Abstract
本发明涉及塑料薄膜材料技术领域,具体涉及一种多层共挤聚烯烃热收缩膜材料。一种多层共挤聚烯烃热收缩膜材料,其特征在于:包括聚丙烯和聚乙烯两种主要塑料以及其它材料,所述聚丙烯的具体材料为聚丙烯6612、聚丙烯5606和聚丙烯ABPOF‑7,所述聚乙烯的具体材料为聚乙烯2045、聚乙烯2645、聚乙烯3BPO‑7。本发明有益之处是:机械强度高,且能够有效抑制细菌滋生进而提高对食品等的保鲜效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及塑料薄膜材料技术领域,具体涉及一种多层共挤聚烯烃热收缩膜材料。
背景技术
众所周知,矿物染料生产的某些合成材料不断污染着我们的环境,如由废弃塑料所引起的白色污染。大部分合成塑料在自然环境中很难降解,长期堆积会破坏土壤结构,污染地下水,危害海洋生物的生存。而天然有机高分子是生物可降解的可再生资源,可用来取代合成材料。天然生物材料废弃后被填入地下,这些材料在微生物的作用下会降解成水、二氧化碳和其他小分子,不会对环境造成任何污染。整个降解过程通常需要几个月或者几年,但是不会花费额外的成本。因此,天然生物降解材料被广泛用于食品、医药、纺织、造纸和汽车等行业中。生物降解材料在食品包装行业的应用有着广泛的前景。当前,许多生物降解材料已经被做成薄膜、纤维应用于食品包装行业。
传统食品包装一般使用塑料薄膜,但是塑料薄膜存在一些缺点,如在包装食品后,容易产生有害气体和异味,有的塑料薄膜对人体还有一定的毒性,并且,塑料膜性质稳定,使用后遗弃在环境中不易分解腐烂,长期存留,易引起环境污染等,而现在市场上开始盛行淀粉基或纤维素基的食品包装薄膜,但是其延展性较差,机械性能较差,容易发生断裂,造成其使用范围有限。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种多层共挤聚烯烃热收缩膜材料,以克服目前现有技术存在的上述不足。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供如下的技术方案:
一种多层共挤聚烯烃热收缩膜材料,其特征在于:包括聚丙烯和聚乙烯两种主要塑料以及其它材料,所述聚丙烯的具体材料为聚丙烯6612、聚丙烯5606和聚丙烯ABPOF-7,所述聚乙烯的具体材料为聚乙烯2045、聚乙烯2645、聚乙烯 3BPO-7,个原料组分按质量份数比例如下:
聚丙烯6612 20-40份
聚丙烯5606 10-20份
聚丙烯ABPOF-7 10-5份
聚乙烯2045 40-60份
聚乙烯2645 10-15份
聚乙烯3BPO-7 5-10份。
进一步的,原料组分按质量份数比例如下:
聚丙烯6612 40份
聚丙烯5606 20份
聚丙烯ABPOF-7 8份
聚乙烯2045 35份
聚乙烯2645 10份
聚乙烯3BPO-7 6份。
进一步的,所述其他材料为抗氧化剂,所述抗氧化剂为抗氧化剂1010、抗氧化剂1076、抗氧剂1098中的一种。
进一步的,所述聚丙烯占总比为百分之三十四,所述聚乙烯占总比为百分之六十四。
本发明的有益效果为:发明所得包装薄膜材料遗弃后可自然降解,使天然资源得到科学利用的同时,减少了包装行业对于环境的污染,实现了可持续发展;所制备抗菌薄膜的机械强度高,且能够有效抑制细菌滋生进而提高对食品等的保鲜效果。
