on the deck (1), a driving gear (340) is arranged on an output shaft of the driving motor (34), the driving gear (340) is in transmission with the oil displacement component (30) through a chain (341), the oil stain scraper (31) is fixedly connected with the deck (10) through a fixing rod (314), the oil stain scraper (31) is clamped with the oil displacement component (30), the oil collection tank (32) is fixedly arranged inside the floating main body (1), the oil collection plate (320) is arranged on the oil collection tank (32), and the oil collection plate (320) extends to the lower part of the oil stain scraper (31), the oil stain collecting box (33) is fixedly arranged on the deck (10), the oil stain collecting box (33) is connected with the oil collecting tank (32) through a conveying pipe (330), and a suction pump (331) is arranged at the connection position; the sewage treatment assembly (4) comprises an oil-eliminating agent storage tank (40) and a feeding pipe (41), the oil-eliminating agent storage tank (40) is fixedly arranged on a deck (10), a chemical oil-eliminating agent is arranged in the oil-eliminating agent storage tank (40), the feeding pipe (41) is fixedly arranged at the tail end of the floating main body (1), the feeding pipe (41) is connected with the oil-eliminating agent storage tank (40) through a connecting pipe (42), an intermittent feeding component (43) is arranged on the connecting pipe (42), the intermittent feeding component (43) is connected with the oil displacement component (30) through a pull rod (430), and the intermittent feeding component (43) is controlled to intermittently feed the chemical oil-eliminating agent into the sewage in the oil field along with the rotation of the oil displacement component (30); the power supply device supplies power to the winch (11), the impeller motor (21), the suction pump (331) and the driving motor (34).

The floating type offshore oilfield sewage comprehensive treatment device according to claim 1, wherein the oil displacement member (30) comprises a fixed shaft (300) and an oil displacement plate (301), two ends of the fixed shaft (300) are arranged on the floating body (1) through bearing seats (302), a connecting gear (3000) and a curved rod (3001) are arranged on the fixed shaft (300), the connecting gear (3000) is connected with a driving gear (340) through a chain (341), the curved rod (3001) is rotatably connected with a pull rod (430), the oil displacement plate (301) is of a disc-shaped structure, the oil displacement plate (301) is clamped on the fixed shaft (300), and hydrogel fiber layers (3011) are arranged on two sides of the oil displacement plate (301) through buckles (3010).
