技术领域
本发明属于合成革技术领域,具体涉及一种合成革环保无溶剂聚氨酯及其制造方法。
背景技术
合成革是模拟天然皮革的组织机构和使用性能,并可作为天然皮革代用品的复合材料。通常以无纺布模拟网状层,以微孔聚氨酯涂层模拟粒面层,所得到的合成革正、反面都与皮革十分相似,并具有一定的透气性,比普通人造革更接近天热皮革,广泛用于制作鞋、靴、箱包和球类等。
目前国内合成革的制造主要采用溶剂型聚氨酯,聚氨酯含有大量的有机溶剂,基本有机溶剂的含量都在50-80%左右,而有机溶剂的成分多为甲苯、二甲基甲酰胺、乙酸乙酯、丁酮等,运输、生产中都会伴随一定量的挥发逸出到外界环境,影响环境,造成一定的环境问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种合成革环保无溶剂聚氨酯及其制造方法,以弥补现有技术的不足。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种合成革环保无溶剂聚氨酯,包括基布,水性面层,水性粘接层,发泡层和功能助剂,其中:
水性面层主要由以下重量份数的成分组成的水性聚氨酯面料浆料混合制备而成:水性聚氨酯乳液1000份,增稠剂10-20份,水性消泡剂8-16份,水性色浆80-100份,流平剂100-200份;
水性粘接层主要由以下重量份数的成分组成的水性聚氨酯粘接层浆料混合制备而成:水性聚氨酯乳液1000份,水性聚氨酯交联剂100-120份和水性色浆60-80份;
发泡层主要由以下重量份数的成分组成的AB料发泡层浆料混合制备而成:多元醇化合物1000份,白炭黑50-70份,有机金属催化剂8-20份,羟基硅油20-22份,脂肪酸15-25份,有机胺类催化剂5-25份,填料200-400份和甲苯二异氰酸酯400-600份;
功能助剂主要由以下重量份数的成分组成:山梨醇,麦芽糖醇,低聚糖,甘油饱,脂肪酸酯,着色剂和表面活性剂。
优选的,水性面层主要由以下重量份数的成分组成的水性聚氨酯面料浆料混合制备而成:水性聚氨酯乳液1000份,增稠剂15份,水性消泡剂12份,水性色浆90份,流平剂150份。
优选的,水性粘接层主要由以下重量份数的成分组成的水性聚氨酯粘接层浆料混合制备而成:水性聚氨酯乳液1000份,水性聚氨酯交联剂110份和水性色浆70份。
优选的,发泡层主要由以下重量份数的成分组成的发泡层浆料混合制备而成:多元醇化合物1000份,白炭黑60份,有机金属催化剂14份,羟基硅油21份,脂肪酸20份,有机胺类催化剂15份,填料300份和甲苯二异氰酸酯500份。

本发明的技术效果和优点:该合成革环保无溶剂聚氨酯及其制造方法,清洁环保,发泡层的组成不含有机溶剂,更加环保,有利于环境保护与可持续发展,同时无复杂流程,操作简便,能够提高生产效率,在加入白炭黑、羟基硅油后,增加了制成产品的韧性,白炭黑、羟基硅油还可作为发泡剂与有机金属催化剂反应,提升了发泡速度。

下面结合实施例对本发明的技术方案做进一步的阐述:
实施例1
一种合成革环保无溶剂聚氨酯,包括基布,水性面层,水性粘接层,发泡层和功能助剂,其中:
水性面层主要由以下重量份数的成分组成的水性聚氨酯面料浆料混合制备而成:水性聚氨酯乳液1000份,增稠剂10份,水性消泡剂8份,水性色浆80份,流平剂100份;
水性粘接层主要由以下重量份数的成分组成的水性聚氨酯粘接层浆料混合制备而成:水性聚氨酯乳液1000份,水性聚氨酯交联剂100份和水性色浆60份;
发泡层主要由以下重量份数的成分组成的AB料发泡层浆料混合制备而成:多元醇化合物1000份,白炭黑50份,有机金属催化剂8份,羟基硅油20份,脂肪酸15份,有机胺类催化剂5份,填料200份和甲苯二异氰酸酯400份;
功能助剂主要由以下重量份数的成分组成:山梨醇,麦芽糖醇,低聚糖,甘油饱,脂肪酸酯,着色剂和表面活性剂。
具体的,多元醇化合物为聚酯多元醇。

