Abstract

本发明提供了一种热失粘胶带,包括基材层、设于基材层一面的表面处理层、以及设于基材层另一面的胶粘剂层;所述胶粘剂层的制备原料包括以下组分,按重量百分比组成:丙烯酸酯胶乳52‑95%,热膨胀塑料微球0.1‑10%,水性增粘树脂2‑38%,交联剂1‑3%。本发明提供的热失粘胶带贴合后,经过加热处理能迅速失去粘性,从而方便移除;同时胶带的基材层经过含浸处理,并在基材层的一面设有一层由非硅离型剂涂布形成的表面处理层,能起到良好的防水效果。

一种热失粘胶带及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于胶带技术领域,尤其涉及一种热失粘胶带及其制备方法。
背景技术
高温失粘胶黏剂制成的高温失粘压敏胶带是一种在常温下可以正常贴合使用以保护被贴物,但是在高温状态下会迅速失去粘性的胶带。压敏胶带的粘接力主要是范德华力,粘接面形成后,粘接表面的结构不会被破坏。压敏胶带是一种对压力敏感、不需加热、不需溶剂、不需较大的压力、只需稍微加压或用手指一按即可实现粘接的胶带。特点是粘之容易、揭之不难、剥而不损。现行市面上在使用的普通丙烯酸酯类压敏胶制成的压敏胶带,产品可以正常贴合保护被贴物表面,但是基本都有遇高温后,不但没有失去粘性,反而还有上升或残胶现象。
当用作汽车行业等的遮蔽材料时,普通丙烯酸酯类压敏胶带在贴合后,经过喷漆、烘烤(干燥)后,由于胶带贴合较紧,去除时容易断裂,造成大量的时间浪费。
因此,如何避免上述问题的发生是一个急需解决的问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种热失粘胶带及其制备方法,该胶带在喷漆、烘烤(干燥)后,会失去大量的粘性,去除时很省力,甚至不需要进行去除就可以自行脱落。
本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种热失粘胶带,包括基材层、设于基材层一面的表面处理层、以及设于基材层另一面的胶粘剂层;所述胶粘剂层的制备原料包括以下组分,按重量百分比组成:

进一步地,所述基材层为经过含浸剂含浸处理的基材。
进一步地,所述含浸剂为丙烯酸胶乳、丁苯胶乳、丁腈胶乳、氯丁胶乳中的一种或两种。
进一步地,所述表面处理层为非硅离型剂涂层。
进一步地,所述非硅离型剂涂层的涂布干量为0.2-10g/m2
进一步地,所述丙烯酸酯胶乳由丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸、醋酸乙烯酯和N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺中的至少两种经乳化处理后制得。
进一步地,所述热膨胀塑料微球的粒径为10-15um,经过加热之后粒径可膨胀至40um。
进一步地,所述水性增粘树脂为松香树脂、氢化松香树脂、脂肪族烯烃树脂中的一种或几种。优选为松香树脂。
进一步地,所述交联剂为环氧基交联剂、异氰酸酯交联剂、碳化二亚胺交联剂和氮丙啶交联剂中的一种。优选为氮丙啶交联剂。
一种热失粘胶带的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:将基材置于含浸剂中浸渍处理,制成基材层;
步骤2:在基材层的一面涂布非硅离型剂,制得表面处理层;
步骤3:按照重量百分比为丙烯酸酯胶乳52-95%,热膨胀塑料微球0.1-10%,水性增粘树脂2-38%,交联剂1-3%的原料组成制得胶粘剂;
步骤4:将制得胶粘剂涂布于基材层的另一面,烘干后即制得所述热失粘胶带。
进一步地,步骤1中浸渍处理后的含浸干量为10-40g/m2
进一步地,步骤4中胶粘剂的涂布干量为20-80g/m2
进一步地,步骤4中烘干温度为60-70℃,烘干时间为5-10min。
本发明有益效果:
本发明提供的热失粘胶带贴合后,经过加热处理能迅速失去粘性,从而方便移除;同时胶带的基材层经过含浸处理,并在基材层的一面设有一层由非硅离型剂涂布形成的表面处理层,能起到良好的防水效果。

所述丙烯酸酯胶乳由丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸、醋酸乙烯酯和N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺中的至少两种经乳化处理后制得。所述热膨胀塑料微球的粒径为10-15um,经过加热之后粒径可膨胀至40um。所述水性增粘树脂为松香树脂、氢化松香树脂、脂肪族烯烃树脂中的一种或几种。优选为松香树脂。所述交联剂为环氧基交联剂、异氰酸酯交联剂、碳化二亚胺交联剂和氮丙啶交联剂中的一种。优选为氮丙啶交联剂。
本实施方式中公开的热失粘胶带的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

