Abstract
本发明涉及建筑模板制造技术领域,具体公开了一种建筑模板LFT‑D模内覆膜工艺,将聚丙烯和玻璃纤维作为原材料加入到挤出设备中挤出混合材料;将镜面片材进入烘箱加热烘软;将模具安装到框架式压机中,将混合材料放入模具型腔内,然后将烘软的镜面片材覆在模具型腔内混合材料的上方;框架式压机带动模具合模后进行模压成型。本发明覆膜工艺步骤简单,成型效果好,以聚丙烯和玻纤为原料,利用LFT‑D工艺挤出混合材料,再将镜面材料烘软后与混合材料一起进入压机通过模压成型出覆镜面的建筑模板,表面覆镜面的建筑模板具有耐磨、延长使用寿命和容易脱模等优点,提高了施工效率、降低了建筑成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑模板制造技术领域,特别是涉及一种建筑模板的 LFT-D模内覆膜工艺。
背景技术
LFT是英文Long-Fiber ReinforceThermoplastic的简称,中文 译为长纤维增强热塑性塑料或习惯称之为长纤维增强热塑性复合材 料。LFT-D工艺主要解决目前复合材料模板玻纤长度问题及半成品制 造问题,增强复合材料模板力学性能的同时,大大降低生产成本。现 有技术中,常采用LFT-D工艺制作建筑模板,但是建筑模板表面覆膜 的均采用二次成型工艺,就是将建筑模板制成后再进行覆膜,这种工 艺会出现成型不良,覆膜粘合不到位或者两者中间存在气泡的现象, 所以我们需要设计一种一次成型工艺,使建筑模板和覆膜一次成型。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种建筑模板的LFT-D模内覆膜工艺,使复合 材料建筑模板的表面覆镜面材料,且一体成型,提高了工作效率,提 高了建筑模板的耐磨性和使用寿命。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种建筑模板的LFT-D模内 覆膜工艺,步骤如下:
S1、将聚丙烯和玻璃纤维作为原材料加入到挤出设备中挤出混合 材料;
S2、将镜面片材进入烘箱加热烘软;
S3、将模具安装到框架式压机中,将混合材料放入模具型腔内, 然后将烘软的镜面片材覆在模具型腔内混合材料的上方;
S4、框架式压机带动模具合模后进行模压成型。
进一步地,所述S1中挤出设备中的温度为160°~240°。
进一步地,所述S1中玻璃纤维的投放比例25%~30%。
进一步地,所述S2中烘箱为隧道式烘箱,镜面片材的加热温度 为85°~90°。
进一步地,所述S3和S4中框架式压机为框式液压机。
进一步地,所述S4中模具的温度为40°~50°。
进一步地,所述S4中模压成型后保压30~40S。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明覆膜工艺步骤简单,成型效果好, 以聚丙烯和玻纤为原料,利用LFT-D工艺挤出混合材料,再将镜面材 料烘软后与混合材料一起进入压机通过模压成型出覆镜面的建筑模 板,表面覆镜面的建筑模板具有耐磨、延长使用寿命和容易脱模等优 点,提高了施工效率、降低了建筑成本。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。基 于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动的 前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
在本发明的具体实施例中,具体公开了一种建筑模板的LFT-D模 内覆膜工艺,步骤如下:
S1、将聚丙烯和玻璃纤维作为原材料加入到挤出设备中挤出混合 材料,其中玻璃纤维的投放比例为25%,聚丙烯的投放比例为75%, 挤出设备的温度为220°;
S2、将镜面片材进入隧道式烘箱加热到90°将镜面片材烘软;
S3、将模具安装到框式液压机中,将混合材料放入模具型腔内, 然后将烘软的镜面片材覆在模具型腔内混合材料的上方;
S4、框式液压机带动模具合模后进行模压成型,模具的温度为 45°,模压成型后保压35S。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明的一种较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此 来限定本发明之权利范围,因此依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化, 仍属本发明所涵盖的范围。
Claims (7)
1.一种建筑模板的LFT-D模内覆膜工艺,其特征在于,步骤如下:
S1、将聚丙烯和玻璃纤维作为原材料加入到挤出设备中挤出混合材料;
S2、将镜面片材进入烘箱加热烘软;
S3、将模具安装到框架式压机中,将混合材料放入模具型腔内,然后将烘软的镜面片材覆在模具型腔内混合材料的上方;
S4、框架式压机带动模具合模后进行模压成型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑模板的LFT-D模内覆膜工艺,其特征在于,所述S1中挤出设备中的温度为160°~240°。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑模板的LFT-D模内覆膜工艺,其特征在于,所述S1中玻璃纤维的投放比例25%~30%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑模板的LFT-D模内覆膜工艺,其特征在于,所述S2中烘箱为隧道式烘箱,镜面片材的加热温度为85°~90°。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑模板的LFT-D模内覆膜工艺,其特征在于,所述S3和S4中框架式压机为框式液压机。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑模板的LFT-D模内覆膜工艺,其特征在于,所述S4中模具的温度为40°~50°。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑模板的LFT-D模内覆膜工艺,其特征在于,所述S4中模压成型后保压30~40S。
