本发明公开了一种环保型塑料材料,原料各组分按照重量分组成如下:可降解塑料母粒30‑40份、改性淀粉15‑30份、共聚型聚丙烯8‑12份、MPA2‑4份、炭黑3‑5份、玻璃纤维1‑3份、植物纤维1‑3份、对笨二甲酸乙二醇脂0.6‑0.8份、硬脂酸2‑4份、抗氧剂0.3‑0.5份。本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用可降解塑料母粒为原料制得的塑料包装材料具有可降解性,保持了现有包装材料的抗冲击性能、抗氧化性和耐腐蚀性,用完经堆腐后可被环境消纳,大大缓解对环境的污染,该包装材料使用范围广泛,应用前景广阔。

一种环保型塑料材料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种环保型塑料材料。
背景技术
塑料瓶主要是由聚乙烯或聚丙烯等材料并添加了多种有机溶剂后制成的。饮料瓶多数是塑料制品,聚乙烯、聚丙烯这两种材料无毒无味,用来灌装饮料等对人体很安全。但聚乙烯一旦受高温或是酸性腐蚀就会慢慢溶解,并释放出有机溶剂,就会对人体造成危害。大量用于食品包装的塑料制品有三种:聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯、聚苯乙烯。短时间内用来盛装食油,对人体健康是无妨碍的。但是,用它们来长期盛装食油,会污染食品,造成对人体的危害。
聚氯乙烯里的元素氯乙烯不仅有毒,而且在酸和油脂中极容易分解而析出毒性很大的氯化氢和氯,在聚氯乙烯中添加的增塑剂,如苯二甲酸酯类,都有毒性,还有用作稳定剂的铅、镉和有机锡,都是有毒的化学物质,毒性都较大,而且易溶解于油脂。塑料聚苯乙烯虽然属于低毒物质,但是,它的成分苯乙烯和挥发成分乙苯、异丙苯都有毒,并且十分易溶解于油脂中。塑料聚乙烯本身没有毒性。但是,它与油脂接触后,能分解析出低分子化合物,这些低分子的元素溶于油脂会产生毒性。
近几年来,国家针对一些一次性塑料,如饭盒和包装材料,明确规定应当采用易回收、能利用、易处置或在自然环境中易消纳、易降解的产品。到目前为止,全国已有20 多个省市先后出台了禁用或限用普通聚苯乙烯塑料发泡餐具和25μm 以下的普通聚乙烯包装袋。如果塑料废弃物中的50%采用可降解塑料代替,将大大缓解对环境的污染,因此可降解塑料技术在我国具有较大的社会效益和经济效益。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环保型塑料材料,在自然环境中可自行降解,保持了现有包装材料的抗冲击性能、抗氧化性和耐腐蚀性,应用前景广阔。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种环保型塑料材料,原料各组分按照重量分组成如下:可降解塑料母粒30-40 份、改性淀粉15-30份、共聚型聚丙烯8-12 份、MPA2-4 份、炭黑3-5 份、玻璃纤维1-3 份、植物纤维1-3份、对笨二甲酸乙二醇脂0.6-0.8 份、硬脂酸2-4 份、抗氧剂0.3-0.5份。
所述的可降解塑料母粒为PLA与PHB按照摩尔比2 :3 混合交联而成。
所述的共聚型聚丙烯为含有20% 丁二烯的丙烯聚合物。
所述的抗氧剂为亚磷酸酯或抗氧剂1010。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用可降解塑料母粒为原料制得的塑料包装材料具有可降解性,保持了现有包装材料的抗冲击性能、抗氧化性和耐腐蚀性,用完经堆腐后可被环境消纳,大大缓解对环境的污染,该包装材料使用范围广泛,应用前景广阔。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种环保型塑料材料,原料各组分按照重量分组成如下:可降解塑料母粒40 份、改性淀粉30份、共聚型聚丙烯12 份、MPA4 份、炭黑5 份、玻璃纤维3 份、植物纤维3份、对笨二甲酸乙二醇脂0.8 份、硬脂酸4 份、抗氧剂0.5份。
可降解塑料母粒为PLA与PHB按照摩尔比2 :3 混合交联而成。
共聚型聚丙烯为含有20% 丁二烯的丙烯聚合物。
抗氧剂为亚磷酸酯。
实施例2
一种环保型塑料材料,原料各组分按照重量分组成如下:可降解塑料母粒30份、改性淀粉15份、共聚型聚丙烯8份、MPA2份、炭黑3份、玻璃纤维1份、植物纤维1份、对笨二甲酸乙二醇脂0.6份、硬脂酸2份、抗氧剂0.3份。

可降解塑料母粒为PLA与PHB按照摩尔比2 :3 混合交联而成。
共聚型聚丙烯为含有20% 丁二烯的丙烯聚合物。
抗氧剂为亚磷酸酯。

1.一种环保型塑料材料,其特征在于,原料各组分按照重量分组成如下:可降解塑料母粒30-40 份、改性淀粉15-30份、共聚型聚丙烯8-12 份、MPA 2-4 份、炭黑3-5 份、玻璃纤维1-3 份、植物纤维1-3份、对笨二甲酸乙二醇脂0.6-0.8 份、硬脂酸2-4 份、抗氧剂0.3-0.5份。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的一种环保型塑料材料,其特征在于,所述的可降解塑料母粒为PLA与PHB按照摩尔比2 :3 混合交联而成。
3.根据权利要求1 所述的一种环保型塑料材料,其特征在于,所述的共聚型聚丙烯为含有20% 丁二烯的丙烯聚合物。
4.根据权利要求1 所述的一种环保型塑料材料,其特征在于,所述的抗氧剂为亚磷酸酯或抗氧剂1010。