步骤1中浸渍处理后的含浸干量为10-40g/m2。步骤4中胶粘剂的涂布干量为20-80g/m2。步骤4中烘干温度为60-70℃,烘干时间为5-10min。
具体的,下面通过几组具体的制胶实施例来做进一步的阐述。
实施例1
将和纸基材置于丙烯酸胶乳中浸渍处理(含浸干量为20g/m2),制得基材层;
在基材层的一面涂布非硅离型剂(涂布干量为5g/m2),制得表面处理层;
按重量百分比为丙烯酸酯胶乳(由丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸乙酯和丙烯酸经乳化处理后制得)88.9%,热膨胀塑料微球1%,松香树脂10%,氮丙啶交联剂0.1%的原料组成制得胶粘剂;
再将制得胶粘剂涂布于基材层的另一面(涂布干量为40g/m2),在85℃条件下干燥6min,即制得所述热失粘胶带。
实施例2
将和纸基材置于丙烯酸胶乳中浸渍处理(含浸干量为20g/m2),制得基材层;
在基材层的一面涂布非硅离型剂(涂布干量为5g/m2),制得表面处理层;
按重量百分比为:丙烯酸酯胶乳(由丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸乙酯和丙烯酸经乳化处理后制得)74.9%,热膨胀塑料微球5%,松香树脂20%,氮丙啶交联剂0.1%的原料组成制得胶粘剂;
再将制得胶粘剂涂布于基材层的另一面(涂布干量为40g/m2),在85℃条件下干燥6min,即制得所述热失粘胶带。
实施例3
将和纸基材置于丙烯酸胶乳中浸渍处理(含浸干量为20g/m2),制得基材层;

再将制得胶粘剂涂布于基材层的另一面(涂布干量为40g/m2),在85℃条件下干燥6min,即制得所述热失粘胶带。
实施例4
将和纸基材置于丙烯酸胶乳中浸渍处理(含浸干量为20g/m2),制得基材层;
在基材层的一面涂布非硅离型剂(涂布干量为5g/m2),制得表面处理层;

将和纸基材置于丙烯酸胶乳中浸渍处理(含浸干量为20g/m2),制得基材层;
在基材层的一面涂布非硅离型剂(涂布干量为5g/m2),制得表面处理层;
按重量百分比为:丙烯酸酯胶乳(由丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸乙酯和丙烯酸经乳化处理后制得)76.8%,热膨胀塑料微球7%,松香树脂16%,氮丙啶交联剂0.2%的原料组成制得胶粘剂;
再将制得胶粘剂涂布于基材层的另一面(涂布干量为40g/m2),在85℃条件下干燥6min,即制得所述热失粘胶带。
实施例8
将和纸基材置于丙烯酸胶乳中浸渍处理(含浸干量为20g/m2),制得基材层;
在基材层的一面涂布非硅离型剂(涂布干量为5g/m2),制得表面处理层;
按重量百分比为:丙烯酸酯胶乳(由丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸乙酯和丙烯酸经乳化处理后制得)91.8%,热膨胀塑料微球2%,松香树脂6%,氮丙啶交联剂0.2%的原料组成制得胶粘剂;
再将制得胶粘剂涂布于基材层的另一面(涂布干量为40g/m2),在85℃条件下干燥6min,即制得所述热失粘胶带。
性能测试:
将实施例1-8和对比例1所制得的胶带制成试样胶带进行性能测试:
180°剥离力测试:按照GB/T 2792-2014中的测试方法进行测试;
持粘力测试:按照GB/T 4851-2014中的测试方法进行测试;
初粘力测试:按照GB/T 4852-2002中的测试方法进行测试;
将实施例1-10制得的胶带制成试样胶带后,在120℃条件下烘烤30秒后,再进行以上性能测试。测试结果如下表:

从上表的数据可以看出,本实施方式提供的热失粘胶带贴合后,经过加热处理能迅速失去粘性,从而方便移除;同时胶带的基材层经过含浸处理,并在基材层的一面设有一层由非硅离型剂涂布形成的表面处理层,能起到良好的防水效果。
尽管为示例目的,已经公开了本发明的优选实施方式,但是本领域的普通技术人员将意识到,在不脱离由所附的权利要求书公开的本发明的范围和精神的情况下,各种改进、增加以及取代是可能的。

Claims (10)

1.一种热失粘胶带,其特征在于,包括基材层、设于基材层一面的表面处理层、以及设于基材层另一面的胶粘剂层;所述胶粘剂层的制备原料包括以下组分,按重量百分比组成:

2.根据权利要求1所述的热失粘胶带,其特征在于,所述基材层为经过含浸剂含浸处理的基材。
3.根据权利要求2所述的热失粘胶带,其特征在于,所述含浸剂为丙烯酸胶乳、丁苯胶乳、丁腈胶乳、氯丁胶乳中的一种或两种。
4.根据权利要求求1所述的热失粘胶带,其特征在于,所述表面处理层为非硅离型剂涂层。
5.根据权利要求4所述的热失粘胶带,其特征在于,所述非硅离型剂涂层的涂布干量为0.2-10g/m2
6.根据权利要求1所述的热失粘胶带,其特征在于,所述丙烯酸酯胶乳由丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸、醋酸乙烯酯和N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺中的至少两种经乳化处理后制得。
7.根据权利要求1所述的热失粘胶带,其特征在于,所述热膨胀塑料微球的粒径为10-15um,经过加热之后粒径可膨胀至40um。
8.根据权利要求1所述的热失粘胶带,其特征在于,所述水性增粘树脂为松香树脂、氢化松香树脂、脂肪族烯烃树脂中的一种或几种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的热失粘胶带,其特征在于,所述交联剂为环氧基交联剂、异氰酸酯交联剂、碳化二亚胺交联剂和氮丙啶交联剂中的一种。
10.一种热失粘胶带的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:将基材置于含浸剂中浸渍处理,制成基材层;
步骤2:在基材层的一面涂布非硅离型剂,制得表面处理层;
步骤3:按重量百分比为丙烯酸酯胶乳52-95%,热膨胀塑料微球0.1-10%,水性增粘树脂2-38%,交联剂1-3%的原料组成制得胶粘剂;
步骤4:将制得胶粘剂涂布于基材层的另一面,烘干后即制得所述热失粘胶带。
