Abstract
The invention provides a preparation method of a color-spray UV (ultraviolet) bright ceramic board painting, which comprises the following steps: performing sand blasting treatment on at least one part of the surface of the ceramic plate, removing a glaze layer on at least one part of the surface of the ceramic plate and enabling at least one part of the surface of the ceramic plate to form a frosted surface; cleaning and drying the frosted surface of the obtained ceramic plate, and printing patterns; and performing ultraviolet curing after applying the ultraviolet curing resin on the pattern. According to the present invention, the pattern of the ceramic plate is protected and a transparent, bright and reflective bright effect is produced by applying the ultraviolet curing resin to the pattern.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of ceramic building materials, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a color-sprayed UV (ultraviolet) bright ceramic board picture.
Background
In recent years, ceramic painting is popular among people as a novel decoration. The existing industrial batch production process of ceramic pictures mainly comprises the following three modes: the first is that the artistic picture is printed on the picture sticking paper, and then the picture sticking paper is stuck on the porcelain body and fired to form the ceramic tile; the second one is that patterns with various colors are directly printed on the ceramic blank by adopting screen printing, rubber roller printing and ink-jet printing, and transparent glaze is applied or transparent frits are piled for firing to obtain the ceramic blank; the third is to carve various patterns on the surface of the ceramic tile by a laser carving machine and then spray the required colors to process the ceramic tile. The ceramic artistic painting manufactured by the former two ways has the advantages of insufficient color, weak layering sense, poor artistry, limited product specification and high production cost; the third one is not fired, so that the color of the paint is easy to fade, easy to corrode, difficult to clean, easy to leave scratches to destroy the picture effect, and not durable. Chinese patent ZL 201510676367.X discloses a preparation method of a decorative picture on a color-sprayed ceramic plate, and the decorative picture is made on the ceramic plate in a color-spraying mode, but the decorative effect is not rich enough.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems, the invention aims to provide a preparation method of a color-spray UV bright ceramic plate painting.
A preparation method of a color-spray UV bright ceramic plate painting comprises the following steps:
(1) performing sand blasting treatment on at least one part of the surface of the ceramic plate, removing a glaze layer on at least one part of the surface of the ceramic plate and enabling at least one part of the surface of the ceramic plate to form a frosted surface;
(2) cleaning and drying the frosted surface of the ceramic plate prepared in the step (1), and printing patterns;
(3) and applying ultraviolet curing resin on the pattern and then carrying out ultraviolet curing.
According to the present invention, the pattern of the ceramic plate is protected and a transparent, bright and reflective bright effect is produced by applying the ultraviolet curing resin to the pattern.
Preferably, in step (1), the pressure of the sand blasting is 1-10 kg/m3The flow rate is 5-20 m3And/min.
Preferably, in step (3), the uv curable resin includes: the polyurethane acrylic resin comprises, by mass, 20-35% of polyurethane acrylic resin, 25-40% of epoxy acrylic resin, 15-25% of tripropylene glycol diacrylate, 10-15% of trimethylolpropane triacrylate, 5-8% of 1173 photoinitiator and 1-2% of an auxiliary agent.
Preferably, the thickness of the coating layer formed by the ultraviolet curing resin is 0.5 to 1 mm.

Detailed Description
The present invention is further illustrated by the following examples, which are to be understood as merely illustrative and not restrictive. Unless otherwise specified, the content percentages mentioned in the present application are mass percentages.
Disclosed herein is a method of forming a decorative drawing on a ceramic board. Hereinafter, the method is exemplified.
First, a substrate is selected. The substrate may be a ceramic plate. The ceramic plate used may be, for example, a ceramic large plate. The ceramic plate may be cut to a desired size and shape according to the size of the pattern. And after cutting, cleaning the base material, and drying the surface.
The ceramic plate surface is subjected to sand blasting treatment to remove glaze, wax water and the like on the surface, so that the surface is rough, a frosted surface is formed, and the adsorption force of subsequent processed pictures is facilitated. If the lines of the original ceramic plate need to be kept, sand blasting can be carried out on part of the surface. If the lines of the original ceramic plate are not required to be reserved, sand blasting can be performed on the whole surface.
The blasting may be performed using a corundum air compressor. The depth of the blasting can be adjusted by adjusting the erosion pressure and the flow rate of the sand. For example, the erosion pressure may be 1 to 10kg/m3Preferably 2 to 7kg/m3The flow rate of the sand can be 5-20 m3Preferably 8 to 12 m/min3A/min, more preferably 9.6m3And/min. Further, it should be understood that the grit used for blasting refers broadly to abrasive materials and is not limited to silicon carbide.

Then, a pattern was printed on the frosted surface of the ceramic plate. The method of printing the pattern may be inkjet printing, screen printing, or the like.
Next, an ultraviolet curable resin was applied on the pattern.
The ultraviolet light curing resin can contain resin, a cross-linking agent, a light curing agent, an auxiliary agent and the like. In some embodiments, the uv curable resin includes: the polyurethane acrylic resin comprises, by mass, 20-35% of polyurethane acrylic resin, 25-40% of epoxy acrylic resin, 15-25% of tripropylene glycol diacrylate, 10-15% of trimethylolpropane triacrylate, 5-8% of 1173 photoinitiator and 1-2% of an auxiliary agent.
The application method of the ultraviolet curing resin can be pouring and the like.
Then, ultraviolet light curing is performed. The ultraviolet curable resin can be cured by irradiation with an ultraviolet lamp.
The thickness of the coating formed after the ultraviolet curing resin is cured can be 0.5-1 mm, the pattern can be better protected during the thickness, and the coating has better effects of transparency, brightness and light reflection.

Example 1

(1) performing sand blasting treatment on at least one part of the surface of the ceramic plate, removing a glaze layer on at least one part of the surface of the ceramic plate and enabling at least one part of the surface of the ceramic plate to form a frosted surface;
(2) cleaning and drying the frosted surface of the ceramic plate prepared in the step (1), and printing patterns;
(3) and applying ultraviolet curing resin on the pattern and then carrying out ultraviolet curing.