S1:在离型纸上涂布水性聚氨酯面料浆料,厚度为0.2-0.3mm,烘干定型后获得水性面层;
S2:在步骤S1制得的水性面层上涂布水性聚氨酯粘接层浆料,厚度为0.2-0.3mm,烘干定型后获得水性粘接层;
S3:在步骤S2制得的水性粘接层上涂布发泡层浆料,发泡层浆料先与功能助剂混合均匀,厚度为0.6-0.8mm,烘半定型后得发泡层,并制得合成革半成品;
S4:将步骤S3获得的合成革半成品与底布贴合并将离型纸剥离,然后烘干熟化,冷却后得环保无溶剂聚氨酯合成革。
具体的,步骤S1与步骤S2中烘干温度均为98-108℃。

发泡层主要由以下重量份数的成分组成的AB料发泡层浆料混合制备而成:多元醇化合物1000份,白炭黑70份,有机金属催化剂20份,羟基硅油22份,脂肪酸25份,有机胺类催化剂25份,填料400份和甲苯二异氰酸酯600份;
功能助剂主要由以下重量份数的成分组成:山梨醇,麦芽糖醇,低聚糖,甘油饱,脂肪酸酯,着色剂和表面活性剂。
具体的,多元醇化合物为聚酯多元醇。

1.一种合成革环保无溶剂聚氨酯,其特征在于:包括基布,水性面层,水性粘接层,发泡层和功能助剂,其中:
水性面层主要由以下重量份数的成分组成的水性聚氨酯面料浆料混合制备而成:水性聚氨酯乳液1000份,增稠剂10-20份,水性消泡剂8-16份,水性色浆80-100份,流平剂100-200份;
水性粘接层主要由以下重量份数的成分组成的水性聚氨酯粘接层浆料混合制备而成:水性聚氨酯乳液1000份,水性聚氨酯交联剂100-120份和水性色浆60-80份;
发泡层主要由以下重量份数的成分组成的AB料发泡层浆料混合制备而成:多元醇化合物1000份,白炭黑50-70份,有机金属催化剂8-20份,羟基硅油20-22份,脂肪酸15-25份,有机胺类催化剂5-25份,填料200-400份和甲苯二异氰酸酯400-600份;
功能助剂主要由以下重量份数的成分组成:山梨醇,麦芽糖醇,低聚糖,甘油饱,脂肪酸酯,着色剂和表面活性剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的合成革环保无溶剂聚氨酯的制造方法,其特征在于:水性面层主要由以下重量份数的成分组成的水性聚氨酯面料浆料混合制备而成:水性聚氨酯乳液1000份,增稠剂15份,水性消泡剂12份,水性色浆90份,流平剂150份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的合成革环保无溶剂聚氨酯的制备方法,其特征在于:水性粘接层主要由以下重量份数的成分组成的水性聚氨酯粘接层浆料混合制备而成:水性聚氨酯乳液1000份,水性聚氨酯交联剂110份和水性色浆70份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的合成革环保无溶剂聚氨酯的制备方法,其特征在于:发泡层主要由以下重量份数的成分组成的发泡层浆料混合制备而成:多元醇化合物1000份,白炭黑60份,有机金属催化剂14份,羟基硅油21份,脂肪酸20份,有机胺类催化剂15份,填料300份和甲苯二异氰酸酯500份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的合成革环保无溶剂聚氨酯的制备方法,其特征在于:多元醇化合物为聚酯多元醇。
6.根据权利要求1所述的合成革环保无溶剂聚氨酯的制备方法,其特征在于:基布为仿棉绒、纯棉布、涤棉布中的一种。
7.一种权利要求1-6任一项所述的合成革环保无溶剂聚氨酯的制造方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1:在离型纸上涂布水性聚氨酯面料浆料,厚度为0.2-0.3mm,烘干定型后获得水性面层;
S2:在步骤S1制得的水性面层上涂布水性聚氨酯粘接层浆料,厚度为0.2-0.3mm,烘干定型后获得水性粘接层;
S3:在步骤S2制得的水性粘接层上涂布发泡层浆料,发泡层浆料先与功能助剂混合均匀,厚度为0.6-0.8mm,烘半定型后得发泡层,并制得合成革半成品;
S4:将步骤S3获得的合成革半成品与底布贴合并将离型纸剥离,然后烘干熟化,冷却后得环保无溶剂聚氨酯合成革。
8.根据权利要求7所述的合成革环保无溶剂聚氨酯的制造方法,其特征在于:步骤S1与步骤S2中烘干温度均为98-108℃。
9.根据权利要求7所述的合成革环保无溶剂聚氨酯的制造方法,其特征在于:步骤S3中烘干温度为90-96℃。
